Such a basic structure, or point of convergence, is sought in the emergence of Em

As the twentieth century dawned in the western world, there were voices both inside and out of the Christian Church that began to question religion's central place in man's daily life. Had humanity finally progressed to the point where religion was no longer necessary? Language practitioners the world over have been struggling for professional recognition for many years. In many instances the emphasis has been on establishing measures like legislation to regulate the industry.
