Abstract:
Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan sistem dan istilah kekerabatan di dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Minangkbau berdasarkan analisis konstraktif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penenltian ini adalah kulaitatif dengan teknik analisis isi. Data penelitian berupa istilah-istilah kekerabatan yang terdapat di dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Minangkabau. Data tersebut bersumber dari sembilan kamus bahasa Indonesia dan kamus Minangkabau serta wawancara langsung atau tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa istilah kekerabatan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Minangkabu berbeda dalam jumlah, tetapi sama dalam hal hieraki dari atas ke bawah dengan titik acuan EGO. Istilah kekerbatan dalam bahasa Indonesia ada tujuh belas, yaitu anak, cucu, cicit, piut, bapak, ibu, kakek, nenek, moyang, buyut, paman, bibi, kakak, adik, sepupu, anggas. dan kemenakan. Istilah-istilah tersebut memiliki hubungan empat tingkat di atas EGO dan lima tingkat di bawah EGO. Sementara itu, istilah kekerabatan dalam bahasa Minangkabau berjumlah delapan belas, yaitu anak, cucu, cicik, piuk, (b)apak, (a)mak, uwak/uwo, ayek/angku, niniak//inyiak, pak tuo, pak etek, mak tuo, etek (ma)mak tuo, (ma) etek, (ma)maka tunggano, uni, uda, adiak. dan kamanakan. Istilah-istilah tersebut memiliki hubungan lima tingkat di atas EGO dan empat tingkat di bawah EGO.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk sapaan kekerabatan dalam bahasa Sasak di Desa Beraim, Kecamatan Praya Tengah, Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui metode simak dengan teknik dasar yang meliputi teknik sadap, libat cakap, rekam, dan catat. Dalam analisis data, metode yang digunakan adalah metode padan ekstralingual Dalam penyajian hasil analisis data, metode yang digunakan adalah metode formal dan informal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata sapaan dalam bahasa Sasak cukup banyak dan bervariasi. Abstract:
Abstract Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus Stapf) is an aromatic plant, has important benefits in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. Lemongrass is often used as a spice in traditional Indonesian dishes. Its essential oil has a strong aroma and compounds that function as fungicides, anthelmintics, insecticides, and antimicrobials. This study aimed to identify genetic variations among 20 accessions of lemongrass based on morphological character. The result showed that there was morphological variation among accessions of lemongrass. Analysis of genetic variation from morphological characters with dendrogram showed that accessions were divided into three groups at the similarity of about 70%. CICI 0001, CICI 0002, CICI 0005, CICI 0006, CICI 0008, CICI 0009, CICI 0015, CICI 0016, CICI 0017, CICI 0018, CICI 0019 and CICI 0020 were in group I; CICI 0003, CICI 0004, CICI 0007, CICI 0011, CICI 0012, CICI 0013 were in group II, and CICI 0014; and there was only CICI 0010 at group III. The CICI 0003 accession had good performance based on morphological characteristics, namely plant height, canopy width, stem diameter, stem height, leaf blade length, leaf length and total stem weight per clump. CICI 0003 and CICI 0015 have good morphological characters with the farthest genetic distance.

Guna mengatasi masalah tersebut bank syariah meluncurkan produk cicil emas dimana para nasabah dapat membeli emas secara cicil melalui bank syariah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem akad murabahah dan akad Rahn pada produk pembiayaan Cicil Emas, implementasi akad pembiayaan murabahah dan akad rahn pada produk pembiayaan Cicil Emas di Bank Syari’ah Mandiri KCP Subang dan Manfaat pelaksanaan akad murabahah dan rahn dalam produk pembiayaan cicil emas di Bank Syari’ah Mandiri KCP Subang tahun 2019 metode deskriptif dengan jenis data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun sumber primernya adalah para pegawai BSM KCP Subang, dan dokumen BSM KCP Subang yang berhubungan dengan pembayaan Cicil Emas. Data sekundernya berupa buku-buku tentang ekonomi syari’ah, internet, dan data lainnya yang mendukung skripsi ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengimplentasian sistem produk cicil emas di BSM KCP Subang sudah sesuai dengan syari’at ajaran islam. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah kurangnya promosi atau sosialisasi yang diadakan oleh pihak BSM mengenai produk cicil emas ini.

Cu–14 wt% Sn alloy was annealed at temperatures of 320 and 500 °C. The concentration of tin cinit in the copper-based matrix increased with annealing temperature. The annealed samples were subjected to high-pressure torsion (HPT) at 6 GPa, 5 turns, 1 rpa. HPT led to the refinement of Cu grains. The shape of the colonies of α + ε phases changed only slightly. The HPT-driven enrichment of the Cu-based solid solution with Sn atoms cHPT–cinit decreased with increasing cinit. The performed theoretical analysis explained this behavior of the HPT-driven enrichment.

Bank Syariah memiliki fungsi menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk titipan dan investasi dari pihak pemilik dana. Strategi baru telah dikembangkan dan diperkenalkan kepada industri perbankan syariah. Sebagai bentuk responden dari kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut, maka Bank Syariah memberikan jasa pelayanan kepada nasabah dalam bentuk jasa pelayanan keuangan untuk mengalihkan transaksi non Syariah (konvensional) yang telah berjalan menjadi transaksi yang sesuai dengan Syariah dengan memberikan jasa pembiayaan produk cicil emas yang di dasarkan dengan landasan hukum pada Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional. Dalam penelitian ini penulis membahas Analisis Pembiayaan Murabahah pada Produk Cicil Emas ditinjau dari Penerapan Fatwa DSN MUI No: 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010. Sehingga diharapkan mampu mengetahui bagaimana konsep mekasime penerapan akad dalam melakukan pembiayaan produk cicil emas dan juga landasan Fatwa DSN MUI. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun untuk mendapatkan data-data pegawai dan nasabah yang melakukan pembiayaan produk cicil emas, penulis melakukan 3 cara yaitu dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, data yang terhimpun kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa praktik pembiayaan murabahah pada produk cicil emas di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ponorogo sudah sesuai dengan fatwa DSN MUI No: 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010 tentang jual beli emas secara tidak tunai. Faktanya dalam praktik cicil emas pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ponorogo harga emas tidak bertambah selama akad berlangsung meskipun ada perpanjangan waktu setelah jatuh tempo, emas dijadikan jaminan dengan akad rahn dan disimpan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ponorogo, emas yang dijadikan jaminan tidak berubah akad dan tidak berpindah kepemilikan dan tetap disimpan di brankas Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ponorogo.

Abstract:
Chemotherapy-induced cognitive impairment (CICI) is an adverse side effect of cancer treatment with increasing awareness. Hippocampal damage and related neurocognitive impairment may mediate the development of CICI, in which altered neurogenesis may play a role. In addition, increased inflammation may be related to chemotherapy-induced hippocampal damage. Memantine, an uncompetitive N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist that may enhance neurogenesis and modulate inflammation, may be useful for treating CICI. To test this hypothesis, paclitaxel was administered to eight-week-old male B6 mice to demonstrate the relationship between CICI and impaired neurogenesis, and then, we evaluated the impact of different memantine regimens on neurogenesis and inflammation in this CICI model. The results demonstrated that both the pretreatment and cotreatment regimens with memantine successfully reversed impaired neurogenesis and spatial memory impairment in behavior tests. The pretreatment regimen unsuccessfully inhibited the expression of peripheral and central TNF-α and IL-1β and did not improve the mood alterations following paclitaxel treatment. However, the cotreatment regimen led to a better modulatory effect on inflammation and restoration of mood disturbance. In conclusion, this study illustrated that impaired neurogenesis is one of the mechanisms of paclitaxel-induced CICI. Memantine may serve as a potential treatment for paclitaxel-induced CICI, but different treatment strategies may lead to variations in the treatment efficacy.

Abstract:
The focus of this paper is CICIG, la Comision Internacional Contra la Impunidad en Guatemala (the International Commission against Impunity in Guatemala). Established through an agreement between the United Nations and Guatemalan government in 2006, CICIG is the first commission of its kind, functioning as a hybrid effort in the battle against Guatemalan criminal impunity. This paper will provide an overview of the multi-faceted problem of impunity within Guatemala. This investigation will also examine CICIG's establishment, structure, and goals. Furthermore, this paper will discuss the encouraging results that CICIG has achieved in its first two years of work, while also addressing the challenges that the commission has encountered. Finally, this paper will examine the future implications of CICIG within Guatemala, and also the implications of a possible replication effort of a CICIG-type commission in a different society, beyond Guatemala.

Les convertisseurs de puissance en DC/DC sont largement utilisés pour les applications domestiques et industrielles pour des puissances de quelques Watts à quelques MégaWatts. Généralement, pour chaque application un convertisseur adapté est conçu afin de répondre au cahier des charges. A chaque nouvelle application correspond donc un nouveau convertisseur, ce qui conduit à concevoir systématiquement de nouvelles structures de conversion et qui s'avère coûteux en temps et en argent. Eventuellement, cela peut conduire à des développements technologiques spécifiques qui, eux aussi ont des conséquences sur le coût de développement des solutions d'électronique de puissance.Afin de contourner ces difficultés, mes travaux de thèse portent sur la démarche Réseaux de Micro Convertisseurs (RµC) qui propose une nouvelle approche permettant de répondre de manière totalement flexible à n’importe quel cahier des charges. Cette approche vise à créer un composant unique, appelé cellule élémentaire (CE), permettant de répondre à tout type de cahiers des charges par la mise en série et/ou en parallèle de plusieurs de ces cellules élémentaires. Elle permet ainsi de régler les calibres en tension et/ou en courant du convertisseur à réaliser. Mes travaux de thèse se divisent en deux grandes parties. La première partie consiste en la conception et l’intégration de la cellule élémentaire utilisée dans le RµC. La deuxième, aborde les stratégies de configuration utilisées dans les RµC ainsi que les modes d’association des cellules élémentaires pouvant répondre à n’importe quel cahier des charges
DC/DC power converters are widely used for domestic and industrial applications with powers from a few watts to several MegaWatts. Generally, for each application, an appropriate converter is designed to meet the specifications. So, with a new application corresponds a new converter leading to systematic review and re-design of a new structure of conversion which is costly in time and money. Eventually, it can lead to specific technological developments which also have an impact on the cost of developing solutions for power electronics. To circumvent these difficulties, my thesis focuses on the process of Micro Converters Networks (MiCoNet) which proposes a new approach to respond fully flexibely to any specifications. The aim of this approach is to create a unit component, called elementary cell, able to respond to any kind of specifications by connecting in series and/or parallel several of these elementary cells. It permits to adjust the voltage and/or current of the converter to achieve. Therefore, my thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part consists in the design and the integration of the elementary cell used in the MiCoNet. The second discusses the configuration strategies used in the MiCoNet and association modes of elementary cells which can respond to any specification

Abstract:
This work investigates the material properties and production parameters of carbon infiltrated carbon nanotube structures (CI-CNT's). The impact of non homogeneous infiltration and the porosity of cross section regions, coupled with changes in designed geometry, in this case beam width, on the density and modulus of elasticity are compared. Three potential geometric models of beam cross section are proposed and evaluated. 3-point bending, SEM images, and numerical optimization are used to assess the validity of each model and the implications they have for future CI-CNT material applications. Carbon capping near exterior beam surfaces is observed and determined to be a contributing factor to variations in material properties correlated with changes in designed geometry and infiltration parameters (temperature, time, and hydrogen flow rate). Unexpected relationships between beam width and elastic modulus are partially explained by modeling the carbon-capped beams as C-shaped structural members consisting of a graphitic carbon shell of varying porosity and thickness and uninfiltrated carbon nanotube internal regions with a near negligible stiffness. Findings of previous works on the effects of infiltration parameters and carbon capping on materials properties are confirmed and expanded. Flange and web thickness and porosity of the graphitic carbon shell are identified as potential design parameters for pursuing tunable material properties in high precision geometry MEMS and compliant mechanism applications.

O presente estudo surgiu do desejo de compreender propositivamente quais princípios orientaram a formação de contadora de histórias da cultura popular (também chamada de griô), de Vovó Cici, e como esses princípios poderiam contribuir para a formação docente. Sendo assim, neste trabalho, entrecruzei duas narrativas de histórias de formação em educação: a minha formação como docente e a formação griô de Vovó Cici. Partindo desse entrecruzamento, criei um panorama que destaca os princípios e os elementos constitutivos da contação de histórias de Dona Cici e que podem inspirar práxis pedagógicas fundamentadoras de planos de aulas, projetos e ações educativas diversas, em qualquer espaço educativo. A trajetória deste estudo foi balizado pela Etnometodologia Crítica Multirreferencial. O conceito de Pensamento Abissal de Boaventura Santos (2007), juntamente com as propostas da Pedagogia Decolonial de Catherine Walsh (2013), são os substratos para uma análise propositiva sobre as formações docentes e educativas narradas.
Resumen Este estudio surge del deseo de proponer la comprensión de los principios que orientaron la formación de contadora de historias de la cultura popular, de la Abuela Cici – una señora, contadora de historias (conocida también como griot) – y como estos principios podrían contribuir con la formación docente. Por tanto, en este trabajo, se entrelazan dos narrativas de historias de formación en la educación: mi formación como docente y la formación griot de la abuela Cici. Comenzando con este entrelazamiento, pretendo crear un panorama que destaque los principios y los elementos constituyentes para contar las historias de la señora Cici que puedan inspirar prácticas pedagógicas fundamentalistas de los planos de clases, proyectos y diversas acciones educativas, en cualquier espacio educacional. La trayectoria de este estudio está marcado pela Etnometodologia Crítica Multirreferencial. El concepto de Pensamiento Abisal de Boaaventura Santos (2007), en conjunto con las propuestas de la Pedagogia Decolonial de Catherine Walsh (2013), son sustratos para un análisis propositivo sobre las formaciones docentes y educativas.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to identify the effects of the carbon-infiltrated carbon nanotube (CICNT) growth process on the material properties of 316L stainless steel, particularly those properties which are essential for biocompatibility. Physically altering the micro-topography of a surface can dramatically affect its capacity to support or prevent biofilm growth. Growing CICNTs on biomedical materials is one approach which has demonstrated success at preventing biofilm growth. Unfortunately, the high temperature and carbon-rich gas exposure required for this procedure has proven to have deleterious effects. Rusting has been observed on samples that have been coated with CICNTs and then placed in culture media. A proper understanding of this rusting phenomenon, along with an exploration of other material properties which could be affected by the procedure, is a necessary prelude to further development of this novel antibacterial method. This thesis proposes a kinetic model derived from Fick's Second Law to predict the growth of chromium carbide as a function of temperature and time. Chromium carbide formation is shown to be the mechanism of corrosion, as chromium atoms are leeched from the the material, preventing the formation of a passivating chromium oxide layer that protects iron oxide from forming. The model is validated using experimental methods, which involve immersion in culture media, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), and double loop electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation (EPR) testing. This thesis further explores how the CICNT growth procedure affects the mechanical properties of 316L stainless steel as a function of temperature, time exposure to ethylene gas flow, and sample geometry. It is shown that the CICNT growth procedure effectively carburizes the stainless steel surface. Tensile tests demonstrate that the carburized surface leads to brittle failure for thin samples that have a relatively small ductile interior. This thesis also examines the adhesion and wear of the CICNTs on the surface of the 316L stainless steel. Tape tests and torsional shearing show strong adhesion between the CICNTs and the metal substrate. External fixator pin drilling also shows remarkably good wear properties for the CICNT surface. The changes in mechanical properties and the overall adhesive performance must be considered and properly managed by biomedical engineers hoping to use CICNT coatings.

Abstract:
This chapter explores efforts to fight corruption and impunity by sharing sovereign authority over domestic criminal investigation. It focuses on the UN International Commission against Impunity in Guatemala (CICIG), the pioneering venture in this domain, and shows how a confluence of political factors led the Guatemalan government to agree in 2007 to outsource authority over certain complex criminal investigations to UN personnel. CICIG was then able to earn strong public and international legitimacy through its performance. Nevertheless, a backlash within some circles of the Guatemalan political elite eventually led to CICIG’s closure in 2019, leaving its legacy of reform in peril.

To achieve reliable system intelligence outstanding results, current computational system modeling and simulation community has to face and to solve two orders of modeling limitations at least. As a solution, the author proposes an exponential, pre-spatial arithmetic scheme (“all-powerful scheme”) by computational information conservation theory (CICT) to overcome the Information Double-Bind (IDB) problem and to thrive on both deterministic noise (DN) and random noise (RN) to develop powerful cognitive computational framework for deep learning, towards deep thinking applications. In a previous paper the author showed and discussed how this new CICT framework can help us to develop even competitive advanced quantum cognitive computational systems. An operative example is presented. This paper is a relevant contribution towards an effective and convenient “Science 2.0” universal computational framework to develop deeper learning and deep thinking system and application at your fingertips and beyond.
