Environmental concerns make enterprises pay more attention to green manufacturing. The emerging green supply chain inevitably will compete with the traditional supply chain. In order to evaluate the competitiveness of supply chains and the impact on channel structure strategy, we develop four game models for two competing supply chains according to their channel structure strategies. Green marginal manufacturing cost, demand sensitivity of green level, and governmental interventions are considered. We study how retail prices, green levels, and profits are influenced by channel structure choice

Abstract:
This article analyzes the effects of decentralization in organizational management, which involves transferring decision-making power from central to lower levels. By using case studies and theoretical research, the article examines the interplay between centralization and decentralization, and analyzes the critical factors for its implementation. In conclusion, the article emphasizes that implementing decentralization can be beneficial for organizations, but requires rigorous planning and implementation to ensure success. It is important to consider the advantages and disadvantages of this ap

Abstract:
Abstract Onshore Producing wells in proximity to new cellar slots are required to be shut-in during rigless conductor piling operations using welded conductors. The project objective is to design a novel technology system that can safely makeup and drive threaded conductors without using a drilling rig, thus preventing welding operations (hot works) and production deferment. A multi-disciplinary approach of drilling, safety and structural engineering was implemented during the planning phase. System integration test (SIT) was carried out between the drive sub, piling hammer and conductor. Anti

Abstract:
Abstract In shallow water wells in the Gulf of Mexico, running and cementing the production casing are considered some of the most complex and critical operations, due to challenging wellbore conditions, 3D trajectories and heterogenous formations with different pressure regimes in the same section. To ensure an appropriate pay zone isolation, alternative, enhanced and more efficient cementing solutions are required to overcome the consequences of having far-from-ideal cementing conditions. This paper will describe a successful implementation of combined cementing system technologies solutions

Abstract:
Abstract Considering the nature of lumpsum turnkey contracts in the Middle East, multiple performance optimization initiatives have been engineered to accelerate well delivery without compromising well acceptance and compliance criteria. One of the most critical operations in these wells is the successful and efficient running of Inflow Control Device (ICD) as part of the lower completion across ±5, 000 feet of 6⅛-in. open hole lateral. Historically, this operation was associated with severe non-productive events and in worst case scenario, abandonment of entire section and eventual sidetrack.
