Abstract:
This study aims to explain and reveal verses related to Extremism (ghuluw) in religion and its consequences from the perspective of Tafsir Al-Qur'anul Majid An-Nur by M. Hasbi Ash-Shiddieqy. This study used a qualitative approach using content analysis methods. Ghuluw is an attitude of extremism in religion. Phenomena that often occur in social life. The ghuluw attitude is not liked by Allah SWT. Because it has exceeded the limit that has been determined by Allah through Islamic religious shari'ah. In the Al-Qur'an there are two words ghuluw in the form of a command verb (fi'il amr) which indicates a prohibition (nahyi) in Q.S An-Nisa verse 171 and Al-Midah 77, which aims His people to avoid bad attitudes rebuked by Allah SWT. This study concludes that ghuluw is an attitude that prioritizes passions and overrides reason. Whereas ghuluw in religion means a careless attitude that tends to be excessive in religion falsely. This attitude is not prescribed and is not justified in religion. This attitude has very dangerous consequences, including the cause of disbelief and being kept away from the grace of Allah SWT.

Abstract:
Transportation needs are increasing along with traffic problems, such as traffic accidents, congestion, and density of motorized vehicles. In Indonesia, especially in its large, crowded cities, accidents involving two-wheeled motorized vehicles are frequent. Human factors such as personality and behavior are a cause of accidents involving careless driving. Additionally, sensation seeking and the attitude toward reckless behavior influence the reckless behavior of motorcyclists in Indonesia, especially in the Jabodetabek area. Methods: data were obtained through a self-report questionnaire. The 69 participants (F:40, M:29) were motorbike riders aged 18–35 years who had an Indonesian driving license type C and had ridden a motorcycle daily for a minimum of 2 years. The questionnaire comprised 17 items that measured sensation seeking and attitudes toward reckless riding. Prerequisite for mediating the relationship among the variables, sensation seeking must correlate with attitudes and reckless riding such that the attitude variable that is a mediator must also correlate with reckless riding. Therefore, in this study, the mediating effect of attitudes in the relation between sensation seeking and reckless riding was tested. Our result demonstrates that’s influence of reckless riding attitude as a partial mediator between sensation seeking and reckless riding.

Abstract:
Abstract Road traffic accidents are a significant contributor to the global disease burden and a major cause of fatalities worldwide. In order to enhance traffic safety and minimize accidents, this study investigated the effect of driver safety attitudes and risk perception on driving behavior. To gather responses on risk perception and safety attitudes, surveys were conducted both online and on paper in three Vietnamese cities: Hanoi, Yenbai, and Laocai, and data was collected from 500 drivers. Exploratory factor analysis was performed on the 48 items in the questionnaire, resulting in eight factors that were subsequently analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis to generate risk perceptions on road systems and usage, safety attitude, and driving behavior. The four driving behavior factors identified were aggressive driving, careless driving, adherence to traffic rules, and multitasking. A structural equation model was used to explore the effects of driver risk perception and safety attitude on driving behavior. The results showed a significant positive correlation between drivers’ risk perception and safety attitude, with both factors significantly impacting driving behavior. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of traffic safety, with a specific focus on human factors.

Abstract:
The article highlights the problem of inconsistency of legislative provisions on careless forms of guilt, which are contained in the General Part of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, to the constructive peculiarity ofcriminal offenses that are provided by the Special Part of this Code. The author draws attention to the problem which emerged due to the future transfer of a significantnumber of criminal offenses from the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses to the book of criminaloffenses of the new Criminal Code of Ukraine. The vast majority of these offenses are constructed so as tohave a formal composition, to wit the consequences outside it. At the same time, the construction of acareless form of guilt and its varieties, recklessness and negligence, the normative models of which arecontained in the General Part of the draft Criminal Code of Ukraine, provides for a mental attitude to theconsequences. It is substantiated that the developers of the draft of the new Criminal Code of Ukraine will have todecide on one of the two directions of the system: either to completely abandon the criminalization ofinconsequent carelessness, leaving the legislative concept of carelessness covering only criminal offenseswith material composition, or to agree with the idea of presence of the inconsequent carelessness within theinstitute of criminal offense.Future problems with determining the form of guilt of criminal offenses are shown, if among theprovisions of the General Part of the projected Criminal Code of Ukraine there is a provision on the limitedpunishment of a careless behavior. The principle of constructing norms on criminal liability for careless acts is proposed, according towhich resultative careless delicts should be provided in the book of crimes, and careless offenses with aformal composition should be misdemeanors. In order to properly cover the provisions of the General Part of the future Criminal Code of Ukraine onthe carelessness of all constructive types of careless offenses, the author proposes to provide two types ofcareless form of guilt: resultative carelessness and inconsequent carelessness.Theoretical modeling of the relevant criminal law norms has been carried out, which will consolidate theinconsequent carelessness and its varieties.

PurposeAs the risks associated with sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) increase, various policies require sugar to be reduced in beverages. This paper segmented consumers according to food-related lifestyle (FRL), analyzed beverage selection attributes and preference for sugar-reduced beverages (SRBs) for each group and presented basic data for the strategies of SRBs for each consumer group.Design/methodology/approachIn total, 1,000 Korean consumer panels responded to the online survey. The questionnaire consisted of FRL, beverage selection attributes and attitude toward SRBs.FindingsConsumer groups were divided according to FRL: rational, value seeking and careless consumer. Rational consumers tended to be in their 30s or 50s and women, and they focused on product quality/hygiene when choosing beverages. Value seeking consumers were mainly in their 40s and 50s and were characterized by high education and income. They showed high scores in quality/hygiene, economy and sensory traits. Careless consumers were more likely to be in their 20s–30s, unmarried men and considered sensory traits as the most important factor.Research limitations/implicationsThe main limitation of this study is the lack of generalization of consumer panels to represent the entire population because they were part of an online research firm.Originality/valueThis study implies that segmenting consumers according to FRL allows detailed analysis of consumer attitudes and behaviors. Using this analysis, the complex consumer pattern can be used as basic data for promoting sugar-reduced beverages.

Abstract:
In the article the authors consider general social and special-criminological measures of prevention of criminal offenses in the field of road safety. It is pointed out that, for the most part, such criminal offenses are the result of criminally unlawful negligence and arrogance. Therefore, it cannot be said that the lion's share is committed by drivers with direct intent in order to obtain socially dangerous consequences. There are still cases caused by traffic violations by pedestrians, which significantly complicates the forecasting of such illegal acts, and therefore the timely creation of precautionary measures. The author points out that conditionally all the reasons related to the violation of traffic rules can be divided into: 1) the reasons due to the negligent attitude of the driver to perform their duties on the road (intoxication, loss of attention, etc.); 2) the reasons caused by careless attitude of pedestrians to traffic rules; 3) the reasons caused by the careless attitude of employees of service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to performance of the duties. Thus, the main unifying factor is the negligence of the subjects involved in the organization of traffic. It is concluded that a number of criminological strategies for the prevention of criminal offenses in the field of traffic have been successfully implemented in our country. However, most of these strategies do not meet the requirements and realities of today, and therefore the criminological picture of traffic accidents remains consistently negative. This indicates the need to revise general social and special criminological measures and means of prevention, which will not only reduce the number of such socially dangerous acts, but also improve the general criminal law and criminological statistics.

Abstract:
Coastal tourism is a growing segment of the global tourist business. Nonetheless, the careless environmental behavior of travelers has precipitated significant problems. Thus, the purpose of this study is to examine the influence of visitors’ environmental knowledge and recreational experience on their environmental commitment and attitude, which subsequently impacts their pro-environmental behavior. It uses cognitive-affective-conative theory to deepen the comprehension of the factors affecting tourists’ pro-environmental behavior in the realm of coastal tourism in Vietnam. The proposed model was validated by partial least squares analysis with data collected from 303 online individuals with prior experience in coastal tourism in Vietnam, retrieved via Google Forms in April 2024 through convenience sampling. The findings reveal that environmental knowledge positively affected environmental commitment (β = .250, p = .000), environmental attitude (β = .331, p = .001), and travelers’ pro-environmental behavior (β = .220, p = .000). Moreover, the recreational experience positively impacted environmental commitment (β = .629, p = .000), environmental attitude (β = .385, p = .000), and travelers’ pro-environmental behavior (β = .259, p = .000). The research findings indicated a positive effect of environmental commitment on travelers’ pro-environmental behavior (β = .268, p = .000). Finally, visitors’ environmental attitudes positively influenced their pro-environmental behavior (β = .155, p = .006). Abstract:
Peculiarity of the image of the land in A.I. Solzhenitsyn’s works is shown in the article. We found that due to the specific historical and cultural development of the country in the minds of our people there is a duality in the perception of the earth: people’s ideas about the earth are side by side with scientific knowledge. The article is devoted to consideration of the land by people. Global and political aspects are shown by implication. Different opinions and attitudes to land are expressed in the pages of Solzhenitsyn’s works showing their polyphonic structure and the importance of this aspect for the writer. Dualism of people and scientific attitude to the land is the most evident in our opinion, in the image of Zakhar Tomchak, the character of the epic “Red Wheel”. Zakhar Tomchak’s estate combines the latest achievements of science and technology and respect for the land, the understanding of the “spirit of the earth”. The results of the revolutionary turn, careless and unwise economic activities are described in the novel of A.I. Solzhenitsyn “The First Circle” and analyzed in the article through the prism of perception of Volodin. It is concluded that “the land” is the leitmotif image in the works of A.I. Solzhenitsyn and occurs almost in each of his works. It is typical that characters with the world view similar to the author have considerate and reasonable attitude to the land and have deep feeling about the results of unskillful and callous attitude to it.

elf-administered questionnaires are a good way of conducting research and gathering information. With the advent of technology, the questionnaire can be more easily circulated and a lot more data can be collected with online surveys. However, a common limitation of the responses is that they may be incomplete, biased or not valid and meaningful. The present study was conducted to find the attitude of physiotherapy students when they fill out online research questionnaires. An observational study was conducted at SBB College of Physiotherapy. An online questionnaire was generated and validated by experts. It was sent to post-graduate students, interns, and final-year undergraduate students of various physiotherapy colleges to find the attitude toward responses to questionnaires using convenience and snowball sampling. 96.6% of participants had responded to a questionnaire before this study. 65.9% of participants had knowledge about the topic on which they were answering questions. 9.1% were not sure if they understood the questions prior to responding to a survey and 4.5% had not completely understood the questions which they had answered. 88.6% of the participants agreed that they completely read the questions before answering. 38.6% of participants search the internet or have searched on the internet prior to answering questionnaires. The study brings out the need to establish methods to improve the quality of responses obtained via an online questionnaire. Key words: Online questionnaires, data cleaning, careless responses

Nonserious, inattentive, or careless respondents pose a threat to the validity of self-report research. The current study uses data from the Growth from Knowledge Online Panel in which respondents are representative of the Dutch population in education, gender, and age over 15 years ( N = 5,077). By doing regression analyses, we investigated whether self-reported seriousness and motivation are predictive of data quality, as measured using multiple indicators (i.e., nonsubstantial values, speeding, internal data consistency, nondifferentiation, response effects). Device group and demographic characteristics (i.e., education, gender, age) were also included in these analyses to see whether they predict data quality. Moreover, it was examined whether self-reported seriousness differed by device group and demographic characteristics. The results show that self-reported seriousness and motivation significantly predict multiple data quality indicators. Data quality seems similar for different device users, although smartphone users showed less speeding. Demographic characteristics explain little of the variance in data quality. Of those, education seems to be the most consistent predictor of data quality, where lower educated respondents show lower data quality. Effect sizes for all analyses were in the small to medium range. The present study shows that self-reported seriousness can be used in online attitude survey research to detect careless respondents. Future research should clarify the nature of this relationship, for example, regarding longer surveys and different wordings of seriousness checks.

Abstract The earth is under a great threat of destruction due to careless and exploitative anthropological actions. The current research explored the relationship between eco- anxiety (EAn), eco-activism (EAc) and environmental concern (EC) while determining the extent to which eco-activism gets determined by eco-anxiety and environmental concern. Three scales, namely, Hoggs Anxiety Scale, Pro Environmental Behaviour Scale and Taj Environmental Attitude scale were used. Pearsons correlation and regression were used for statistical analysis. A significant (0.01 level) mild positive correlation of 0.22 between eco-activism and eco-anxiety and of 0.33 between eco- activism and environmental concern was found. Regression analysis showed that eco- anxiety and environmental concern significantly predicted eco-activism. The relationship between the variables was further explained in the discussion section.

Abstract:
This paper examined the determination of people’s attitudes on Solid Waste Management in Cross River State, Nigeria. One hypothesis was developed to direct the investigation to fulfill the study's objectives. In line with this, a literature review was conducted. For this study, a survey research design was used. Out of the 6,923 respondents in the population, a random sample of 1,106 respondents was chosen for the study. Stratified random sampling, basic random sampling, and accidental sampling were used to choose the sample. Determining People's Attitudes on Solid Waste Management Questionnaire (DPAXWM) was the name of the tool used to collect data. Two measurement and evaluation specialists and one from the Department of Continuing Education and Development Studies validated the questionnaire. The split-half reliability approach was used to estimate the instrument's dependability. The statistical method used to examine the hypothesis under investigation was the independent t-test. The hypothesis was tested with significance set at the.05 level. The study's conclusion showed that attitude has a significant influence on solid waste management. The study's conclusions led to recommendations for the immediate reinstatement of the bimonthly or monthly environmental sanitation program and for raising public awareness of the risks associated with the careless disposal of waste that Cross River State residents engage in. Above all, to improve residents' health and safety, the state government should also provide waste management facilities so that people can dispose of their garbage correctly.

Abstract:
In this paper, the author analyzes some of the problems associated with early modern comedy Lukrecija ili Trojo. Written in all likelihood in the second half of the seventeenth century, by an unknown author and title (the latter was awarded subsequently by historians of literature), Lukrecija belongs to the dramatic form that grew out of the foundations of the Renaissance erudite and comedy dell'arte, referred to as comedy ridiculosa in the country of origin. With clear features of Boka speech patterns and textual elements that indicate that it was indeed written, and quite probably played on the Montenegrin coast, or more precisely in Kotor, Lukrecija is a valuable trace of theatrical and dramatic heritage suppressed by the silence of archival sources and often careless attitude of generations towards their own cultural tradition.

The aim of this study was to understand how mothers experienced midwives' uncaring behaviour and actions during birth. Sixty-seven first-time mothers took part in the study, in which data were collected through interview. The interview text was analysed using hermeneutic text analysis. Nearly half of the mothers interviewed ( n = 32) said that midwives did not care for them. The findings show that midwives' behaviour was humiliating when they ignored mothers and held them in contempt. The mothers felt further humiliated when the midwives did not believe them, treated their bodies in a careless manner and tended to put blame on them. Through their behaviour and actions, some midwives have shown that they no longer have a caring attitude as an element of their professional practice and that they have ignored ethics by offending mothers' sense of dignity.

Abstract:
Abstract Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) or COVID-19 has undeniably changed the world forever. Capitalism in the United States and Europe can no longer feel immune from the effects of epidemics that were at one point in time the concern of minor countries, such as the recent (2014–2016) Ebola epidemic in Western Africa. This article examines how COVID-19 not only showed that Capitalism has no clothes in its inability to respond effectively to this momentous event, but shows the burgeoning of the impact on its slow-motion decline. This is evident from the still-unresolved healthcare crisis in the United States, which allows runaway contagion, sickness, and death due to a careless governmental attitude that prioritizes capital over human lives; the economic impact, which sidelines millions of workers into unemployment, leaving them without a way to sustain themselves due to a miserly and short-sighted governmental response; and the political and social cost that is yet to be determined.

Pakistan is also seeing the profound effect of the outbreak of COVID-19, which demands an urgent investigation of literature and further scientific investigation for cure and prevention. This study has employed the systematic approach for searching the literature from the recently compiled database of researches namely COVID-19 Open Research Dataset (CORD-19) and related diseases. The literature on Pakistan has shown the evidence of human-to-human and animal-to-human transmission of viruses, the presence of antibodies of MERS-CoV in camels, and careless attitude towards preventive measures of such respiratory diseases. There is a lot of gap in the literature regarding coronaviruses and their antibodies creating herd immunity for another coronavirus and COVID-19. In particular to Pakistan, and in general, for other developing countries, a weak health-care system coupled with the trembling economy has many implications of COVID-19 which should be carefully thought-out to combat the spread.

Abstract:
The article presents the spectrum of psychological conditions in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in combination with a mental disorder. The purpose of assessing the psychological status of individuals with pulmonary tuberculosis and mental disorders is to create a psychological portrait of these patients. Identification of psychological characteristics makes it possible to select an adequate, targeted program of psychosocial rehabilitation for this category of patients, taking into account their emotional state. Results of psychological assessment of personality: the study has shown that a fairly high percentage of patients with comorbid pathology (pulmonary tuberculosis and mental disorder) have psychological features manifested in anxiety, irritability, suspiciousness, dejection, and immersion in their illness. To a lesser extent, the following were noted: loss of interest in everything or, on the contrary, “going into illness”, a careless attitude towards the disease or extreme suspicion of others. Conclusion. Taking into account the results of the study, in case of such patients, in addition to the main anti-tuberculosis therapy, it is necessary to carry out measures aimed at optimizing the individual’s attitude towards the disease, oneself, the environment, etc. The result of the implementation of targeted rehabilitation, in particular psychotherapeutic work, is the complete satisfaction of the patient’s needs. Individuals in the studied category should feel full-fledged members of society with an adequate attitude towards their disease and towards themselves. In terms of providing medical care, it is necessary to pay special attention to the organization and implementation of complex treatment of patients with comorbid disorders and to carry it out jointly with TB specialists, psychiatrists, and psychologists.

It has been demonstrated that imprudence is the form of the guilt that characterizes the offenses provided to art. 329 PC RM, but not the intent, although this is not explicitly provided in the text of the incrimination norm. The legislative way of describing the subjective side in the content of art. 329 PC RM creates problems in determining the concrete form of the imprudence that the perpetrator must manifest for imputation of negligent performance of duties. Nevertheless, it was concluded that the perpetrator can act both with exaggerated confidence and negligence. However, in order to eliminate potential problems in the application of art. 329 PC RM, from the perspective of finding out the content of the subjective side of the offenses of negligent performance of duties in the service, some legislative proposals are formulated to improve the text of art. 329 PC RM.

Abstract:
The term Big Data (or BigData) is widely used in scientific, educational, and business literature; however, there does not exist a single definition that can be unreservedly called “canonical”. A careless use of Big Data term to promote commercial software further emphasizes the importance of this issue. In this paper, we have performed a review of definitions of Big Data and highlighted the principal features that are attributed to Big Data. We compared all these principal features with features of databases compiled using Edgar F. Codd’s publications, and showed that they are not unique and can also be attributed to the databases. Having studied C. Lynch original work, we proposed the definition of Big Data based on the so-called conservation institution. The key point of this definition is a shift from purely technical attitude towards public institutions. Since the current use of the Big Data term may lead to a loss of meaning. There is a need not only to spread out best practices but also to eliminate or minimize the use of dubious or misleading ones.

Abstract:
Water is an unavoidable need of life and water scarcity means a lack of fresh and drinkable water. Water scarcity is turning out to be a global threat as almost all the important and populous regions of the world like Asia, Africa, the Middle East, etc. are facing the issues of water scarcity and water-based conflicts. There have been more than 35 violent inter-state water disputes in the last 50 years. The major causes of water scarcity are an increase in demand, water overuse, climate change, and a decrease in supply. The problem of scarcity of water is increasing day by day which depicts that if this possible water crisis is not solved peacefully and appropriately it will lead to global conflicts because every water-scarce country would try to capture the water resources of other countries for meeting its own needs and survival. This paper highlights the importance of water and focuses on how the careless attitude and mismanagement of water resources can result in a global disaster.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between psychogenic factors and aggressive behavior in patients with multi-infarct dementia in order to develop methods of psychocorrection, improve the quality of lives of patients and those caring for them, as well as to increase the effectiveness of treatment. Material and methods: 49 patients (n=49) with a diagnosis of multi-infarct dementia (F01.1) and accompanying aggressive behavior took part in the study. Clinical-anamnestic, clinical-psychopathological, and psychometric diagnostic methods were used. Results: in 27 patients (87.1%), physical aggression was statistically significantly more common due to the relatives’ careless daily care implementation, which led to an increase in the chances of developing physical aggression and its severity. In 78.6% of cases (in 22 patients), physical aggression occurred statistically significantly more often with the violation of the daily routine and was associated with the risk of developing physical aggression and a greater degree of its severity. Irritability was statistically significantly more common in 13 subjects (56.5% of cases) due to their own helplessness and was associated with higher chances of the irritability development and its severity. In 17 patients (68%), verbal aggression was statistically significantly more common and occurred when the patients’ appeals to caregivers were not understood, which led to an increase in the odds ratio of the verbal aggression development and its severity. The relationship between the patients’ aggression and the caregivers’ negative attitude towards them was not found. Conclusions: the data obtained indicate that patients with multi-infarct dementia most often show physical aggression, which is closely related to such factors as "the relatives’ careless daily care implementation" and "the violation of the daily routine". In addition, the patients were characterized by the manifestation of irritability due to "their own helplessness against the background of the underlying disease" and the manifestation of verbal aggression when "the relatives did not understand their appeals".

Abstract:
The so-called youth factor aggravates the situation in the regional labor markets. As a rule, young people are slow to develop education and career choice. Subsequently, they choose majors they have no interest for, which results in a careless attitude to training. The youth factor also includes such issues as high migration, active labor mobility, vague career plans, etc. The present research objective was to perform a diachronic analysis of the professional preferences demonstrated by the university students in the Kemerovo Region. The sociological study identified some patterns in the way high school students choose their education and career path. For instance, medical and IT specialties have become more popular, while economic and managerial areas are losing their attractiveness. Students choose their future profession based on career prospects, labor market, and salary, not on their interests. Finance, mass media, and municipal administration are giving way to healthcare, IT, law enforcement, culture, sports, and leisure. Applicants are guided primarily by the advice of their parents or their own opinion. About a third of high school students would like to occupy a managerial position or run a business of their own, while 45% prefer to work as employees.

Abstract:
The own practical experience of estimating the innovative and investment projects realized in real practice is presented and the typical mistakes which the authors of research in this direction assume are generalized: the proved features absence of each project, i.e. the economic rent account; mandatory sensitivity analysis when substantiating complex projects; availability and assessing the additional income at the liquidation stage of the project; careless attitude to the determination of income interest rate and investments that may be involved in the project; mandatory pre-planned research is required. Innovation and investment processes play a crucial role in ensuring the economic growth of the state, in the innovative model implementation of its national economy development. But domestic industrial production as a whole remains unfavourable for innovations, although in recent years there have been significant changes in the country’s economic development. That is why the issue of forming a scientifically sound innovation and investment policy, effective innovation and investment projects implementation should be given much more attention in the research of domestic experts, as the rapid development of the world and Ukrainian economy in the future will be determined by innovative and investment activity.

Abstract:
The article explores the issue of the victimological profile of individuals who have suffered from cybercrimes stipulated under Article 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorised interference with the operation of information (automated), electronic communications, information and communication systems, and electronic communications networks). The relevance of this study is driven by the rapid increase in cybercrime amid the digital transformation of society and the limited research on the victim as an object of criminal encroachment. The purpose of this article is to identify the main socio- demographic, psychological, and behavioural characteristics of individuals who become victims of unauthorised interference with the functioning of electronic computing systems. A comprehensive methodological approach has been applied in the course of the study, combining elements of systematic, comparative legal, statistical, and logical-legal analysis. The article examines current Ukrainian criminal legislation, statistical data from law enforcement agencies, judicial practice, and case studies of investigations conducted under Article 361 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It has been established that the majority of victims are individuals aged between 21 and 45, possessing either secondary or higher education, and actively using the Internet, particularly social networks and online banking platforms. A typical feature among these victims is a lack of awareness regarding information security fundamentals, a careless attitude towards the protection of confidential data, and poor digital hygiene practices. Special attention is devoted to the psychological characteristics of cybercrime victims. The study identifies a differentiation between active and passive victims. Each type is characterised by a specific set of psychological traits. Active victims are typically extroverted, emotionally excitable, susceptible to external influences, prone to risk-taking, and often display overconfidence. Conversely, passive victims are usually introverted, emotionally rigid, highly anxious, lacking in self-confidence, inclined towards isolation, and tend to avoid conflict. When coupled with low levels of digital literacy, these traits contribute to their vulnerability and victimisation due to careless use of information technologies. The findings of this study may serve as a foundation for the development of new preventive measures aimed at reducing the level of victimisation among the population.

Abstract:
Abstract Introduction Outdoor Landscape workers’ awareness towards the safety climate in their workplace was analyzed by their responses to a self-administered questionnaire. Those that partook were full-time and part-time in their professional status and had been working outdoors for different lengths of time. The objective was to examine the attitudes towards safety and the levels of safety climate awareness in full-time and part-time workers with varying years of experience. Methods A cross-sectional study of Outdoor Landscape Workers in which 115 workers participated in an anonymous questionnaire survey. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics. An analysis of Outdoor Landscape Workers’ attitude towards safety in their workplace was analyzed from their responses. Results Full-time workers and those with more years’ experience responded that they believe a significant number of Outdoor landscape workers are prone to being hurt and that there is also careless behavior among their fellow workers that do not follow safety rules. Discussion The study is a snapshot in time and the results corroborate with previous studies. The behavior of workers is arguably subjective, and their views are determined by their work environment. The primary data results are an indication of what workers believe to be the case on how safety is managed in their workplace. Positive responses are associated with part-time workers aspirations to progress onto full-time employment which correlates from those with less years’ of experience in this type of employment. Conclusion The study shows the relationship between length of employment and job position (full-time or part-time) and safety awareness in the workplace.

Abstract:
One of the characteristic features of the colonial administration of India was scientifically grounded practicality, which in fact resulted in the active introduction at all levels of life of modern technologies and the accompanying material support (tools, devices, equipment) in order to increase the level of production and rationalize the labor process. The wheelbarrow is a generalized image of European garden tools, zealously imposed by the owners of the adjoining the bungalow plots on their servants-gardeners and not always willingly accepted by them, and often completely rejected or used for other purposes. For the British, the useless tools in the hands of the Indians became the reason to consider their servants lazy and careless and often transfer this characteristic to the entire subordinate people. Sources for the paper are manuals and guidebooks on gardening published in India in the second half of the 19th century, and memoirs in which the owners of the gardens described specific scenes from their own life. The analysis of these texts allows, through the attitude to the tools of labor of various participants in the plant growing process, to identify the mechanism of encounter (imposition - rejection) of two material (in this case, horticultural) cultures, each of which was burdened with ideas about practicality, rationalism, benefit, well-being and etc.

Abstract:
Analyzing the dynamics of Sars-Cov-2 spread in the Lebanese society is what this article mainly aspires and points to, where the study was predicated on a compartmental model, namely SIR, the widely known model in epidemiology. SIR. (Susceptible-Infected-Recovered) materializes a basic conceptional structure for theoretically investigating the virus spread and its dynamics within a community, through focusing on the interaction and communication between infected and recovered people. Consequently, providing the necessary attempts to overcome the epidemic, and diminishes its expansion to rescue lives. In which, limiting contact absolutely reduces the possibility of transmitting or contracting an infection. This investigation on a representative sample of the Lebanese population highlights the various drivers and dynamics of this proliferation. These drivers or factors clarify the behavior of the population (wearing a mask, washing their hands) in experiencing the epidemic crisis and their abuse for measures (safety distance, closures) adopted by the authorities to combat the epidemic. So, it turns out that the careless and incautious attitude of the Lebanese population, besides the unsatisfactory control to fulfill the government rules against the dynamics of virus spread was shown by the modeling of Sars-Cov-2 dynamics through the SIR model.

Abstract:
This article examines the culturally complex context of the 1980s in Cuba through the little-known figure of the frikis, an underground culture linked to rock and metal music that flourished at a time of growing discontent with the country’s political regime. The revolutionary government marginalized frikis because of their interest in Anglo-American culture and because their social and aesthetic practices did not align with their vision of the ideal revolutionary citizen. Frikis were officially considered social parasites, hedonistic and indifferent in their attitude towards mainstream society, but their behavior and practices were, more than just parasitic or careless, rather thoughtful choices. They built their scene as a social alternative to the establishment that would allow them to express socio-political and cultural interests different from those stipulated by the government, and their rise in the 1980s can be seen as an early manifestation of the post-socialist subjectivities that would develop after the Soviet Bloc collapsed. Through the analysis of ethnographic interviews and short stories, this article explores the creative strategies frikis used to build a shared identity, protest, and survive in the face of State repression, becoming socio-cultural antecedents for other underground cultures, such as punk, which would flourish in a post-Soviet context.

Abstract:
Background Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer affecting women globally. It has shown increasing morbidity and mortality rates over the past years. Several screening methods ranging from simple breast self-examination to a highly sensitive test procedures for early detection and treatment are available, but uptake is a challenge. Lack of a national screening programme in the country makes available regional screening programme unsuccessful. This study aims to assess the factors affecting the uptake of breast cancer screening programme among female staff in a tertiary hospital, Southwest Nigeria. Method This descriptive cross-sectional study involves 375 participants selected by a stratified random sampling technique, with proportional allocation to population size and the use of a semi-structured questionnaire. Respondents were questioned on their basic knowledge of breast cancer symptoms, risk factors and treatment, over a score of 50 and above, were set as the cut-off mark to determine good knowledge of breast cancer. Patients attitudes towards breast cancer screening as well as factors affecting uptake were also measured. Descriptive statistical analysis was done using SPSS-20 while the predictors of the uptake of screening were determined using logistic regression at p ≤ 0.05. Results There were 360 respondents, comprising of 13.3% clinical and 86.7% non-clinical female staff within the age bracket of 20 to 58 years (38.2±0.42 years). Out of the respondents, 97.8% have heard about breast cancer but only 52.3% had been screened while 65.5% had “Good knowledge” of breast cancer. Positive attitude to breast cancer screening was displayed in 52.5% while over 90% claimed to be practicing breast self-examination. Only 36.1% of respondents above 40 years old have had mammography done. Most frequent barriers to screening uptake include cost, poor accessibility to screening facilities, shyness (unfamiliar screener), unavailability of female doctors, careless attitude, fear of cancer and other more pressing family problems. Using logistic Regression at p ≤ 0.05, females with a negative attitude, young unmarried (less than 30years) and lack of easy accessibility to screening facilities were significant factors affecting uptake of breast cancer screening services. Conclusion Due to knowledge-uptake gap of breast cancer screening revealed in this study. It is therefore obvious from these findings that a concerted effort is needed to actively remove these barriers by repeated education, training and re-training strategies among health workers and to improve their uptake and level of advocacy and campaign for breast cancer screening among their patients and clients.

Abstract:
The article deals with the analyze of the characteristics of the subjective side of the offenses related to the use of authority, and attention is paid to their specificity. In particular, substantive features, forms and volume of wine, purpose orientation and determining influence of motives of these crimes are investigated. Criminal misuses by officials are characterized by actions that can be committed only intentionally, and in most cases the intent is straightforward. Mental attitude to socially dangerous consequences in these crimes can be both intentional and careless. Purpose and motive, depending on the articles formation, are mandatory for separate crimes. In most cases, the purpose of these crimes is to gain wrongful advantage (bribe), and the motive is selfish. Each time for the correct criminal qualification we need to establish a mental attitude of official to all signs of the crime – install the volume of wine. Also, the author proposes to use the concept of "quasi-corrupt crime" in the theory. The author suggests that this is the fraud which includes all its general characteristics. Its specificity is that under certain circumstances it takes on conditional and superficial properties of a corruption offense. However, essentially it is not a corruption offense. In such case, corruptive character is provided through fraud in the misuse of powers or promotion of abuse, which does not actually occur and cannot be embodied in future. And the guilty person must be fully aware of all this. Attention is also paied to the problematic aspects of law enforcement practice and ways to solve them are suggested. Also, the author notes on the inability to prosecute twice, that becomes a violation of «ne bis in idem» principle, which is fixed in Article 4 of Protocol 7 of Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
