Předkládaná studie popisuje kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem bylo získat vhled do zkušeností a názorů čtyř českých neslyšících či těžce sluchově postižených vysokoškolských studentů či absolventů s učením se anglickému jazyku. V rámci mezinárodního projektu byly se dvěma ženami a dvěma muži provedeny rozhovory, které poskytují osobní pohled na potřeby, problémy a preferované výukové a učební strategie studentů se ztrátou sluchu. Studie se zabývá komunikací ve školní třídě. Konkrétně je zaměřena na používání angličtiny jako cílového jazyka a češtiny jako mateřského jazyka ve výuce angličtiny na základních školách v České republice. Představuje výsledky analýzy 89 vyučovacích hodin anglického jazyka zaměřené na proporci mezi používáním angličtiny a češtiny učiteli a žáky a také na specifické situace, ve kterých jsou oba jazyky míšeny. Analýzy ukázaly, že učitelé ve vyučování vyřkli více českých slov než anglických, zatímco žáci naopak vyřkli více anglických slov než českých. Analýzy využívající časové kódování ukázaly,

Článek pojednává o problémech ekvivalence při přenosu ruských frazeologických neologismů do češtiny. Taková analýza je založena na materiálu rusko-českého slovníku neologismů sestaveného L. Stěpanovou a M. Dobrovou a publikovaným Olomouckou univerzitou. Zde je navržena typologie frazeologických ekvivalentů, kterou používají autoři slovníku, je popsána účinnost přenosu frazeologických jednotek do českého jazyka. Charakteristickým rysem frazeologických neologismů zdrojového jazyka je jeho původní zobrazení a expresivita, což znesnadňuje zejména výběr ekvivalentů.

Created program works with manually built and annotated Czech sample corpus to generate probabilistic context free grammar within runtime machine learning.
