Abstract:
The article deals with the question of the originality and formation of children's literature in the historical context of Russia. At all times, the most serious requirements were imposed on children's literature, since it is one of the most important sources of formation of the child's personality, his spiritual values, moral and aesthetic qualities and is of an educational nature. each period is characterized by its own tasks, requirements, themes, heroes, etc. However, the main task of children's literature has always remained the same-to teach children to believe, love, grow, understand, search, and the question of the specifics of children's literature is still reduced to repeating the truths about a dynamic plot, clarity, accessibility and fascination. The article analyzes the best examples of Russian literature, which convey all the diversity and richness of the world, instill in children a literary taste and love of reading.

In the analysis of literary texts, it is crucial to have in mind the concept of chronotope. Mikhail Bakhtin, a prominent Russian literary theorist, employs the term to analyze the arrangement of temporal and spatial elements within literary texts. The objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of Bakhtin's theoretical concept known as "the chronotope" and its impact on literary texts. Furthermore, its impact on children's literature should also be considered. This study aims to address the following inquiries. 1.The concept of chronotope refers to the literary and linguistic notion that combines the temporal and spatial dimensions within a narrative or discourse. 2. The Significance of the Chronotope. 3. In what manner might the concept of chronotope be employed in the analysis and interpretation of a textual work? The present study is structured into three distinct components. The initial segment pertains to the Bakhtinian concept of chronotope, which encompasses an examination of chronotope itself, its elucidation, and its manifestation as expounded by Bakhtin. Section two provides an elucidation of children's literature and its interconnection with the concept of chronotope. Section three of this study investigates the representation of chronotope in children's literature.

Abstract:
This article investigates the perceived image of English-language children's literature in Soviet Russia. Framed by Even-Zohar's polysystem theory and Bourdieu's philosophy of action, the discussion takes into account the ideological constraints of the practice of translation and the manipulation of texts. Several factors involved in creating the perceived character of a body of literature are identified, such as the requirements of socialist realism, publishing practices in the Soviet Union, the tradition of free translation and accessibility in the translation of children's literature. This study explores these factors and, with reference to selected examples, illustrates how the political and sociological climate of translation in the Soviet Union influenced the translation practices and the field of translated children's literature, creating a particular image of English-language children's literature in (Soviet) Russia.

The article is devoted to prominent Russian philologists E. V. Dushechkina (1941–2020) and A. F. Belousov (1946–2023). Graduates of the University of Tartu, students of Yu. M. Lotman, they belonged to the Tartu-Moscow scientific school, began their scientific and teaching activities in Estonia - at the University of Tartu and the Tallinn Pedagogical Institute. Since 1990, the couple lived and worked in St. Petersburg. E.V. Dushechkina was a professor at St. Petersburg University. A.F. Belousov was a senior researcher at the Institute of Russian Literature of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and then an assistant professor of children's literature at the St. Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts. In the scientific work of Dushechkina, the main theme was Russian calendar prose and related cultural phenomena. A.F. Belousov became a pioneer in a number of areas of folklore and cultural anthropology related to modern children's and urban folklore, the culture of the Russian provinces. The author pays tribute to the memory of her mentors and colleagues.

Abstract: The ongoing war between Ukraine and Russia has brought the attention of Western academic discourses to the long history of Russian colonialism, cultural dominance, and military aggression. Ukraine has not been the only victim of Russian invasions in the last few decades. The following article depicts the voice of Georgia, a small country with a population of 3.7 million people that has also experienced the horror of war from its neighbors. This article focuses on studying the depictions of traumatized adolescents with the use of trauma theory and children's literature studies in two texts about the Abkhazian war (1992–1993) and the 2008 Russo-Georgian war: Nugzar Shataidze's "Journey to Africa" (2004) and Tamta Melashvili's Counting Out (2010). This article showcases that the discussed narratives reflect global trends in children's literature and literary trauma theory. I argue that Georgian fiction fits the pluralistic approach of the literary trauma theory, delineating individual stories intertwined with culturally and socially specific narratives. The examined texts are replete with geographic places, social values, and specific environments that shape Georgian society's collective trauma. Besides, adolescents are the central figures that expose the psychological, physical, and mental suffering that wars bring to society.

The article is devoted to the review of one of the sections of the A. M. Gorky Archive of the A. M. Gorky Institute of World Literature of the Russian Academy of Sciences (AG IMLI RAN). The section contains a large collection of children's letters addressed to the “great proletarian writer.” The archive stores letters from children dating from 1899 to 1936. There are about 3000 children’s letters in the collection. Systematic and information methods have been used to study the collection; based on the principle of comprehensive study of documents, they have permitted to consider documents as elements of one system and to study the content. Source analysis has made it possible to study the internal and external features of documents and also helped to develop the basis for their classification and systematization within the archival collection. Typological and historical-functional research methods have made it possible to classify letters and consider them in the changing socio-cultural contexts. The collection of children's letters at the AG IMLI RAN is diverse and extensive. Most of it has not been subjected to detailed scientific analysis. The relevance of the research topic is due to the need for detailed consideration and comprehensive understanding of the materials of the collection. Scientific and practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using its results in a variety of scientific aspects: historical, biographical, source studies, textual, literary, cultural, etc. The reason for the study is insufficient knowledge of the collection of children's letters stored in the archive, which are of scientific interest. The purpose of the study is to describe and to study the collection of children's letters to M. Gorky, to introduce interesting material into scientific use and to provide its preliminary analysis. When using typological analysis, three groups of letters have been identified: individual, collective, and those from adults. The same method has made it possible to divide letters by social, age, geographical principle. The genre-thematic analysis has helped to divide the letters into subgroups united by common formal, substantive, and functional features: letters of request, letters of thanks, letters containing reviews, letters containing feedback on Gorky's artistic and journalistic works, letters with reports, letters of greeting, letters of invitation, letters of complaint. The archive also contains drawings, illustrations, postcards, photographs of children, and children's writings (poems, fairy tales, short stories, plays). Content analysis of the materials allows us to conclude that children's letters contribute to the study of social history, literary process, and epistolary heritage of the first half of the 20th century; they are able to provide new information for those who study the history of pedagogy, textual criticism, literary criticism. Systematic analysis of the collection allows us to consider children's letters in the historical and literary context of the era. Drawing on the analysis of archival documents, the conclusion is made that Gorky initiated the correspondence and stimulated children's writing. The letters demonstrate that the writer was perceived by his young contemporaries as assistant and defender, his works and public activities were of great educational value. Some letters in the collection contain Gorky’s notes, showing his attitude to the text. Children's letters supplement the knowledge of the personality of M. Gorky and his addressees. An important result of the comprehensive study of the archival material is discovery of information opportunities and source studies potential of the collection of children's letters in the AG IMLI RAN.

<p>The issue of digitization of modern childhood is attracting increasing attention from researchers. In most cases, we obtain information about how preschoolers use various gadgets from parents. Literature analysis has shown that many authors consider the strategies through which adults regulate and mediate the influence of digital devices and various media products on children as the most adequate parameter for studying parental mediation of children's media activity. However, there are not many tools available for studying this phenomenon. Such questionnaires are more common in English-language literature. The task was to adapt the questionnaire "Parental Mediation of Children's Media Activity" by G. Nimrod, D. Lemish, and N. Elias, which has proven itself well, for the Russian-speaking sample. The study involved 322 parents of children in the upper preschool age group attending kindergartens in large and small cities (average age of parents was 28.5 years, including 237 women and 85 men). The study showed that the adapted Russian-language questionnaire differs from the original in its factor structure and consists of 12 statements and three scales: restrictive mediation strategy, instructive mediation strategy, and co-use. The Russian-language questionnaire demonstrates test-retest reliability, internal consistency, construct, and convergent validity, and can be used to study parental mediation and assess children's media activity for the Russian-speaking sample.</p>

The aim of review is the analysis of the available in literature data on the actual nutrition ofpreschool children in different subjects of the Russian Federation for the last 20 and more years. Material of the literature includes reports of Soviet and Russian authors. Conceptual issues of the review were reasons leading to the deterioration of nutrition of children in preschool institutions both in the past, and in the present time, physical and economic availability of the food products and also violation of the sanitary legislation in the organization of catering for child care institutions. The study of reasons of the occurrence of these violations of children’s nutrition will allow to further develop the system of social and preventive measures for its improvement. This demands for the development of the uniform system of social and hygienic monitoring of the organization of the nutrition of children's population at the regional level with the annual profound analysis of data.

Using the metaphor of movement and the concept of trajectory the author shows that, being formed at the University of Tartu as a researcher of ancient literature, E.V. Dushechkina, follows this trajectory and expands the range of studied texts to poetry and prose of classical Russian literature, of proper names in literature and the reality of children's literature and pioneer songs, and leaves us with wonderful books and articles which can serve as a model for studies of Russian literature.

A conclusion is drawn about the spread of the use of synonyms in Russian children's poetry today, and analyzes the prospects for the further widespread dissemination of this author's tool.

Abstract:
This literature review aims to provide a summary of Russian and foreign literature on the problems associated with teaching of disabled children in Russia and in Europe. We searched for studies analyzing a direct link between education and children's disabilities. Numerous studies have been conducted in the English-speaking countries and published primarily in noneducational journals. We describe the education system in England and differences in academic performance of children with disabilities and students without disabilities. We also discuss primary and secondary effects of disability that determine imbalanced academic performance among disabled and non-disabled students, as well as the impact of stigmatization on the educational route and life of disabled people. We present criteria that determine ability to learn in accordance with Russian legislation, as well as the section "education and application of knowledge" of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. The article provides some statistics on inclusive and special education, including information on the number of disabled schoolchildren in Russia as of 2020. We found that the majority of disabled children educated in regular schools are secondary and high school students. We described the division into 8 types of special correctional educational institutions in accordance with disability groups existing in Russia now. Conclusion. It is necessary to analyze the association between education and children's disabilities in order to optimize inclusion of disabled people into social life. В настоящей научно-методической статье представлен интегрированный подход к изучению китайскими студентами-филологами художественной детской литературы. Такой подход способствует формированию профессиональных компетенций обучающихся. Благодаря разработанным методическим приемам проводится сравнительно-типологический анализ произведений русской и китайской детской литературы: «Денискины рассказы» В. Ю. Драгунского и «Старые истории на юге города» Линь Хайинь. Этот анализ, с одной стороны, выявляет культурные схождения в художественном воплощении образа отца, с другой стороны – определяет уникально-личностную трактовку изображения отца в детской литературе России и Китая, отражающую авторское мировосприятие и национальные традиции. This scientific and methodological article presents an integrated approach to the study of children's fiction by Chinese philology students, which contributes to the formation of professional competencies of students. Thanks to the developed methodological techniques, a comparative typological analysis of the works of Russian and Chinese children's literature is carried out: Deniskin's Stories by V. Y. Dragunsky and Old Stories in the South of the city by Lin Haiyin, revealing, on the one hand, cultural similarities in the artistic embodiment of the image of the father, on the other hand, defining a unique personal interpretation of the image of the father in children's literature of Russia and China, reflecting the author's worldview and national traditions.

The subject of this research is the English-Russian translation of fairy tales from the perspective of transparency and mirroring. The goal of this research is to determine the strategy for literary translation of the English fairy tales. Linguostylistic and comparative analysis is conducted on B. Zakhoder's translations of such fairy tales as &ldquo;Alice in Wonderland&rdquo; by L. Carroll, &ldquo;Winnie the Pooh and All, All, All&rdquo; by A. Milne, and &ldquo;Mary Poppins&rdquo; by P. Travers. The modern theory of translation largely focuses on the various aspects of equivalence and adequacy of the original and translated texts; describes the requirements for the quality of translation, including literary translation. Russian and foreign researchers show heightened attention to the concepts of transparency and mirroring in translation, namely literary translation of children's literature substantiated by the specificity of the target audience. The scientific novelty consists in application of the modern postulates of the theory of translation to children's literature, which broadens knowledge in this scientific field. The main conclusion lies in following the theory of translation transparency for the child reader in translation of children's literature. As a result of the analysis of B. Zakhoder&rsquo;s translations of fairy tales by L. Carroll, A. Milne, and P. Travers into the Russian language, it is noted that they reflect the general patterns of translation children's fiction, take into account psychological characteristics of the audience, text is adapted to be comprehensible for children, considerable attention is given to the emotional component, expressiveness, and humor. Although B. Zakhoder&rsquo;s translations are not the full interpretation, he follows the theory of transparency. Imaginative interpretation of the text demonstrates the specificity of translator&rsquo;s individual style.

Носов является важным символом русской детской литературы, а количество зарубежных переводов его произведений занимает третье место в России, что является показательным представителем. В работе методом корпусного анализа от целого к части глубоко анализируются характерные черты китайского перевода детских литературных произведений Носова, выделяются закономерности, скрытые в этом языковом феномене перевода, и делаются следующие выводы: по сравнению с оргинальными произведениями китайской детской литературы, китайский перевод детских литературных произведений Носова характеризуется низкой лексической вариативностью, высокой средней длиной слова, низкой плотностью словарного запаса, высокой средней длиной сегмента и высокой частотой использования служебных слов; корпусы оригинала и перевода детской литературы Носова имеют определенное сходство в аспектах длины предложений и дисперсии сегментов; по сравнению с оригиналом творческий уровень китайского перевода ниже, который имеет тенденцию к упрощению, эксплицитности и нормализации, что в значительной степени поддерживает предложенную предшественниками переводческую общность. Отмечается, что обучение переводу детской литературы должно преподавать особенности детской литературы, основные переводческие стратегии и навыки. Подчеркнуто, что необходимо использовать новую форму преподавания перевода – перевод с помощью параллельного корпуса. Nosov is an important symbol of Russian children's literature, and the number of foreign translations of his works ranks third in Russia, which is an indicative representative. In the work, by the method of corpus analysis from whole to part, the characteristic features of the Chinese translation of Nosov's children's literary works are deeply analyzed, the patterns hidden in this linguistic phenomenon of translation are highlighted, and the following conclusions are drawn: compared with the orginal works of Chinese children's literature, the Chinese translation of Nosov's children's literary works is characterized by low lexical variability, high average word length, low vocabulary density, high average segment length and high frequency of use of service words; The corpora of the original and the translation of Nosov's children's literature have certain similarities in the aspects of sentence length and segment variance; compared to the original, the creative level of the Chinese translation is lower, which tends to simplify, explicitness and normalization, which largely supports the translation community proposed by the predecessors. It is noted that teaching the translation of children's literature should teach the features of children's literature, basic translation strategies and skills. It is emphasized that it is necessary to use a new form of teaching translation - translation using a parallel corpus. This expands the research perspective of children's literature, enriches research examples of the generality of translations, provides objective data on the linguistic features of the Chinese translation of Nosov's children's literary works and a concrete example of teaching corpus translation.

This article examines the historical and cultural stages of the development of Kabardino-Circassian children’s literature. The main attention is paid to the inseparable connection of educa-tion and upbringing of children. The work focuses on the fact that children’s literature is a part of fiction, with its own characteristics arising from its educational and academic tasks: it enriches young readers’ understanding of the past and present of their people, helps to assimilate high mor-al principles, reveals the beauty of a man’s feat in the name of the Motherland. The study of the evolutionary development of children’s literature is dictated by the requirements of deep scien-tific coverage of literary process and tasks of further development of national literature. The rele-vance of the research is determined by the insufficient study of children’s literature, the need to fill the existing gap in modern Adyghe literary studies. This article also defines the term “chil-dren’s literature”, provides views of Russian and foreign scientists, examines the first works in the Adyghe language of Circassian educators. During the study, a set of scientific methods was ap-plied, including comparative-historical, description, literary analysis. The results obtained can be used in further research of the history of Adyghe (Kabardino-Circassian) children’s literature, as well as the development of special courses and research in the field of national philology.

The article analyses the image of Robinson and his interpretation in a children’s game in the literature of Great Britain and Russia of the late 19th to the early 20th centuries. We will try to analyse how and for what reasons the image of Robinson Crusoe was so attractive to several generations of children, how it transformed and how the hero manifested himself differently in children’s games. Our analysis will be based on literary material, mainly works of children's literature (poetry by Robert Louis Balfour Stevenson, Sir Joseph Rudyard Kipling, prose by Kenneth Grahame), as well as writers’ recollections of childhood and autobiographical prose. Special attention is paid to the peculiarity of the "game of Robinson", which was conducted according to special rules and consisted of several options, sometimes involving only children’s imagination, sometimes transforming the world around, and sometimes requiring theatrical props. In addition, the "Robinson game" required a certain space, and a child who was not able to go to a real island was forced to adapt the world around him, giving objects new and lands new assignments.

Сегодня в России имеется достаточное количество нормативных документов, регулирующих деятельность данных организаций. С использованием методов описания, сравнения и анализа теоретической литературы и нормативнойбазы в статье рассмотрена история создания и развития детских общественных организаций в Советском Союзе и современной России, описаны этапы детского движения, его цели и задачи, а также основные принципы работы Общероссийского общественно-государственного движения детей и молодежи «Движение первых» (далее – РДДМ «Движение первых»). В работе также указаны изменения, произошедшие в деятельности детских общественных объединений после распада СССР и перехода к новым формам организации детской жизни. В результате определено ведущее место РДДМ «Движение первых» в обеспечении гарантий будущего развития нашей страны как вобравшего в себя лучшие практики и традиции советской и современной систем воспитания, сделаны выводы о приоритетности работы с молодежью в государственной политике современной России. Children's public associations have attracted the attention of researchers for many years. Recently, the state has paid great attention to the issues of education of the younger generation, where children's public associations occupy a significant place, which means that their role and place in the life of modern schoolchildren are changing. Today in Russia there is a sufficient number of normative documents regulating the activities of these organizations. Using the methods of description, comparison, and analysis of theoretical literature and regulatory framework, the article examines the history of the creation and development of children’s public organizations in the Soviet Union and modern Russia, describes the stages of the children’s movement, its goals and objectives, as well as the basic principles of the All-Russian public-state movement of children and youth “Movement of the First” (hereinafter referred to as RMCY “Movement of the First”). The article also considers the changes that have occurred in the activities of children’s public associations after the collapse of the USSR and the transition to new forms of organizing children’s lives. As a result, the leading role of RMCY “Movement of the First” in ensuring guarantees for the future development of our country as a repository of the best practices and traditions of the Soviet and modern education systems is determined, and conclusions are drawn about the priority of working with youth in the state policy of modern Russia.

This article is the first try to research the connection between the art of ceramics and word in the work of children's writer and artist E.Ya. Danko. The relevance of the study is due to the need to expand the idea of the image of China in Soviet children's literature of the 1920s. Compared to the history of Russian poetry, the poems “Ceramic Cup”, “Chinese Secret” and the novel “Vase of Chinese Khan” are considered diachronically, and synchronously - in the context of the indestructible myth of Ancient China and the Chinese proletarian revolution. Special attention is paid to the genesis of the ideal image of China in the work of E.Ya. Danko, which traces back to the ideas of F.M.A. Voltaire, M.V. Lomonosov and Russian poets of the XIX - early XX centuries. Works by E.Ya. Danko meets the idea of A.M. Gorky - to create literature on factories, crafts, and technology. In the book of short stories by Kristina Strelnikova "The Magnificent Wreath of Wreaths", Maria Bershadskaya "Pushkin and Company" (the tenth story from the cycle "Big Little Girl"), the novella "P.Ushkin and Pixels" by AI eN (Irina Krestyeva), the story of Ksenia Dragunskaya "Pushkin is urgently needed!" Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin appears not only in the image of a great poet. His presence in modern texts for children, on the one hand, is due to the presence of the Pushkin myth in culture as a whole, on the other – the early acquaintance of children with the work and facts of the poet's biography. The specificity of the image of the personality and creativity of A.S. Pushkin is due to the peculiarities of children's perception: the biography and creativity of the writer are transferred to the everyday sphere. During the research, historical, cultural, comparative and biographical methods of literary criticism were used. A.S. Pushkin in modern literature for children and adolescents is transformed from the image of a brilliant writer into the image of a friend whose everyday life is no less interesting and fascinating than his works. The texts of K. Strelnikova, M. Bershadskaya, and Ai eN reflect the facts of Pushkin's biography (studying at the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum, marriage, duel), as well as his works (poems, fairy tales are quoted). The Pushkin myth is undoubtedly the most significant literary myth, the myth of genius in Russian culture, which does not lose its relevance over time, but on the contrary, is becoming increasingly widespread in the mass consciousness. Modern children's literature actively uses trends characteristic of "adult" literature, including mythologization, the inclusion of myths about the "new cultural hero", which, of course, is A.S. Pushkin.

The activities of the prominent Russian organizer of science, scientist, and teacher of higher education, Lyudmila Alekseevna Verbitskaya (Bubnova), are extremely relevant. Studying of her experience allows us to form an effective work algorithm for our contemporary seeking to make a personal contribution to the development of national science and education. To conduct the study, the authors have used such methods as analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, as well as a number of purely historical methods: historical-systemic, comparative, retrospective. The publication is to analyze the previously unpublished documents from the archive of the Ivan Franko Lviv State University on Lyudmila Bubnova’s stay in the Lviv Children’s Labour Colony, where criminals and children of repressed Soviet citizens were kept together. Lyudmila Alekseevna Verbitskaya is a famous Russian philologist and organizer of science, the only female rector in the history of the St. Petersburg State University. Lyudmila Alekseevna began her career in Ukraine, being admitted to the Ivan Franko Lviv State University from the Lviv Children's Labor Colony, where she was kept as the daughter of an “enemy of the people.” The article is based on unique archival documents that permit to analyze the initial formation of the future philologist; among them L. A. Bubnova’s handwritten autobiography (1953), petition of the head of the department of children's colonies of the Lviv region, Major Chumakov, to the rector of the Ivan Franko Lviv State University for her admission to the faculty of philology (department of Russian philology), L. Bubnova's texts in Russian and Ukrainian written for entrance examination in the university, documentary data on her grades at entrance examination in Russian language and literature, Ukrainian language, history of the USSR, geography, and foreign language. Of interest is her personal data sheet, her academic certificate for the first year at the university with results of 8 exams and tests in the first semester and 12 tests and exams in the second semester, as well as her coursework. The authors conclude that the “Lviv period” in her life and education gave L. A. Verbitskaya (Bubnova) a launching pad for her future scientific and administrative career.

The aim of the work is to summarize the available literature data on cases of visceral leishmaniasis in children registered in the Russian Federation, as well as to describe our own clinical observation of autochthonous visceral leishmaniasis in a 9-year-old child, in the diagnosis of which the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method was used.Materials and methods: a review of domestic and foreign literature over the past 20 years, including Internet resources, was carried out. We observed a 9-year-old child hospitalized in the Russian Children's Clinical Hospital. Leishmania DNA was determined in blood serum by PCR using the Amplisens – Leishmania-Fl reagent kit.Results. It was established that the infection of the patient observed by us occurred on the territory of the Russian Federation in the Crimea. The diagnosis of leishmaniasis was confirmed by morphological examination of the bone marrow and the detection of pathogen DNA in the blood serum by PCR.Conclusion. On the territory of the Russian Federation there are foci of autochthonous visceral leishmaniasis in the Crimea and the North Caucasus. Polymerase chain reaction is an alternative to bone marrow aspirate microscopy for the diagnosis of visceral leishmaniasis.

It was choral singing and the church that were originally inseparable in the history of Russian culture. The authors consider the reasons for the lack of interest in singing among children in Sunday schools (a small amount of time for rehearsals, an audience of different ages, etc.), and ways to solve this problem are presented. The article considers the concept of interest and ways of its development in the scientific and methodological literature, the history of the formation of Sunday schools in Russia, the possibility of developing morality and spirituality of children by means of choral art. The results of a survey of parishioners of the temples of the Tobolsk-Tyumen Diocese are presented in order to identify the interest of respondents in the development of children's choral singing in the temple. Based on the results obtained, and the experience of the authors in this field, methodological recommendations were developed for developing children's interest in joint singing in the conditions of Sunday school classes.

This article is dedicated to the analysis of fairy tales as a special genre of children's fiction literature with unique features and a long history. In the course of this work, the author gives definitions to the key concepts; examines correlation between the literary fairly tale and folk fairy tale, evolution of fairy tale genre, namely the works of Brothers Grimm. The article the stages of establishment of fairy tales as an independent genre in the history of literature. An attempt is made to determine the genre similarities that make fairy tales comprehensible within the framework of other linguocultures. Special attention is turned to the specificities of national cultural adaptation in translation of fairy tales from German into Russia, taking into account the peculiarities of translation transformations. The conducted analysis allows concluding that children&rsquo;s fairy tale literature is a reflection of the national linguistic worldview, and largely depends on the existing in the society national cultural traits, mentality and perception of the world. These facts indicate that translation and adaptation of fairy tale literature requires the translator to understand the uniqueness of worldview of the people affiliating to different cultures, as well as convey the national cultural identity and specificities of foreign perception and mentality of the representatives of various linguocultures.

The correct interpretation of the health of children by parents is of a great practical importance, as it makes it possible to correct it, prevent the consequences of diseases and timely seek for medical help.Based on the analysis of the literature and the latest statistical data, the article attempts to analyze the health of children in modern Russia, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main focus is shifted to the area of ​​parents' assessment of children's health. It is concluded that parents overestimate the potential of children's health and underestimate behavioral health risk factors, which leads to insufficient attention to preventive measures to preserve it. At the same time, the author does not ignore the issue of the difficulty of maintaining a healthy lifestyle in difficult economic conditions, under which a high proportion of families with children live in Russia, especially families with many children.The empirical basis of the work is the study of the Department of Family Sociology and Demography of the Faculty of Sociology of Lomonosov Moscow State University "Interregional studies of life values ​​and non-transitivity of family-child orientations of women, men and married couples based on a cross-cutting analysis of comparable data" (SeDOZH, N = 2479 people). The article continues the development of the topic of convergence of public and private law. The social background is determined by the Covid-19 pandemic. The private legal aspects of the emergency situation, force majeure, requisition, and the unknown absence of people were among the priorities. Civilists have been familiar with these categories for a long time. Wars, natural disasters always accompany society and at different times the legal reaction of the state to human misfortunes becomes extremely important. These legal concepts are consistently analyzed in this manuscript. The specific contribution of specialists of the Tomsk State University Law Institute is shown. Scientific forecasts and the approximate fate of the necessary regulatory arrays have been determined. The expediency of working out the civilistic block of norms in complex federal laws, in particular, in the Information Code, is substantiated. The article proposes a number of measures aimed at strengthening the protection of citizens' interests. The thesis about the need for more radical transformations of the Family Code is repeated, since the reforms of the last two decades have turned into a process of "patching holes"; the fragmentary nature of the measures taken gives negligible results. The author suggests returning to the discussion of the development of the Children's Code of the Russian Federation. The question of the need for a Children's Code in Russia in the literature accessible to the Soviet reader was raised more than a hundred years ago. Professor M.N. Gernet in his now famous monograph called one of the paragraphs "Children's Codes". There was no deeper and more thorough research in our private law literature. This is quite understandable, the criminological aspect "scared off the civilists." M.N. Gernet gave an overview of the content of children's codes (or regulations) of a number of countries. In previous works, the idea of abandoning the Housing Code was justified. Here are the arguments in favor of replacing it with another legal form. The issue of replacing the Housing Code of the Russian Federation is not difficult to solve at all, there is good experience. After all, the first Housing Code of the RSFSR appeared only in 1983, and did not live long. The following code could not be made qualitative, consistent with the Civil Code. It is impossible to include all the huge housing legislation in a small diversified regulatory act. Thus, the way to improve housing legislation is open for scientific research. The author declares no conflicts of interests.

Introduction. The methodological heritage of Russian teachers of the past is of interest to the modern theory of pedagogy and educational practice. The purpose of the article is to generalize the methodological views of a prominent scientist of the second half of the XIX – first half of the XX centuries Ivan Stepanovich Mikheev (1876-1940). The relevance of the pedagogical heritage of Mikheev is explained by the correspondence of his methodological views to the attitudes of modern Russian specialists in the field of teaching Russian language and literature among the nonRussian peoples of the Middle Volga region. Materials and methods. The leading research methods are the analysis of scientific literature and the biographical method, as well as historical, regional and axiological (value) methodological approaches. Results. I. S. Mikheev proposed a system of teaching non-Russian peoples to read and write in their native and Russian languages. He suggested starting the development of literacy in the native language of students. After mastering elementary skills, they had to move on to teaching in the Russian language in the so-called "conversational lessons". Mikheev called his teaching approach "the method of whole sentences." For those who speak oral native speech, the main thing is to master written speech, that entails the need for a sufficiently detailed study of grammar. For "nonRussian-born" children, the most urgent task is to master live conversational speech. In conditions when schooling usually lasted no more than two or three years, the task of mastering grammar shouldn′t have been brought to the fore. Discussion. The idea, – teaching an unfamiliar language by the method of whole sentences, – was put forward by Mikheev as a basis of his methodological views. It found further productive development in modern methods of teaching foreign languages. The innovation of Mikheev's approach consisted in the fact that he pointed out the fundamental difference in approaches to teaching Russian to Russian and to non-Russian children. The methodology developed by I. S. Mikheev included at the initial stage the elaboration of the simplest syntactic formations instead of tedious memorization of grammatical forms. Hence pupils acquired the ability to compose simple, but whole sentences in a relatively short time. That′s they were able to express their thoughts in the correct Russian language. Mikheev's approach required completely different methods and textbooks of the Russian language for Russian and for non-Russian schoolchildren. The methodological ideas of Mikheev are still relevant today, and represent a significant value for modern Russian pedagogical science and education. Modern teachers of multiethnic regions of Russia highly appreciate and actively use the heritage of Mikheev. Conclusions. A prominent methodologist, philologist and educator of the non-Russian peoples of the Middle Volga region, Mikheev made a significant contribution to the development of education and methodological science, periodicals and literature. Mikheev's methodological ideas are still relevant today, and are of considerable value for modern Russian pedagogical science and education. Modern teachers of multiethnic regions of Russia highly appreciate and actively use Mikheev's legacy. The theoretical and methodological works of I. S. Mikheev, his children's books and dramatic works include axiological, humanistic content, and to this day have a significant impact on modern methodological thought. That′s why, it deserves the most careful further study.

Abstract:
This article is dedicated to the peculiarities of translating English and Chinese children's fairy-tales into the Russian language. Analysis is conducted on such key concepts as &ldquo;children's fairy-tale&rdquo;, &ldquo;literary tale&rdquo;, and &ldquo;folklore tale&rdquo;. The author examines the development stages of English literary tale and Chinese folk tale as independent genres. The main translation transformations used in translating English literary tales and Chinese folk tales into the Russian are explored. Special attention is given to the translation of fairy tales as a form of cross-cultural dialogue due to the fact that such works are loaded with the ethnic-cultural components. The conducted analysis reveals the major challenges face by the translators in dealing with fairy-tale literature. The conclusion is made that the translation of fairy-tale requires taking into account not only the unique genre as such, but also the ethnic-cultural distinctness of different linguistic cultures, foreign mentality, and cultural identity. The scientific novelty consists in the attempt to establish whether it is possible to achieve success in cultural adaptation of English literary tales and Chinese folk tales into the Russian language. The acquired results indicate that the major challenge in translation and cultural adaptation lies in conveyance of cultural uniqueness, as well as ethnic, historical and national flavor of the original texts; it is essential to remember that translation of children&rsquo;s fairy tale is part of the process of cross-cultural communication, and the translator must become an intermediary of the dialogue of cultures. Fairy tales bear the cultural code of a particular ethnos, being the key to comprehension of the worldview of its representatives. It conveys the socially significant information, embeds moral values, illustrates ethnic-cultural peculiarities, and preserves cultural heritage.

Abstract:
The authors substantiate the importance of working in Russian language and literature lessons on the Russian speech (rhetorical) ideal, which is ontologically connected with national culture, the history of the people and Orthodoxy. Key idea of the text: at all stages of schooling, work on the Russian speech ideal is an important part of the educational process, and the concept of “speech ideal” in the scientific paradigm is considered as a methodological category. The goals and content of work on the speech ideal are given: in elementary school - the formation of the child’s initial ideas about the Russian speech ideal, in primary school - the acceptance of the Russian speech ideal as a personal guideline, and in secondary school - awareness of the national and cultural specifics of the speech ideal. Analysis of scientific and practical pedagogical experience, ethical and philological analysis of children's literature texts allowed the authors to substantiate the potential of literary texts in introducing schoolchildren to the Russian speech ideal. The principle of orientation towards the speech ideal is defined as the basis for teaching dialogue; its implementation is possible through the use of fragments of literary texts that describe standard and destructive speech behavior (fragments of the works of A.S. Pushkin, A.P. Chekhov, F.M. Dostoevsky). During the analysis of texts, students should be drawn to the rules of harmonizing communication, respect for the interlocutor, to the task of speech self-education, and taught to respond ethically to the speech behavior of others; introduce the concept of speech ideal, types of speech culture and criteria for its assessment, demonstrate the connection of speech ideal with culture, Orthodox tradition, and the history of the country.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the image of rickshaw in Russian (I. Bunin, V. Mayakovsky, N. Agnivtsev, E. Dolmatovsky, M. Sinelnikov) and Chinese literature of the twentieth century (Lu Xun, Lao She, Hu Shi, Shen Yinmo, Liu Bannong, Zheng Min). Particular attention is paid to the consideration of the principles of artistic representation of the image of rickshaw in the work of representatives of the Chinese «Movement for a New Culture», in the discourse of Soviet children's literature of the late 1920s and the «Chinese theme» in Soviet literature, as well as in the story of I. Bunin «Brothers» and the novel by Lao She «Ricksha» as detailed narratives about the life and existence of representatives of this class, common motives and plot-compositional constants are revealed for writers (ambivalent semantics of rickshaw physicality, deestetization motives reaching bodily destruction, the important role of the olfactor component, the motif of feverish non-stop running, the sacral status of the stroller as the equivalent of the hero's fate, the test of rickshaw love, etc.). The article concludes that, despite the relative small number of the rickshaw literary gallery, rickshaw gives rise to many different meanings in the literature of different countries and eras: the vivid image of the exotic East, the quintessence of stereotypes of public consciousness, the emblematic sign of Soviet literary and political discourse, one of the tragic variations of a small man, a catalyst for moral self-reflection of intelligentsia, the embodiment of the complex of her guilt and her conscience before the world of «humiliated and offended», cultural and historical portrait of the era and the «encyclopedia of Chinese life», personification of the ideas of Buddhism and the philosophy of «living life» and, finally, the universal symbolic image of the «marathon runner of life», pushing the horizons of space and time and forever running in an ongoing cycle of births and deaths in search of truth.
