Abstract:
In the recent times, postpartum inflammatory diseases of the reproductive organs in cows are considered as a typical infectious pathology. The main reason is an increase in the pathogenicity of conditionally pathogenic micro flora against the weakening of the natural resistance of the animal. The postpartum acute endometritis is diagnosed as the most common among the postpartum inflammatory diseases. It is observed in 22.5...38.4% of calving cows. The aim of the work was to study the effectiveness of preparations of plant based Sepranol and Cefamethrin in the pharmacotherapy of postpartum acu

SummaryEvidence concerning the superior efficacy and effectiveness of clozapine has not fully informed routine clinical practice. This is possibly because of the perception that clozapine is a dangerous therapeutic agent. Clozapine use may actually promote longevity, and earlier use of clozapine in adequate dosages represents a neglected therapeutic opportunity in this age of stagnated antipsychotic innovation.

Background Managing “spaghetti syndrome,” the tangle of therapeutic cables, tubes, and cords at patients’ bedsides, can be challenging. Objectives To assess nurses’ perceptions of the effectiveness of a novel banding device in management of spaghetti syndrome. Methods A simple color-coded elastomeric banding strap with ribbed flaps was attached to bed rails of adult critical care patients to help organize therapeutic cables, tubes, wires, and cords. Nurses were surveyed before and after use of the bands and after the nursing shift to assess the burden of spaghetti syndrome and the effectivenes

With the advance in developing a novel treatment, including biological agents, it is still impossible to cure autoimmune disorders.
