Abstract:
In the Republic of Moldova, currently, there is an increasing trend in the number of people suffering from celiac disease (CD), one of the most common chronic digestive ailments. The existence of people affected by this disease implies the presence of gluten-free products on the market. Bread, cereals, and floury pasta that are produced from wheat flour are prohibited in this diet they must be replaced with products made from non bread flours, obtained from cereals whose proteins do not generate gluten. The purpose of the work: the development of recipes for noodles from non bread chickpea flo

Confirmation of the identity of the strains is an important stage of control vaccines. Strains of Massachusetts genotype are most widely used in vaccines against infectious bronchitis of chickens. The aim of this work was to evaluate the possibility of using the HRM method to differentiate strains of this genotype. Primers were developed that amplify a 121 bp region of the S1 gene. A study of the three most commonly used strains in vaccines, H-120, B-48 and M-4 showed that differences in the melting point of amplicons obtained as a result of RT-PCR with selected primers make it possible to rel

Abstract:
The changes in the economic, social and cultural life affect the agricultural and food sector from production to consumption. All these changes affect the protection of soil and water resources and the production and consumption of legumes which is the protein source of over 2 billion people. On the other hand, while cereal production has increased by 6.1%, oil seed production has increased by 100.2%, legumes production has decreased by 28.8% in Turkey. This situation is very important for sustainability in Turkey which is 3rd lentil producer, 4th chickpea producer and 23rd dry beans producer

Abstract:
Around the world, government agricultural policies often make the prices paid by consumers much higher or lower than they would be withoutpolicy interventions. This infographic shows the latest available data for the three-year average price of chicken in Latin America and the Caribbean compared to international prices (prices not affected by domestic policy).

"Global demand for chicken meat has grown more than fivefold since the 1960s, from 6.2 to 33.9 pounds per person today. The expansion of broiler production to meet this growing demand has also increased the need for feed. However, the demand for feed is complex, as these feedstuffs are also used for human consumption and biofuels, and broiler farmers tend to be risk averse for input prices. This study looks at how the increased demand for broiler feed may have affected the demand for feed alternatives among some of the world's major broiler producing countries when faced with uncertain global

Abstract:
Background PHS (pulmonary hypertension syndrome, ascites syndrome) is a serious cause of loss in the broiler industry, and is a prime example of an undesirable side effect of successful genetic development that may be deleteriously manifested by factors in the environment of growing broilers. Basically, continuous and pinpointed selection for rapid growth in broilers has led to higher oxygen demand and consequently to more frequent manifestation of an inherent potential cardiopulmonary incapability to sufficiently oxygenate the arterial blood. The multifaceted causes and modifiers of PHS make
