Abstract:
The offer of educational actions focused on babies in museums causes the need for studies that seek to understand such actions, contributing to the constitution of significant practices. From these activities the article presents a reflection on the relationship between art and early childhood. The text was guided by theorists who value the cultural aspect in children's development, especially by Rinaldi and Vecchi. Institutional documents were used, such as photographic records and articles, as well as observations of some activities. It sought to identify ways that can stimulate the extension of the reception to the public from zero to three years in cultural institutions. Abstract:
Aim. The aim of this work is to present a qualitative analysis of the creative educational materials prepared by preservice teachers in the context of an educational experience around a museum exhibition about Science and Literature, described in a previous work (Authors, 2020). The responses to a final questionnaire about interdisciplinarity, integration of Sciences and Arts or the use of museums for children’s education are also analysed. Methods. The participants were 121 alumni of two different subjects “Natural Sciences for teachers” and “Literary training for teachers” at a Spanish university. Preservice teachers had to select an item of the museum exhibition and, as a group, prepare a catalogue intended for children, where they had to write a short text related to the object and activities for children in an exercise of didactic transposition. The students generated teaching materials with a high component of creativity and a multimodal approach, with a mixture of linguistic and non-linguistic codes. The qualitative analysis of these creative teaching materials was carried out with Atlas.ti v8. To assess the experience a questionnaire about different aspects of the proposal was completed by the students at the end of the semester. Results and conclusion. The analysis of the teaching materials demonstrates differences between the alumni attending both subjects in the type of items selected, the literary genre of the short text and the prepared activities. The responses to the final questionnaire give us an insight on the reasons for the item selection and show how most of the students considered the experience as very interesting and formative. We can conclude that the educational experience here described served as an exercise to internalise the benefits of this method and, at the same time, adapt it for their future students in Primary Education.

Abstract:
What is the social character of folktales? Can tales contribute to humanformation? In the “Preliminary note” of the book Contribuição do folk-loro brazileiro para a bibliotheca infantil (1907), the writer and folklorist from Minas Gerais, Alexina de Magalhães Pinto (1869–1921), naming folktales (whether they are “fairy tales, fabulous or biblical”) as “living museums of human traditions”, argues that those narratives would contain an “eminently educational” role. This paper presents the author, her work, and, thereafter, analyzes “Historia (sic) de um cachorrinho”, which is part of the collection mentioned above, aiming to reflect upon this function of the tales of instructing and educating (which the author talks about). From this analysis — of a bibliografic and critical-analytical nature — results the understanding about the unique contribution of the teacher and researcher Alexina de Magalhães Pinto for the history of Brazilian children’s literature, in its broad sense (especially for her commitment in carrying out an ethnographic and historical research to compose works from oral tradition and Brazilian folklore to serve generations), and also the perception about the merit of her task of launching, at that time, a debate about the humanizing character of fiction. It is possible to conclude, from this analysis, that literary and fictional productions, by making fabulation possible, can instruct and educate, among other aspects, because of their character of transcending limits of time, modes and forms of representation of multiple and diverse experiences. Keywords: Alexina de Magalhães Pinto; children’s literature; folktale.

Abstract:
The article discusses the activities of Czech children's museum "Science Center "Teсhmania"" in city Plzen in the Czech Republic, which teaches and develops children with the help of interactive technologies. They influence on the formation of personality competency of the museum educator, helping to carry out efficiently the educational process, promote the effective implementation of education in terms of the museum environment. The article is devoted to a definition of the place and the role of the pedagogy of museum in organization of the cultural and educational process in museum. The role of the children's museum in non-formal education in the Czech Republic is described. There are shown the directions of scientific and technical education in the form of a game, using the latest technological advances (the usage of 3D-cinema, program of children's groups, the development of museum infrastructure). The necessity of introducing such work experience in Ukraine is shown. Borrowing the experience of foreign colleagues is important because the activities of our museums sometimes require radical restructuring. The introduction of close cooperation with such educational institutions like the museum "Teсhmania" is important, and high scientific and technical level remains an important issue as well, worthy of imitation. Prospects for further development of this problem lies in the consideration of other foreign museums that will enable national museums to adopt better and increase efficiency.

Abstract:
Various changes in the conditions of social functioning also affect family functioning. Respecting the personality and autonomy of the individual, the connection between the quality of family functioning and educational outcomes of children cannot be neglected. The pedagogical influence of the family on the individual is recognizable by the adopted value orientations and social norms, models of behaviour, learning strategies, ways of distributing power and taking responsibility; communication and ways of solving problem situations, as well as flexibility and expressiveness. Understanding family functions (economic, socio-emotional, religious, reproductive”¦) and their simultaneous impact on children, it is unjustified to interpret children's educational outcomes based on separate aspects of family functioning. Relevant research indicates that a number of latent and intervening variables are associated with children's educational outcomes, and therefore the family is accepted as a nonlinear dynamic system, so changes and children's outcomes are certain, but not easily predictable.

Abstract:
The emphasis of the educational reform currently underway in Bulgaria is on the formation of key competencies of the pupils. Mathematical competence is one of them. The mastering of basic mathematical knowledge in primary grades remains a priority. At the same time, specific mathematics curricula are explicitly laid out such as solving practical tasks, forming teamwork skills, search of information from different sources by the students themselves, project work, etc. In my research work over the past few years, I have tried experimentally with my own ideas for project work with primary school pupils. In this publication, I will present my concept of work on the project “Sofia – Capital of Bulgaria” for students of the fourth grade. It will integrate mathematical knowledge and skills with knowledge of Man and Society and a number of components of civic education. Mathematical knowledge and skills will include: adding and subtracting numbers over 1000 without passing, finding an unknown subtrahend, solving numerical expressions with parenthesis and without parenthesis, units of measure (meters, grams, kilometer, centimeter). From the knowledge and skills of Man and Society (Man and Society curriculum for the fourth grade at https://mon.bg/bg/2190), the topic: “Sofia – Contemporary Capital” is taken and the related competencies (tell about the location of the capital of Bulgaria with the help of a map; recognize on image the famous cultural monuments and natural assets of the Bulgarian capital; connect important sights of the capital with the historical ages to which they belong; understand the importance of the capital as a modern administrative centre of the country). Working on this project, pupils in the fourth grade will also acquire the following competencies: digital competence (using information in electronic form to produce short presentations on geographic, historical, cultural themes; using electronic presentations as a source of information about events and individuals); learning skills (working with maps and reference books – guides, children's encyclopaedias, extracting information about the past and the present from illustrative material, searching for information on a particular problem from written documents in the textbook); social and civic competencies (solving of problematic situations requiring hearing, exposing the personal point of view and maintaining one's own opinion; collecting curious facts about popular personalities or events from Bulgarian history; making albums with personal photos from visiting cultural, historical and natural sites; drawing up tables for the holidays of different communities – religious and ethnic; creating projects on a studied historical or geographic theme; visiting the municipality, the mayoralty, the National Assembly etc.; cultural competence and skills to express through creativity (making of albums with drawings from exhibits of visited museums, observation of natural and historical sites, elaboration of group presentations for selected natural sites). One of the distinctive aspects of the project activity with primary school pupils is the integrative nature of the project activities. The project “Sofia – Capital of Bulgaria” presented in this article is suitable for the first school term of the fourth grade. This is a medium term project that lasts for a month or two. It finishes with an open lesson in mathematics (one or two study hours), during which pupils resolve mathematical and application-practical tasks and present the results of their preliminary project work (preliminary project activities). Tasks in the project are three types: individual, group and class. Each pupil receives from all three categories of tasks. The task of the teacher is the preparation and distribution of the individual, group and class-related tasks, the determination of the deadlines for the implementation of the commitments undertaken by the pupils, as well as the ongoing control over the tasks.

Abstract:
This paper gives the analysis of educational programs and resources for teachers in art museums and galleries in the world and in Serbia. Nowadays, in attempt to follow contemporary tendencies in art education, a significant attention is payed to development of educational programs in art museums and galleries. There is also a strong pursuit to build connections between these cultural institutions and teachers. The goal of this paper is to present selected examples of practices in museums and galleries, programs and resources for teachers, based on preschool and primary school approaches and strategies of teaching using works of art. Research on different aspects of collaboration between kindergartens and schools with institutions of culture is also presented in this paper. Research results indicate that there is no satisfactory collaboration among these institutions in our environment. Schools and kindergartens should support teachers by providing developmentally encouraging environment for maintaining collaboration, so children should get a chance to study works of art more frequently.

One of the important tasks of regional historical and ethnological research is to determine the ethnographic potential of regional and municipal museums. It matters pragmatically —for the development of the tourism industry, and in relation to the generalcultural, educational, scientific development. The purpose of the article is to review the main aspects of understanding problems related to ethnographic museums in domestic science. The problems of museums are studied in institutional and socio-cultural perspectives, including in the context of the processes of socio-cultural identification and commemoration. The main place is given to the thoughts of researchers about the “crisis of museums” and their development trends. The problems of Russian ethnographic museums are defined at the conceptual, institutional, socio-economic, socio-cultural levels.

Abstract:
This paper presents some aspects of COVID-19 impact on cultural tourism and on the museum sector. Museums are closely linked to cultural and heritage tourism, considered a significant attraction. The tourism sector is among the most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and cultural tourism is not an exception. In 2020 around 95% museums around the world were closed – according to government sanitary regulations. The aim of the research was to identify the impact of COVID-19 disease on cultural tourism (measured by a number of visitors in the most popular museums in 2019 and 2020) and museums’ adaptation to the sanitary restrictions during the pandemic time. For a few decades museums have tried to enhance their digital activities such as online educational programmes, online collection display, online exhibitions, live events, learning programs, brochures, podcasts, social media and virtual tours. These activities and various projects became especially important during the lockdown caused by the pandemic outbreak, as many museums continued their missions during the pandemic. Some museums have reopened (with strict limitations defined by sanitary restrictions), but many institutions remain closed. It shows how crucial IT innovations are. The paper concludes with some reflections on museums’ offer during the pandemic time and cultural tourism prospects in the post-pandemic time.

Abstract:
To explore how children come to adopt cultural forms of representation, three studies are presented. Study 1 asks about children's ability to discriminate between 'younger' and 'older' pieces of work, with 'younger and 'older' distinguished on the basis of Developmental Drawing Status (Harris 1963). Study 2 asks about children's preferences and the extent to which they match those of teachers. Study 3 asks about the differences between drawings children produce for themselves and those they produce when asked by an adult for a 'good' drawing. The underlying assumption is that one condition influencing developmental change is children's exposure to work by adults or by older children. The results point to ways of combining cross-cultural comparisons of performances with monocultural work on processes underlying children's productions. They also raise questions about patterns of exposure in any cultural context and about factors involved in the development of discriminations, preferences, and audience expectations.

Abstract:
Traditional doll – «kuirshak», which balancing between ritual and game has always been the prerogative of female subculture. Since childhood it was transformed and followed its owner in direct and indirect form up to the old age. It would be a mistake to consider this miniature, multifaceted and multidimensional model of a human being as purely childish object. The simple toy has a big mystery: a part of universal culture while preserving the features of the people who created it. Many nations the traditional doll has a deep social meaning, the main value of folk toys. The values of the parents' world should undoubtedly be a natural part of the children's world. Ethno-pedagogy should continue the search for ways to introduce the ethnic culture, historical traditions of life and everyday life of the ethnic group, which has been started in recent years through the efforts of ethnographers, linguists, psychologists and educators. In this case, the game with kuirshak is an example.

Abstract:
Traditional museum is typically characterized especially by presenting exhibits. However, it has recently been enriched by many other features that contribute to the attractiveness of exhibitions. Museum spaces nowadays offer various educational events, creative workshops or shops with artefacts and publications. This paper is aimed at presenting partial research results orientated to human-centered design of museums for children. The introductory part describes innovative design tools that focus on multisensory presentation of exhibits, hands-on, color impact, emotion perception etc., as well as possibilities of using the Universal Design as a Learning method to create exhibitions for children with special needs. The main part of the work consists of our team's research aimed at exploring the needs of different children, especially children with various disabilities, in the creation of children's museum space and exhibitions. The first phase of research is focused on the analysis of spatial properties, exhibits and interactions between them. The aim was to discover how those factors influence children's attention and impact on their learning ability. This part of the research was carried out in BIBIANA - International House of Art for Children in Bratislava. The end of the paper indicates further research possibilities that will be explored in the next phase of our research in the future.

Abstract:
Children’s rights are human rights, they result from the personal dignity and uniqueness of the child as a person. They apply to every child, they cannot be stripped away or renounced. It also means that if a child has a right, the state must ensure that it can be exercised. Further, if the child has a certain right, it means that there must also be procedures to enforce it. The beginning of the international movement for the protection of children's rights dates back to 1874, when the first organization for the protection of children's rights, the New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, was founded in The United States. In Europe, at a similar time, since 1880, international societies of criminologists, youth court judges, care for abandoned and homeless children were being established to work on relaxing the criminal law for minors or establishing educational and care facilities for children. It was in the 19th century when the rights of the child were discussed in Poland for the first time. Moral, religious, or customary norms regulated children’s place in the community. However, the development of these rights was a long process that had started in Poland much earlier. The article aims to present selected historical situations affecting the development process and the current state of children's rights in Poland.

Abstract:
The primary focus of this study was the assessment of children's social competence in relation to two aspects of the mother-child relationshipattachment security and maternal directiveness. Specifically, we expected concurrent child-mother attachment security to be positively correlated with children's positive social engagement and social problem-solving skills and negatively related to aggression, whereas maternal directiveness was predicted to show the opposite pattern of correlations. Subjects were 111 mothers and their 4-year-old target children, each paired with a same-sex, same-age unfamiliar control child. Maternal directiveness was assessed in co-operative task and free-play sessions involving the target child, target mother, and control child. The target child's social engagement and social problem-solving skills were measured during dyadic free play with the control child. Multiple regression analyses assessed relative contributions of maternal directiveness and attachment security to the prediction of child behaviour with the peer. Attachment security predicted positive social engagement. Maternal directiveness was associated only with aspects of the children's social problem-solving. These results support previous research linking child-mother attachment security, maternal control patterns and children's social competence, although our findings showed the importance of separating the influences of attachment quality and the socialisation aspects of parenting.

Abstract:
The uniqueness of the Natural History Museum is that it is perfectly suited for the introduction of interdisciplinary educational innovation. The environment of the museum has a special atmosphere, and natural collections play an important role, as they implement not only scientific but also educational goals. Research on the nature of communication has attracted great interest in pedagogical science in recent years. Museum communication has certain characteristics that distinguish it from all other types of knowledge dissemination. The specificity of the communication activities of natural history museums is associated with the use of natural objects and biological information in this process. A person learns new models of thinking and action if he is in direct contact with natural values and specialists who are able to interpret them. The main target audience on which the research is focused are children of different ages and teachers. The aim of the article is to actualize the pedagogical significance of the museum environment and museum education collections in the context of non-formal education. A few decades ago, the main and inviolable task of museums was to preserve and protect the collection, but today the focus has shifted and now the preservation and protection of collections is considered in inseparable connection with education. We are convinced that the education role of museums should be strengthened and that it should be as important as other aspects of professional museum practice. Educational departments in museums acquire important that reflects the relationship of the museum community with the educational needs of society. We can state that the effective use of the potential of museums in the school educational process is impossible without the mutual partnership of museum and school teachers. A well-formed and completed base of educational scientific collections is the basis of successful museum programs. A museum object is the determining factor that causes delight, surprise and ardor in a child, which forms her new life experience and stimulates the process of comprehension and the formation of value orientations. The resources and pedagogical potential of the museum are fully consistent with the requirements of education and our task is to ensure its implementation.

The present work is devoted to the study of the possibility of applying an integrated modular approach in the development of buildings for children's educational institutions. Three aspects of the problem are considered. Firstly - the need to comply with the requirements for the device, content and organization of the mode of operation of children's preschool organizations. Secondly - ensuring urban planning maneuverability of structures. Parameters of the premises of a children's institution allow using a single module for any functional area. Thus, it is possible to arrange individual function blocks in different ways, and, by changing the number of units, vary the filling number of a children. Thirdly, the integration of architectural design with the simultaneous design of developing territorial complexes - locales in children's educational institutions.

Abstract:
Abstract Background Educational expectation has a certain impact on the educational performance of migrant children, which can be achieved through the establishment of expected objectives and educational investment of migrant children, so as to improve the educational performance of migrant children. The education quality of migrant children has many complex factors in both macro and micro aspects. Macroscopically, it is affected by factors such as education policy and social integration, and microscopically by schools and families. In addition, educational expectation is the expectation of parents or children for the future of education, which has an important impact on educational investment. At the same time, with the development of migrant children's education, the changes of children's related emotional behavior are also advancing. Subjects and Methods According to China Education follow-up survey (CEPs) (2014-2015), the subjects were migrant children who lived in the household for more than 6 months and under the age of 16. Based on fcsp-eip theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between educational expectation, investment and educational performance in four environments by constructing structural equation model and using Amos 22.0 statistical software. We also searched the databases of CBM, VIP, CNKI, Wanfang Data, PubMed, web of science and EBSCO based on the computer to collect relevant studies on the characteristics and changes of emotional behavior of older children. The retrieval time limit is from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2019. After two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and evaluated the bias risk of the included study, the results of the included study were summarized by qualitative analysis. Results In the EIP structure, parents' educational expectations were significantly correlated with migrant children's educational performance, and educational investment as an intermediary had a significant impact on educational performance. After adding other environment related variables, it is found that education policy has a negative impact on children's educational performance; Community and school conditions have a positive impact on educational performance; Educational expectation is an important intermediary variable affecting educational performance. Children's anxiety, confrontation, attachment and other behaviors show three different patterns over time. The results of two children's emotional studies show that when parents' educational expectations are too high, children are easy to show negative emotions. Conclusion With the help of Chinese education tracking data and structural equation, this paper draws some conclusions. Through the parents' attention to the education of migrant children, the state strongly supports the education of migrant children, and provides good community and educational conditions to effectively improve the educational performance of migrant children. Firstly, the limitation of education policy is a negative variable that affects the educational expectation and performance of migrant children. At the same time, migrant children may also have unfair psychology, which will also have a negative impact on communication and psychological performance. Secondly, educational expectation is an important intermediary variable affecting educational performance. Parents' educational level and family economic status can help children choose high-quality educational resources, improve educational expectations, and then affect educational performance. Third, quality community and school conditions have a positive impact on educational expectations and performance. The higher the quality of the school, the higher the educational expectations of parents and children. Finally, the family structure dominated by one-child in China will also affect children's emotional changes, resulting in the inconsistency between parents and children's expectations for the future. More social support should be given to children's psychological and emotional changes. ABSTRACT Educational Game Tool (APE) is a learning media with the aim of improving the ability of aspects of child development that are tailored to the age and level of child development in an interesting way. APE that can be used to improve aspects of child development with the sensory path. Sensory Path is a sensory pathway that was developed into an educational play tool to develop children's development that involves the five senses, one of which is children's cognitive abilities related to memory, logical thinking and problem solving. Low cognitive abilities and the lack of learning media used make children less interested and bored in following the learning delivered. This problem is the background of research on the application of sensory path educational game tools in improving aspects of cognitive development of children in group A (aged 4-5 years) at PGRI 3 Ngawi This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR) where data is collected by interview, observation and documentation methods. Sources of informants from this study were the principal and educators of PGRI 3 TK in Ngawi. The results of this study will be presented in the form of sentences, not in the form of numbers presented in the observation table. The data analysis technique used is observation, assessment sheet and conclusion drawing. With learning that applies the Sensory Path Educational Game Tool, it can be seen that there is an increase in children's cognitive abilities which can be seen from the initial condition of the child's cognitive ability which was originally still quite low with conditions after the application of the sensory path educational game tool to increase. Project-Based Service-Learning (PBSL) offers a unique and rich educational experience for engineering students. The present work highlights some of its aspects through the discussion of a multi-level design and build project. A service project was assigned to two teams of junior and senior students. The project was to design and build a bubble tower for the local children’s museum. The tower was completed in two phases. In the first phase, it was assigned as a final project in a junior level course. In the second phase, another team of seniors was added to lead the design optimization and building of the tower as their capstone experience. The Service-Learning (SL) nature of the project and having two teams at different academic levels added challenges and benefits to the students. The details of this unique experience are discussed and samples from the students’ work are presented. The project was completed successfully with positive feedback from the students, the customer and the local community. Reflections about this project and recommendations for future use of similar SL are also presented.

Abstract:
This work is the result of a study on the characteristics that define some of the museums created on the Silk Road. The approach to these museums has focused especially on the observation of the educational and heritage aspects that define these institutions. Since 1988, numerous actions related to the Silk Road have been promoted by UNESCO. This old trade route has now become a route of dialogue between cultures. Each museum studied is characterized by promoting local and national issues that define it. Educational issues stand out, since the tradition of silk production is very important in each place. Another aspect observed is that heritage issues manage to strengthen the characteristic features of each community. I have interviewed those responsible and personally observed their facilities and collections. Each museum has chosen to highlight local differential factors, enhancing the aesthetic arguments of cultural identity. Finally, I examine the specific case of the Valencia Silk Museum, the most recent creation museum but also the oldest institution. In the conclusions, I highlight the importance of education in most of these institutions.

Abstract:
Objectives Looking back at the 100-year history of creative children's songs, the ‘Children's Song Festival’ proves to have had a great influence on the development of children songs. The first purpose of this study is to investigate all Children's Song Festival winning songs included in elementary school music textbooks according to the educational curriculum change. The second purpose is to analyze the aspects of those winning songs published in music textbooks. Methods To do so, this study conducted a combination of literature reviews and research study methods, and analyzed Children's Song Festival winning songs in music textbooks. These songs were those that were included in 3~6 grade elementary school music textbooks from the fifth curriculum period (1987~1991) until the current 2015 revised curriculum; meaning all winning songs in elementary school music textbooks since the first Children's Song Festival of 1983 were analyzed. Results First, an analysis on ‘Children's Creative Song Festival Winning Songs and Number of Songs’ shows that out of the total 96 winning songs, the majority of winning songs were from the MBC Children's Song Festival - a total of 69 songs (71.9%). Second, upon analyzing the ‘Number of Times Festival Winning Songs were Published’, it was found that the number increased as the curriculum changed and as textbooks went up to an older grade level. The textbook publisher ‘Genius Education’ had the most winning songs within their textbooks - a total of 43 times (15.8%) were winning songs published. Third, after analyzing the ‘Name and Number of Overlapping Winning Songs’, it was revealed that there were 51 overlapping songs, the song that was published multiple times in music textbooks was <On a Train Ride> from the 1st KBS Children's Song Festival - a total of 13 times. The songs <Island Village> and <Walking in the Woods> were published 11 & 10 times respectively - both songs were from the 4th MBC Children's Song Festival. Songs that are continuously included in music textbooks are <On a Train Ride> and <Walking in the Woods>. Conclusions The act of singing creative children songs gives children hope, courage, the chance to dream, and holds an educational meaning that allows them to experience the beauty of music. Thus, continuing discovery and supply of creative children's songs are of great significance. Since Children's Song Festivals, which has played a huge role in the development of creative children's songs, are no longer as common as before, a new developing method that fits current society criteria must be sought out.

Abstract:
AbstractWe examined Genotype × Environment (G × E) interactions between children's genotypes (the serotonin transporter linked promoter region [5-HTTLPR] gene) and maternal responsive care observed at 15, 25, 38, and 52 months on three aspects of children's competence at 67 months: academic skills and school engagement, social functioning with peers, and moral internalization that encompassed prosocial moral cognition and the moral self. Academic and social competence outcomes were reported by both parents, and moral internalization was observed in children's narratives elicited by hypothetical stories and in a puppet interview. Analyses revealed robust G × E interactions, such that children's genotype moderated the effects of maternal responsive care on all aspects of children's competence. Among children with a short5-HTTLPRallele (ss/sl), those whose mothers were more responsive were significantly more competent than those whose mothers were less responsive. Responsiveness had no effect for children with two long alleles (ll). For academic and social competence, the G × E interactions resembled the diathesis–stress model: ss/sl children of unresponsive mothers had particularly unfavorable outcomes, but ss/sl children of responsive mothers had no worse outcomes than ll children. For moral internalization, the G × E interaction reflected the differential susceptibility model: whereas ss/sl children of unresponsive mothers again had particularly unfavorable outcomes, ss/sl children of responsive mothers had significantly better outcomes than ll children.

As a result of the use of information technologies in their work, museums have acquired qualitatively new opportunities for the registration of exhibits, the preservation of electronic copies of the documents and exhibits, as well as the mode of access to exhibits. Museums strive to become interesting, fashionable, interactive, educational. The modern museum can be fully called an object of informatization. In order to realize all modern possibilities, museums must be staffed with modern personnel. A modern museum worker is not just an art critic with relevant knowledge. A modern museum worker must confidently master the information technologies and use them in the practice. The article analyzes the dynamics of changes in the staff of museum workers over the past six years. It presents the diagram of the distribution of museum workers by the age groups and shows the distribution of museum workers according to their experience. There is an analysis in ratio of the number of men and women among museum workers. The paper analyzes some aspects of staffing the museum as an object of informatization.

Research on children's social cognition has dealt mainly with face to face relations; only a few studies have considered how children understand impersonal aspects of society such as economics. This study involves an investigation of teaching the concepts of work and profit to third-graders. Five instruction units were created and during a one-month period these were presented to five classes at different schools in Rome. A sample of 80 pupils was interviewed before and after teaching aimed at ascertaining their ideas on prices, profit and product distribution. Children's responses were scored on several scales, on which separate ANOVAs (class x sex x repeated measures or class x repeated measures) were carried out. The results show an overall improvement in children's knowledge, with differences that may be related not only to the complexity of the different concept but also to children's initial levels of competence.
