Three new species, Cobitis almadae sp. nov., Cobitis atlantica sp. nov., and Cobitis mellaria sp. nov. are described on the basis of morphological and genetic traits. Cobitis almadae sp. nov. is restricted to the Sizandro Drainage in Portugal and can be distinguished from other Cobitis species through a combination of morphometric and genetic traits including large and low peduncle depth, lateral ethmoid (suborbital spine) well developed with long narrow mediocaudal, laterocaudal and mediorostral processes, an elongated and narrow frontoparietal fontanel and a wide third Gambetta’s zone sprink

Abstract:
A new species of spined loach, Cobitis takenoi sp. n., is described based on the holotype and ten paratypes collected from Tango District, Honshu Island, Japan. The new species is distinguished by a combination of the following character states: 1) the lamina circularis at the base of the pectoral fin in adult male having a simple roundish plate form; 2) a narrowing of the upper segments of the first branched ray of the pectoral fin; 3) a short maxillary barbel whose length equals diameter of the eye; 4) 14 prepelvic myotomes, and 5) L3 and L5 well developed, forming longitudinal obvious strip

Abstract:
Unisexual forms of lower vertebrates (fish, amphibians, and reptiles) reproduced by parthenogenesis, gynogenesis, or hybridogenesis are represented by diploids, triploids, or tetraploids, whose origin is associated with interspecific hybridization. Among fish species, the highest variability of unisexual polyploids was found in the genus Cobitis. The structure of their genomes and putative parental species holds great interest for the investigation in association with questions about possible evolutionary success. In particular, it serves to elucidate the possible high colonization properties

Abstract:
The Iberian Peninsula provides a unique freshwater ecosystem for native and endemic cypriniforms to thrive. Despite cypriniforms being hosts to multiple myxobolids worldwide, little research has been performed in this geographic location. In this study, the examination of three Iberian endemic cypriniforms showed that myxosporean richness in the Iberian Peninsula is underestimated, with three new and one known myxobolid species being reported based on morphological and molecular data (SSU). Myxobolus arcasii n. sp. is described from the kidney and gonads of the “bermejuela” Achondrostoma arcas

This chapter studies the mapping of governance and security control objectives impacted by DevOps to the corresponding DevOps control objectives. These DevOps objectives introduce either an opportunity or a risk for the achievement of the security and governance control objectives. Finally, the artifact defines a list of SecDevOps controls that have proven to be effective in combining the agility of the DevOps paradigm with the security compliance assurance. The authors examine in collaboration with experts the multiple frameworks to be suitable. The authors define SecDevOps controls that have
