Abstract:

Subject of this Master´s thesis is analysis and vocal characterization of female roles in the opera Don Giovanni, composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. I decided to divide this subject into several principal parts. Initially I would like to overview the life and work of the author himself. The next part of this thesis examines the opera as whole; its history of origin, plot issues, characters, performance traditions and main differences between traditional interpretations. As next I would like to address female characters in Don Giovanni opera. Finally this paper presents a deep analysis of the three main female characters of the opera with emphasis on vocal characterization and interpretation of their famous representatives. Finally this paper describes general classification of voice types, discuss the overall problematics of tone and voice production and also evaluate the mechanics and functionality of vocal chords from the physiological point of view.

Abstract:

Der Zweite Weltkrieg war von neuer Technik und damit auch von neuen Möglichkeiten in der Propaganda und Psychologischen Kriegsführung geprägt. Speziell in der britisch-deutschen Auseinandersetzung wurden aus den Erfahrungen des Ersten Weltkrieges neue Konzepte entwickelt, mit denen eine Manipulierung feindlicher Soldaten und Zivilisten ermöglicht werden sollte. Die Dissertation setzt sich mit den Mentalitäts- bzw. Charaktereinschätzungen der Deutschen aus Sicht der britischen Akteure auseinander, die für eine effiziente Propaganda und Psychologische Kriegsführung gegen das sogenannte ''Dritte Reich'' sorgen sollten. Die oftmals präzisen Einschätzungen der Propagandisten, teils auch unter Verwendung psychologischer und psychiatrischer Dossiers hatten jedoch nicht immer den gewünschten Effekt. Auch aus diesem Grund wurden neue Strategien im Rahmen der sogenannten ''schwarzen'' Propaganda entwickelt, die den Gegner in den Grundfesten seiner Seele erschüttern sollte (und zu Teilerfolgen führte). Auch wenn die Briten auf beeindruckende Art und Weise die Deutschen hinsichtlich politischer, sozialer, religiöser oder lokaler Zugehörigkeit analysierten und Versuche unternommen wurden, diese Gruppen anhand dieser vermeintlichen Schwächen zu manipulieren, wurde nie das Ziel erreicht, via der Provokation von Differenzen innerhalb der Bevölkerung oder zwischen Bevölkerung und NS-Regime den Krieg zu verkürzen. Dabei ist die britische Effizienz im Einzelnen wiederum schwer messbar, festzustellen ist jedoch eindeutig, dass die britischen Propaganda-Maßnahmen keinen durchschlagenden Erfolg hatten, da die Autorität des NS-Regime zu keinem Zeitpunkt durch Massenaufstände oder Meutereien bzw. Massendesertionen an der Front gefährdet waren. Im Großen und Ganzen war die Entwicklung der mentalitätsorientierten ''geistigen Kriegsführung'' ein beeindruckendes Kapitel der britischen Geschichte, jedoch ohne messbare Auswirkung auf den Kriegsverlauf bzw. seiner Verkürzung.
The beginning of the Second World War imposed a new kind of warfare on the battlefield. The progress of radio and flight techniques permitted measures to manipulate the enemy with a combination of propaganda and psychological warfare. Furthermore, an analysis of his character was needed to spot the weak points in German psychology, to support the enemy population and soldiers in enmity towards their own government and to the war and to induce political uprising, sabotage and desertion. But the economic rebirth of Germany had created a strong connection between the Germans and Hitler, that would not be easy to weaken. British attempts to manipulate the German mind were wholly unsuccessful. Even the best analysis, very often close to the truth, could not jeopardize the efforts of Nazi propaganda, that drummed successfully into the German mind that the intentions of the Allied forces would be to destroy and enslave Germany. Furthermore, efforts to drive a wedge between the Germans and their leaders failed. Even in decline and defeat, the average German remained incapable of drawing his own conclusions and rising up against the Nazis. The history of the British attempts to manipulate the German mind was yet an impressive chapter of the Second World War, even if not entirely successful. The propaganda-organization of those measures and the confirmation of at least some of the estimates proved the efficiency of a well-organized brain-pool. For the totalitarian regime, it was easier in the end to oppress opposition, and for the democratic system too difficult to penetrate the German minds.

Abstract:

The Diploma Thesis deals with the character and formation of the regime of the controversial president Alberto Fujimori in 1990s in Peru and his followers' expectances in this Latin American country in the future. The main aim is to evaluate the influence of the president Fujimori's policy on progress in Peru. The main aim will be achieved through several partial aims (theoretical definition of democratic and undemocratic regimes, analysis of the most important turning-points, analysis of several aspects of president's policy and its influence in Peru, analysis of contemporary situation of fujimorism followers in Peru). There is used a historical logical method in the Thesis. This method is applied in chronological sequence on several events. These events are evaluated through the use of the analysis and fujimorism is characterized through an inductive method on the basis of particular findings. The comprehension of the period of the 1990s helps perceive not only a contemporary situation in the country in a better way, but also social changes which have happened and are happening right now.

Abstract:

Examination of anthroponymic material of Jews from Bialystok shows that surnames of typically nickname charakter include surnames describing man's behaviour, his character, faults and virtues as well as surnames alluding to his physical appearance or physical infirmity. They also include insulting surnames devised by clerks to humiliate. Other surnames made on the basis of an appellative lexis usually relate to biblical events, animal, plant and material symbols and metaphors or serve to hide identity. To establish their nickname nature, unequivocal information about motivation, choice and conferment of such names is necessary.

Abstract:

Amphibian decline in recent decades has led to increasing emphasis on monitoring amphibian population abundances. Efforts to assess the condition of each amphibian populations greatly complicate significant natural fluctuations in population size. This may occur particularly in the case of short-term studies that currently prevail. Spoil banks represent a suitable environment for a range of environmental studies. Often these places are not in direct influence of human activities, thus offering the possibility of studying natural processes. On the Hornojiřetínská spoil bank (approximately 6 km2) has been underway since 2005, abundance monitoring of agile frog (Rana dalmatina) and recording and selecting characteristics of water bodies. At the spoil bank is located about 400 aquatic habitats. 225 of them are continuously monitored the development of aquatic habitats and 134 monitored abundance of agile frog. Development of aquatic habitats is not routinely examined unlike development of terrestrial environment. Results showed that the depth of the pond is reduced, surroundings were overgrown and insolation of water level has fallen. Only littoral vegetation showed no change. Abundance of agile frog fluctuated more than 10 times during the studied period, but the data manifested no trends. Decreases slightly outnumbered increases (6 vs. 4), exhibited greater range (1.07 to 6.40 versus 1.69 to 2.40) and and occurred within a longer consecutive period (5 vs. 2 years). Furthermore, it was strong correlation between total abundance and occupied ponds. The results of this study point to the need to establish an appropriate management and the necessity of long-term studies for a correct understanding population dynamics of amphibians.

Abstract:

Literature does not provide a satisfactory answer to maximum and minimum particle size or the particle size of the mortar phase especially for optimal porosity of concrete. To overcome the shortcomings of the design methods were thought to design a new method for design of concrete mix. This idea is based on a complex analysis of powder materials (determination of granular properties, shape factor of fillers, porosity, packing of powder materials, surface area, etc.) and subsequently to assess the influence to pore system of concrete and physical and mechanical properties in hardened state of concrete. In this work are presented and analyzed two types of fillers – fly ash and limestone dust.

This diploma thesis has two basic parts – theoretic and practical. The first part describes historic origin and evolution of form called character dance but also there are described even specifications of chosen folk dances of foreign nations. This diploma thesis is dealing with the Czech retail market and an influence of foreign direct investment on it. The thesis is divided into five parts. Abstract:

This Diploma thesis deals with creating the Plan of Measures in Case of Exceptional Incidents on manufacture Premises. The first part of thesis is dedicated to description of Exceptional Incidents, primarily accidents with leak of hazardous chemical substances, legislation background of Exceptional Incidents and Emergency planning, Civil Protection, as a complex within Czech Republic and then individual measures (the plan are assembled of) are descripted. The Plan of Measures, as such itself, is created on the basis of processed analysis of hazardous properties connected with chemical substances, used in McBride, a.s., mainly the Acids and mixtures of alcohol. The leak of this compounds was simulated in software ALOHA, which gives information about degree of threat to inhabitants of this area. Suggested Measures are created to be practicable in particular situation in surroundings of McBride, a.s. Aim of this Diploma thesis is not just to create a particular Plan, but integrally describe the issues of Emergency planning especially for smaller subjects within municipality, that do not come under the scope of law n. 59/2006 Sb., and to create a tool, that can help to other creators of similar Plans of Measures to understand to partial relations.

Wie kaum eine andere soziale Bewegung der letzten 25 Jahre erfuhren die Zapatisten eine weltweite, breite Rezeption. Von der medialen Präsenz der 1990er Jahre ist jedoch nicht viel übrig geblieben. Um die mexikanischen Guerillas ist es ruhig geworden. Wurden die Zapatistas vom Zeitgeist überholt? Verloren ihre postneoliberalen Ansätze durch den Wandel der Bewegung an Attraktivität? Das Papier geht den Ursprüngen der indigenen Aufstandsbewegung und deren Paradigmenwechsel nach und zeigt auf, wie trotz des neu eingeschlagenen Weges der antisystemische und antietatistische Charakter der Bewegung beibehalten wurde.

In this diploma paper, I would like to explain and prove reasons of economic boom in selected countries in East Asia between 1965-1997. I focus on Asian Tigers namely on investment policy. I would like to answer the questions, what were the specifics of Asian Tigers, what contributed to economic growth the most, what implements were used within investment policy, how was this investment policy successful in individual countries and what role public sector (government) played. I focus on the role of human and physical capital, the role of foreign direct investment and I sum up their impact on economic growth in countries of Asian Tigers.

Įstatymai nėra palankus, kovai su smurtu prieš moteris, trūksta pagalbos centrų smurto aukoms, trūksta šios srities specialistų. Vis plačiau yra kalbama apie vyrų ir moterų vaidmenys visuomenėje ir šeimoje bei problemos turi būti vertinamos lygiareikšmiškai. Moterų laisvės ir lygybės principų įgyvendinimas pirmiausiai turi remtis smurto prieš moterį sumažinimu.
Violence in the family is one of the bigest, difficult to solve problem's in all over the world. Very often happens physical, sexual, psychological and economic violence forms. Laws are not benevolent to fight the violence against the women, there are not enought of help centers for the victims of the violence, missing specialists of this area. There are wide talking about the equal rights for men and women. Men and women parts in society and family and there problems must be estimated equivalent. First of all the realization of women liberty and equivalent principles must be based on the violence against the woman.

Abstract:

The survival of the freshwater pearl mussel (Margaritifera margaritifera) depends on the protection and preservation of the suitable biotypes that is why it is necessary to know its requirements for environmental conditions. This species indicates the quality of suitable biotypes with its specific requirements for food and environment. During its life, the freshwater pearl mussel is undergoing complicated development cycle and in each phase it has different requirements for food. In the juvenile phase, it is very sensitive to quality of environment as well as quality and composition of its food, which consists of organogenic detritus, which is mainly decomposed mass of vegetable and animal origin together with bacteria. Its food arises in river basin areas as well as in river spring areas-from where it is carried downstream by a river and so pearl mussels may ingest it filtering the water. This highly specialized species that is sensitive to environmental changes, especially within its juvenile life phase, is very important as to its bio-indicating ability. The experimental part of this work was focused on the evaluation of the detritus carrying-capacity performed by the bio-indication method ex-situ in a laboratory out of its natural environment. For evaluating the carrying-capacity and quality of the tested detritus under optimal temperature conditions ex-situ for 10 days, there were used juvenile pearl mussels from a semi-natural breeding. The tested samples of detritus were collected according to the standard procedures in the summer 2015 from the locality of Blanice river spring area. There were collected totally 100 samples of detritus from 100 spring areas. The goal was to evaluate the growth of shells of juveniles depending on physico-chemical properties of the sample. The main analyzed data were the value of the pearl mussel growth and detritus parameters - pH, conductivity and altitude of the springs.

Šiuolaikinėje organizacijoje vis svarbesnę vertę turi darbuotojas ir asmeninės jo savybės, kadangi daugėja įrodymų, kad nuo darbuotojo asmeninių savybių priklauso pasitenkinimas darbu bei darbo kokybė. Teigiami charakterio bruožai žmogui padeda dirbti, didinti darbo našumą, gerinti jo kokybę. Pagrindinė mokslinių tyrimų, susijusių su teigiamais charakterio bruožais, idėja yra ta, kad harmoningai nugyventas gyvenimas pabrėžiant pagrindines charakterio stiprybes gali būti pilnavertis ir produktyvus tiek darbe, tiek visuomenėje. Svarbus veiksnys numatant darbuotojų pasitenkinimą darbu yra ir darbo charakteristikos, kurių pasireiškimas užtikrina darbuotojo veiklos efektyvumą. Šio darbo tikslas yra nustatyti ir pagrįsti šių prielaidų patikimumą, išsiaiškinant ryšius tarp teigiamų charakterio bruožų, darbo charakteristikų ir pasitenkinimo darbu. Tyrime dalyvavo 136 tiriamieji (iš kurių 51 vyras ir 85 moterys), dirbantys įvairiose paslaugas teikiančiose įmonėse Vilniuje. Pasitenkinimas darbu buvo matuotas P. E. Spector Pasitenkinimo darbu klausimynu, sudarytu 1994 m. Teigiami charakterio bruožai matuoti Stiprybių ir Dorybių klasifikacijos trumpąja forma, sukurta Peterson ir Seligman 2003 m. bei Subjektyvia laimės skale, sudaryta Lyubomirsky 1999 m. Darbo charakteristikos matuotos Darbo diagnostikos klausimynu, sudarytu Taber, Beehr ir Walsh 1985 m. Employee and his individual characteristics become more and more important in the modern organizations. Growing evidence show that job performance and job satisfaction depend on personal resources. According to the scientific literature positive character traits help person to work and improve productivity in organizations. Positive psychology focuses on resources in human character strengths wich enable a good life if highly developed. Important factors as well as character traits in predicting employee’s job satisfaction are job characteristics. The aim of this study is to discover and to determine the validity of these proposings by finding out the correlations between positive character traits, job characteristics and job satisfaction. Survey with 136 (51 men and 85 women) customer service employees across various organizations in Vilnius were conducted. Job satisfactions was assessed by Job Satisfaction Survey developed by P. E. Spector in 1994. Positive character traits were assessed by the VIA Classification of Strengths and Virtues, developed by Peterson and Seligman in 2003 and Subjective Happiness Scale developed by Lyubomirsky in 1999. Job Characteristics were assessed by Job Diagnostic Survey developed by Taber, Beehr and Walsh in 1985. The results showed statistical difference between job satisfaction and gender. In dieser Dissertationsschrift soll erkl{\"a}rt werden, wie auf der Grundlage von einfachen Strata, wie sie in einer gemeinsamen Arbeit mit Broussous \cite{BG} betrachtet wurden, einfache Charaktere f{\"u}r lokale einfache Algebren konstruiert werden k{\"o}nnen, wobei die Konstruktion den Vorbildern von Bushnell und Kutzko im zerfallenden Fall \cite{BK1} und von Zink \cite{Z7} im Falle eines Schiefk{\"o}rpers folgt. Der Begriff des einfachen Charakters geht auf die Arbeit \cite{BK1} zur{\"u}ck und bezeichnet eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl von Heisenbergcharakteren, die zu einem stabilen Darstellungsfilter geh{\"o}ren, der gem{\"a}{ss} \cite{Z2}(Hauptsatz 1.4) einem Darstellungsfilter zugeordnet wird, der zu einer absteigenden Normalreihe $$1+\R\supset1+\R^2\supset\ldots$$ geh{\"o}rt, wobei $\R$ das Jacobsonradikal einer erblichen Ordnung bezeichnet. Wir werden hier nur von Hauptordnungen ausgehen, d.h. von dem Fall, da{ss} $\R$ und seine Potenzen gebrochene Hauptideale sind. Diese Vorgehensweise und auch die besondere Auswahl der Heisenbergcharaktere in Form von einfachen Charakteren, wird durch die Konstruktion im Falle eines Schiefk{\"o}rpers \cite{Z7} und durch den abstrakten Matchingsatz \cite{BDKV} gerechtfertigt. Im Falle eines lokalen zentralen Schiefk{\"o}rpers ist n{\"a}mlich der Bewertungsring die einzige erbliche Ordnung und die einfachen Charaktere sind alle Heisenbergcharaktere die zu einem stabilen Darstellungsfilter geh{\"o}ren, der gem{\"a}{ss} \cite{Z2}(Hauptsatz 1.4) einem Darstellungsfilter, der zur absteigenden Normalreihe $$1+\pin_D\supset1+\pin_D^2\supset\ldots$$ geh{\"o}rt, zugeordnet wird, wobei $\pin_D$ das Bewertungsideal des Schiefk{\"o}rpers $D$ bezeichnet. Der abstrakte Matchingsatz liefert nun die Existenz einer Bijektion zwischen den irreduziblen glatten Darstellungen der multiplikativen Gruppe des lokalen zentralen Schiefk{\"o}rpers $D$ und den irreduziblen quadratintegrierbaren glatten Darstellungen einer beliebigen anderen lokalen zentraleinfachen Algebra vom selben reduzierten Grad {\"u}ber demselben nicht-archimedischen Grundk{\"o}rper $F$, welche den Charakter einer Darstellung in dem Sinne erh{\"a}lt, da{ss} die Charakterwerte auf den Konjugationsklassen elliptischer Elemente der verschiedenen Algebren, welche mithilfe ihrer Minimalpolynome identifiziert werden k{\"o}nnen, bis auf ein Vorzeichen {\"u}bereinstimmen. Wir werden hier kanonische Bijektionen zwischen den einfachen Charakteren f{\"u}r verschiedene zentraleinfache Algebren vom selben reduzierten Grad {\"u}ber demselben Grundk{\"o}rper angeben, von denen wir erwarten, da{ss} sie mit der Abbildung des abstrakten Matchingsatzes vertr{\"a}glich sind. Das dieses in der Tat der Fall ist, wurde bisher nur in einfachen F{\"a}llen wie \cite{He} und \cite{BH2} gezeigt, jedoch wurde in der Arbeit \cite{Z4} bereits mithilfe der Konstruktionen von \cite{Z7} und \cite{BK3} eine Bijektion zwischen den irreduziblen glatten Darstellungen der multiplikativen Gruppe des lokalen zentralen Schiefk{\"o}rpers $D$ vom Index $N$ {\"u}ber einem Grundk{\"o}rper $F$ und den irreduziblen essentiell quadratintegrierbaren glatten Darstellungen von $Gl_N(F)$ konstruiert, welche den Artinf{\"u}hrer und den formalen Grad einer Darstellung erh{\"a}lt. Da die Abbildung des abstrakten Matchingsatzes dieselben Forderungen erf{\"u}llt, kommt dies der gew{\"u}nschten Vertr{\"a}glichkeit schon sehr nahe und wir erf{\"u}llen mit unserer Konstruktion insbesondere die in der Arbeit \cite{Z4} gemachte Forderung die dort im Bezug auf die einfachen Charaktere getroffen Auswahlen noch unabh{\"a}ngiger von den jeweiligen Algebren zu gestalten. Die hier getroffene Auswahl wird durch die Verwendung sogenannter spezieller approximierender Folgen getroffen, welche sich aus einer Verallgemeinerung der in \cite{BG} gemachten {\"U}berlegungen ergeben. Im Anschlu{ss} an die Konstruktion und den Vergleich einfacher Charaktere werden wir in einer gro{ss}en Anzahl von F{\"a}llen zeigen, da{ss} sich die Heisenbergdarstellungen, die wir zu den einfachen Charakteren erhalten, in kanonischer Weise fortsetzen lassen und wir erwarten von diesen Fortsetzungen, da{ss} sie analoge Eigenschaften besitzen, wie die sogenannten ``$\beta$-Fortsetzungen'' von \cite{BK1}(5.2.1) im zerfallenden Fall. Damit k{\"o}nnen wir in diesen F{\"a}llen eine Liste von hypothetischen einfachen Typen angeben, von denen wir vermuten, da{ss} sie alle Bernsteinkomponenten parametrisieren, welche irreduzible essentiell quadratintegrierbare Darstellungen enthalten. Insbesondere vermuten wir, da{ss} sich die supercuspidalen Darstellungen mittels kompakter Induktion aus Fortsetzungen solcher einfacher Typen auf eine kompakt modulo Zentrum Untergruppe gewinnen lassen. Um die Vollst{\"a}ndigkeit dieser Konstruktion zu demonstrieren, h{\"a}tten wir allerdings noch die Eigenschaft ``Verkettung impliziert Konjugation'' zu zeigen, welche wir ebenfalls auf eine Folgearbeit verschieben m{\"u}ssen. Beabsichtig w{\"a}re dann ein Vollst{\"a}ndigkeitsbeweis mit dem abstrakten Matchingsatz wie bei L. Corwin \cite{Co} oder in \cite{Z4}. Wir weisen hier nur in Spezialf{\"a}llen nach, dass die Typendarstellungen, welche wir hier angegeben haben, tats{\"a}chlich Typen im Sinne von \cite{BK4}(4.1)(4.2) sind. Insbesondere sind es auch unsere Berechnungen in der Arbeit \cite{GSZ}, welche dem von uns im Geiste von \cite{Z7} und \cite{BK1} gemachten Ans{\"a}tzen hohe Evidenz geben.
In this thesis, we try to explain how simple characters for arbitrary central simple algebras over a non-archimedian local field $F$ can be constructed. Moreover, we introduce a kind of matching of simple characters between different algebras of fixed reduced degree. If the index of the algebra $A$ is odd or $A=M_l(D)$, where $l$ is an arbitrary prime number and $D$ a central division algebra over $F$, we can extend the Heisenberg representations associated to the simple characters to level-0 and obtain a hypothetical list of simple types. For $A=M_l(D)$ and if the residual field of $F$ is not the field with two elements, we can proof that all so-called maximal simple types in our list are simple types in the sense of \cite{BK4} and their extensions to their stabelizers induce supercupidal representations of $G_l(D)$. Using the the heuristical relation via the abstract matching theorem of \cite{BDKV} to the cases of a division algebra due to \cite{Z5} and to the split case due to \cite{BK1}, we conjecture that all supercuspidal representations of $Gl_l(D)$ can be obtained by this way.

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na modifikaci charakteru rozhraní substrát-nástřik NiCrAlY povlaků nanesených pomocí technologie vodou stabilizované plazmy na substráty z oceli S235JRC+C. Přetavení žárové vrstvy elektronovým paprskem bylo zvoleno jako technologie pro modifikaci a dvě různé modifikace byly zkoumány. V práci byl proveden pokus o stanovení vlivu modifikací na adhezní vlastnosti nástřiku. Dále jsou v práci prezentovány analýzy mikrostruktury, fázového a chemického složení a mikrotvrdosti ve stavu před a po modifikaci. Během studie bylo zjištěno, že dochází ke změnám fázového složení jak během depozice, tak během modifikace elektronovým paprskem. Modifikace elektronovým paprskem způsobila roztavení oxidů původní mikrostruktury nástřiku, které následně rekrystalizovaly na povrchu modifikované vrstvy. Dalším získaným poznatkem bylo, že dochází ke snížení mikrotvrdosti po modifikaci, což bylo způsobeno odstraněním oxidů z mikrostruktury a promícháním materiálu substrátu a původního nástřiku. Adheze nástřiků v as sprayed stavu byla kvantifikována. V případě nástřiků modifikovaných elektronovým paprskem přesná kvantifikace nebyla možná, z důvodu předčasného porušení na rozhraní nástřik-adhezivní pojivo během adhezních testů.

Tyrimo tikslas – panagrinėti darbuotojų kvalifikacijos kėlimo ir charakterio stiprybių sąsajas su nesaugumu dėl darbo vietos. Tiriamieji darbo vietose pildė apklausos anketą, kurią sudaro kvalifikacijos kėlimą vertinantys klausimai, L. Francis ir J. Barling (2005) sukurta 5 punktų skalė, matuojanti nesaugumą dėl darbo vietos, Bendrojo saviveiksmingumo skalė, sukurta M. Jerusalem ir R. Schwarzer (1979) bei VIA Charakterio stiprybių klasifikacijos trumpasis variantas. Tyrime dalyvavo 149 valstybinių įstaigų darbuotojai: 61 Valstybinio miškotvarkos instituto darbuotojas, 62 dviejų Kauno miesto vidurinių mokyklų darbuotojai ir 26 dėstytojai iš dviejų Kauno aukštųjų mokyklų. Iš jų 69 vyrai ir 80 moterų. Buvo nustatytos darbuotojų nesaugumo sąsajos su jų profesija: miškininkai patiria mažesnį nesaugumą dėl darbo vietos nei pedagogai. Skiriasi ir kvalifikacijos kėlimo bei nesaugumo dėl darbo sąsajos. Miškininkų grupėje buvo nustatyti ryšiai tarp darbuotojų dalyvavimo su darbu susijusiuose mokymuose ir nesaugumo dėl darbo, bei darbdavio palaikymo keliant kvalifikaciją ir nesaugumo dėl darbo. Pedagogų nesaugumas nesisiejo nei su jų kvalifikacijos kėlimu, nei su darbdavio palaikymu. Taip pat buvo nustatytos saviveiksmingumo, geranoriškumo, narsos, lyderystės bei entuziazmo sąsajos su nesaugumu dėl darbo miškininkų grupėje ir saviveiksmingumo, atkaklumo, meilės bei dvasingumo sąsajos su nesaugumu dėl darbo pedagogų grupėje.
This study aimed to determine employees training, character strengths and job insecurity links. 61 Forest Inventory and Management Institute employees, 87 teachers of two Kaunas secondary schools and two Kaunas High schools took part in a survey. Employees in their workplaces filled in questionnaires which included Job insecurity scale, The General Self-Efficacy scale and The VIA Classification of Strengths and Virtues (Short form). Demographic questions as well as the questions about employees training during a year period were included. After performing data analysis, the study found that job insecurity differs in groups according to employees profession. Foresters feel less insecure than teachers does. The data demonstrates that job related training and support of employer is directly related to job insecurity of foresters. The same relationship wasn’t detected in teachers group. The analysis of correlations among job insecurity and character strengths demonstrates that job insecurity is negatively associated with employees self – efficacy, bravery, kindness, love, leadership, zest, perseverance and spirituality.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení strategických rozhodnutí podniku Znovín Znojmo, a.s. Zabývá se strategickou analýzou, využívá tedy metody interní a externí analýzy, z analýzy SWOT vychází doporučení pro podnik. V práci jsou také analyzována strategická rozhodnutí posledních let.
