This thesis describes a Coq formalization of realizability interpretations of arithmetic. The realizability interpretations are based on partial combinatory algebras—to each partial combinatory algebra there is an associated realizability interpretation. In today’s society, CNC machines are used for various purposes. In this project, a CNC plotter is created to analyze how the performance of the plotter differs when using two different motors: a DC motor controlled by a potentiometer in the horizontal direction and a stepper motor in the vertical direction. Teoriaosuudessa tarkastellaan mistä osista LTE-tekniikka koostuu ja mitkä ovat keskeisiä asioita LTE-tekniikan mahdollistamassa suuremmassa datan siirtonopeudessa verrattuna 3G tekniikkaan. 5G-tekniikkaan liittyen esitellään 5G:n perusideat ja miksi se mahdollistaa entistä suuremmat datan siirtonopeudet ja pienemmät latenssit kuin 4G-tekniikka. The main part is the implementation of the control unit, which will provide control of the machine. The work includes the complete design, PCB design and program description for the uP ARM. Abstract:

This master thesis deals with analysis of structural variation of genome and with methods of its sequencing across all generations. Subsequently it contains a description of copy number variation and methods of its detection. The experimental part focuses on algorithm proposal for CNV detection according analysis and testing of uneven coverage in genome, variable representation of GC content and distance of sequence reads. Finally, the algorithm for detecting copy number variation is tested on genomic data of bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae.
