This article reveals the dialectical essence of the process of human transformation in modern society from the perspective of the theory of evolution. The cephalization of modern man is presented by the author from the position of one of the principles of Hegelian dialectics – as a process of transition of quantitative changes into qualitative ones. And the human brain, in this case, acts as a new material basis and a new level of conscious reflection of reality. The features of the human transformation process are revealed, which include: a person’s acquisition of new personality traits, incr

Introduction: Superimposed preeclampsia (SPE) occurs in 25-40% of pregnant women affected by chronic hypertension and is associated with adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes. In previous studies, we have demonstrated that pregnant Stroke-prone Spontaneously Hypertensive Rat represent a spontaneous SPE model, characterized by defective trophoblast invasion and placental oxidative stress, asymmetric fetal growth restriction and worsening maternal hypertension with renal dysfunction towards term. Here, we sought to evaluate the therapeutic potential of alpha lipoic acid (ALA), a potent antioxid

This article shows that the integration of human and technology in modern society is transformative. These transformations are associated with changes in the nature of social connections and relationships and lead to the emergence of contradictions between man and society. This entails the risks of the existence of the most natural person due to trends in his improvement. The author noted that the emergence of a new type of person is due to his acquisition of new skills that he did not have before: working with information, mastering new methods of communication, etc. In this regard, the artic

Abstract Background Classic ecological formulations of predator–prey interactions often assume that predators and prey interact randomly in an information-limited environment. In the field, however, most prey can accurately assess predation risk by sensing predator chemical cues, which typically trigger some form of escape response to reduce the probability of capture. Here, we explore under laboratory-controlled conditions the long-term (minutes to hours) escaping response of the sea urchin Paracentrotus lividus, a key species in Mediterranean subtidal macrophyte communities. Застосовували анатомічні, статистичні та загальноприйняті методики мікроанатомічного методу дослідження. Встановлено, що комбінований вплив на організм сульфатів міді цинку та заліза ч
