The pessimistic and optimistic variants of the financial plan are part of the thesis. The financial plans are based on percentage proportion of takings. The aim of this diploma thesis is to determine a market value of the Telefónica O2 Czech Republic, Inc. to 1.3.2009. Concerned with valuation I used methods of discounted cash flow with utilization of FCFF, the book value and direct market valuation. Everything with all current conditions. After theoretic parts and presentation of the company I tried to investigate and descibe all influence, that affect the company in terms of its environment. I evaluated political, economic, social and technological situation in the CR. Then I described situation in branch of telecommunication services - its characteristics, competion, suppliers, customers and others. After SWOT I analysed financial management of the company in terms of financial analysis and compared the company with its competitors. With utilization of preceding factors I made a financial plan for years 2008 - 2012. At the end of all methods of valuation I reached final valuation.

The aim of my Master's Thesis is to estimate the value of the FERN company at 1st May, 2012. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first one contains the main theoretical principles, which create a basis for the evaluation of the company. In the second part I present the company beeing evaluated. Futher I focus my attention on the strategic and financial analysis, which is the fundamental basis for the determination of the final value. The following part of my thesis includes the generators of values and the forecast of them. The financial plan is constructed coming out of those generators of values. This diploma thesis is concerned to the valuation of the firm. The result of the valuation process should be the investment value. The thesis is divided into the 4 parts. The first 2 parts are concerning to the analyses of the firm -- financial and strategic. Their aim is to set the financial health and growth potential. In the next part of the thesis are described and predicted the value generators, the main economic characteristics creating the value of the firm. Based on their prediction is determined the financial plan as the base for the valuation. The last part of the thesis consists from the setting of discount rate, which will be on the level of the opportunity costs of the shareholders, and valuation of the firm through the discounted cash flow to the equity model. The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of the Hotel Slavia, Ltd. at 1st January 2010 in order to sell the company to an unknown buyer. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part involves the theoretical aspects and methods of valuation of the company. In the second part, theoretical knowledge is applied to the selected firm. First of all the object and the purpose of valuation are introduced. They are followed by a strategic analysis, financial analysis and financial plan. Valuation is performed with the use of the discounted cash flow to the equity. The resulting value is compared with a book value of the firm.

Abstract:
The target of Zero Waste "Valuation and business planning" for a potential investor is to explore and evaluate the identified market opportunity. Business plan concerns the foundation of food and consumer goods retail business which is aimed towards reducing consumers negative impact on the environment, supporting local jobs and sustainable farming. The thesis is based on theoretical knowledge from the publications listed in the resources which were confronted with the reality in interviews with the owners of comparable businesses. Resulting from the business planning a calculation of present value of the proposed model enterprise has been made. Value calculated using discounted cash flows had shown that cannot be unequivocally recommended to establish the company. Pessimistic scenario shows a negative net present value and realistic option shows a positive net present value. However it is necessary to understand the thesis as a model business plan for valuation of such businesses. As for example with a different form of funding or reduction of initial investment, the company may change to a version that would be recommendable to implement.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to process a business plan for dental clinic Easydent s.r.o., which decided to expand and set up a new dental practice in the city centre. The theoretical part presents the business plan in general terms, with a particular focus on the definition, the reasons for its formulation and the form and structure of this document. Moreover, this part also includes the criteria of the investment decision-making and static as well as dynamic methods of the investment evaluation. Afterwards, the specifics of doing business in healthcare are presented with special emphasis on dental medicine and the differences from other businesses. The practical part presents the business plan for setting up the new dental practise especially with focus on economic aspects of the project as well as on general feasibility. To conclude, I found that the investment according to the net present value is profitable and I recommend setting up a new dental practice in the city centre.
