At the coarse level, where the resolution of the video is low, we rely on person tracks. At the fine level, richer features are available to identify different parts of the human body, therefore we rely on the body joint tracks. Abstract:
There is a large amount of tritium in tail gas emitting from the molten salt reactor. The content of tritium content in tail gas must be measured and controlled according to the national standard. Nowadays, the ionization chamber and the liquid scintillation counter are mainly used for tritium monitoring. The proportional counter required pure sampling gas, and the liquid scintillation cannot measure the radioactivity online. Only the ionization chamber could measure the activities of off-gas from molten salt reactor. In order to reduce tritium contamination in the ionization chamber, a wire t

Abstract:
Tax specialists have a great deal to say about how African tax collectors could work better. But they rarely seem to ask the tax collectors themselves. This paper reports from what we believe to be the first such survey. A random selection of 83 staff members working on domestic taxes at the Malawi Revenue Authority, equally divided between senior, supervisory, and junior categories, were asked to respond to a series of written questions to elicit their views on how the Revenue Authority could collect more revenue. The survey was an experiment. Two of the conclusions that emerge concern future

The goal of work package D-D6 was to identify key stakeholders around the Sunbelt countries. Those stakeholders should be invited to try the technology in demonstration projects. Involvement of stakeholders through one-to-one meetings, workshops, conferences, etc. in their countries. This document describes the identification process, which first involved collecting 90 individuals and organisations from the entire Task 65 observer list. Second, an initial email was sent to 44 individuals and organisations in Sunbelt countries identified from this collection. Third, a second email and questionn

Abstract:
The landscapes we see today in northern Canada are the results of the dynamics of former continental glaciations of the Quaternary. As the environment evolved with the cyclic growth and decay of ice sheets, it is paramount to understand the history of these glacial cycles to provide a robust framework for geological and environmental studies. Much is known about these glaciations in southern Canada, but in northern Canada, extensive regions remain poorly studied because of their remoteness and hence knowledge of past glaciations there remains somewhat limited. [Extract from Executive Summary] The purpose of this Work Package was to: 1. Define fisher derived data collection parameters. 2. Identify and if possible, develop a quality assured system for the collection of fisher derived anecdotal and experiential information. 3. Develop an appropriate sampling design/method that could be streamed to a relational data resource. 4. Develop risk based management strategies. 5. Investigate applicable techniques/strategies for ‘change management’ regarding accurate voluntary reporting by the industry.

Abstract:
Over 90% of US adolescents own a smartphone. Adolescents commonly use smartphones to communicate through apps such as Snapchat and Instagram. Considering the rise in technology use and depressive symptoms amongst adolescents, communication patterns can provide insight into the communication habits of depressed adolescents. Prior research suggests that the effects of digital technology use on adolescents’ well-being differ based on the type of use and frequency of communication. We examined how adolescents with elevated depressive symptoms use smartphones to communicate, including apps, modalit
