There is an increasing need to design and deploy multifeatured networking applications due to the fast growth of the Internet infrastructure and the use of large-scale complex applications. This paper presents an integrated evaluation of the Persuasive Cued Click-Points graphical password scheme, including usability and security evaluations, and implementation considerations. An important usability goal for knowledge-based authentication systems is to support users in selecting passwords of higher security, in the sense of being from an expanded effective security space. User authentication is a fundamental component in most computer security context. In recent years, computer and network security has been formulated as a technical problem. A key area in security research is authentication which is the determination of whether a user should be allowed access to a given system or resource. In this respect, Authentication is a process by which a system verifies the identity of a user. Authentication may also be generalized by saying that “to authenticate” means “to authorize”. Users tend to pick passwords that can be easily guessed, on the other hand, if

This paper describes a method for removing click disturbances from dolphin whistle signals. The algorithm is based on click end point detection, disturbance removal, and missing whistle segment interpolation, and enables both click suppression and whistle recovery from within mixed signals. Considering the impact of dolphin whistles on click detection, a Gabor filter is used to preprocess the spectrogram of the mixed signals. An adaptive matched filtering algorithm based on the Teager–Kaiser energy operator is then applied to detect the click end points, allowing the clicks to be removed from

The Safety of passwords has been in question for over 40 years, long before the Internet. While improvements have been made to ensure security nothing has changed with passwords since the emergence of the Internet. Passwords need to be long and complex to be secure and users should not reuse their passwords. In a world where there are thousands of services on the internet requiring authentication to keep passwords safe users will have to remember a lot of passwords. Studies show however that users are prone to both create bad passwords but to also reuse their passwords on different sites. A lo

Abstract:
Clickomania is a classic computer puzzle game with several versions. Although rules and objectives vary slightly among different versions, the basic premise is the same: you are presented with a two-dimensional grid of colored square tiles and asked to clear those tiles by removing a contiguous like-colored group at each step (or click). There are two main variants of the game, which differ in the objective of the player: (1) Elimination variant: The player wins by removing all the tiles. (2) Score variant: The player gains points from each click, based on the number of tiles removed with that click and wins by achieving at least a specified score. For each variant, this chapter studies how hard it is for a computer to determine whether it is possible to win from a given initial configuration of the board. Specifically, it shows that Clickomania is computationally hard, even for two-color patterns occupying just two columns.

This chapter will delve deeply into the revolutionary impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) on modern marketing, particularly focusing on their role in decoding and predicting consumer behaviour. In an era where consumers engage with brands across multiple digital and physical touch points, the sheer amount of data they generate has grown exponentially. Every click, search query, social media post, and purchase leaves behind a trail of valuable data, but traditional marketing approaches often struggle to harness this information efficiently and meaningfully. AI and ML have changed this landscape by offering marketers the tools to sift through vast amounts of data, extracting patterns, trends, and correlations that provide a granular understanding of consumer behaviour.

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of data sparsity in traditional personalized learning resource recommendation system, the research of teaching management and personalized learning support algorithm based on knowledge graph is proposed. In this paper, we construct a learner preference model through learners’ learning preference data, obtain feedback and evaluation of each knowledge point, and then determine the difficulty of the knowledge point. In order to determine the difficulty of knowledge points, we analyze the students’ learning behavior data to obtain the resource characteristics and operational resource characteristics, and calculate the input degree and difficulty coefficient of knowledge points. Based on this information, the personalized learning resource recommendation strategy is formulated and optimized by category similarity and heuristic ideas to generate optimized personalized learning resource recommendation results to improve recommendation accuracy and reliability. The experimental results show that the personalized learning resources recommendation method based on category similarity designed in this paper has good recommendation effect, the highest matching degree can reach 97%, and it is reliable and has certain application value. Conclusion: The proposed method has good recommendation effect, high recommendation click rate, and has certain application value.

Abstract:
This chapter provides some insight into the steep learning curve Erich Korngold faced when he first arrived in Hollywood. Korngold points out that, though no one questioned his abilities as a composer for the stage and concert hall, he essentially knew nothing about the integration of music into film from a technical standpoint. He quickly mentions the composer's “most hated rival,” the film's dialogue, as being distracting to the creation of the score, not to mention the sound effects, both of which typically end up dominating the music in traditional Hollywood soundtracks. As a composer of opera and operetta, Korngold had much experience in writing music that would express and articulate drama that was not yet realized. Not so with cinema, in which Korngold received a largely completed record of a performance—the film itself—for which he would have to create a musical illustration of what he saw. No surprise, then, that he extols the virtues of writing music without needing to be tethered constantly to the restrictions of a click track or even the finished film.

Abstract:
Abstract The three indexes from the Institute for Scientific Information discussed in Chapter 6—the Science Citation Index, the Social Sciences Citation Index, and the Arts & Humanities Citation Index (and their merged form in the Web of Science)—offer an additional, and unique, way to do subject searches for articles in scholarly journals. This is “related record” searching; it can be done only in the Web or CD-ROM formats of these sources, not in their print versions. When doing this kind of inquiry, you must first start with a keyword search in whichever ISI database you wish to consult. (If you know the names of particular authors writing on your topic, you could also use them as starting points.) Once you have a list of relevant articles rounded up via keywords, you have to call up the full-format version of each record individually; in the Web database, this display will then give you a “Find Related Records” radio button that you can click on. (The display is different in the CD-ROMs.) Clicking here will start a new search that will round up any other articles in the same database that have footnotes in common with your starting-point article. Note that these are not the same as subsequent articles that cite your initial source, which you would get from a citation search.
