It is turned out that the most significant information potential regarding the Jagiellonian dynasties Lviv defense policy is fund: 52, 131. One of the types of documents created by the Royal Chancellery, namely privileges as a result of the activity of the document-communication system of the defense policy of Lviv of the Jagiellonian dynasty, was researched. During the document processing, privileges in the content have been systematized as those issued for the restoration of the city’s defense capability

In contrast to other retroviruses, foamy viruses (FVs) generate their Pol protein precursor independently of the Gag protein from a spliced mRNA. The exact mechanism of Pol protein incorporation into the viral capsid is poorly understood. Previously, we showed that Pol encapsidation critically depends on the packaging of (pre-) genomic RNA and identified two distinct signals within the cis-acting sequences (CASI and CASII), Pol encapsidation sequences (PESI and PESII), which are required for Pol capsid incorporation. Here, we investigated whether the presence of PESI and PESII in an FV vector

Abstract Background Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection is a major public health burden for infants and the elderly worldwide. Currently, there are no approved vaccines and only one moderately effective marketed antibody (Synagis®) for the prevention of RSV infection in high-risk infants. Sampling the human antibody repertoire has led to the realization that the RSV fusion (F) protein in its prefusion conformation is the preferred target for potent neutralizing antibodies and thus makes the protein an attractive candidate for vaccine developers. Rejestr podaje liczby osób w poszczególnych gospodarstwach z podziałem na wiernych dorosłych – przystępujących do sakramentu pokuty i dzieci – nieprzystępujące. Wiernych spisano według miejscowości, w których mieszkali. Dobra żołudzkie, położone na prawym brzegu Niemna, na terenie powiatu i dekanatu lidzkiego, do drugiej połowy XVI wieku stanowiły własność monarszą. Our results include (i) the establishment of Poisson structures, Hamilton–Poisson realizations, and a Lax formulation for the STF flow; (ii) a comprehensive classification of phase portraits for the STF flow restricted to its symplectic leaf; (iii) a description of the asymptotic beha

The study deals with the development and transformation of the attitudes of the power block of the Bohemian Catholic nobility of the so-called League of Zelená Hora towards the Jagiellonian candidacy for the Bohemian throne. It first offered the throne to the Jagiellonians itself and anticipated in return the military support of Poland in the war with the present King of Bohemia George of Poděbrady. Polish mediation in fact did save the League of Zelená Hora from defeat, but the League did not want to accept the Jagiellonian tactic of neutrality. Thanks to the Hungarian king Matthias Corvinus,
