Abstract:
Two new species are described: Casignetella spirobassiaphaga sp. n. from South-Eastern Crimea and Azov Sea Region and Casignetella kariella sp. n. from South- Eastern Crimea and South-Eastern Kazakhstan. Casignetella goluensis (Baldizzone, 1994), comb. n. is recorded from Russia (Crimea) and Ukraine (Odessa Region) for the first time. Adult and the genitalia of these species are illustrated. Moreover, four species are transferred to the genus Casignetella and the following new combinations are proposed: C. decoratella (Toll, 1959), comb. n., C. afrosarda (Baldizzone et Kaltenbach, 1983), comb. n., C. kalidii (Falkovitsh, 1989), comb. n., and C. immersa (Falkovitsh, 1989), comb. n.

Abstract Multicoloria jukkai Budashkin & Bidzilya, sp. n. is described from South-Eastern Kazakhstan and South-Eastern Ukraine. Casignetella pokrovkella (Baldizzone & Tabell, 2007), comb. n. is found in South-Eastern Crimea. The larvae host plant of the second species is Climacoptera brachiata (Pall.) Botsch. Adults and the genitalia of both species are illustrated. The following new combinations are proposed: Casignetella psamata (Falkovitsh, 1973), comb. n. and Casignetella cyrta (Falkovitsh, 1973), comb. n.

32 species of casebearer moths are reported from Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia, two of which ( Casignetella hemipenella sp. n. and Casignetella larae sp. n.), are described as new to science. Three species are reported for the rst time for the fauna of Asia and Siberia, 17 species are new to the fauna of Krasnoyarsk Territory, and 17 species, to the fauna of the Republic of Khakassia. New combinations Amseliphora sergiella (Falkovitsh, 1979), comb. n., Casignetella hsiaolingensis (Toll, 1942), comb. n., C. intermixta (Falkovitsh, 1976), comb. n., and C. monoceros (Falkovitsh, 1975), comb. n., are formed.

The data on the casebearer moth family Coleophoridae from Omsk Region was summarized based on materials collected by the second author in 2021-2023. A list of 53 species is given. 25 species are new to the territory of Omsk Region. Six species are new to Asian part of Russia, among them Orthographis impalella (Toll, 1961), Orthographis uralensis (Toll, 1961), Multicoloria spumosella (Staudinger, 1859), Casignetella helgada (Anikin, 2005), Casignetella riffelensis (Rebel, 1913) and Goniodoma auroguttella (Fischer von Röslerstamm, 1841). Multicoloria perissa (Reznik, 1975) is reported for the fauna of Russia for the first time. The total number of Coleophoridae from Omsk Region is increased to 80 species.
