Investigations were carried out under laboratory conditions in a nutrient solution according to Knop to observe the influence of increasing concentrations of Pb (5, 25, 50, 75 μmol/l) on its uptake and accumulation in chamomile (<I>Matricaria chamomilla</I> L.), diploid cv. Our present study was designed to investigate the role of both Trichoderma harzianum and chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L.) flower extract in mutual reaction against growth of Pythium ultimum. Introdução: Geo-helmintíases afetam 1,5 bilhão de pessoas no mundo, causando principalmente desnutrição, anemia e diarreia. Em animais, foram encontrados nematoides parasitas resistentes às classes de anti-helmínticos disponíveis, gerando a preocupação de que isso acontecerá em humanos.
