Circular q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (FSs) were recently considered as an extension of q-rung orthopair FSs (q-ROFSs), circular intuitionistic FSs (Cir-IFSs), and circular Pythagorean FSs (Cir-PFSs). However, they are only considered for some simple algebraic properties. In this paper, we advance the work on circular q-ROFSs (Cirq-ROFSs) in Dombi aggregation operators (AOs) with more mathematical properties of algebraic laws. These include the circular q-rung orthopair fuzzy (Cirq-ROF) Dombi weighted averaging (Cirq-ROFDWA), Cirq-ROF Dombi ordered weighted averaging (Cirq-ROFDOWA), Cirq-ROF Do

Abstract:
Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are a novel type of covalently closed RNAs recently found to be involved in several physiological and pathological processes. A series of studies have proved that cyclic RNAs are related with the genesis and development of tumors, for example circ_0007841 and PVT1. Some circRNAs are strictly related to advanced clinical stage and poor prognosis, including circPTK2, circ-RNF217, circ-AFF2, circ-MYBL2, circ_0069767, circ-CDYL, circ_0000142, circRNA_101237 and exo-circMYC. In addition, circRNAs are involved in drug resistance and complications, they are circ-CCT3, Circ-00

Abstract Yeast 2-microns plasmids were integrated near the centromere of a different chromosome in each of 16 cir0 mapping strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The specific chromosomes containing the integrated 2-microns plasmid DNA were lost at a high frequency after crossing the cir0 strains to cir+ strains. A recessive mutation in a cir+ strain can then be easily assigned to its chromosome using this set of mapping strains, since the phenotype of the recessive mutation will be manifested only in diploids having the integrated 2-microns plasmid and the unmapped mutation on homologous chromos

ABSTRACT The structured winds of single massive stars can be classified into two broad groups: stochastic structure and organized structure. While the former is typically identified with clumping, the latter is typically associated with rotational modulations, particularly the paradigm of corotating interaction regions (CIRs). While CIRs have been explored extensively in the ultraviolet band, and moderately in the X-ray and optical, here we evaluate radio variability from CIR structures assuming free–free opacity in a dense wind. Unfortunately, no ubiquitous prognostic markers reveal the intricacy between TME and chronic inflammatory responses (CIRs). CIRs used to vary among individuals affecting prognosis. And opting for the best-optimized treatment remains challenging. Abstract TCR- and IgG-binding Fc receptors (FcγR) mediate a variety of critical biologic activities including cytolysis via the structurally related ζ- and γ-chains. In previous studies, we have described chimeric immune receptors (CIR) in which the ligand-binding domain of a heterologous receptor or Ab is fused directly to the cytoplasmic domain of the TCR ζ-chain. Such ζ-CIRs efficiently trigger cytotoxic function of both T and NK cells in a target-specific manner. In this report, we compared the ability of both ζ- and γ-CIRs to activate the cytolytic function of two distinct classes of FcγR

Abstract The effect of the turbulence that is associated with solar wind corotating interaction regions (CIRs) on transport of galactic cosmic rays remains an outstanding problem in space science. Observations show that the intensities of the plasma and magnetic fluctuations are enhanced within a CIR. The velocity shear layer between the slow and fast wind embedded in a CIR is thought to be responsible for this enhancement in turbulent energy. We perform physics-based magnetohydrodynamic simulations of the plasma background and turbulent fluctuations in the solar wind dominated by CIRs for rad

Previous CIR models have been based on a local, Sobolev treatment of the line-force, which effectively suppresses the strong, small-scale instability intrinsic to line-driving. Here I describe a new “3-ray-aligned-grid” method for computing the nonlocal, smooth-source-function line-force in 2D models that do include this line-driven instability. Preliminary results indicate that key overall features of large-scale CIRs can be quite similar in both Sobolev and non-Sobolev treatments, if the leve

Abstract A Forbush decrease (FD) is a sudden reduction of Galactic Cosmic Rays (GCRs) that is usually caused by intense solar wind transients, such as Interplanetary Coronal Mass Ejections (ICMEs) and Corotating Interaction Regions (CIRs). Using daily proton fluxes measured by AMS-02 between 2011 May and 2019 October, we identified 142 FD events with an automatic systematic analysis method. The properties of 47 FDs caused by ICMEs and of 54 FDs caused by CIRs were analyzed.
