Objectives. Achieving a comprehensive view of gastric mucosa has been a challenge for magnetic-guided capsule endoscopy (MGCE) for years. This study works on optimizing the performance of MGCE by changing the conventional positions to the five body positions. Methods. Sixty patients were enrolled in the study and underwent MGCE. All patients were asked to adopt five body positions (left lateral, supine, right lateral, knee-chest, and sitting). In each position, the ability to visualize the six gastric landmarks (cardia, fundus, body, angulus, antrum, and pylorus) was assessed. Rates of complet

Abstract:
With increases in mining depth and intensity, disasters such as stress concentration, slab failure, and coal body dynamic outbursts at the coal–rock interface have become more serious. Therefore, it is important to analyze the stress–strain behavior of coal–rock combinations to explore the deterioration process and failure characteristics of coal–rock combinations. In this study, we used field survey, theoretical analysis, and numerical simulation methods to explore the microstructure characteristics of the coal–rock interface and the influence of interlayer thickness on the composite body. Purpose While forward logistics handles and manages the flow of goods downstream in the supply chain from suppliers to customers, reverse logistics (RL) manages the flow of returned goods upstream. A firm can combine RL with forward logistics, keep the flows separated, or choose a position between the two extremes. The purpose of this paper is to identify the contextual factors that determine the most advantageous position, which the paper refers to as the most advantageous degree of combination. Abstract:
Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) is a machine learning model that can generate high-resolution, photorealistic 3D models of scenes or objects from a set of 2D images. It does this by learning a continuous 3D function that maps positions in 3D space to the radiance (intensity and color) of the light that would be observed at that position in the scene. To create a NeRF model, the model is trained on a dataset of 2D images of the scene or object, along with their corresponding 3D positions and orientations. The model learns to predict the radiance at each 3D position in the scene by using a combina

The solutions to the radial Schrödinger equation for a pseudoharmonic potential and Kratzer potential have been studied separately in the past. Despite different reports on the Kratzer potential, the fundamental theoretical quantities such as Fisher information have not been reported. In this study, we obtain the solution to the radial Schrödinger equation for the combination of the pseudoharmonic and Kratzer potentials in the presence of a constant-dependent potential, utilizing the concepts and formalism of the supersymmetric and shape invariance approach. ABSTRACT The effects of positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) on central venous and intracranial (ICP) pressures were evaluated in 10 patients with posterior fossa tumors, in both supine and sitting positions. With patients in the supine position, intrathoracic PEEP-dependent venous hypertension was clearly transmitted to the intracranial compartment but without intracranial hypertension. On the contrary, with patients in the sitting position PEEP had no influence in almost half of our patients. In patients with radiological or clinical signs of increased ICP, however, the combination of hea

Abstract:
Alterations of regional ventilation were determined as a function of body position in five morbidly obese subjects using 81mKr to assess ventilation (V) and 127Xe at equilibrium to determine lung volume (V). With subjects in seated and supine positions, the left lung contributed an average of 43% of the total V/V. When the apical-basal gradient within each lung was examined in subjects in the seated position, V/V was greatest in the dependent (basal) regions in half of the subjects, whereas the others showed greater V/V near the upper lung regions. All obese subjects preferentially ventilated

To enhance the effectiveness and accuracy of mobile station location estimation, author utilizes time of arrival measurements from three base stations and one angle of arrival information at the serving base station to locate mobile station in non-line-of-sight environments. This article makes use of linear lines of position, rather than circular lines of position, to give location estimation of the mobile station. It is much easier to solve two linear line equations rather than nonlinear circular ones. Artificial neural networks are widely used techniques in various areas due to overcoming th
