Článek je věnován vývoji manželského práva ve světle tzv. manželské novely přijaté před sto lety. Lze říci, že tento zákon z počátku dvacátého století představuje významný počin, který české rodinné právo ovlivnil na dlouhá léta. Byl nastolen správný směr svobodné volby civilní či církevní formy uzavření manželství, došlo k omezení překážek manželství a rozvod manželství se významně zjednodušil. Klade se otázka, jaké jsou potřeby současné české společnosti? Je na místě de lege ferenda zakotvit v rámci legislativního „prorodinného balíčku“ tzv. rozvod u notáře?

(in English): The main aim of this diploma thesis is to bring an edition of so called reports of parsons (relationes parochorum) of Radonice vicarage from the years 1676/77. In connection with that the thesis describes the origin of this historical source and the territorial development of Radonice vicarage from 1630/31 to the year 1700.
