Ideal condition in physics learning should combine concepts with technology. Traditional physics learning causes students to be not interested in learning physics. There must be innovations in physics learning to be more interactive learning. One of them flipped classroom learning. Flipped classroom learning combined with Kahoot online games will make students more active. The purpose of this research is to increase students' learning motivation with Kahoot-based flipped classroom learning. In the quest for efficient and robust reinforcement learning methods, both model-free and model-based approaches offer advantages. In this paper we propose a new way of explicitly bridging both approaches via a shared low-dimensional learned encoding of the environment, meant to capture summarizing abstractions. We show that the modularity brought by this approach leads to good generalization while being computationally efficient, with planning happening in a smaller latent state space. In addition, this approach recovers a sufficient low-dimensional representation of the environment, which op

One roadblock to this investigation is an ability to orchestrate, or manage, more complex, but theoretically effective, combinations of collaborative and individual learning in the classroom. Abstract:
The study of the predictability of exchange rates has been a very recurring theme on the economics literature for decades, and very often is not possible to beat a random walk prediction, particularly when trying to forecast short time periods. Although there are several studies about exchange rate forecasting in general, predictions of specifically Brazilian real (BRL) to United States dollar (USD) exchange rates are very hard to find in the literature. The objective of this work is to predict the specific BRL to USD exchange rates by applying machine learning models combined with fundamental

Abstract:
We study the nowcasting of U.S. state-level fiscal variables using machine learning (ML) models and mixed-frequency predictors within a panel framework. Neural networks with continuous and categorical embeddings consistently outperform both linear and nonlinear alternatives, especially when combined with pooled panel structures. These architectures flexibly capture differences across states while benefiting from shared patterns in the panel structure. Forecast gains are especially large for volatile variables like expenditures and deficits. Pooling enhances forecast stability, and ML models ar
