Colloidosomes are microcapsules whose shells consist of colloid particles, which are coagulated by a stabiliser or fused by sintering. In recent years, they have attracted considerable attention because of their potential applications in a range of industries, such as food, bioreactors and medicine. However, traditional particulate polymer shell colloidosomes leak low molecular weight encapsulated materials due to their intrinsic shell permeability, and this problem will limit their applications in pharmaceutical industries.

Abstract:

Abstract:
The maximum yield taken in an oil refinery can not exceed 70% without including Delayed Coker Unit (DCU) as part of unit operations in the refinery. This implies naturally a big attraction on investing of such a unit for refiners. However, during the past decades, there were few refiners included Coker unit in the refinery, due to the fact of its large capital investment with a high marginal profitability. On the other hand the technologies developed to operate a coker unit, involve a series of process steps that require highly trained and well experienced operators with a state of art of desi

Therefore, drug problem is also becoming a global crisis. Recent years have seen continuing high criminal rate related with drugs in this country; its popular rate is also on upward trend; the ages of drug users are also becoming younger and younger. Further more, co morbidity rate related with drugs is increasing, such as the rate of AIDS, death and injury caused by the injection of drugs, as

Poly (lactide-co-glycolide), hydrochloride, vancomycin hydrochloride, ceftazidime hydrate, green fluorescent protein, along with different kinds of solvents were used to manufacture the biodegradable drug-eluting microspheres. The diameter of the microspheres of the solid microspheres and the shell-core microspheres prepared by using the optimum processing parameters is about 5 ~ 10 μm. The microspheres of the shell and core structure were confirmed by transmission ele
