The introduction describes the starting points - the life of the author and the play itself. Furthermore it deals with the process - reading rehearsals, blocking rehearsals, setting of stage scenes, verifying the functionality of individual elements and scenes, polishing and the final version. The work also explores concept of performer and different meanings of it.

Previous issue date: 2008-05-26T00:00:00Z<br>For decades economists have been concerned with calculating the Marginal Cost of Public Funds (MCF). One of the greatest achievements in that area is the model of public good provision with distortionary taxation of Wildasin (1984). We have generalized Wildasin’s model to include a basket of public goods, allowing those goods to be in kind and cash transfer. Afterwards we make various estimates of the MCF in Brazil, including those that do not assume independence between the level of public good and the labor supply curve, which is standard in the literature. Our results show that the Marginal Cost of Public Funds in Brazil is relatively low. This low estimates are due, in part, to the small sensitivity of the labor supply curve to government expenditure estimated with Brazilian data.<br>Há décadas os economistas se preocupam com o problema de calcular o Custo Marginal do Financiamento Público (MCF, em inglês). Um dos maiores sucessos nessa área é o modelo de provisão de bem público com taxação distorciva de Wildasin (1984). Nós generalizamos o modelo de Wildasin para incluir uma cesta de bens públicos, ao invés de um único bem. Em seguida realizamos várias estimativas do MCF para o Brasil, algumas inclusive sem a hipótese de independência entre o nível de bem público e a oferta de trabalho, usual na literatura. Os resultados mostram que o Custo Marginal do Financiamento Público no Brasil é relativamente pequeno, entre outras causas devido à pequena sensibilidade da oferta de trabalho ao gasto governamental

Neste trabalho apresenta-se um estudo do comportamento estrutural de cestas protendidas, tendo em vista a sua utilização em coberturas pênseis de grandes áreas livres. A partir da Técnica do Meio Contínuo obtêm-se as equações que permitem analisar as cestas protendidas quanto a esforços e deslocamentos. Fazem-se considerações sobre o sistema de equações encontrado visando a sua resolução mediante o emprego de programa computacional como instrumento de cálculo. Apresentam-se exemplos numéricos e os resultados são comparados com os obtidos em outros trabalhos. Fazem-se algumas considerações a respeito do projeto e do cálculo de cestas protendidas, além de algumas indicações sobre a continuidade da pesquisa.<br>This work presents a continuous medium method analysis of cable nets and their applications as suspended roofs for large free spans. lnitially the theory of the method is presented and later applied to get the system of differential equation that represents the problem. Finally this system is numerically solved with computational procedures. Some examples are presented and the results compared with those obtained with others methods and numerical procedures. Some analysis and design considerations and further developments in this subject are also included.

This Thesis describes my journey towards the theatre and personal and professional developement during my studies of classic theatre acting at the Academy of Performing Arts. I worked with my experience, to compile experience in overcoming obstacles to study specific roles. I touched upon the problem of how to combine internal and external components of actors in confrontation with feedback, defining rules and common objectives of acting. What are the risks, blocks and distractions of how to create and how to fight them? What the acting world does with personality? The goal of this Thesis, after 4 years of study and practice in the theater DISK, is to find out what I could consciously bring into the theater, how it has an effect on me and how I understand the sense of drama and entertainment practice.

An atomic resonance filter (ARF), composed of a cell containing an absorbing gas and two interference/absorption filter stacks, is designed to be both wide angle and ultra-narrowband. The bandwidth of this filter, in the range of 1-10mA, is determined by the absorption linewidth of the absorbing gas. Light entering the ARF within this bandwidth excites the gas to a highly excited state, and the fluorescence cascade back to the ground state emerges from the gas cell as the detected signal. The interference/absorption filter stacks insure that light not interacting with the gas does not pass through the ARF. The ARF is necessarily wide-angle due to the isotropic absorption properties of the gas. This dissertation models the processes involved in atomic absorption to determine the performance of an ARF that uses cesium as the absorbing gas. This model uses the Voigt absorption profile to obtain a correlation between the frequency of the traveling photon and the velocity of the absorbing atom. Results of computer simulations based on this model are presented along with experimental measurements. The ARF characteristics of importance include its efficiency and the temporal response of the filter. These characteristics are determined as a function of temperature and the input photon frequency. The effect of an additional buffer gas, which is included to decrease the ARF response time is investigated.

Playback theatre (abbreviated below as PT) was developed by Jonathan Fox and his
wife Jo Salas in 1975. The Original Playback Theatre Company was established in
the same year. Since that time, the PT has been practiced in over 50 countries all
over the world.
PT is improvisational theatre approach, in which is never known how the
performance will look like and how it will be fulfilled. PT enforce learning to
spontaneity of expression in the code of conscious inspired creative developing of
unknown situation and existing in it on the stage in the same way as during Acting
with the Inner Partner(s) lessons. PT performances are developed in certain structure
and have stable course. That is how PT is enforced as ritual scheme, which has
purgative ability and artistic power able to gather people together and teach them
reciprocity, sharing and coexistence.
Basic principal of PT is storytelling of private stories, events or life experiences as
emotions, fantasies, dreams or ideas and sharing them by all participating. These are
thereupon improvisationally played back to so called teller by a group of actors on the
stage. That is how those stories are upraised on a higher level of theatre pieces.
Whether is story anyhow simple, difficult, deep, trivial, lightweight or serious, it must
be always foremost and it also must be played from this point of view.
It is not purpose to make fun primarily with it, but to use collective moment, in which
we learn to listen one to another. We also learn to respect others and their personal
experiences and their understanding the world. PT actors are not in the center of
public attention as during classical type of theatre performances, but they serve
straightly to audience´s stories. They enact them with humility and respect with
purpose of feast event experience.
This discipline interests me by its universality of being used in different types of
environment, by its richness of inspiration, by its education potentiality and by its
artistic value.

Between 1. 8. 2011 and 14. 8. 2011, from the center of Prague to the South, following the Moldau river, the Journey/Performance took place. The journey without specified destination. The participants were two artists Veronika Slámová, who initiated the trip, and Darina Alster. They took with them hand made pushcart, designed by Jan Jaroslav Sterec, in which they had hand made costumes, basic food and camping necessities. The aim of the Journey/Performance was to break free from everyday life and stereotypes, to find new experience, to travel without plans, mobiles, money, time and other modern utilities. Veronika Slámová and Darina Alster tried to find out if people are willing to help unknown artist/pilgrims. During the Journey/Performance the spontaneous performances took place based on the location, participants and situation. People were enthusiastic and serious about their parts in these performances. If artists needed help with or without asking people offered it to them, sometimes they had to refuse these offers. The journey was documented by using the photographs, video and text. Part of the journey was broadcasted live in internet radio Applaus.

Thesis deals with the efficiency of inland waterways in the Czech Republic and its measure which would lead to its greater use. For this precaution is considered a project the Weir in Děčín and without this, the project can not proceed in the construction of other projects in the Czech inland waterways. The first part is devoted to the description of inland waterways as part of the trans-European networks. Furthermore there are institutions in charge of the developement and operation of waterways. Legislation defining the rules to ensure continuity of water transport is also important in the developement and operation. The second part deals with positive relationship between freight water transport and economy of the Czech Republic. I describe in the last chapter of the thesis project the Weir in Děčín and the subsequent project of navigability of the Elbe River to Pardubice and construction of the Danube-Oder-Elbe.

This study focuses on structural analysis of narrative of the double journey film The Queen according to three types of structuring - classical three act structure, sequence approach and the hero's journey. Each of those methods is examining the story with regard to the fact that the film has two protagonists. It is also taking into consideration the possibility of adjusting these model structures to fit this particular story. The study concludes that each of those methods can be beneficial if used in service of the chosen theme.

The assigned territory is situated in the City of Brno, in the city district of Židenice. From the west it is limited by the railway track Brno-Židenice, from the east by Koperníkova Street, from the north by Lazaretní Street and finally from the south by Bubeníčkova Street. Its area is approximately 45, 480 m2 which is 4,55 ha. From the urban perspective it is an intensive development in a separated block of the city with a protection zone. Total area is permeated by a few lines for pedestrians. The pedestrian zone provides better permeability of the area and better accessibility of the trade parterre. The buildings connect to surrounding development and respect the density of the integrity of the area. Intensive housing structure is regarded as "the city of short distance". The achievement of high density of housing development combines lots of various functions and relatively small built-up surface. While high-quality environment is preserved, people can find job oportunities in the intensive housing development without the need for transport. For achievement conception of compact city applies space urban planning. The shape of the estate directly impacted the principle of the proposal together with the city planning context of the current buildings. In the protective zone there is established a huge park with water reservoirs. The walk-through trade parterre is filled with many various functions, on its walkable roof is created a semi-public zone with skylights and freely introduced verdure. On the walkable roof there are independent blocks of apartments and public facilities. In the northern and southern corner are located public-service utilities and in the middle of this area there is a nursery and a kindergarden. In structural terms the building it is about cast-in-place concrete reinforced frame based on a white concrete foundation which has one underground level and five above-ground levels.

The locality is situated in the city quarter Brno-Židenice in close proximity of the railway line connecting Brno and Česká Třebová. The area is delimited by the Bubeníčkova Street from the South, the Koperníkova Street from the East, by Lazaretní Street from the North and by a road copying the railway line from the West. The elemental form of the projected compound is divided into three blocks by pass-through axes. The blocks are interconnected with a common basement where underground car park is located. The blocks have up to six floors above ground. On the first floor, there is a variety of commercial spaces for shops and restaurants and in the middle there is a supermarket. In the northern object, there are situated different types of amenities (kinder-garden, leisure activities for children, spa) on the second and higher floors. On the top floor of this object we can find the flats as well as in the middle building from the second floor. The commercial areas, offices and library are situated in the southern block.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the architectural study of the mix-used urban housing situated closed to the Brno city centre. The design will allow mixing of greater amount of different functions on a relatively small built-up area, which will reduce the requirements on transport and provide the inhabitant with various forms of housing, services and employment. The mass and spatial solution respects the surrounding city blocks on south and the mass increase to the north industrial zone. The mass defines the area and respect noise protection zone on housing development. The shape of object's ground plan is based on the area, which is divided by four axes of pedestrian paths. The basic matter of object is divided into four blocks linked by common internal square. The mass solution provides private, semi-private and public courtyards.

The specified area is located in the city district Brno - Židenice, near the railway station. The theme of the thesis is the architectural study of selected part of the multifunctional intense urban structure, which was solved in the pre-diploma project. Draft uses the building site intensively, provides high plot ratio and density of population, a wide range of functions in a relatively small area is related to the elimination of transportation. By using topography the proposal creates a permeable areas, buildings with relations to the surroundings and with quality public spaces and attractive housing. Pick-up railway cancels barrier and makes a space with landscaping. Readability is achieved by linking the territory from east to west by straight streets and from north to south by passages. The development creates three centers, the commercial center of the north, center of culture in the heart of the area and the center of relaxation and sport in the south. Basic grid of development has a checkerboard plan, which reflects the grid of surrounding structure. The new development varies in its scale, from large scale buildings in the parterre decays into smaller scale. Function division is horrizontal. There are underground parking, a parterre with shops and services, a floor with offices and work study open to the courtyard and housing on the upper floors. Thus formed structure provides enough light in the courtyards and flats. The segmentation is supported by materials, bricks in the parterre contrast with the monotone plaster on the upper floors.

The territory in question for the design of architectural study is located in the city of Brno-Zidenice, cadastral area of Zidenice, on the left (east) bank of the river Svitava, 2 km east of the historic core. An area of about 4.1 ha is bounded on the south Bubenickova street, on the east side is street Kopernikova, Lazaretni is on the north and on the west side is nameless street, which currently serves as a handler - connecting. The subject of this diploma thesis is the architectural study of the design of the urban spatial structure with intensive use of city urban area, designed in pre-diploma project, which preceded diploma thesis. The meaning this proposal is to achieve higher densities while maintaining quality of life and living environment. The shape of the object´s ground plan based on the area. The shape defined Bubenickova street from the south side and street Kopernikova defined the shape from the east side, which are themselves almost perpendicular. Also the shape is parallel with a very important point territory - the urban spa (architect B. Fuchs, 1931), which is adjacent to the proposed facility and the stresses their importance in terms of architecture. The spatial resolution respects the surrounding buildings. The aim is to release the most western part, which is defined for parking, urban public transportation, entrances to underground garages and green areas. Green area is also located in the northern part of the territory where it is created park with a water feature and tangled hiking trails. From the western and eastern parts of the object is tree-lined because the object is very the close to the surrounding streets. The object is for vehicular traffic completely closed and is only for pedestrians. But it also has a public plaza with green areas and water features for relaxation and wellbeing.

A produção e o comércio de alimentos orgânicos mostram-se como um mercado em desenvolvimento, e esse se apresenta como alternativa agrícola com menores externalidades negativas. No entanto, há algum tempo já é indicado um processo de convencionalização que o aproxima de práticas de mercado que ameaçam essa capacidade de preservação do ambiente. Nesse processo aparece a venda através de grandes varejistas. Como alternativa surgem diferentes formas de distribuição de alimentos e a possibilidade de alcançar maiores benefícios para a sociedade e o ambiente. Uma delas é a venda em domicílio através de esquemas de cestas, uma variante em que consumidores adquirem semanalmente uma cesta de produtos orgânicos padronizada, através de meios eletrônicos. Utilizando o arcabouço teórico proposto na Sociologia Econômica, vou investigar através dos empresários, funcionários e consumidores que formam essa rede, os interesses, as relações e sua estrutura para responder como essa nova forma de comércio se enraíza socialmente na cidade de São Paulo. Através de entrevistas realizadas a partir de um roteiro semi-estruturado, é possível entender que o novo canal se estabelece a partir do desejo de consumir alimentos orgânicos. Uma falha de mercado representada pela disponibilidade e qualidade precária na rede convencional e outras formas alternativas, os leva a experimentar esse novo canal. A capacidade de abandonar o hábito de compra convencional (ver, tocar, avaliar) dá lugar a um relacionamento com terceiros que se incubem de escolher por esses consumidores a qualidade dos alimentos que serão levados para casa. Lentamente as trocas comerciais se expandem a sinais de reciprocidade, fortalecendo a confiança. Eventualmente o compartilhamento de valores possibilita influenciar os interesses dos consumidores e torná-los mais conscientes.<br>The production and trade of organic food are defining a growing market and presenting an alternative supposed to cause less negative externalities. Nevertheless, a conventionalization process has been identified some time ago, what takes it closer to market practices that threat its capacity to preserve the environment. Sales through large retailers is part of this process. As options, different ways to distribute food emerge and represent the possibility to reach more benefits to society and environment. One of them is the home delivery of boxes containing fresh food, the box-schemes. It consists of weekly acquisition of a standard set of organic goods through electronic media. Utilizing the theoretical framework proposed by the Economic Sociology, I have investigated with owners, employees and consumers that are part of this social network, the interests, relationships and structures to answer how this new retail format gets socially embedded in Sao Paulo city. Through interviews based on a semi-structured script, it is possible to understand that this new channel is established from the desire to consume organic food. A market failure that causes poor distribution and quality in conventional network drives them to look for alternatives and try this new channel. The capacity to abandon the conventional buying habitus (see, touch, assess) opens space to establish a new tie with people that will choose the quality of the food to be delivered to their homes. Slowly, commercial exchange expands to reciprocity signals and strengthen trust up to a possible redistribution system. Eventually, values sharing makes possible to influence consumers and make them more conscious.

Previous issue date: 2010<br>Esta dissertação aborda o tema das atividades produtivas realizadas por meninos e meninas Kaingang na cidade de São Leopoldo/RS e tem como objetivo investigar o significado que essas atividades têm para a comunidade Kaingang, com vistas a contribuir para o aprimoramento da proteção social às crianças, respeitando a sua cultura. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida no período de abril a agosto de 2009 e se constituiu em uma abordagem qualitativa amparada no método dialético-crítico. Foram realizadas seis entrevistas com os indígenas da Aldeia Por Fi e três entrevistas com os gestores públicos: Ministério Público Federal, Conselho Tutelar e Secretaria de Assistência, Cidadania e Inclusão Social do Município de São Leopoldo. A análise das entrevistas, das observações e do diário de campo aliados à experiência profissional da pesquisadora compõem o produto aqui apresentado. Os resultados apontaram que as atividades produtivas infantis são compreendidas pela comunidade Kaingang como parte da cultura, e que os mais velhos são responsáveis pelo ensino dos mais jovens. O artesanato é considerado trabalho pelos indígenas e, em relação à venda dos produtos pelas crianças, há o reconhecimento de que elas correm riscos diversos, como: atropelamentos, acidentes, etc. Os gestores públicos reconhecem a complexidade deste tema e a limitação das leis criadas pela sociedade envolvente que não acolhe, apesar dos esforços expressos na Constituição Federal/88, as singularidades da cultura indígena. Salienta-se que ao Serviço Social é necessário adensar estudos quanto a questão social e seus rebatimentos que se expressam através do preconceito, o desemprego, legislação diferenciada, vulnerabilidade nas comunidades indígenas que sofrem com a exclusão social, no contexto da cidade.Deseja-se que esta pesquisa possa contribuir com subsídios para implementar políticas públicas voltadas para as comunidades indígenas.

Dans un processus de photoassociation, deux atomes froids de cesium absorbent un photon au cours de leur collision pour former une molecule froide electroniquement excitee dans un niveau de rotation et de vibration defini. L'energie cinetique initiale des atomes libres etant tres faible, le processus est resonnant et permet d'effectuer une spectroscopie a haute resolution qui donne acces a des niveaux de vibration de grande elongation, proches de la limite de dissociation. Nous presentons dans cette these les spectres des etats correles a la limite 6s + 6p et mettons en evidence le caractere purement longue distance de l'etat 1 u (6s + 6p 3 / 2). Cet etat consiste en une paire d'atomes uniquement lie a 1,5 nm par l'interaction electrostatique multipolaire. La modulation de l'intensite des raies pour une progression vibrationnelle donnee reflete la structure nodale de la fonction radiale en onde s de deux atomes en collision dans l'etat fondamental. La photoassociation par excitation de l'etat 0 g (6s + 6p 3 / 2) d'atomes polarises permet de determiner les valeurs de la longueur de diffusion de l'etat triplet du cesium (a t = 530 a 0) et du coefficient de van der waals de l'etat fondamental moleculaire (c 6 = 6510 u. A. ). La photoassociation d'atomes froids de cesium permet aussi la formation de molecules froides dans l'etat fondamental singulet ou triplet apres emission spontanee des molecules photoassociees. Differents schemas de formation sont caracterises. Notament, les potentiels en double-puits 0 g (6s + 6p 3 / 2) et 1 u(6s + 6p 3 / 2) presentent un point de condon a distance intermediaire et constituent un cas ideal pour la formation de molecules froides. Le nuage moleculaire froid est analyse : des temperatures aussi basses que 20 microkelvins ont ete mesurees et la distribution des niveaux de rotation et de vibration est etudiee. Les efficacites pour la reaction de photoassociation et pour la formation de molecules froides sont mesurees et comparees aux calculs theoriques.

Dutch pension system is considered one of the best pension systems in the world and that is why the diploma thesis contains also reflection if there would be the possibility to implement some elements into the Czech system. Partial aim of the thesis is the description of necessity of pension reform due to unfavourable demographic growth which brings higher pressure also on financial costs of pension systems. In addition to the comparison of how first pillars based on pay-as-you-go financing work is an important part of the thesis the comparison of private pension savings in the Netherland with currently introduced system of private pensions in the Czech Republic. For the clear arrangement is at the end of chapters short summary and final chapter contains the global comparison of both systems including the description of profitability and expensiveness, positives and negatives.

The way of the Jedovnice creek: connection with the spring Falling into the underground halls and back to the light. The Water Way is an intermedial poem that is concerned to the element of water, character of its way through the landscape and its presence in the landscape. Since the type of work I most prefer is the work in the landscape, I am returning back to the natural landscape, strong places in Moravian karst near Brno. The audiovisual poem is primarily focused on the moment of melting. Sublimation of ice from the ice shelter, ephemeral phenomena on the surface, such as miniature whirls, waves, rays of sunlight and especially moonlight. The poem focuses on the possibilities of transferring the experience with a specific place, and the events in a unique, unrepeatable time and space into the theatrical scene and possibilities of the musical and audiovisual interpretation of such experience. I work with digital media (video mix and audiostop) to transfer the artist's physical experience in a unique time and unique natural setting into the scenic form of the work. Considering the physical and symbolic qualities of the water element, I have abandoned the composition of the event in the classical sense.

Hydrogen is currently produced by recovery technologies incorporated in various chemical processes. Hydrogen is mainly sourced from fossil fuels via steam reformation and coal gasification. A partir da investigaÃÃo do extrato etanÃlico utilizando tÃcnicas clÃssicas de cromatografia de adsorÃÃo (gel de sÃlica e sÃlica flash) e exclusÃo (Sephadex LH-20) foi possÃvel o isolamento de esterÃides e um triterpeno. Os esterÃides de esqueleto espirostano foram caracterizados como uma mistura de sapogeninas 25(S)-5-espirostano-2,3-diol e 25(R)-5-espirostano-2,3-diol (gitogenina) (CL-1), a mistura de epÃmeros (25R)-5-espirostano-2,3-diol-3-O--D-galactopiranosÃdeo e (25S)-5-espirostano-2,3-diol-3-O--D-galactopiranosÃdeo (CL-2), e a mistura epimÃrica da saponina de carÃter inÃdito na literatura (25R,S)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol-3-O--D-galactopiranosil(1→4)- -D-galactopiranosil(1→4)--D-glicopiranosil (CL-3). AlÃm destes compostos, foram isolados ainda a mistura dos esterÃides -sitosterol e estigmasterol (CL-5) e seus derivados glicosilados (CL-6), alÃm do triterpeno pentacÃclico de esqueleto do tipo lupano β-lup-20(29)-en-3-ol (lupeol) (CL-4). A caracterizaÃÃo estrutural dos compostos isolados foi possÃvel atravÃs do uso de tÃcnicas espectroscÃpicas, principalmente RMN, incluindo seqÃÃncias de pulso uni e bidimensionais, e comparaÃÃo com dados relatados na literatura. Das saponinas investigadas quanto ao potencial antimicrobiano, apenas CL-3 mostrou-se ativa contra Bacillos subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa e Enterobacter aerogenes. A atividade leishmanicida foi realizada com CL-1, CL-2 e CL-3, porÃm, apenas CL-3 mostrou-se ativa contra Leishmania amazonensis. The investigation of the ethanol extract using conventional techniques of adsorption chromatography (silica gel and silica flash) and exclusion (Sephadex LH-20) was possible the isolation of steroids and triterpene. The spirostan steroids have been characterized as the mixture at the sapogenins 25(S)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol and 25(R)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol (gitogenin) (CL-1), a mixture of epimers (25R)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol-3-O--Dgalactopyranoside and (25S)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol-3-O--D-galactoyiranoside (CL-2), and the mixture of new epimer (25R,S)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol-3-O--Dgalactopyranosil(1→4)--D-galactopyranosil(1→4)--D-glicopyranosil (CL-3). Besides these compounds, were also isolated the mixture of steroids β-sitosterol and stigmasterol (CL-5) and its glycosides (CL-6), and the pentacyclic triterpene β-lup-20(29)-en-3-ol (lupeol) (CL-4). The structural characterization of the isolated compounds was possible through the use of spectroscopic techniques, mainly NMR, including sequences of uni and bidimensional pulse, and comparison with literature data. CL-3 was shown to be active against Bacille subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter aerogenes. The leishmanicide activity was performed with CL-1, CL-2 and CL-3, however, only CL-3 was shown to be active against Leishmania amazonensis. For the antifungical activity, CL-1 was shown to be active only against Microsporum canis. CL-2 showed excellent results against Candida albicans, Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes, and a relatively good activity against Microsporum canis. CL-3 appears with excellent activity antifungical against all strains tested. The promising results obtained so far from the ethanol extract of the stem of C. laevigatum confirm the great potential chemical / pharmacological species of this genus, and justify the importance of work

yellow-cestrum, is a plant native to Brazil, common in the south. Its
biggest drawback is the toxicity to cattle. In addition, the species is
infesting and persistent in pastures, growing again with more force when
mowing. The lethal dose of C. corymbosum for cattle when ingested in a
single dose, is around 3.5% of the live animal kilogram of weight.
Poisoning can also occur cumulatively in consumption of daily doses of
0.25 to 0.5% of the live animal kilogram of weight. An alternative to
avoid toxicity by isolation plant is infested area. Other measures adopted
to prevent cattle poisoning by the plant are the mowing and weeding,
and no herbicides registered for the control of the plant. The objective of
this study was to evaluate the effect of four herbicides to control C.
corymbosum. The experiment was conducted under field conditions in
the agricultural year 2014/2015, in community Passo do Souza, in the
municipality of Lages, Santa Catarina. The experimental area was a
pasture grown intercropped with species dactyl (Dactylis ssp), fescue
(Festuca arundinacea) and oats (Avena spp.), and partially shaded by
the remaining native forest. The plants of C. corymbosum present in the
area were in different phenological stages. The treatments constituted
the application of four herbicide formulations in doses of 311 g ai ha-1
of picloram + 1206 g a.i. ha-1 of 2,4-D (Tordon®), 346 g a.i. ha-1 of
fluroxypyr + 1001.6 g a.i. ha-1 of triclopyr (Truper®), 1440 g a.i. ha-1 of
glyphosate (Trop®) and 6 g ai ha-1 of metsulfurom (Zartan®) in two
different seasons, spring 2014 and autumn 2015. in addition, a witness
without application it is maintained at each station for comparative
purposes. The experiment was conducted in an experimental design of
randomized blocks, with three replicates per treatment. The
experimental plots were 6 m². Within each plot has counted the number
of C. corymbosum of individuals in the sample area of 1 m². The control
assessments (efficacy) were performed visually at 10, 20, 30, 60, 90,
120, 150 and 180 days after treatment application. also assigned control
notes, with a mark of 0 (zero) for plants without control and note 10 to
dead plants. In the same period of evaluation were photographed 1 m² of
each plot, and the image was analyzed by the software Image J, which is
measured in pixels, the occupation of 1 m² of each plot by C.
corymbosum. The data were submitted to ANOVA and means compared
by Tukey test at 5% probability by ASSISTAT statistical software.
Treatment with 311 g a.i. ha-1 of picloram + 1206 g a.i. ha-1 of 2,4-D
(Tordon®) applied in the fall of 2015 was the best treatment among the
evaluated for the control of C. corymbosum. Herbicides composed of
346 g a.i. ha-1 of fluroxypyr + 1001.4 g a.i. ha-1 of triclopyr, and
compositions 1440 g a.i. ha-1 of glyphosate applied in autumn 2015, are
alternatives for the control and reduction of the population of C.
corymbosum<br>A espécie Cestrum corymbosum Schldl. (Solanaceae), conhecida como
coerana-amarela, é uma planta nativa do Brasil, comum no sul do país.
Seu maior inconveniente é a toxicidade a bovinos. Além disso, a espécie
é infestante e persistente em pastagens, rebrotando com mais vigor
quando roçada. A dose letal de C. corymbosum para bovinos, quando
ingerida em dose única, está entorno de 3,5 % do peso do quilo vivo do
animal. A intoxicação também pode ocorrer de forma acumulativa , em
consumo de doses diárias de 0,25 à 0,5 % do peso do quilo vivo do
animal. Uma das alternativas de evitar a toxicidade através da planta é o
isolamento área infestada. Outras medidas adotadas para a prevenção da
intoxicação bovina pela planta são à roçada e a monda, sendo que, não
há herbicidas registrados para o controle da planta. O objetivo deste
trabalho foi avaliar o efeito de quatro herbicidas para controle de C.
corymbosum. O experimento foi conduzido a campo, no ano agrícola de
2014/2015, na comunidade de Passo do Souza, pertencente ao município
de Lages, Santa Catarina. A área experimental era uma pastagem
cultivada consorciada com as espécies de dáctilo (Dactylis ssp), festuca
(Festuca arundinacea) e aveia (Avena ssp.), e parcialmente sombreada
pela mata nativa remanescente. As plantas de C. corymbosum presentes
na área encontravam-se em estágios fenológicos distintos. Os
tratamentos constituiram na aplicação de quatro formulações de
herbicidas nas doses de 311 g i.a. ha-1 picloram + 1206 g i.a. ha-1 2,4-D
(Tordon®), 346 g i.a. ha-1 fluroxipir + 1001,6 g i.a. triclopir (Truper®),
1440 g i.a. ha-1 glifosato (Trop®) e 6 g i.a. ha-1 metsulfurom (Zartan®),
em duas estações do ano distintas, primavera de 2014 e outono de 2015.
Além disso, uma testemunha sem aplicação será mantida em cada
estação, para fins comparativos. O experimento foi conduzido em
delineamento de blocos ao acaso, com três repetições cada tratamento.
As parcelas experimentais foram de 6 m². Dentro de cada parcela, foi
contado o número de indivíduos de C. corymbosum na área amostral de
1 m². As avaliações de controle (eficácia) foram realizadas visualmente
aos 10, 20, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 e 180 dias após a aplicação dos
tratamentos. Foram atribuídas também notas de controle, sendo que a
nota 0 (zero) para plantas sem controle e nota 10 para plantas mortas.
No mesmo período de avaliação foram fotografados 1 m² de cada
parcela, e a imagem foi analisada pelo software Image J, em que se
mediu, em pixels, a ocupação de 1 m² de cada parcela por C.
corymbosum. Os dados foram submetidos à ANOVA, e as médias
comparadas pelo teste de Tukey á 5% de probabilidade, através do

The first part of the thesis is including a description of her current theoretical findings, gained as an art teatcher as well as a wide overview of graphic art drama in general. Structural basis of the art and drama (the style of graphic art drama), which have been tested out in the practice sessions, are also well depicted. Some more possible pathways of graphic art and drama together are indicated as well, and their potential to resonate in the same time in the subconsciousness of this field.
Four visual drama art works are the main focus of the second part of her thesis. She has experience them together with her pupils during her work as art/drama teacher at Radotin Primery Art school of Klement Slavicky in Prague 5. It is a detail description “step by step” of each of her art-drama projects including a small reflection and feedback of each step. Final evaluation and reflection is included at the end of each drama project. The published four projects allow us to observe the authors change of perception and view on the educational approach. Every following art-drama unit offered an opportunity for growth and expended the authors spectrum of graphic art methods and drama techniques. Overall it has deepened her insight not only into the specific project, but the entire field of graphic art drama. Photo-documentation of several specific art presentations has been assigned to some of the tasks presented in the work as they were the result itself.

Previous issue date: 2009<br>This work reports the chemical study of the stem of Cestrum laevigatum Schlecht (Solanaceae), collected at the Pacoti-CE. The investigation of the ethanol extract using conventional techniques of adsorption chromatography (silica gel and silica flash) and exclusion (Sephadex LH-20) was possible the isolation of steroids and triterpene. The spirostan steroids have been characterized as the mixture at the sapogenins 25(S)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol and 25(R)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol (gitogenin) (CL-1), a mixture of epimers (25R)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol-3-O--Dgalactopyranoside and (25S)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol-3-O--D-galactoyiranoside (CL-2), and the mixture of new epimer (25R,S)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol-3-O--Dgalactopyranosil(1→4)--D-galactopyranosil(1→4)--D-glicopyranosil (CL-3). Besides these compounds, were also isolated the mixture of steroids β-sitosterol and stigmasterol (CL-5) and its glycosides (CL-6), and the pentacyclic triterpene β-lup-20(29)-en-3-ol (lupeol) (CL-4). The structural characterization of the isolated compounds was possible through the use of spectroscopic techniques, mainly NMR, including sequences of uni and bidimensional pulse, and comparison with literature data. CL-3 was shown to be active against Bacille subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter aerogenes. The leishmanicide activity was performed with CL-1, CL-2 and CL-3, however, only CL-3 was shown to be active against Leishmania amazonensis. For the antifungical activity, CL-1 was shown to be active only against Microsporum canis. CL-2 showed excellent results against Candida albicans, Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton mentagrophytes, and a relatively good activity against Microsporum canis. CL-3 appears with excellent activity antifungical against all strains tested. The promising results obtained so far from the ethanol extract of the stem of C. laevigatum confirm the great potential chemical / pharmacological species of this genus, and justify the importance of work<br>O presente trabalho relata o estudo químico do caule de Cestrum laevigatum Schlecht (Solanaceae), coletado no município de Pacoti-CE. A partir da investigação do extrato etanólico utilizando técnicas clássicas de cromatografia de adsorção (gel de sílica e sílica flash) e exclusão (Sephadex LH-20) foi possível o isolamento de esteróides e um triterpeno. Os esteróides de esqueleto espirostano foram caracterizados como uma mistura de sapogeninas 25(S)-5-espirostano-2,3-diol e 25(R)-5-espirostano-2,3-diol (gitogenina) (CL-1), a mistura de epímeros (25R)-5-espirostano-2,3-diol-3-O--D-galactopiranosídeo e (25S)-5-espirostano-2,3-diol-3-O--D-galactopiranosídeo (CL-2), e a mistura epimérica da saponina de caráter inédito na literatura (25R,S)-5-espirostan-2,3-diol-3-O--D-galactopiranosil(1→4)- -D-galactopiranosil(1→4)--D-glicopiranosil (CL-3). Além destes compostos, foram isolados ainda a mistura dos esteróides -sitosterol e estigmasterol (CL-5) e seus derivados glicosilados (CL-6), além do triterpeno pentacíclico de esqueleto do tipo lupano β-lup-20(29)-en-3-ol (lupeol) (CL-4). A caracterização estrutural dos compostos isolados foi possível através do uso de técnicas espectroscópicas, principalmente RMN, incluindo seqüências de pulso uni e bidimensionais, e comparação com dados relatados na literatura. Das saponinas investigadas quanto ao potencial antimicrobiano, apenas CL-3 mostrou-se ativa contra Bacillos subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa e Enterobacter aerogenes. A atividade leishmanicida foi realizada com CL-1, CL-2 e CL-3, porém, apenas CL-3 mostrou-se ativa contra Leishmania amazonensis. Em relação à atividade antifúngica, CL-1 mostrou-se ativa apenas contra Microsporum canis. CL-2 apresentou excelentes resultados contra Candida albicans, Trichophyton rubrum e Trichophyton mentagrophytes, e uma atividade relativamente boa contra Microsporum canis. Já CL-3 aparece revelou uma excelente atividade antifúngica contra todas as cepas testadas. Os resultados promissores obtidos até o momento a partir do extrato etanólico do caule de C. laevigatum confirmam o grande potencial químico/farmacológico das espécies deste gênero, e justificam a importância do trabalho realizado

Dans ce memoire, on etudie a la fois du point de vue theorique et experimental un systeme d'asservissement numerique pour horloges atomiques. Dans un premier temps, nous decrivons la conception et la realisation du systeme electronique d'asservissement. Ensuite, toutes les fonctions necessaires a l'asservissement de la frequence d'un oscillateur a quartz electronique sur la frequence de la raie de transition d'horloge du cesium ont ete analysees: 1) nous avons degage les proprietes et les caracteristiques interessantes du detecteur synchrone numerique; 2)nous avons calcule l'influence du bruit de quantification sur la limite de la stabilite a long terme de l'horloge; 3) les conditions determinant la stabilite de la boucle d'asservissement ont ete etablies. Dans la derniere partie, nous reportons les resultats experimentaux de l'asservissement d'un oscillateur a quartz sur le tube cesium d'une horloge a deflexion magnetique hewlett-packard 5061 option 004. Ces derniers sont comparables a ceux obtenus avec l'electronique analogique habituellement utilisee. En conclusion, cette etude montre que l'electronique numerique est compatible avec les performances ameliorees que doivent permettre les nouveaux resonateurs a pompage optique

The main task of my master's thesis is to identify the function of the code of conduct in multinational corporations, it's real gain in the proces of solving various situations and the measure of it's implementation into the supply chain. Through the comparison of two codes of conduct of multinational corporations is shown the measure of involvement and efficiency of standards stated in these codes applicable in real business environment. Theoretical part is an introduction needed to gain an overall knowledge about this theme. Main part is dedicated to code of conduct, it's content, categories and meaning in business. Also the business ethics is involved and the demand for implementation it's principals into business practices of multinational corporations. Practical part uses the knowledge gained from my bachelor's thesis about influence of globalisation on multinational corporation Nike, Inc, which are extended by up-to-date information. The choice of european corporation IKEA has the contribution to comparison and evaluation of codes of conduct of two different companies in wide range of aspects. The main effort is according to the collected information and their further analysis to evaluate the purpose and efficiency of code of conduct in everyday use of companies.

Foram realizadas seis entrevistas com os ind?genas da Aldeia Por Fi e tr?s entrevistas com os gestores p?blicos: Minist?rio P?blico Federal, Conselho Tutelar e Secretaria de Assist?ncia, Cidadania e Inclus?o Social do Munic?pio de S?o Leopoldo. A an?lise das entrevistas, das observa??es e do di?rio de campo aliados ? experi?ncia profissional da pesquisadora comp?em o produto aqui apresentado. There was the ending of slavery, the beginning of the republican regime and an outstanding population growth, mainly due to immigration. It analyses how street peddlers lived within the city modernization, and the aspects concerning their participation in supplying staples, as well as their relationship with the new rules established by the city, such as the taxing and license permits, which would then legitimate their activity as street peddlers are highlighted. The relationship and the conflicts among street peddlers and other subjects, such as their costumers, competing traders and the taxing system are also analyzed. In such analysis, it is noticed that street peddlers can be perceived in a perspective which overcomes the concept of marginality because they remain in the city in an intense way, working in spite of, sometimes, being watched in despise<br>O presente trabalho busca perceber a presença e as experiências dos vendedores ambulantes, na cidade de São Paulo, entre 1890-1910, período de significativas transformações na capital paulista, como o fim da escravidão, a introdução do regime republicano e o crescimento populacional advindo principalmente da imigração. Analisa-se como os ambulantes conviveram com o processo de modernização da cidade, destacando-se os aspetos referentes à sua participação no abastecimento de gêneros de primeira necessidade; a sua relação com as novas normas estabelecidas pela prefeitura, como, por exemplo, a cobrança de impostos e de alvarás de licença, que legitimavam a atividade ambulante. Analisam-se também as relações e os conflitos entre os vendedores ambulantes e outros sujeitos, entre eles: os fregueses, os comerciantes concorrentes e o fisco. Percebe-se, nessa análise, que os vendedores ambulantes podem ser vistos em uma perspectiva que ultrapassa a ideia de marginalidade, pois permanecem na cidade, de forma intensa, com seu trabalho, mesmo que, algumas vezes, sejam observados com desprezo

The aim of this thesis is the reconstruction of forest haul road in the cadastral municipality Velká Losenice. The work takes the form of study with the appurtenances of project documentation and may serve as a basis for future potential elaboration and implementation project in the village. The main reasons for the planned reconstruction is already poor technical condition and unsatisfactory road parameters for quality accessibility of surrounding forest land. The work is dividend into text and visual part. The main part of the work consists of technical report and summary technical report. The visual part contains a total of 10 annexes, including detailed layout and individual construction objects. The project of this thesis was carried out in three phases. In the first phase the current situation has been focused by total station. In the second phase, laboratory elaboration of the underlying grounds samples was done. In the last phase, the data from total station were computer-processed and new state of forest road was designed by using the programs AutoCAD 2015 and AutoCAD Civil 3D 2015. Elaboration of the estimated budget was done in program KROS plus version 17.70.

Abstract The master’s thesis is divided into two parts. In the first one, there is theoretically described the issue of currently used technologies of the maintenance and repairs of the forest roads and then the issue of the use of recycled materials into the forest road structures with a focus on asphalt recyclates is discussed in detail. The second part of the thesis deals with the practical design of the repair of the forest road with asphalt recycled material. For the design of the repair the project documentation is elaborated to the required extent for the construction announcement. The thesis combines the modern concept of using recycled material with a practical design. The current trend of constant increase in prices of non - renewable resources and landfill is an impulse for the demand for recycled materials. This means that recycled materials will be still more used - not only for road construction sites, but also in other sites with the corresponding features.

This thesis work describes the hiking, bicycle, ski, and horse trails in the region known as ?Czech Canada?, specifically the area between Nová Bystřice, Kunžák, and Slavonice marked on the hiking map ?Česká Kanada a Slavonicko? on a 1:50,000 scale. The introductory chapters characterize the territorial layout from the physical-geographic and socio-geographic aspects and include an analysis of used literature. The methodology of work is taken from thesis works of a similar topic defended at the Department of Geography. This is followed by a description of individual hiking trails ? in text form as well as in information panels (this includes information on the surface type, the surrounding landscape, monuments in the area, geometry of the trails, and more). These texts, panels, and attached map with a drawing of the described trails permit one to embark on individual hiking, bicycle, ski, and other tourist journeys. The conclusion of the work is supplemented by a didactic transformation of the resolved issue. The attachment consists of photographs and a glossary of topographical terms.
