A class of Row-Column Designs (RC-designs) in t + tl-1 (t = t1t2) treatments has been constructed by supplementing a latin square type RC-design in t-1 treatments arranged in t x t array with principal diagonal (left to right) blank and having each treatment once in each row and once in each column. The blank diagonal positions are supplemented by t1 new treatments each replicated t2 times. These designs are simple partially efficiency balanced Row-Column designs (SPEB-RC-designs) having two sets of treatments with different number of replications. Abstract:
This paper contains methodology research for forming the control algorithm for a distillation column, modeled as TITO (two-input two-output) process. Its modified form was obtained by connecting the two parts, and this combination hasn't been applied for such a industrial plant, until now. These parts include: a simplified decoupler which was first designed and decentralized PID controller obtained using D-decomposition method for such decoupled process. The decoupler was designed in order to make process become diagonal, and parameters of PID controllers are defined for the two SISO (single-i

Abstract:
The fundamental frame units were taken from the multi-ribbed composite wallboard. 1/2 scale model specimens including bare frame (FD Series) and infilled frame (IFD Series) were loaded in the diagonal direction. By changing the section size of a frame beam and column, the mechanical properties of multi-frames under vertical and horizontal loads were studied. Through comparing and analyses, contributions and interaction between frame and infilled block were investigated. The results show that the frame section stiffness influences the mechanical properties remarkably and the interaction between

Abstract:
For centuries, magic squares have held a fascination for young and old. Those who are challenged by magic squares are always searching for new ways to generate them. Recall that a magic square is an n × n array of numbers in which the sum of the numbers in each row, each column, and each diagonal is the same. It can be shown that a given square is “ magic” by adding the proper components but it is more exciting to create a new square and show that it is magic.

Abstract:
This paper presents a nonlinear finite element analysis of non-seismically detailed RC beam column connections under reversed cyclic load. The test of half-scale nonductile reinforced concrete beam-column joints was conducted. The tested specimens represented those of the actual mid-rise reinforced concrete frame buildings designed according to the non-seismic provisions of the ACI building code. The test results show that specimens representing small and medium column tributary area failed in brittle joint shear while specimen representing large column tributary area failed by ductile flexure

Power quality disturbance detection and identification is the prerequisite and basis for the power quality management and control. This paper presents a new power quality disturbance detection and classification method. Firstly, the time-time transform is applied to power quality disturbance signal analysis. According to spectrum analysis results of the diagonal elements of time-time transform matrix, a preliminary judge about whether the disturbance signal contains harmonics and inter harmonic was given. For disturbances with non-harmonics, based on time-time transform modulus matrix diagonal

Abstract:
Following the lead of chemical graph-theoretical connectivity matrices, electron localization/delocalization matrices (LDMs) and their matrix-invariants derived forms will be introduced and shown to provide a faithfully encoding of the properties of the molecules by comparing with experiment. The matrix elements of an LDM are obtained from Bader's quantum theory of atoms in molecules (QTAIM) whereby the diagonal elements are the localization indices and the off diagonal elements are 1/2 of the delocalization indices. The sum of any row or column is the total electron population of a given atom
