Abstract:
Many world leadership motivators use the Bible's principles and apply them in the secular area, and they are very successful. Ironically, when Christians want to emulate that success and reuse those principles in spiritual leadership of the church, it turns out that in the process of 're-use' and 're-pack' someone has been eliminated, Christ is no longer be the center of that leadership. This article aims to present an exposition of Nehemiah's leadership model, conduct a comparative analysis based on spiritual leadership and transformational leadership theory, then synthesize according to theological context and its current application concepts based on the worldview Christian. The results of the research are expected to be an inspiration for the Christian leadership holistically.

Abstract:
The development of Christian leaders is a key need in much of the Global South. Research has shown that churches that have a contextualized pattern of leadership are more likely to grow and less likely to be perceived as foreign. This article describes a process that missionaries can use with local leaders to define a God-honoring, culturally appropriate pattern of Christian leadership. It does this by drawing on research on Millet Christians’ perceptions of what makes a good leader as well as literature on cross-cultural variability in leadership. Three practical steps that cross-cultural workers can take to work with local leaders to define a contextualized pattern of leadership are outlined.

Abstract:
"African Christian Leadership is a well-organized, well-written report on some very significant research about leaders and the practice of leadership in the African church. The methodology allowed the researcher to hear from a broad spectrum of African Christians. One criticism of the study could be that a sample of church leaders and members in majority Muslim countries of North Africa were not included in the study, but this might be understandable due to the already vast scope of the project. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in leadership in the Christian context, and especially as practiced in Africa, where the Christian church is growing rapidly."

Abstract:
The development of the times in the country's leadership alone cannot be separated from social criticism which is inserted in the creator's content messages in the form of jokes or poetry or also parodies of songs as a form of resistance to the arbitrariness of the authorities. This article aims to instill anti-critical Christian leadership in Christian ethical values which can be the answer for Christian leaders to dedicate themselves to being in servant leadership. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach where the Bible is the primary source, it can be concluded that grounding anti-critical Christian leadership in Christian ethical values is first, leaders can clearly understand the Nature of Good Leadership in Christian Leadership based on Christian ethical values. This becomes the foundation and basis for actualizing leadership with the character of Servant leadership, so Anti-Criticism is something that can be well received and of course it is in line with the values and responsibilities of leadership based on the Bible. Therefore, called believers are expected to be able to instill anti-criticism Christian leadership in Christian ethical values so that they have leadership attitudes and responsibilities in the Circle of Criticism that can be dedicated to church ministry and ministry holistically.

Abstract:
With more and more evidence coming to light of the cultural genocide inflicted by settler Christians upon Indigenous peoples through the residential school system, it is hard to see how Christian and Indigenous identities can hold together in the current Canadian context. Nevertheless, many in the Indigenous community within Canada continue to call themselves Christian, and Indigenous Christians continue to provide important leadership for the Canadian church. This phenomenon cannot be properly understood or appreciated without knowledge of the longstanding tradition of Indigenous Christianity and its origins. Beginning in 1829, Indigenous leadership within the Methodist Episcopal church in Upper Canada used the Christian Guardian to tell the story of their work among Indigenous communities. These Indigenous accounts of mission work provide a window into how early Indigenous converts to Methodism understood their faith and its meaning within the context of Canadian colonial Christianity, an understanding that differed in significant ways from that of their settler co-religionists. The early Indigenous narrative found in the settler Methodist publication emphasized Indigenous leadership, Indigenous language and the compatibility of Indigenous and Christian spiritual teachings. This study provides an important perspective which confirms and challenges contemporary views on Indigenous Christianity in Canada and helps to reimagine the past, present and future of Christianity in postcolonial contexts.

Abstract:

The practice of Christian leadership is influenced by the understanding of who God is and His work. The monistic view of God leads to a monistic leadership approach. With the redevelopment of the doctrine of Trinity, many implications are discussed, including in leadership. Christian leaders are exposed to many leadership theories. One of those is Transformational Leadership which is very appealing to Christian leaders. Yet, Christian leaders must develop their understanding and practice of leadership from what they believe about God and His works. This writing will discuss the trinitarian perspectives in developing a Christian foundation for transformational leadership, using literature review on the topic of leadership based on the Trinitarian perspectives, comparing with the transformational leadership theory. Three suggestions are presented to be considered by Christian leaders in practicing transformational leadership from Trinitarian perspectives, shared leadership, mission-centred, and creating space for the Holy Spirit.

Abstract:
Christian religious teacher leadership contributes to improving the learning process quality in school and national education contexts. Ironically, Christian religious teachers are still lacking knowledge in leadership, and not applying adequate leadership in the learning process. Thus, this paper was aimed to describe some characteristics of Christian religious teacher leadership that should be implemented. Based on the result of reviewing, these were found some of Christian religious teacher leadership characteristics: (1) serving students with the heart; (2) acting fair according to the truth of God's word; (3) having optimistic to educate; (4) able to manage time well; (5) loving students; (6) making decision objectively and firmly. In an effort to develop the Christian religious teacher leadership, further research and studies are needed to conduct in order to build the Christian religious teacher leadership concept.

Abstract:
The political advance of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans was certainly a great challenge for the Christian powers of Europe. It was the first time that Christendom was basically on the defensive in front of a military colossus that announced its supremacy in the Balkans, but also on the entire old continent. It was at that time that the unparalleled personality of Iancu de Hunedoara emerged north of the Danube. Through energetic actions he tried to impose his will north of the Danube. However, the creation of a confederation under his leadership that would actively participate in anti-Ottoman military operations came up against, on the one hand, the political choices of the extra-Carpathian Romanian countries and, on the other, the intentions of the Polish royalty to maintain their influence in Moldavia. This was one of the main causes of the crisis in Moldavia before Stephen the Great took the throne.

Abstract:
Our aim in this research is to discuss the correspondence with the Ottoman State during the Crimean War, as well as the opposition of Sheikh Shamil, with whom the Russians encountered during their invasion of the North Caucasus. Crimea is a Turkish country, has historically been a place of invasion by various foreign forces due to its geographical location and strategic location. The growing appetite of the Tsarist Russian Empire, the main purpose of which was to capture Istanbul and the right to vote in the straits, led to the beginning of the Crimean War. The Russian leadership began the war, by taking advantage of the privileges granted by the Ottomans to Christians Catholics in Jerusalem, the Armenians in Anatolia and the Greek Greeks. Although the Ottomans ended their relations with the Russians, but the Russian army went on a new offensive. Despite the fact that they did not openly declare war, they captured Eflak (Romania) and Bogdan (Moldova). On October 4, 1853, the Ottoman State declared war on Tsarist Russia. On the other hand, as far as the interests and power of the Ottoman State in Crimea were weakened, the Turkish rulers approached the Russians and over time fell victim to the Russian leadership's plan. This paper is an attempt to explain why federalism could be a response to governance crises in fragile states such as South Sudan, and Sudan. it aims to discuss the history of the call for federalism in Sudan and South Sudan, It argues that If Khartoum leadership had adopted federalism as system of governance right after independence in Sudan, that could have prevented a half a century of civil war between the Arab-North and the Christian South, and consequently the current Darfur and Nuba Mountains ongoing civil wars. These civil wars could have saved lives and the countries’ economy. The paper makes the case that the centralized system was instrumental in plunging the newly independent state of South Sudan into the devastating three-years conflict that has displaced 2.4 million people, killed 50,000; and in Sudan it has displaced 6 million, and 2.6 million killed in South, and 300,000 killed in Darfur (De Waal, 2007, p.317) and drove South Sudan and Sudan into dire economic straits. The paper draws federalism benefits that will help move the country forward.

Abstract:
While it’s typical to associate right-wing populism in Western Europe with the narrative of Islam versus the Judeo-Christian West, there’s a nuanced and emerging form of civilisationalism that we term "anti-Western civilizational populism." This paper argues that anti-Western civilizational populism is present in the discourse of not only Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan but also Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and may be emerging in Israel under the leadership of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The article finds two key features common to these three different expressions of anti-Western populism across three different religions: The blaming of ‘the West’ for domestic problems is often the result of poor domestic governance, and an accompanying authoritarian, anti-liberal turn justified by the necessity of protecting ‘the people’ from the ‘liberal’ Western powers and defending and/or rejuvenating ‘our’ civilization. As liberalism promotes global cosmopolitanism and religious diversity, non-liberal states perceive it as a threat to their sovereignty and traditional values. Consequently, they push back against Western cultural hegemony, potentially forming an anti-liberal, authoritarian discursive bloc.
