Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to define the concept of the career opportunity map. This map shows first-year students at economic universities the real functions at selected positions in companies. Profiles positions should also point out where management skills are applied in practise. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of basic concepts and techniques of Design Thinking. The next step is to outline methods that are used in the practical part. Likewise, the reader will find here the selected management approach by various authors. The practical part presents a plan of research, outputs of research with experts, outputs of the workshop with the students and the samples of profile jobs. Result of this work will define specific forms of the concept and recommendations for future extension.

Annotation: The thesis deals with a problem of personality in the context of the top athletes' and top managers' activities. Comparison of the demands of these activities on the human and comparison of the personality profile results in a finding that there is a certain consensus in the personality profiles of top athletes and top managers and also to the conclusion that there is a noticeable difference between them in the emotional area. Title: Comparison of personality traits of top athletes and top managers. Objectives: Find a set of personality traits characteristic for particular groups of athletes and for a group of top managers and to determine which of the psychological characteristics of these groups are similar, respectively. Confirm the hypothesis: "It is possible to suppose that the personality traits of athletes match the demands of the sport sector, as well as the personality traits of the top managers correspond with the demands of their professional activities, and that there is a consensus in the personality characteristics of athletes and top managers, which corresponds to a consensus on demands of these two activities ". Title: Diagnosis of personality characteristics in head coaches of a selected sport Objectives: The aim of this work is to diagnosed and interpreted selected personal characteristics of head coaches (sport managers) of selected sports. The second aim is to identify significant testing differences between the head coaches of selected sports: sports managers and "other " managers Methods: To achieve the objectives, in the empirical part of master thesis was used quantitative research in the form of standardized tests to dynamics-aspiration- TDA and Eyseneck's personality questionnaire. In the dynamics of aspirations were evaluated and interpreted these personal dimensions: psychomotor pace aspirations and values of mental resilience. In Eyseneck's personality questionnaire two main dimensions of personality: neuroticism and extraversion were evaluated and interpreted.Furthermore, the value of the "lie score "was evaluated and the type of personality temperament was determined. The statistical method T-test was used to identify significant differences among the research groups. The results were interpreted by using graphs and verbally. Abstract:
The diploma Thesis stems from the finding that the human behaviour is a combined result of the push from outer environment and the human personality. The theoretical part of the study is based on the scientific literature, on documents dealing with the social standing of a school director in the society, and on the research studies dealing with the director's personality. It treats the characterisation of the personality, personal typology, properties and motivations. It brings information about the present-day concept of the success. Primarily, the attention is payed to the directors' competency a their roles in the management of the school. The research part of the diploma Thesis deals with the question of personal prerequisites and competencies, as they were found on the basis of quentionairies and data obtained from individual directors, who perform their leading role in the real environment of schools, and from the founders of these schools located on the territory of the capital of Prague. The main result of the Thesis is a summary of prerequisites needed to a successful school management from the point of view of the director's personality.
