Lo studio si inserisce in un progetto più ampio per lo sviluppo di una pesca sostenibile, condotto dai ricercatori di CESTHA, Centro Sperimentale per la Tutela degli Habitat, nella marineria ravennate. Il lavoro ha previsto raccolta dati e successiva elaborazione su due tecniche sperimentali di pesca.
La prima consta nell’uso di nasse rigide per la pesca di S. mantis, ed è stata analizzata e confrontata con la tecnica tradizionale delle reti da posta: in termini di qualità e quantità del pescato (commerciale e non commerciale) ed in termini di guadagno economico. Il risultato è una differenza sostanziale nella selettività e nella capacità di cattura dei due strumenti, a favore della tecnica sperimentale. Questo, aggiunto ai minori tempi di lavoro richiesti dal primo attrezzo e ad un guadagno finale nettamente superiore, fa sì che i vantaggi siano notevoli e molteplici e che quindi la tecnica a nasse per la pesca di S. mantis possa essere un’alternativa valida e sostenibile sia dal punto di vista ambientale che da quello economico. Ciononostante, proprio a causa dell’altissima selettività rivolta alla specie target, la pesca con questo strumento necessita di ulteriore monitoraggio e rigida regolamentazione per poter risultare effettivamente sostenibile.
La seconda tecnica analizzata ha previsto la sperimentazione di uno strumento innovativo per la cattura di esemplari adulti di L. depurator, abbinata alla selezione manuale dei soli maschi. Essendo un sistema totalmente nuovo, lo scopo è stato verificare l’effettiva capacità di cattura nei confronti della specie target. Durante il periodo di raccolta dati sono emerse alcune criticità proprie del nuovo attrezzo che hanno portato a risultati non del tutto positivi in termini di quantitativi di pescato, seppur con un livello qualitativo eccellente. Anche l’impatto sul by catch è risultato minimo, ma risulta necessario proseguire la sperimentazione con modifiche funzionali per rendere lo strumento efficiente.

This Thesis describes my journey towards the theatre and personal and professional developement during my studies of classic theatre acting at the Academy of Performing Arts. I worked with my experience, to compile experience in overcoming obstacles to study specific roles. I touched upon the problem of how to combine internal and external components of actors in confrontation with feedback, defining rules and common objectives of acting. What are the risks, blocks and distractions of how to create and how to fight them? What the acting world does with personality? The goal of this Thesis, after 4 years of study and practice in the theater DISK, is to find out what I could consciously bring into the theater, how it has an effect on me and how I understand the sense of drama and entertainment practice.

Between 1. 8. 2011 and 14. 8. 2011, from the center of Prague to the South, following the Moldau river, the Journey/Performance took place. The journey without specified destination. The participants were two artists Veronika Slámová, who initiated the trip, and Darina Alster. They took with them hand made pushcart, designed by Jan Jaroslav Sterec, in which they had hand made costumes, basic food and camping necessities. The aim of the Journey/Performance was to break free from everyday life and stereotypes, to find new experience, to travel without plans, mobiles, money, time and other modern utilities. Veronika Slámová and Darina Alster tried to find out if people are willing to help unknown artist/pilgrims. During the Journey/Performance the spontaneous performances took place based on the location, participants and situation. People were enthusiastic and serious about their parts in these performances. If artists needed help with or without asking people offered it to them, sometimes they had to refuse these offers. The journey was documented by using the photographs, video and text. Part of the journey was broadcasted live in internet radio Applaus.

This study focuses on structural analysis of narrative of the double journey film The Queen according to three types of structuring - classical three act structure, sequence approach and the hero's journey. Each of those methods is examining the story with regard to the fact that the film has two protagonists. It is also taking into consideration the possibility of adjusting these model structures to fit this particular story. The study concludes that each of those methods can be beneficial if used in service of the chosen theme.

What should I do to realize what I am saying, what I am playing, what I should feel, how I should move, what I want, who I am and where I am? I´m trying to answer all these questions, because it is the actor´s truth, what attracts me, interests me and fills me up. In my master thesis I describe my attitude to a role that brings me closer to the actor´s truthfulness. I result from my professors, who taught me and influenced me for four years on the theatre faculty, and also from the book ?The Actor and the Target?, written by Declan Donnellan. The way of the Jedovnice creek: connection with the spring Falling into the underground halls and back to the light. The Water Way is an intermedial poem that is concerned to the element of water, character of its way through the landscape and its presence in the landscape. Since the type of work I most prefer is the work in the landscape, I am returning back to the natural landscape, strong places in Moravian karst near Brno. The audiovisual poem is primarily focused on the moment of melting. Sublimation of ice from the ice shelter, ephemeral phenomena on the surface, such as miniature whirls, waves, rays of sunlight and especially moonlight. The poem focuses on the possibilities of transferring the experience with a specific place, and the events in a unique, unrepeatable time and space into the theatrical scene and possibilities of the musical and audiovisual interpretation of such experience. I work with digital media (video mix and audiostop) to transfer the artist's physical experience in a unique time and unique natural setting into the scenic form of the work. Considering the physical and symbolic qualities of the water element, I have abandoned the composition of the event in the classical sense.

This diploma thesis is focused on measures, which have been adopted in Iceland due to the crisis. The first part of the thesis follows up causes and a course of the Icelandic banking crisis in order to understand the situation which the Icelandic authorities had to respond. Subsequently there are outlined measures which are adopted and in the last part these measures are evaluated. Emphasis is placed on analysing the measures of capital controls, banking sector restructuring and fiscal consolidation. All measures have achieved their objectives and have had significant impact on current recovery. Therefore at the end of the thesis is discussed the possibility of these measures applicability in other countries.

While writing my diploma work I was firstly striving for that goal so that the overall result would not cause an impression of lamenting over the prevailing conditions of Czech kinematography. I tried to evade to subjectify and maintain the plain of my writing so that this, for myself very significant, experience would come out in the most compact format as possible. It is apparent from my writing that the failure of the project was caused by undetecting gesture especially in the economical-organization branch of the project. However, at the same time the gesture. And that is why I do not want to wash away my own liability. Simultaneously it occurs to me that pouring ashes over my head would be too easy at this moment. The objective of my diploma work was to arrive at some definite conclusion and to diagnose that failure. Therefore I still would like to clarify this: "dominating conditions" of Czech kinematography is overly sweeping and abstract definition. And I do not have the power to evaluate these "conditions" in general. I even think that it is probably impossible. I do not believe that certain "condition" dominate the Czech kinematography. I our case the fiasco of the project pertains to failing of specific people.

I am describing the methods of our dramatictraining, which formed the basis for further joint work leading to the creation ofthe company BodyVoiceBand. My thesis describes the process chronologicallyfrom the very beginning of the study to the birth of the performance Vojna (TheWar), which we already prepared under the heading of BodyVoiceBand.I divided the thesis into three parts. In the first one I deal with the workshops ofFarma v jeskyni (Farm in a Cave), which were decisive for all our future work, forboth the ensemble, and the individuals. I described what kind of training wewent through during the workshops and the way it prepared us for furtherstudies. The second part deals with the study at the faculty. It is divided intosubheads according to the phenomena we were dealing with and which are thestarting point for a certain kind of work, thanks to which the bodyBodyVloiceBand started to shape. The third part is devoted to the production ofVojna /War, which is the result of our efforts, and which is the starting point ofthe formation of BodyVoiceBand. I focused on the way and course of preparingthe production.

Neste trabalho, estudamos a dimensão de Hausdorff de projeções da cesta de Sierpinski na reta. O problema de encontrar a dimensão de Hausdorff de certos subconjuntos de R é delicado, e tem despertado o interesse de muitos matemáticos desde a descoberta dos números transcendentes. A cesta de Sierpinski é um subconjunto do plano cuja dimensão de Hausdorff é 1 e, como consequência disto, um resultado de Marstrand se aplica ao garantir que um subconjunto do plano com dimensão maior ou igual a 1 possui projeções na reta com dimensão 1, para quase todas as direções. Furstenberg conjecturou que a dimensão da projeção da cesta de Sierpinski em uma direção irracional qualquer é 1, e este problema permaneceu aberto até 2014. Apresentamos uma releitura dos trabalhos de Kennyon sobre estes temas. Eles nos fornecem o valor da dimensão para números racionais e algumas estimativas para um subconjunto de irracionais.In this work we study the Hausdorff dimension of projections of the Sierpinski gasket. The problem of finding the dimension is delicate, and have risen attention of several mathematicians since the discovery of transcendental numbers. The Sierpinski gasket is a subset of R2 with Hausdorff dimension equal to 1 and, as a consequence, a result due to Marstrand applies, ensuring that a subset of R2 with Hausdorff dimension greater or equal to 1 have projections on R with Hausdorff dimension equal to 1, for almost every direction. Furstenberg conjectured that the Hausdorff dimension of the projection of the Sierpinski gasket in an irrational direction should be 1. This problem remained open untill 2014. We present a reading of Kennyon's work on these subjects. They provide us this dimension number for rational numbers and some estimatives for a certain subset of irrationals.

The main aim of my thesis was to re-establish their former individual creation. When rendering images, I came from my heart that emotionally involved in deciding the final constellation of colors. The resulting series of images is processed oil painting technique using mainly medium formats. The composition of paintings based on geometric abstraction and draw on previous work by increasing the details of their own earlier paintings. The operational objective was to search for color variations that inherently express different emotional states. The work focuses primarily on finding harmonious interplay of color tones.

This thesis tries to grasp my own journey to movement and authorial performance. Its first part is focused on space, rhythm, tempo perceiving, energy, internal movement and the actual movement in the lessons of acting with inner partner. The second part represents my experience with movement in the lessons of Zdenička Kratochvílová - working with mask, pantomime basics and work on Beckett´s Play without Words II (Acte sans paroles II) that was our public presentation performance. It the second part, I also recorded my experience with contact improvisation in the lessons of Monika Rebcová from HAMU. The last (third) part reflects my authorial performance "Jano, nestůj tu jak štafle!!" ("Jane, don´t stand here like that!!") that topped off my work at KATaP. Here I monitor the gradual development of the performance - the initial ideas, the origination and changes of the text (see attachments), public rehearsals, movement improvisations, search for expression and character representation. The performance was a search for my own authorial stand and came into existence in cooperation with Nastja Astashina. The thesis is accompanied by a DVD with the presentation Beckett´s play and my authorial presentation "Jano, nestůj tu jak štafle!!" ("Jane, don´t stand here like that!!")

This text is a follow-up to my bachelor thesis written in 2004. On the
basis of the conclusions which I reached four years ago I am currently
looking for ways to acquaint children and youth with gips fairy tale as
well as gipsy culture and nature. This work is inspired by the books of
gipsy fairy tales published in our country so far and relates to
bachelor thesis written primarily about unmodified fairy tales took
down by Milena Hübschmannová, and in detail analyses other fairy
tales, this time authorial. There is one book translated from Slovak
language, written by gipsy author Elena Lacková. Another book was
written in the 1960s by Milena Voříšková and there are also entirely
authorial fairy tales by Hana Doskočilová. Every age group needs
a different fairy tale. Moreover, there is a need for a special
preparation and selection of texts for a homogenous group of gipsy
children.

In this Master´s thesis I will be writing about one of the most successful composers of the first half of the 20th century- Erich Wolfgang Korngold. He was born in Brno (29.5. 1897) and died in Los Angeles (29.11. 1957). On one side this thesis discusses the life path and creative career of E. W. Korngold, on the other side his five operas, which are considered to be a mainstay of his lifelong work. By these I mean one-act operas Der Ring des Polykrates and Violanta, then the most famous opera Die tote Stadt, after that a monumental piece Das Wunder der Heliane and the last forgotten composition Die Kathrin. Furthemore I couldn?t leave out Korgold?s first work on stage- pantomimic ballet Der Schneemann.
In this thesis I observe these pieces of work from several view-points ? historical, musically- dramatic form and dramatic content.

This graduation theses seeks to analyse expected gains arising from adoption of Europe's single common currency,costs of such adoption and potentional risks.Conception of this analysis is based on the Theory of Optimal Currency Areas alongside empirical studies regarding the same matter. The first chapter summarizes the historical development of european monetary integration and the position of euro in the world monetary system. The second chapter is devoted to the principles of the Theory of Optimal Currency Areas and the asymmetric shocks. The requirements of the Theory of Optimal Currency Areas are tested on the example of the current member states in eurozone. The following two chapters describe expected economic gains and costs connected with the membership of the Czech Republic in eurozone. The last chapter considers possible ways of determining the most suitable timeframe for entrance of the Czech Republic into eurozone.

This thesis tries to look at methods and techniques of drama education from the viewpoint of Czech language teacher at a grammar school. The introduction answers the question Why to search a different way of teaching literature at a grammar school. First chapter then searches in present system (Frame educational program, state school-leaving examination) the possibilities of using methods and techniques of drama education in literature lessons. The following chapter talks about the theories of methods and techniques of drama education and also so called drama structures. The third chapter contains factual suggestions how to use the methods and techniques of drama education practically in literature lessons. One sub-chapter deals again with smaller structures, the second one contains suggestions of large drama structures for particular grammar-school classes. These structures are based on taught literature ? Othelo, Maryša, Proces and Nesnesitelná lehkkost bytí. In conclusion the thesis evaluates the potential and points out the difficulties of using these methods in literature lessons.

The theory of deterministic chaos has generated a lot of interest and continues to be one of the much-focused research areas in the field of dynamics today. This is due to its prevalence in essential parts of human lives such as electrical circuits, chemical reactions, the flow of blood through the human system, the weather, etc. This thesis presents a study of the Lorenz equations, a famous example of chaotic systems. In particular, it presents the analysis of the Lorenz equations from stability to chaos and various bifurcation scenarios with numerical and graphical interpretations. It studies concepts of non-linear dynamical systems such as equilibrium points, stability, linearization, bifurcation, Lyapunov function, etc. Finally, it discusses how the Lorenz equations serve as a model for the waterwheel (in detail), and the convection roll for fluid.

The Master thesis describes comprehensively attributes and operating of arbitration in the Czech Republic which has acquired significance recently. The work is divided into eight chapters. After exordium I make readers acquainted with alternative dispute resolution, e.g. mediation. The third chapter characterizes arbitration and describes history, sources of law, types of arbitration and capability of arbitrator in the Czech Republic. The fourth part deals with the arbitration agreements and their requirements. The fifth chapter is dedicated to its particular stages and revision, recognition and enforcement of the arbitral awards in order to provide the reader an complex overview of the the arbitration proceedings. In the sixth section, the author tries to define advantages and disadvantages of this method of solving disputes and to answer question why we should choose it. The seventh chapter adds a special current issues devoting an arbitration clause on consumer contracts. In the last chapter author concludes the topic and suggests improvements.

The thesis also reviews the preparedness for the euro adoption in terms of fulfilment of both the nominal and real convergence criteria. First part summarizes the brief history of European monetary integration and theoretical aspects associated with function of monetary union. Follows the major part namely euro adoption in the Czech Republic where current status of fulfilment of maastricht convergence criteria and additional factors of real convergence will be analysed. This part of thesis also deals with direct and indirect impact of euro adoption on Czech economy. In the thesis I will also review current problems of euro-zone which could negatively affect the strategy of euro adoption in the Czech Republic.

Nejprve byly charakterizovány skutečnosti týkající se vzniku a vývoje integračního uskupení. Následně byla analyzována data (cenová hladina, úrokové míry, deficit vládního sektoru, produktivita, hospodářský růst, aj.), která jsou pro Českou republiku při zkoumání této problematiky relevantní. Tyto údaje byly většinou získávány z materiálů Eurostatu, České národní banky a Českého statistického úřadu. Závěry byly učiněny na základě vyhodnocení všech předložených informací. Práce byla doplněna o nezbytné definice pojmů a problémů.

Playback theatre (abbreviated below as PT) was developed by Jonathan Fox and his
wife Jo Salas in 1975. The Original Playback Theatre Company was established in
the same year. Since that time, the PT has been practiced in over 50 countries all
over the world.
PT is improvisational theatre approach, in which is never known how the
performance will look like and how it will be fulfilled. PT enforce learning to
spontaneity of expression in the code of conscious inspired creative developing of
unknown situation and existing in it on the stage in the same way as during Acting
with the Inner Partner(s) lessons. PT performances are developed in certain structure
and have stable course. That is how PT is enforced as ritual scheme, which has
purgative ability and artistic power able to gather people together and teach them
reciprocity, sharing and coexistence.
Basic principal of PT is storytelling of private stories, events or life experiences as
emotions, fantasies, dreams or ideas and sharing them by all participating. These are
thereupon improvisationally played back to so called teller by a group of actors on the
stage. That is how those stories are upraised on a higher level of theatre pieces.
Whether is story anyhow simple, difficult, deep, trivial, lightweight or serious, it must
be always foremost and it also must be played from this point of view.
It is not purpose to make fun primarily with it, but to use collective moment, in which
we learn to listen one to another. We also learn to respect others and their personal
experiences and their understanding the world. PT actors are not in the center of
public attention as during classical type of theatre performances, but they serve
straightly to audience´s stories. They enact them with humility and respect with
purpose of feast event experience.
This discipline interests me by its universality of being used in different types of
environment, by its richness of inspiration, by its education potentiality and by its
artistic value.

The aim of this thesis is the reconstruction of forest haul road in the cadastral municipality Velká Losenice. The work takes the form of study with the appurtenances of project documentation and may serve as a basis for future potential elaboration and implementation project in the village. The main reasons for the planned reconstruction is already poor technical condition and unsatisfactory road parameters for quality accessibility of surrounding forest land. The work is dividend into text and visual part. The main part of the work consists of technical report and summary technical report. The visual part contains a total of 10 annexes, including detailed layout and individual construction objects. The project of this thesis was carried out in three phases. In the first phase the current situation has been focused by total station. In the second phase, laboratory elaboration of the underlying grounds samples was done. In the last phase, the data from total station were computer-processed and new state of forest road was designed by using the programs AutoCAD 2015 and AutoCAD Civil 3D 2015. Elaboration of the estimated budget was done in program KROS plus version 17.70.

In my diploma work I tried to deal with the problem of the Stations of the Cross not only from the artistic point of view but also from its spiritual side. For me, both aspects were fascinating. In the introduction I briefly go into a problem of the development of religion in the society in general and slightly touch the theme of folk piety and with it connected pilgrimages, on which, around the Easter holyday, often the piety of the Stations of the Cross had its importance. But essential is the understanding of the Stations of the Cross in its spiritual and artistic layers of meaning, its development, form and codification. Then my creative conception of the final journey of Jesus follows. But this conception is not accidental. It corresponds with the space of the Chapel of St. Anthony. The author of this architectural jewel is the architect Ladislav Kuba and it reflects the conception of the present-day architecture.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the concept of "business trip". The reason for choosing this topic is the fact that business trip is a conception of public knowledge. My thesis aims at delivering a comprehensive overview of the legal regulations governing the given legal issue. The thesis is composed of eleven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the business trip concept and the related concepts. The Introduction studies in particular the development of labour law in our country. Chapter One deals with changes in the employment relationship. It is subdivided into two parts, where the Part One defines the term "employment", and the Part Two deals with the specific kinds of changes in the employment - i.e. changes in the subject of a labour relation, and changes in the contents of a labour relation. Besides business trips, a change in the contents of a labour relation can be also a transfer of the employee to another work or place. Chapter Two describes the history of the legislation related to the business trips. The purpose of this thesis is to analyse legal provisions on business trips and the related issue of reimbursement of travel expenses. The reason why I have chosen this topic is extraordinary popularity of this institute in practice and an interest to establish to which travel expenses an employee sent on a business trip is entitled. The thesis is composed of five chapters. The first - introductory chapter defines key terms used later in the thesis: e.g. an employment relationship and its alteration, agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship, a business trip (abroad), transfer to another place, temporary assignment etc. The second chapter analyses the reimbursement of travel expenses generally. The travel expenses are defined, the role of the conditions of a business trip is explained and a possibility to stipulate the reimbursement of travel expenses is examined also with respect to the agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship. This master's thesis is focused on the experiences of men with the transition to fatherhood during the pregnancy period of the partner and the first months of the child's life. The aim of the study is to explore their experience with this period and to understand how the father identity is formed in the proces of becoming a father. The theoretical part introduces the topic of generativity as a prerequisite for parenting and psychological concepts focused on the process of becoming a father. It also discusses the subject of becoming a father in terms of different time periods: preparation for parenthood, pregnancy, childbirth and the first year of the child's life. Subsequently, it is described which biological and psychological changes occur in men in the process of becoming a father, and what changes occur in a relationship with a partner. The practical part presents qualitative research of men who have recently become fathers. Semi- structured interviews were conducted to discover their experience. The childbirth in the medical discourse is still viewed as a proces of high risk. The birth at home is then in such a discourse considered to be hazardous practice which can threaten the life of the unborn child. This paper tries to contribute to the discussions about the freedom of choice of the place of birth. The birth is then viewed from the perspective of gender as a constructed phenomenon culturaly and socialy biased. The main focus is on the research of the experience of women who gave birth at home. Their experience is to be considered as constructed as well, therefore I investigate the leverages that influence their interpretation of the birth experience. I am also interested in researching how their experience influenced their futher life and what meaning they asign to it in the context of their life experience as such. Further interest of this paper is to research the knowledge that the women, who gave birth at home, used during the proces of childbirth. The main focus is to elicit the auhoritative knowledge based on which they make decisions and how this knowledge is constituted.

The thesis is dealing with the circumstances in which the Treaty on Mutual Relations between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Federal Republic of Germany, known as the Prague Treaty, was negotiated and concluded in the early 1970s. The main focus of the thesis is the chapter on the Way to the Prague Treaty, which contains an analysis of negotiations on the text of the Prague Treaty, where the biggest obstacle was disagreement over the invalidity of Munich Agreement, as well as questions about importance of some treaty provisions for West Berlin, signing the treaty in Prague in December 1973 and finally even the process of ratification of the treaty in both states. The analysis of the ratification process consisting mainly in the negotiation of a treaty in the legislative bodies of both states is based mainly on primary sources, parliamentary papers and stenoprotocols. Complicated was discussion in the Federal Republic, when deputies of opposition (CDU/CSU) in Bundestag spoke against the treaty and Bundesrat voted against the treaty even two times. The treaty was approved unanimously in Federal Assembly of Czechoslovakia, nevertheless speeches of each deputies was used mainly for proclamation of own interpretation of some provisions of the treaty.
