Abstract:
Metodická studie informuje o nejčastěji uváděných projevech porušování publikační etiky s cílem zvýšit citlivost výzkumníků k porušování pravidel publikační etiky a přispět ke kultivaci publikačního prostředí v české pedagogické vědě a výzkumu. V první části příspěvku autoři analyzují důvody, které výzkumníky zpravidla vedou k porušování publikační etiky, a upozorňují, že jednou z možných příčin může být mimo jiné aktuálně platný systém financování a hodnocení vědy a výzkumu. Následně jsou na základě analýzy dostupné literatury rozebírány nejčastěji uváděné projevy publikačně závadného jednání, přičemž autoři využívají analogii s biblickým Desaterem. Jedná se o: 1. vymýšlení a zkreslování/falšování výzkumných zjištění, 2. plagiátorství, 3. připisování spoluautorů, 4. duplicitní/simultánní publikování, 5. dělení publikací do více článků, 6. recyklování textů, 7. vzájemné (reciproční) citování spřízněných kolegů, 8. zkreslené citování, 9. nepřiznaný konflikt zájmů, 10. porušování majetkových autorských práv. Autoři v závěru navrhují opatření, která by podporovala důslednější dodržování etických pravidel v praxi.

Abstract:
Článek se zabývá otázkou hranic mezi vhodným a nevhodným chováním vyučujících vůči studentkám a studentům na středních školách. Na základě dotazníkového šetření s účastí 1237 respondentů/ek ukazujeme, jaké učitelské chování se znaky sexuálního obtěžování, je studujícími považováno za nepříjemné a zároveň jak četné s ním mají zkušenosti. Jedna z částí použitého dotazníku byla inspirována dotazníkem SEQ, na jehož základě je možné české výsledky orientačně porovnávat s výskytem a mírou uvědomění sexuálního obtěžování v zahraničí. Z této komparace vyplývá přibližně obdobný výskyt obtěžujícího chování na středních školách v ČR, avšak výrazně nižší citlivost vůči jeho nevhodnosti, která se projevuje v tom, že čeští studující jsou tolerantnější vůči učitelskému chování s charakteristikami obtěžování. Míra kritičnosti je výrazně vyšší v případě dívek a dále v případech, kdy studující posuzují chování zasazené do konkrétního situačního kontextu. Toto zjištění má konsekvence pro formy prevence sexuálního obtěžování na školách a zároveň otevírá metodologické otázky užívání tzv. scénářů.

Abstract:
Na první pohled patrnou přednost Grassiho testu představuje jeho zamýšlená jednoduchost, která se projevuje v relativně snadné, jednoznačné a časově úsporné administraci řešení úloh. V případě interpretace výsledků jsou rovněž vymezena kritéria, která determinují základní strukturu hodnocení. Větší nároky na schopnosti a zkušenosti administrátora však vyžaduje kvalitativní analýza chování a posouzení validity, které jsou nezbytnou součástí závěrečné syntézy a interpretace zjištění. Kvalitativní hodnocení jako předpoklad pro využití celého potenciálu testu, zdůrazňované například v Thomasově studii, tedy zmíněnou jednoduchost podstatně problematizuje (Thomas, 1963).Užitečný je dále princip testu, v jehož základu stojí 4 úrovně řešení úloh reflektující schopnosti percepce prostorových vztahů, postižení logických vazeb i abstrakce, které mají navíc prokazatelný vztah k IQ (Grassi, 1947). Dosažený čas dále vypovídá o psychomotorickém tempu.Autoři české verze naznačují dobrou citlivost Grassiho testu pro detekci vznikajícího organického poškození již v raném stádiu jeho vývoje, kdy některé jiné psychologické i neurologické nástroje selhaly, což však opírají pouze o zjištění výše uvedené neadekvátně reportované validizační studie (Koubek & Roušalová, 1992). V současné době navíc toto tvrzení nemusí být relevantní.Problematickou vlastností metody může být závislost výkonu na aktuálním rozpoložení a motivaci pacienta. I přesto však byla Grassim i autory české verze testu zjištěna dostatečně vysoká reliabilita ve smyslu stability v čase.Původní Grassiho test, na rozdíl od jeho české verze, dále postrádá údaje pro zachycení vztahu mezi testovým skórem a IQ, přestože na něm zakládá interpretaci výsledků.Předmětem kritického zvážení při rozhodování o použití Grassiho testu by měla být také skutečnost absence přinejmenším u nás dostupných aktuálních norem a informačních zdrojů o této metodě obecně.S ohledem na zmíněná pozitiva a negativa vnímám Grassiho test jako relativně spolehlivý a užitečný psychodiagnostický nástroj, který může významně přispět k rozpoznání organicity a být impulsem pro další vyšetření za účelem specifikace diagnózy. V kontextu českého prostředí je však přinejmenším jednodušší zvolit metody (BVRT, TMT, Kohsův test), které jsou u nás více rozpracovány, případně disponují aktuálnějšími informacemi (Svoboda, Humpolíček, & Šnorek, 2013).

Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to devise a methodology which is capable of reliable evaluation of road vehicle’s crosswind sensitivity. The work consists of writing the mathematical model of a vehicle which includes aerodynamic loads and conducting a validation by means of technical experiment as defined by ISO 12021. A sensitivity analysis describing the influence of individual inputs on evaluation criteria of vehicle’s crosswind sensitivity is performed using the model, thereby establishing the overall model error caused by possible inaccuracies of input parameters. At the end, the relationship between discrete pressures on the surface of the vehicle in several aerodynamic configurations and the properties representing the vehicle’s motion is presented.

Abstract:
The thesis deals with the analysis of the oil market with emphasis on the period from 2010 to May 2017. The aim of the thesis is to test the sensitivity of the oil price to the selected fundamental indicators and trading positions of the traders according to CFTC data. The work, in addition to the theoretical introduction, contains information on key fundamentals such as US oil production, the process of publishing reports on the state of oil stocks in the US, and the process of publishing reports on oil market traders' positions and subsequent data analysis. It confirmed that the price of oil correlates significantly with traders' positions, but the Granger test suggested that the change in the price of oil is causally affecting the position of traders and not vice versa.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to investigate stock price sensitivity of 50 European companies to oil price changes using panel data analysis. Besides that, this Thesis compares sensitivities of different groups of companies. The first comparison is between Eastern and Western European companies. The second comparison is between different segments of the oil industry. Specifically, Upstream, Midstream, Downstream segment and integrated oil companies. The main finding of this thesis is that there is a positive dependence between oil price and stock prices of European oil companies. Moreover, there is a significant difference between sensitivity of Upstream and integrated companies. However, no significant difference in sensitivity of western and eastern European comapnies was found.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with a survey of provenance areas and assessment of attacking Fraxinus excelsior L. and Fraxinus angustifolia by the pathogen Hymenoscyphus fraxineus. The aim of the thesis is to map the incidence of infected trees in these areas and to evaluate the sensitivity of the sites to the pathogen Hymenoscyphus fraxineus. The theoretical part deals with processing of data collected during field work on selected provenance areas Koneprusy and Veltruby. Amongst the evaluated parameters there were: trunk diameter at measuring height, tree height, and especially canopy drying caused by Hymenoscyphus fraxineus. As the outcome of the survey photographs were taken and records were collected for individual trees in the provenance areas. Each of the trees has its own unique label that has accurately defined its location to prevent potential errors in data processing. The processed data was then evaluated in NCSS 8.0 software and cluster analysis was performed in order to compare the provenances. This analysis only compares the provenances, which are located in both provenance areas. The results show that no provenance without the pathogen Hymenoscyphus fraxineus attack appeared in the provenances Koneprusy and Veltruby. Subjects in 4 ŠLP Kostelec nad Černými Lesy - Svojšice and 24 LS Czech Krumlov Chvalšiny proved to be more resistant than others. Although the increase in the tree height and the trunk thickness is the largest on those areas the defoliation rate is high. It is probable that the population of these provenances will gradually die. Due to growing abbility of some individuals located in other provenances it is obvious that habitat conditions and individual resilience are key factors.

Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá popisem základních vlastností LDMOS tranzistorů. V první části práce jsou rozebrány vlastnosti LDMOS tranzistorů, jejich základní parametry a techniky pro vylepšení parametrů těchto tranzistorů. V další části je rozebrána spolehlivost LDMOS tranzistorů, tato část popisuje bezpečnou pracovní oblast (SOA), injekci horkých nosičů (HCI) a negativní teplotní stabilitu (NBTI). Poslední teoretická část popisuje používané modely pro simulaci ESD událostí. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na simulaci základních parametrů PLDMOS a NLDMOS tranzistorů, porovnání simulovaných a změřených koncentračních profilů. Dále se práce zabývá simulacemi změny geometrických parametrů PLDMOS tranzistoru a vliv těchto změn na elektrické parametry. Poslední část práce tvoří TLP simulace, které zkoumají elektrické vlastnosti PLDMOS tranzistoru při použití jako ESD ochrana.

Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with noncontact temperature measurement using luminescent materials. In the theoretical part of the thesis, luminescent materials were selected on the basis of a literature review with respect to sensitivity and operating temperature range. In the experimental part of the thesis, photoluminescence of CdSe/ZnS and GaAs quantum dots for various temperatures was measured and the relative change of luminescence parameters such as emission peak position, intensity, intensity ratio of two emission peaks, and lifetime of luminescence were determined from the measurements in agreement with expectations according to the literature. Achieving high spatial resolution would be made possible by measuring cathodoluminescence, where the luminescence spectra are obtained with an order of magnitude higher spatial resolution. These measurements and the influence of electron beam on the luminescence quality of selected materials will be subject of further experimental study.

The diploma thesis deals with light dosimeters and modern printing and coating techniques for thin-film formation. The subject of experimental study is the optimization of photosensitive compositions for the preparation of disposable, printed and thin-film dosimeters for visible light. Sensitivity, reproducibility and irreversibility of their color change were optimized. Compositions were calibrated for desired light dose. Functional samples for gallery were fabricated and stability of functional samples were tested at high temperatures of storing.

Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to study the sensitivity of one of the five human senses - taste. It deals with anatomy of taste sense, taste perception and it also describes which kinds of taste we are able to identify. Sensory analysis is focused on human senses and their practical use. Consequently, the requirements for sensory assessors, requirements for sensory laboratory, methods used in sensory analysis and summary of legislation in this area are described in this thesis. In order to perform qualified sensory assessment, the laboratory needs accreditation. On this account the requirements of Czech accreditation institute are mentioned here. Methods suitable for studying of taste sensitivity of sensory assessors are chosen and validated in experimental part. Standard operating procedures are elaborated for these chosen methods.

Abstract:
This work deals with the influence of atmospheric corrosion on high-cycle fatigue properties of a weathering steel ATMOFIX B. New experimental data on fatigue strength of a steel exposed for 20 years to an atmospheric corrosion were compared to those characterizing the base material. Reduction of the fatigue lifetime of the exposed material compared with the base material was predicted on the basic of fractographic examination of fracture surfaces and the influence of surface notches on fatigue strength. The predicted results agree well with the experimental results.
