In the face of budget challenges, organizational strategy changes, and the new open access (OA) policy, the Pennsylvania State University Libraries (PSUL) are reevaluating negotiations and collections of ‘big deal’ journal packages. While a growing number of libraries are considering cancelling subscriptions to ‘big deals’, PSUL has been taking a careful approach in containing cost and making sure that faculty and students have access to resources that they need. Current efforts include: renegotiating ‘big deals’; cancelling low value titles in title-by-title agreements; obtaining single agree

Agencies use a variety of technologies and data providers to obtain travel time information. The best quality data can be obtained from second-by-second tracking of vehicles, but that data presents many challenges in terms of privacy, storage requirements and analysis. More frequently agencies collect or purchase segment travel time based upon some type of matching of vehicles between two spatially distributed points. Typical methods for that data collection involve license plate re-identification, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or some type of rolling DSRC identifier. One of the challenges in each of thes

Despite growing interest and recognition of urban and peri-urban agriculture (UPA) as a nature- based solution, there is limited empirical evidence in countries like India on its role in reconfiguring goals on environmental functions (such as biodiversity, waste management, water recycling, micro-climate regulation, etc.) and social wellbeing (such as food and nutrition security, gender relations, work burdens, land tenure and community ties). A need to address this gap led to the ideation of the project ‘Urban and peri-urban agriculture as green infrastructures’ ( UPAGrI ). When UPAGrI starte
