Full textThis thesis suggests describing, analyzing and understanding, in the clinical didactic background, the practice of class of elementary school teachers during some sessions of teaching disciplinary integrating content relating to the health education. The mobilized abstract notions lean on the fundamental principles of the didactics: the threefold approach, the didactic contract in articulation with the psychoanalytical postulates of the unconscious and the division of the person. The questioning gets organized around the following axes: (1) locate the “déjà-là décisionnel” in approaches to health education; (2) observe and understand the singularity of the person in the original versatility composition which he creates; (3) understand and describe the links which become established between the taught knowledge and the various components of the “déjà-là décisionnel”; (4) envisage the unconscious phenomena in the work in class during the process of transmission-appropriation of contents in health education. The methodology leans on three time of the clinical didactic approach. The interview of “déjà-là” informs about the intentions, the conceptions, the experiences of the person. The “épreuve” is an observation in situ of the ordinary practices of class. The interview in the “après-coup” is a phase of confrontation of the hypotheses of the researcher with the point of view of the teacher. The results present two very contrasted cases, which teach the health education with different approaches and present two original compositions testifying of the singularity of them "déjà-là expérientiel". The numerous divisions to which they are subjected oblige them to compose, at the risk sometimes of certain dishonest compromises

Full textMediterranean forest ecosystems have both trees living in their southern range and being sensitive to climatic stress and tree species living in the core of their range and being non sensitive to the same stress. These contrasts in tree populations questioned about potential contrasts in their interrelationships with their parasites and on the impact of that parasites have on their host in turn. Bark beetles are a relevant model to study such host-parasite interactions because they alternate endemic and epidemic phases. We developed a multidisciplinary approach combining the characterization of ecophysiological and dendrometrical traits involved in resistance of tree populations to bark beetle attacks with this assessment of key ecological factors involved in bark beetles demography. We focused on the two following contrasted Mediterranean ecosystems in South-Eastern France: a healthy Aleppo pine interacting with a bark beetle population at an endemic state and a declining population of the Silver fir interacting with a bark beetle community at an epidemic state. Our results suggested that this Aleppo pine population, the pine shoot beetle T. destruens showed low abundance levels. All attacks remained in patches formed by dead trees following the attacks. T. destruens dispersal strategies seem to favor the exploitation of a scarce resource. On silver fir, we showed a bark beetle community attacking trees already weakened by repeated droughts and with poor health status and low growth. The study of these two contrasted forest ecosystems allowed us to shed some critical light on the mechanisms involved in plant-insect interactions in the context of global change

Full textThis PhD dissertation aims to theoretically refine the studying of student’s actions within the didactic joint action. The research describes the conditions of students’ productive disciplinary engagement in the teaching of gymnastics in Tunisia. It calls attention to how the breaches of didactic contract initiated by students may participate in knowledge progression is the classroom and how students contribute to situated didactic process. Students’ engagement was investigated within the didactic joint action theoretical framework in conjunction with two other Anglo-Saxon’s frameworks: ‘Classroom ecology’ and ‘Productive disciplinary engagement’. The data were collected through classroom ethnographic observations using video recording and teacher’s interviews during two gymnastic units conducted by two female teachers. The study was conducted in two steps: a macro analysis of students’ cooperation during three lessons of each unit, and a micro-didactic analysis which focused on student’s actions during significant episodes of task transformations. The findings characterize in depth the conditions under which students teach themselves through modifications of the didactic milieu (mesogenesis). The comparison of the two teachers’ teaching practices, one in a public high school and the other in a private high school, points out generic patterns linked to a specific topogenetic process that enrolls students in a productive disciplinary engagement

Full textExergy, considered as a production factor, and linked to the economic value of energy, allows for an analysis of production systems in terms of physical work, for a synthetic measurement of their overall techno- economic perfor- mance, and for a comparison of different technological systems. Application to two technologically very different rice production systems (the camargue and the red river bassin, northern vietnam) shows they both have approximately the same needs in physical work. The study is restricted to techno-economic aspects with fixed capital held constant and no taking into account of informational work. Further developments are however permitted

Full textIn regard to the alarming rate of biodiversity erosion, it is essential to quantify the impact of global changes on species. Using two biological models, orchids and fungi, this study aimed at (i) quantifying the responses of species' phenology, community composition and biotic interactions to global changes and (ii) analyzing the observed patterns in regard to the environmental conditions and the species' ecology. These studies were based on multiple temporal (with a 30 year-delay in case of orchids and 170 year-delay in case of fungi) and spatial scales (different land-uses). The results indicate a marked response (phenological delay, change in community composition, effect on ecological strategies) of both models to climate and land-use changes. Both the ecological and biological traits of species strongly influence species' responses to global changes. This study allows a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying orchids and fungal assemblies and provides practical and applied guidelines for the conservation of these organisms in the Mediterranean region
