<em>Microorganisms, which are largely found in our environment, play an important role in stabilizing ecosystems such as primary energy and basic cycle. Microorganisms are everywhere like sea salts, high air pressure, very high and low temperatures. They are abundant in highly contaminated areas due to resistance. These organisms can be classified by ordinary carbon and energy sources converted into amino acids, starches, nucleotides, vitamins and different oils. Catalysts are mechanically extracted from microbes to perform different metabolic processes that are present in the world, and their

The growth characteristics of known strains of Plesiomonas shigelloides were compared with those of Aeromonas species (the major competing species in environmental waters) on plesiomonas differential agar, inositol brilliant green bile salt, and modified salmonella–shigella agar at incubation temperatures of 37, 42, and 44 °C. Using local isolates from clinical and environmental sources, optimal growth conditions, as determined by colony counts and the colony characteristics, plesiomonas differential agar proved to be ideal when incubated at 44 °C. Polyethylene, a highly recalcitrant and inert synthetic material and thereby very difficult to degrade in the environment has become a major source of environmental pollution. The traditional methods for plastic waste dispose are recycling, incineration, and landfilling, the oldest and most common method of plastic waste disposal. The natural degradation of low-density polyethylene (LDPE, PE-LD) depends on polymer properties, its high molecular weight, hydrophobic nature and lack of functional groups, recognized by microbial enzymes makes it adverse towards degradation.
