Les Polluants Organiques Persistants (POPs) sont des composés hautement toxiques, persistants dans l’environnement, une capacité de transport à grande distance et accumulation sur les phases riches en matière organique. Compte tenu de la vulnérabilité des écosystèmes aquatiques aux pollutions et la rareté des données sur les POPs en Afrique, cette thèse examine les niveaux de Pesticides organochlorés (POCs), Polychlorobyphelyes (PCBs) et Hydrocarbures polyaromatiques (HAPs) dans le bassin versant du Lac Barombi (LBW) et la Mangrove estuaire du Wouri (MEW). Dans le LBW, les POCs détectés étaient, l’endosulfan, l‘hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs), le dieldrine and l’aldrine. Aucun OCPs n’a été détecté dans les eaux et les plus fréquemment détectés étaient les HCHs avec des teneurs plus élevées dans les sols par rapport au sédiments (ruisseaux et Lac). Le ratio α/γ-HCH ont indiqué l’utilisation récente du lindane (γ-HCH). La présence des OCPs a été attribué à l’agriculture et la pêche. Les teneurs en PAHs étaient plus élevées dans les sédiments lacustres que les autres échantillons. Les sources pyrolytiques de HAPs étaient dominantes plus spécifiquement la combustion d’herbes, du bois ou le charbon. Les recommandations pour la qualité des sédiments (SQGs) un faible risque de toxicité sur les organismes aquatiques. Dans les MEW, les teneurs en HAPs dans les sédiments étaient 10 fois plus élevés que les PCBs et Pesticides Chlorés (PCLs). Les PCLs les plus abondant étaient l’endosulfan, l’alachlor, l’heptachlor, le lindane (γ-HCH) et le DDT pour lesquels les métabolites indiquent une utilisation récente. La contribution des HAPs pyrolytiques était dominante<br>Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) are compounds that are highly toxic to living organisms, persistent in the environment, undergo long distance transport and accumulate in organic-rich phases (sediments and fatty tissues). Given the vulnerability of aquatic ecosystems to pollution and scarcity of data on POPs in Africa and, this thesis examines the level of Organochlorinated Pesticides (OCPs), Polychlorobiphenyls (PCBs) and Polyaromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the Lake Barombi Watershed (LBW) and Wouri Estuary Mangrove (WEM) in Cameroon. In LBW, OCPs detected were endosulfan, hexachlorocyclohexanes (HCHs), dieldrin and aldrin. No OCPs were detected in water and the most frequently detected were HCHs with higher levels in soil than sediments (stream and lake). The α/γ-HCH ratio indicated recent use of lindane. The presence of OCPs is attributed to agriculture and fishing. PAH levels were higher in lake sediments than other samples. Pyrolytic sources of PAHs were predominant specifically combustion of grass, wood or coal. Sediment Quality Guidelines (SQGs) indicated low ecological risks to aquatic life. In the WEM, PAHs levels in sediments were more abundant than Chlorinated Pesticides (CLPs) and PCBs. The most abundant CLPs were endosulfan, alachlor, heptachlor, lindane (γ-HCH) and DDT for which metabolites pattern revealed recent use. PAHs ratios showed a predominant pyrolytic input. The presence of POPs in the WEM is mainly attributed to disease vector control (malaria), municipal waste dumps, industrial emissions and effluents, open burning of wastes, petroleum exploitation and harbour activities. SQGs implied low to moderate predictive biological toxicity

Après plusieurs décennies de monopartisme, caractérisées par l’emprise des médias par l’État et le parti unique, les États africains subsahariens ont choisi la voie de la démocratie pluraliste, à l’issue des « forums » dits, conférences nationales souveraines des années 90. Ces États firent le choix des régimes libéraux avec comme garanties les libertés fondamentales. Parmi les libertés instaurées, il y a celle de la presse qui est au cœur de tout système démocratique. L’exercice de cette liberté doit être exempt d’abus. C’est ainsi que, pour éviter de tels actes dans l’exercice de la liberté de communication, les textes constitutionnel, législatif et réglementaire ont institué des autorités de régulation des médias. Ces autorités font partie du confort des démocraties africaines comme des institutions « singulières ». Elles sont des autorités administratives et indépendantes de l’ordre organique unique tiré des pouvoirs législatif, exécutif et judiciaire. Par ailleurs, mener une étude juridique sur ces autorités oblige à s’intéresser aux questions essentiellement d’ordre pratique notamment des autorités de régulation comme alibi du pouvoir ou protectrice des libertés. Ainsi, l’on se propose de confronter les fondements juridiques et les faits afin de porter une analyse critique globale et des propositions de réformes<br>After decades of monopartism, which was characterized by the influence of the media by the state and the single party, Sub-Saharan African states have chosen the path of pluralistic democracy. It followed the national sovereign conferences in the 90s. These states made the choice of the liberal regime with fundamental freedoms as its guarantees. Freedom of the press, the heart of democracy, is among the recognized freedoms.The exercise of this freedom is to be free of abuse. Thus, to prevent such an abuse, constitutional, law-level and regulatory texts created authorities responsible for the regulation of media. These authorities are part of facilitating tools for the African democracies as "singular" institutions. They are administrative and independent of the unique organic order that flows from the legislative, executive and judicial branches of power. Moreover, to make a legal research on these authorities obliges to focus essentially on practical issues, including media regulatory authorities as an alibi of power or protection of freedoms. Therefore, the thesis is intended to explore the legal grounds and facts in order to make a global critical analysis and proposals for further reforms

Abstract:
This study examines the similarities and differences between males and females from the Hispanic and Non-Hispanic White population in the Central Florida labor force regarding recruitment strategies and techniques of the Baby Boomers, Generation X and the Millennial population. The purpose of this study is to identify those Human Resources recruitment practices that are most effective in retaining: (1) males and females from the Hispanic population, and (2) whether or not theses recruitment tactics affect the generation groups differently. The proposed issues will be assessed by collecting information from organizations, current employees, and job applicants. This study will use three research methods in addressing the stated purpose and objectives: literature review, focus groups, and questionnaire surveys. The literature review will explore present recruitment techniques, social and cultural similarities and differences between Hispanics and Non-Hispanic White, and generational differences. The main goal of the focus groups is to identify relevant recruitment issues as stated by Central Florida organizations, current employees, and job applicants. From the literature review and results of the focus groups two surveys will be develop to determine: (1) present recruitment practices used by Central Florida organizations; and (2) preferred recruitment practices among Hispanics and Non-Hispanic Whites. The results of this study will identify whether certain recruitment practices perceived as being most appealing and desirable vary among Hispanics and Non-Hispanic Whites. L’origine des suites de mégacristaux des kimberlites est sujette à d’intenses débats depuis de nombreuses années. La suite complexe de mégacristaux (grenat, clinopyroxène, zircon, baddeleyite, ilménite, rutile et nodules d’intercroissances rutile-silicates) des kimberlites diamantifères de Mbuji-Mayi (Kasaï Oriental), mises en place au Crétacé dans le craton archéen du Congo-Kasaï, a été étudiée en détails dans le but d’établir les relations entre les différents minéraux de la suite, leur relation au magma kimberlitique-hôte et au manteau lithosphérique cratonique archéen. L’étude des mégacristaux de grenat des kimberlites pauvres en diamants du Kundelungu (Katanga) a permis en outre d’établir la comparaison entre les mégacristaux de deux provinces kimberlitiques en République Démocratique du Congo, qui diffèrent notamment par leur âge de mise en place et par la composition et l’âge du socle traversé. <p>L’ensemble des données minéralogiques et géochimiques acquises (éléments majeurs et en traces, géochimie isotopique de l’oxygène, du Nd et de l’Hf) est intégré dans le but de déterminer la nature du (ou des) processus qui a (ont) donné naissance à ces suites de mégacristaux. <p>En parallèle, l’origine d’un xénolite rare de clinopyroxénite à kyanite exceptionnellement riche en Cr des kimberlites de Mbuji-Mayi a été explorée.<p>Bien qu’ils partagent de nombreuses caractéristiques avec d’autres suites de mégacristaux kimberlitiques, les mégacristaux de RDC sont généralement enrichis en Cr et appauvris en Fe et Ti, et ne présentent pas de preuve d’une origine par cristallisation fractionnée à partir d’un magma, ce qui permet de suggérer une origine différente, en l’occurrence une liaison plus directe avec le manteau lithosphérique réfractaire local lors de leur formation. Une origine métasomatique par interaction entre un liquide/fluide précurseur de la kimberlite et les péridotites du manteau lithosphérique est donc favorisée. L’ensemble des espèces minérales qui forme la suite de mégacristaux peut en effet trouver un équivalent compositionnel dans les lithologies métasomatisées de la lithosphère mantélique. <p>Les mégacristaux de grenat des deux provinces partagent des similarités frappantes qui sont interprétées en termes de processus de formation similaires. En revanche, ils ont systématiquement montré un comportement géochimique singulier, suggérant un processus de formation différent des autres mégacristaux. Ils semblent en effet avoir retenu l’héritage des compositions variables d’anciens protolites de grenat affectés récemment par un métasomatisme de type kimberlitique. Ces grenats résultent de la recristallisation de grenats initialement présents dans les péridotites cratoniques de la lithosphère archéenne. Par contre, les mégacristaux de clinopyroxène, zircon, baddeleyite, ilménite, rutile et les nodules d’intercroissances rutile-silicates se sont effectivement formés récemment par l’interaction métasomatique entre le liquide/fluide proto-kimberlitique et les péridotites cratoniques. Des variations locales du rapport (fluide et/ou liquide)/roche et de l’activité en SiO2 lors de la percolation du magma proto-kimberlitique asthénosphérique dans le manteau lithosphérique cratonique, couplées à la nature propre à la kimberlite de la région, permettent d’intégrer l’ensemble des mégacristaux dans un modèle pétrogénétique commun, avec des processus de formation parfois contrastés. <p><br>Doctorat en Sciences<br>info:eu-repo/semantics/nonPublished

碩士<br>國立成功大學<br>政治經濟學研究所專班<br>92<br>This research aims to explore the relationship between the elections of the president and legislators through the years of 1987~2002 after the democratization of Taiwan and the fiscal policies of the central government. We used the total annual revenue and spending of the central government, expenditure on education, sciences and culture, expenditure on economic development, expenditure on social welfare, revenues from taxes, etc. to serve as the variables of the budget. We then used the statistical multi-regression model, complimented with graphic analysis, to prove whether the phenomenon of the “political budget cycle” did exist during the presidential election and the election of the legislators. We found from the actual evidence that: 一、 No “political budget cycle” was observed in the election of the legislators 二、 The total annual revenue and spending of the central government, expenditure on education, sciences and culture, expenditure on economic development, expenditure on social welfare, etc. shared in common the tendency of increase in the years of presidential elections. 三、 Budget planning in this country emphasized on one-year revenue and expenditure. There is not much mid-term or long-term planning in terms of future governmental income. The above evidences showed that the “political budget cycle” does not exist in the election of the legislators who have greater influence in policy-making. However, the phenomenon of “political budget cycles” exist in the two presidential elections after Taiwan was democratized. This research shows the main reason behind this phenomenon is the differences in nature of the elections. The election of the legislators has nothing to do with the shifting of political power, while the presidential elections are concerned with the sustainability of a political administration.

Turnover rate of nursing aides can influence the life satisfaction and safety of institutional residents. Intention to stay of nursing aides becomes the key issue to maintain the care quality of institutional serves. However, the improvement of training, retention and work condition will be a crucial issue of long-term care policy. The purpose of this study was to understand the associated factors of intention to quit of nursing aides in long-term care facilities. The data were collected and used a questionnaire form for its depicting and inferring research purpose. It used 141 domestic nursing aides of 15 long term care facilities located in Taichung City, Nanton and Changhua Counties as research samples. The outcome is based on the attribution of person:15% of nursing aides had turnover Intention. Job satisfaction was 87%. There were 95% of them to have an opportunity to serve others, but only 63% was satisfied with salaries. As turnover Intention for dependent variable studied with logistic regression, it found that the type of organization,dispatching human resource, vocation day of per month, number of residents cared of every term, salary, time of transportation can increase the odds ratio of turnover Intention with statistics significantly(p<0.05).Additionally, dispatching identity, job burnout, subject burnout, job burden, supervisor support, lack of job security, workplace justice,self-rated health and job satisfaction also increased the odds ratio of turnover Intention with statistics significantly(p<0.05). While multi-variables and turnover Intention were studied with logistic regression analysis, only job satisfaction can predict turnover Intention with statistics significantly. The most associated issue with external inspirational factor is supervisor support. Internal inspirational factor was associated with workplace justice mostly. The results of this study can provide references for organizational managers to further discuss the reasonable workload and salary, to maintain workplace justice with fair, to support with inspiration for subordinates, to create work condition with quality and safety, to increase job satisfaction, to retain persons with talent with reducing job-leaving and to ensure care quality improvement.

碩士<br>國立臺北科技大學<br>環境規劃與管理研究所<br>102<br>The dissertation presents the characteristic of street dust in Cental and Southern Taiwan Air Quality Area,which are the worst PSI in Taiwan. Collecting eight county street dust samples in Cental and Southern Taiwan, and selecting 37 roads.The sample collection method for the street dust according to U. S. EPA AP-42 procedures, which are based on a review of American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) methods C-136. It was found that the amount of street dust loading is 2.080 g/m2, the amount of street slit loading is 0.606 g/m2. Street dust loading and street slit loading had the highest value in Nantou County, lowest value in Chiayi County. In the case of street sweeping frequency of three times a week, the amount of street slit loading reduced between about 0.038 to 0.540 g/m2 and street ambient PM10 concentration reduction efficiency can up to 7%. Further to estimate the PM2.5 concentration. As the PM2.5 concentration in the air was 15μg/m3 and roads silt load grading standards Class B. In the case of street sweeping frequency of three times a week, the air quality area PM2.5 concentration reduction efficiency was 0.012 %. The results showed that street sweeping only reduced air quality area PM2.5 concentrations 0.0018 μg / m3

碩士<br>朝陽科技大學<br>休閒事業管理系碩士班<br>99<br>Abstract The purpose of this study is to understand the department head’s spiritual leadership, organizational culture, as well as the class values of work status of the vocational students majoring in the food and beverage cooperative education, and also to explore the relevant work values among them. In this study, We had a convenience sample survey with 6 classes of food and beverage cooperative education school students in the central region in Taiwan, paying a total of 380 questionnaires, and 302 valid questionnaires obtained. The effective rate was 79.5%. We analyzed the Effective data mining from descriptive statistics, difference analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis other statistical methods. In the study, we found that in personal background variables, only the results of class work values; the average household monthly income of spiritual leadership, with significant differences in work values, and there were no significant differences from other personal background variables, such as spiritual leadership, organizational culture and work values. In addition, it is significantly correlated among the department heads’ spiritual leadership, the organizational culture, and the class of work values of food and beverage cooperative education and vocational students; also, the more the vocational food and beverage director of cooperative Education students feels about their spiritual dimensions of leadership in the "Hope/Faith "" vision "," Membership ", the better the performance is built on the work of teaching students behavior and attitudes will be. And, the more the cooperative Education students feel about the building of organizational culture dimensions of "organizational identity", "innovation and development", "strict supervision," the better the statement of work behavior will be. Based on results of this study, there is significant positive correlation among the spiritual head of the leadership, the company&apos;&apos;s work culture and values of the students. Therefore, I recommend the schools in charge of the cooperative Education strengthen the assessment and the understanding of cooperative education; the students&apos;&apos; work values may affect their future career development, and therefore the schools should carefully choose the companies to cooperate. The Cooperating company should have clear objectives, and distinct rewards and punishments, and do not let students enhance their work values instead of feeling a loss.
