Abstract:
The Three Character Classic (《三字经》), also translated as San Zi Jing or The Triword Primer, is the traditional Chinese Primer with the most significant influence and the broadest appeal. In the 21st century Chinese traditional cultural revival, traditional texts such as the Three Character Classic are reused as child education primer. Is the Three Character Classic still suitable for contemporary children's literacy and enlightenment? From the perspective of cognitive psychology and child development psychology, this paper used a critical literature review method to investigate the relationship between the Three Character Classic and children's language development, attention, memory, cognition, and moral development. It found that the content, structure, teaching approach of it conform to children's physical and cognitive development during early childhood. The Three Character Classic is not only the primary text for children's Chinese learning but also a valuable tool to understand the spiritual core of traditional Chinese culture. It has a particular value for children's literacy and enlightenment and those who learn Chinese as a second language.

Abstract:
In this article, on the example of two works by different authors, the images of children, their world and relationships with adults are considered. For Lazar' Kokyshev and Dibash Kainchin, the depiction of the life and attitude of young heroes and teenagers is the most important stage in the development of their artistic concepts. As this study shows, the same deep-seated collisions are observed in the lives of little heroes as in the lives of adults. The world of children is a special period of accumulation of social experience and moral and ethical knowledge, the formation and development of a system of spiritual values. In these works, in our opinion, the writers managed to create an artistic reality seen from the perspective of the children. The inclusion of folk-mythological and ethnographic motifs into the fabric of the artistic text are served for the most complete revelation of the characteristics of characters and their actions in the prewar and postwar years of the 20th century.

Abstract:
Young children are born with a unique development that captures the spiritual essence of wonder and signature style of their own capabilities, strengths, interests, personality, temperament, and learning styles. Spiritual moments experienced by young children are often direct, personal, and have the effect, if only for a moment, of uplifting us by capturing the essence of spirituality through playful moments. Children’s spirituality involves questioning, exploring, and belonging by building close relationships in comfortable environments and from caring caregivers who provide a secure environment and routine in which to grow and nurture in. Spirituality, together with the efficacy of make-believe play invites young children to be awakened with an awareness of community and purpose with the world around them. Each new discovery made by a young child is a potential source of wonder and delight. Through a child’s imagination and make believe play, teachers and parents may be given opportunities to be aware of this aspect and witness their spirituality. In this paper, children’s spirituality is defined and the characteristics of spirituality are discussed connecting to the dynamics of play for young children and the contributions of major early childhood theorists to the growth and understanding of children’s spirituality are featured.

This study aimed to describe the development of children's religious life from a family of dual career families, namely families where both father and mother both work outside the home and undergo certain professions. How is the parenting style and pattern of education applied by parents to keep the child's awareness and religious attitudes in good condition, and what factors are the supporters and inhibitors of the development of a child's religious spirit in the dual career family ?. Child restrictions referred to in this study are children in the range of primary school age, namely between the ages of 7-11 years. Based on data collected from 6 families of working mothers' fathers who are respondents, the results of the study show that families generally realize that parents are still the first and foremost place for child growth and development, so that the main function of the family is not to be educated, caring, socializing children so that children can carry out their functions in society properly, remains a top priority. Parenting that is applied in the family is generally appropriate, namely democratic parenting and education patterns as a place to socialize the ideal second child, namely the school environment that has an orientation on spiritual development in addition to academic orientation. While the supporting and inhibiting factors of the process of developing mindfulness in children are generally influenced by the internal and external factors of children, the school environment, the community and most importantly parents.

Abstract:
The definition is given, upbringing possibilities of theatre activities are identified; their main form is children's association. Theatre association is seen as an upbringing environment where pedagogues and children solve a set of tasks of children’s upbringing and socialising in the process of theatrical activity. Particular attention is paid to the fact that, when organising theatrical activities, one should take into account the peculiarities of the region, the societas and the specifics of rural school. Rural school often assumes the functions of additional education for children and adults; it is the centre of cultural and leisure activities for the whole population. Problems when organising theatre activities for rural children are considered; it is also noted that setting up a theatre group in a school helps to overcome the socialisation difficulties of rural children. A number of favourable factors, positively influencing the organisation and development of children’s theatrical activity, their socialisation, include close ties of school and societas, closeness of children to nature, development of interaction of children with parents, with fellow villagers, rural spiritual and moral environment, development of integrative connections. It is noted that theatrical activity in a number of rural schools is a system-forming one, i.e. it unites the activities of all actors, it contributes to the integration of general education and additional education of rural schoolchildren. Peculiarities of the content, forms, methods and technologies that can be used when organising theatrical activity of rural schoolchildren are considered.

Abstract:
Today, worldview, spiritual and moral problems that have always been reflected in education and upbringing come to the fore in society. In this situation, there is a demand for philosophical categories. One of the priority goals of education in modern conditions is the formation of a reasonable, reflexive person who is able to analyze their actions and the actions of other people. Modern science is characterized by an understanding of the absolute value and significance of childhood in the development of the individual, which implies the need for its multilateral study. In the conditions of democratization of all spheres of life, the child ceases to be a passive object of education and training, and becomes an active carrier of their own meanings of being and the subject of world creation. One of the realities of childhood is philosophizing, so it is extremely timely to address the identification of its place and role in the world of childhood. Children's philosophizing is extremely poorly studied, although the need for its analysis is becoming more obvious. Children's philosophizing is one of the forms of philosophical reflection, which has its own qualitative specificity, on the one hand, and commonality with all other forms of philosophizing, on the other. The social relevance of the proposed research lies in the fact that children's philosophizing can be considered as an intellectual indicator of a child's socialization, since the process of reflection involves the adoption and development of culture. Modern society, in contrast to the traditional one, is ready to "accept" a philosophizing child, which means that it is necessary to determine the main characteristics and conditions of children's philosophizing.

Abstract:
Value orientations, national mindset, and ethnic self-awareness have formed throughout multiple centuries by the means of traditional folklore. The texts of older generation referred to children, children compositions and practices along with upbringing techniques in the bosom of family or community ensured the development of personality traits of a child, introduction to labor, behavioral and communication norms, rituals, and all aspects of the national culture. The traditional folklore of family ritualism of Kadar people creates an ideal environment for the development of a child. This article is first to study the traditional folklore of family ritualism of the Kadar ethnic group in the children's cycle, as well as semantics of the indicated ritual processes. The existence of traditions and rituals in modern society ensures the continuity and reproduction of the cultural foundations of the Kadar ethnos, spiritual and moral wellbeing of modern society. It is revealed that rational, traditional and theological methods and techniques were closely intertwined in the rites of the children's cycle of the family ritual of Kadar people, and were aimed towards upbringing a healthy new generation. One of the main leitmotifs in the lullaby genre of Kadar folklore consists in a problem of the moral and aesthetic ideal of personality.

Abstract:
This article presents the results of empirical research focused on the study of the value attitude of children of middle preschool age to the family, which we consider as the basis of spiritual and moral formation of preschool children. It is the attitude to the closest adults, as objectively proved by the cultural and historical concept of L.S. Vygotsky's development, that has the most decisive importance for the effectiveness of the whole process of personal formation. Given that moral development is not only an important component, but also the indicator of the full development of personality (studies F.A. Akhmatova, Z.Y. Barysheva, B.M. BIM-Bada, E.V. Bondarev-skaya, T.I. Vlasova, V.I. Dodonov, A.V. Mudrik, N.D. Nikandrova, L.I. Novikova, E.G. Ossovskogo, V.G. Pryanikov, Z.I. Ravkin, I.N. Sisimskoj, G.N. Filonov and many other researchers), we believe that the moral standards of the relationship to their friends and family, and formed in the process of interaction with them in the framework of family education in the future, having become a habit, the child will carry and the rest of society. Based on the results of research, as the most important component components of the value relationship of preschool children to their loved ones, we have identified a cognitive component, suggesting the presence of children's systemic knowledge of the rules and regulations of interaction; affective component, the component that determines the modality of the child's emotions and determines the nature and direction of his attitude to close adults; behavioral component, which, in our opinion, is a specific integration of the first two, and an indicator of their level of development. Taking into account the selected component components of the value attitude of preschool children to their loved ones, we have developed and tested an experimental diagnostic program, objectively proved the existence of the relationship between the level of value attitude of children to their family members and their spiritual and moral development.

Text of the abstract. The article reveals the problems of development of children's creative talent in out-of-school educational institutions. It has been determined that gifted children (children with special educational problems) are the most vulnerable in society in the modern educational space. They require special attention from teachers, parents, psychologists and doctors in the process of education, training, adaptation, socialization and personality realization in a fast changing world. The uniqueness of the concept of "creative talent" of the child is proved. The work of scientists is analyzed, components and indices of child giftedness are studied. Indicators of giftedness are abilities (intellectual, artistic, musical, choreographic, artistic, technical, sports) to a certain type of activity. The multifaceted system of interrelated pedagogical techniques and technologies enables a wide range of content, forms and means of teaching students, provides an alternative to meeting the spiritual needs of the child, her interests, cognitive and intellectual opportunities based on the differentiation and individualization of the educational process. The reseаrch is based on the example of the work of the Vinnytsia regional station of young naturalists. Abstract:
The article considers the formation of schoolchildren's artistic and aesthetic taste and the influence of landscaping of school green areas on this process. During natural sciences, students should form the concept of the beauty of plant objects, the relationship of individual-personal reaction, and the object's quality. The purpose of education in this context should be the consistent implementation of the humanistic principle - a careful attitude to the inner world, his interests and needs, enrichment of his spiritual potential. Achieving this goal is facilitated by introducing the educational process of a personality-oriented approach aimed at the holistic development of a student's personality. The formation of children's artistic and aesthetic taste is one of the urgent problems of the harmonious development of personality, the successful solution of which improves the quality of pedagogical process in general secondary education. Feelings and understanding of beauty, artistic and aesthetic taste are not formed independently. They should be nurtured, consistently formed and developed. One of the top places in the formation of aesthetic taste is studying the decorative qualities of woody and herbaceous plants in the green areas of secondary schools. Both lessons of subjects of a natural cycle and practical classes of circles can be conducted on their basis. Successfully designed green space develops students' aesthetic perception of form and space, symmetry and asymmetry, a combination of light and shadow, texture and colour, i. e. the formation of artistic and aesthetic taste. Plantations of tree plants and flower arrangements contribute to the formation of the concept of the beauty of plant objects, the relationship of individual-personal reaction and the quality of the object. Conducting classes on the territory of green areas of educational institutions compensates for the lack of communication with wildlife, forms the childrens' artistic and aesthetic taste, cultivates a caring attitude to the environment.

This study examined critically Montessori’s concepts on early childhood education through Islamic Psychology perspective. This research used qualitative methodology with a literature approach. The results showed that (1) Montessori’s method pays more attention to the cognitive aspect of children development while children potential doesn’t only consist of cognitive, affective, and psycho-motoric aspects, but also spiritual one; (2) Reinforcement are not needed in Montessori’s method, while in Islamic Psychology, rewards can increase children's learning and punishment is needed to make children become disciplined in carrying out the rules; (3) Learning environment should be structured, in order, realistic and natural. This concept is suitable for upper class educational institutions but it would be difficult for middle-low income groups since the materials required by Montessori’s method is expensive enough. (4) Parents and teachers are required to become observers and interpreters. This role may pose problem on the part of parents and teachers since not all parents and teachers have criteria to act as is it expected by Montessori’s method.

The task for the spirituality research today is building of scientifically sound definitions, theoretical models and constructs of spiritual development. Currently the terminology in this field is rather vague; guidelines for the application of spiritually oriented terminology in research and intervention practice are missing. The paper aims toward the theoretical analysis of concepts like spirituality, spiritual intelligence and spiritual development as well as toward the description of the theoretical approaches determining the up-to-date research related to phenomena and processes in the field of spiritual development. The authors focus on cognitive-developmental, social ecology and dynamic systemic approach to the theoretical analysis of the spiritual development. Thus, the envisaged psychopedagogical intervention will be grounded on comprehensive investigation in relation to the concepts of spirituality, spiritual intelligence, and spiritual development as well as on determination of targets and methods for the development of spiritual intelligence.

Abstract:
Social work values client-centered holistic approaches of care, yet there is a lack of approaches addressing spirituality in counselling with children. Children’s spirituality and conceptualization have been disenfranchised. Children’s spiritual experiences, ways of knowing and perceptions are important to attend to when supporting them through an impactful life event such as trauma, grief, or loss (TGL). Parents may not fully understand or have the capacity to attend to their child’s spirituality. Counsellors appear to lack knowledge and training to attend to the spiritual needs and capacities of children. This article offers some research findings of children’s spirituality deemed to be vital for healing from TGL and counselling. It provides an understanding of some of the constructs and isolating processes described by children, parents and counsellors related to children’s spirituality in TGL. It also will present a spiritually sensitive framework specifically attuned to the spiritual dimension and creating spaces of safety and hope when working with children. The implications of not addressing the critical spiritual dimensions in practice for children are discussed, and recommendations for continued research and training for further theoretical development and future social work practice are offered.
