Religious traditions can be sources of values and attitudes supporting the liberal polity in ways that political theorizing and conceptions of public reason often fail to recognize. moreover, religious traditions can give support through the ways reason is crucial to their self-understanding. one understanding of Judaism is examined as an example. Also, the particularism of traditions can encourage commitment to universally valid values and ideals. reason’s role in Judaism and other religious traditions makes possible constructive interaction between those traditions and between religious and secular thought. exclusion of religiously grounded considerations from the discourse and deliberations of liberal polities can be counterproductively illiberal.

Abstract:
In recent decades, the concept of sustainable development has become the key theoretical focus for most countries. Traditions and values play an important role in ensuring sustainable development, including the attitudes of the younger generation, especially of the student youth who plan their professional future in Russia or abroad. The student youth preferences largely determine the country's development strategy and the assessment of its human capital. In 2018, the authors conducted the second wave of the empirical study Spiritual-moral culture of the Russian university (first wave - in 2012) which focused on the values of students of such leading universities as the Lomonosov Moscow State University and Saint Petersburg State University, and of such regional universities as the Tyumen State University, Samara State Technical University and Sevastopol State University. The research was conducted by a mass survey of 2505 students, including an online questionnaire. The concept of traditionalist modernization was used as an explanatory model. The article presents the results of the factor analysis of students value orientations according to the Schwartz scale and of students leisure practices, and also such indicators as authority, responsibility and tolerance of students. The authors come to the conclusion about the youths universal values that are quite flexible in relation to both modernization and preservation of the Russian specifics, which is somewhat different from the 2012 study with a more evident commitment to traditionalism. The authors interpret this fact as a generational feature of people born in the prosperous 2000s, which proves the gradual transition of the Russian society to the universal values, a combination of different value foundations and a departure from paternalistic attitudes. The article presents the results of the comparative analysis of some priorities of metropolitan and regional universities students, identifies the specifics of both types of universities, which allows to stress the different degrees of values universalism.

Abstract:
Within nationalist movements a tension typically exists between group demands for ethnic self-preservation and the more universal demands of religious belief, professional commitment, or academic vocation which confront particularly the intelligentsia in the group. Ethnic politicians tend to argue that decades or centuries of oppression or the anticipated disastrous consequences of a loss of self-determination makes loyalty to the group and its leadership's strategies a matter of overriding importance. It is usually exceptional individuals, often poets or novelists, who in times of crisis issue the challenge that survival be reconciled with universal values and prevailing international political norms.

Abstract:
In Indonesia, there is a striking contrast between faith education and Christian learning, which raises major questions regarding integration. Faith education is often associated with worship and character formation in the church, while schools are expected to strengthen Christian values. Understanding Christianity in the concept of worldview is very important, stressing the Christian's responsibility to live in the world, not of the world. This research used qualitative methods, including surveys and thematic analysis, which produced three main findings. First, faith education is usually carried out in religious schools, in line with specific religious doctrines, whereas Christian learning involves systematic exposure to Christian teachings. Second, religious education in Indonesia aims to overcome inter-religious disorders, while Christian education seeks to understand God's will. Research puts forward the concept of a universal worldview as a means of bridging this gap. Three proposed approaches are Teaching for commitment, Teaching for commitment Teaching about commitment, and Teaching from commitment.

Abstract:
This paper presents an argument for moral education as a crucial component of lifelong education . Lifelong education is by definition comprehensive normative education committed to the "grand ideal" of universal human betterment . Moral education is most likely to be effective when viewed as lifelong education because it requires three attributes of lifelong education for its success: a long-term effort, an educational setting, and a commitment to the advancement of universal goals. Society should seek to educate a core of moral teachers sufficient to generate a "critical mass" capable of ensuring that lifelong moral education will become self-sustaining. The approach to moral education developed by the Association for Values Education and Research (AVER) is outlined and it is suggested that this programme (or something like it) should be central to all programmes of lifelong education.

Abstract:
The content and features of the coexistence of universal and local (primarily religious) values and approaches to the problem of human rights are considered; the specifics of the contradictory interaction of religious ideas and attitudes and human rights in the discursive and practical dimensions of cultural relativism and universalism have been studied; the features of the vision of universal and local codes of human rights in Islam, Christianity, in particular Catholicism, in the space of the system of "Asian values" are analyzed; the influence of a dialectical interrelationship between the universality of norms in the private sphere and the religious traditional law on the establishment of the fundamental standards of human rights was examined. It is noted that in the modern world there is a desire of some religions (for example, Islam and Christianity) to connect the idea of universalism and the practice of its assertion with their basic principles, which are given an absolute, comprehensive, infallible nature. In this connection, the topic of religious exclusivity is also relevant, where exclusivism is the belief that my faith is the true faith and other beliefs are wrong. On the other hand, the author points to one of the paradoxes of relativism, which is that it sometimes seeks to become universalism or, rather, absolutism, proposing (and often imposing) a system of its values as the only true. The article emphasizes the necessity to value religious differences, as well as to care for other people, regardless of religion, the need and importance of finding a balance between the universalist understanding of human rights and a diverse, multi-confessional world, combining adherence to certain religious traditions with a commitment to the universality of human rights. As a possible option, an attempt to integrate universal values into the body of the corresponding particular religious and cultural traditions is considered, and, on the other hand, the enrichment of universal human rights standards with relevant unique religious and cultural values.

Abstract:
This study explores the experiences of Muslim and Christian peace activists in Jember, Indonesia, in fostering interfaith dialogue rooted in the pursuit of inner meaning and universal human values. Within Indonesia’s multicultural context, which often grapples with social fragmentation, the research reveals how both communities employ spiritual wisdom as a foundation for reconciliation, transcending formal theological differences. Utilizing a qualitative approach, the findings demonstrate that interfaith dialogue in Jember extends beyond the exchange of perspectives to include collective immersion into the esoteric dimensions of religion—such as reflections on humility, compassion, and awareness of transcendent unity. Barriers like historical conflicts and divergent interpretations of sacred texts are mitigated through practices of silaturahmi hati (heartfelt spiritual kinship), where Muslim activists embrace the principle of mahabbah (universal love), while Christian counterparts draw on parallel contemplative traditions. The study concludes that interreligious harmony in Jember emerges not from doctrinal uniformity but from a commitment to nurturing hidden threads of spiritual light woven through its diverse societal fabric.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to understand how the values of Hajj, as contained in the hadiths of the Prophet, were applied in the context of globalization. The research method used was a type of library research or literature study, which involved collecting, reading, noting, and processing data from various literary sources such as books, magazines, and others. The results of the research indicated that the application of Hajj values from the Prophet's hadiths in the context of globalization required awareness and a collective commitment from Muslims and all humanity. By using the values of Hajj as a foundation in human interactions and in building a more just, harmonious, and sustainable global society, we could create a better world for future generations. The Hajj values derived from the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) taught universal principles that were highly relevant in the context of globalization. Equality, brotherhood, peace, togetherness, solidarity, obedience, devotion, patience, sacrifice, sincerity, and honesty were values that could help humanity overcome global challenges and create a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world.

Abstract:
In the modern doctrine of constitutionalism, there is a clear tendency to abandon its purely positivist understanding. The requirements of constitutionalism are filled with value content, and the axiological approach to the interpretation of traditional constitutional categories becomes almost dominant. All legal concepts and constructions are interpreted as values. Values are treated as universal equivalents and synonyms. Meanwhile, value is a concept from the sphere of philosophy, ethics and psychology; it has its own nature and, by virtue of this, is irrelevant to law. Values are not universal, but relative and subjective. They are incommensurable among themselves. Adherence to them is often irrational and very significant for the individual. All of this leads to the low regulatory potential of values. Conflicts of values are insoluble on a rational basis. Appealing to values in disputes about human rights increases the conflictual potential of the problem, because any restrictions come to be perceived very painfully. At the same time, a value-based interpretation of human rights significantly complicates the use of traditional ways of determining the validity of restrictions on their realization, and in particular, of the proportionality test. As a result, judicial reasoning is largely arbitrary. On the basis of an analysis of concrete cases the article reveals the strategies of “treatment of values” used in judicial practice for overcoming these problems. Conventionally, these strategies can be called the reinterpretation of values in order to give them a universal meaning; the elimination of values, i.e., their removal from the legal dispute; and the juridification of values, which involves their transformation into principles. The author shows that courts tend to prefer to “walk away” from the value discourse and consider the problem by operating with traditional legal concepts and constructions. In this regard, the doctrinal commitment to value-based interpretation in constitutional law is surprising. It would be much more effective to focus on the purely legal aspects of the problems encountered and to seek the most value-neutral ways of solving them. The principles of law are supra-positive legal standards. Relying on them provides ample room for judicial discretion but also places limits on it, since these principles, assuming the variability of specific legal decisions, substantially delineate their framework.

Although it was signed, the problem is the new Indonesian Criminal Code is still widely rejected by some people in Indonesia one of the reasons is the new Criminal Code decreases democracy and human rights in Indonesia. Indonesia like any other nation had signed several international treaties that focused on human rights, democracy and transparency. The question is the new Indonesian New Criminal code breach Indonesia's commitment to the treaties that protect the human right that it signed? The methodology of this research uses a literature review with the object of an international treaty and uses data and information from internet network tracing which is then expert opinion. The result of the research shows that the new Indonesian criminal code had a potential breach of international commitment to human rights, especially in the freedom of speech and private life because Indonesia lawmakers argue that not all values of human rights will be suitable in Indonesia which is criticized by The United Nation because it's against the universal value of human rights which already ruled in core human rights convention, it can be said that Indonesia had partially breached its international commitment to fully implement the core convention of human rights. This paper will conclude that it’s a big achievement for Indonesia because finally had the original Criminal Code made by the Indonesian but the problem with the new Criminal Code is that Indonesia did not fully integrate with the International Core Convention of Human Rights because of view that not every human right can be implemented in Indonesia although the value of human rights should universal.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to reveal the effect of personal value as a part of creating shared value (CSV). We extracted factors of personal value through a literature review. Personal value consists of social commitment, self-actualization, goal setting, and solidarity. Self-actualization is the universal motivation of the individual, goal setting is the basis for the occurrence of action, and solidarity is the relationship factor that defends competition and personalization. This study was conducted on three hypotheses. Hypothesis 1 is that self-actualization will have an effect on CSV. Hypothesis 2 is that goal setting will have an effect on CSV. Hypothesis 3 is that solidarity will have an effect on CSV. The proxy of CSV is social commitment. We examine the effects of these personal values on CSV by surveying 557 university students. This study applied the regression model to test the hypotheses. The empirical results are as follows. CSV increases when we are more self-actualized. Goal setting positively affects CSV. CSV goes up as we have many relationships with organizations and are more cooperative in work. This study suggests the important elements of personal values in a university setting for CSV, and enables setting the direction of the education by setting the index of the attitude to increase the value of the individual in CSV.

Abstract:
Abstract: In practical terms, decisions on various academic matters in universities are complex and reflective of the views held by those in positions of power. For a more egalitarian view derived from a feminist perspective, this paper proposes an alternative form of decision-making. An underlying moral code and its corresponding decisions influence policies and the broad spectrum of educational futures in universities. According to Walker (2007), theoretical-juridical models, which have dominated ethical understandings, assume a prevailing moral code that embodies universal ethical principles and applies to all people in every jurisdiction at all times. By contrast, embodied perspectives that recognize the relationality of networked participation enliven Walker’s expressive-collaborative model (ECM) through moral conversations and negotiations among moral agents who are members of that specific community. The authors cite the #femedtech networked participatory community as an embodiment of feminist values that the ECM proposes and describe #femedtech’s value activity and code of conduct generation activity. This paper applies feminist ethics to ameliorate universities’ policy-making process. The paper builds the case for university community values to guide university decisions and advocates strategic trust as an essential criterion to uphold communal values. Finally, the paper concludes with practical propositions that reflect a commitment to democratic, deliberated, and inspiring process-based decision-making responsive to a diverse community’s moral lives and ethical needs.

Background: Education is considered the first function and mission of the university, and observing educational ethics guarantees the health of the teaching–learning process in the university. Aim: The aim of this study was to explore ethical values in nursing education from the perspective of Iranian nursing students and educators. Research design: This qualitative study was conducted using the Thematic Content Analyses method. The data were collected from seven semi-structured individual interviews and three focus group discussions from July to November 2015. Participants and research context: The participants were faculty educators of nursing and nursing students in Tehran, capital of Iran, who were selected through purposive sampling. They were recruited gradually. Sampling was continued until data saturation when no new codes were extracted. Ethical committee: This study was conducted after obtaining the approval of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences Ethics Committee, and informed consent were ensured before conducting the research. The principles of voluntariness, confidentiality, and anonymity were respected during the research process. Findings: Seven major themes emerged: human dignity, constructive human relations, educational justice, competency enhancement, excellence view, wisdom, and commitment and accountability. Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that although many of the values, as universal values, were similar to those of other countries—which can be a reflection of the globalization process in the nursing profession and the presence of humanistic and spiritual approaches at the roots of the discipline, some differences could be found in the content of values due to factors such as the people’s beliefs, culture, and religion. Iranian nursing students and educators revealed a unique and culture-based set of ethical values.

Abstract:
It is unfortunate that there is a bad stigma by some Muslims who view the mainstreaming of religious moderation in Indonesia as liberalization and secularization of religion in state life. This study intends to identify the values of maqasid shariah in the indicators of religious moderation formulated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This literature research uses a normative-philosophical approach. The analytical theory used is the concept of the maqasid shariah approach developed by Jasser Auda. The results show that there are dimensions of maqasid shariah values in the four indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia. First, the dimension of the value of hifz waton (maintaining the benefit of the state) in the attitude indicator of national commitment. Hifz waton can be a paradigm in an effort to maintain the benefit of state life. Second, the value dimension of hifz 'ird (maintaining the benefit of honor and human dignity) in anti-radicalism indicators. The manifestation of hifz 'ird is in line with various efforts that uphold human values, including the safety of the human soul (hifz nafs). Third, the dimension of the value of the hifz ummah in the indicator of tolerance and accommodative to local culture. The manifestation of the hifz ummah through a tolerance and accommodative attitude towards the diversity of local Indonesian culture will be able to show the universal teachings of Islam, namely rahmatan lil alamin. The theoretical implication of this research is that the indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia are parallel to the universal benefit values that are the orientation of Islamic law (maqasid shariah). The limitation of this research is that it has not studied the form of transformation of religious moderation values in the positivity of Islamic law in Indonesia.

Abstract:
Abstract The recent resurgence of populism poses a significant challenge to constitutional law today and to the deeper tradition of modern constitutionalism. Despite resisting formal limitations on their power to represent the “true” popular will, populist regimes nevertheless find instrumental and ideological reasons to endorse their own version of constitutionalism. And despite their nativist commitments, populist leaders across the globe find common constitutional cause and mutual encouragement in their critique of cosmopolitan institutions and values. The distinctiveness of populism’s constitutional orientation rests on its occupation of a space between authoritarian and popular versions of constitutionalism, overlapping both but not reducible to either. There situated, populism involves a reaction against what it condemns as the neglect of the “unitary collective particular” in the liberal version of modern constitutionalism. Many critical of the inflated narratives and methods of populism nevertheless share some its underlying anxieties. For in an age in which an expanding commitment to the democratic pedigree of our constitutional arrangements has unfolded alongside the increasing transnationalization and fragmentation of political authority, the very instability of the balance between various constitutional goods—between plurality and unity, individualism and collectivism, and universal and particular rationalities—that fuels populists’ ire, deepens the defining tension of modern constitutionalism, and poses a challenge to all who continue to endorse it.

Abstract:
The article compares the Eastern Neighbourhood policies of the two founders of the Eastern Partnership (EaP), Poland and Sweden. It focuses on the two countries’ approaches towards Ukraine during the preparations of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement (AA) in late 2013. The article argues that while both Sweden and Poland have a strongly value-driven approach towards Ukraine, their foreign policies are guided by two different understandings of values: a liberal and a communitarian understanding. Sweden's foreign policy, which is based on liberal values, focuses on the promotion of certain ‘universal’ norms connected to human rights, democracy, and good governance in its neighbourhood, offering assistance in reforms to those countries which show commitment to these norms. By contrast, Poland's approach towards the Eastern neighbourhood is guided by a communitarian understanding of solidarity and ‘kinship duty’ based on perceptions of a common heritage and a shared regional identity. From the different understandings of values follow different logics of action. For Sweden, Ukraine's inclusion into the EU's institutional structures, e.g. through the AA, is conditioned on Ukraine's democratic performance and approximation to European standards. Poland, on the other hand, views Ukraine's inclusion into EU structures as a precondition for the country's success in reforms. Because of these different logics, the EaP at large, which is shaped by both liberal and communitarian values, entails intrinsic tensions. These tensions are arguably more problematic than tensions between values and interests, to which scholars often attribute the EaP's shortcomings.

Abstract:
When a common set of characteristics is used to examine the different areas of human interest and endeavour, music can lay claim to being a discipline of knowledge equal in depth, breadth, structure, rigour and quality to the sciences, social sciences and other humanities. Since a universal goal is to provide opportunities for those interested in the music discipline to develop competencies for successful participation, it is imperative that these characteristics be understood and their cross-cultural values promoted. The music discipline has a membership, a worldwide community of people who have shared interests, values, common roots and goals, and a commitment to a common cause. Composers, performers, and musicologists are the core members of the community. Its members interact: they (a) communicate and collaborate with each other, (b) use a specialised language and symbol system, (c) are dedicated to exploring and perpetuating the language of sound. They also develop expertise: they (a) work in special ways using unique modes in inquiry, (b) contribute to the conceptual structure of sound that communicates across cultures, (c) have a capacity for innovation and ways of perpetuating the discipline. Instructional programmes based on characteristics of music as a discipline of knowledge are a microcosm of the world's music community; they bridge the present to the past and to the future and have relevance for all cultures and times.

Abstract:
The phenomenon of radicalism and terrorism in the name of religion in Indonesia is still showing its stretching in various existing cases. Responding to this problem requires the objectification of character education values for the Indonesian people in the context of forming a moderate mindset and attitude in their social and religious life. This research intends to identify the dimensions of Pancasila educational values in the four indicators of religious moderation formulated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This qualitative research is in the form of a literature review with a normative-philosophical approach. The results of the study conclude that there are dimensions of Pancasila educational values contained in the four indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia. First, the educational value of the first precepts in the indicator of tolerance in the form of educational values in shaping the mindset and attitude of respecting and respecting various distinctive aspects of religious pluralism. Second, the educational value of the second precept in the indicator of anti-radicalism attitudes in the form of educational values in forming awareness of attitudes to uphold the values of the benefit of human life. Third, the educational value of the third precept in the indicator of national commitment in the form of awareness of the attitude of upholding the values of unity and unity in the frame of state life in Indonesia. Abstract:
An international orientation has been a primary goal of media ethics, especially since the MacBride Report (1980), as can be seen in cases, issues and codes of ethics that have been adopted in different countries. But work in ethical theory has also been increasingly committed to an international perspective, and three examples of it (besides the classical Habermas’ discourse ethics) are discussed in this essay: feminist ethics of care, African communal ethics, and Confucian media ethics. All these theories emphasize, in their specific ways, three major ethical principles – truth, human dignity, non-violence – that emerge from a common protonorm, a kind of first belief that can be found in all religions, philosophies, and cultures: the sacredness of life. Given the dilemmas and moral issues that the media face in today’s volatile world, a commitment with these universal values will give communication education and practice long-term vitality.

Abstract:
Abstract Muslim radicalization has forced western states to rethink policies on integrating minority communities into their societies. As a result, some European countries are in the process of replacing the traditional multiculturalist state paradigms with a civic integration model. This article warns against integration policies that: i) create parallel societies; ii). impose the identity of the majority group on minority groups; iii). or impose a difference-blind universal identity on all its citizens. Drawing on the Christian-informed political philosophies of John Althusius and Charles Taylor, the case is made for an inclusionary political mindset that addresses the challenges of globalization and pluralization. The approach proposed is termed symbiotic politics and is based on a common respect for political values such as human dignity, equality and freedom that are essential for human coexistence, a shared commitment to non-aggression and mutual aid, and the political recognition of collective identities.

Abstract:
This article analyses the opportunities and complexities of the SADC mediation in Zimbabwe’s Global Political Agreement (GPA) in facilitating and operationalising theprinciples and values of peace, security, human rights and democracy as set out in Article 4 of the SADC treaty. It attempts to interrogate the extent to which the regional grouping’s mechanisms for enforcing its principles and values have been successful. The article argues that despite SADC’s noble commitment to promoting the development of democratic institutions and practices, as well as encouraging the observance of universal human rights, peace and security, the resolution of the Zimbabwe crisis shows that, in practice, the operationalisation of SADC protocol principles and values have been a sorry saga of delays, secrecy, purported agreements and nothing concrete coming out of it. Using the Zimbabwe case study, this article further argues that SADC either lacks appropriate power and authority or is reluctant to hold member states accountable. This seems so, given that as a regional body, it has allowed itself to be utterly inadequate to the task envisioned by the organ in resolving the Zimbabwe crisis. The paper concludes that the sum of all this has had the effect of exposing SADC and it being perceived as a weak regional organisation.

Abstract During last two decades the European Union as “normative power Europe” has been associated with the export of certain universal norms, rules and practices to the other countries. Rule of law, democracy, strong commitment to human rights and fundamental freedoms, and social justice — these principles form the core of the identity of the European Union. Relying on shared political, economic and cultural ties among member states, the EU has sought to promote these norms also in the neighbouring countries, including Russia. However, the outbreak of the violent conflict between Russia and Ukraine at the end of 2013 clearly demonstrates that the EU has failed in its efforts in Russia despite extensive mutual relations and comprehensive financial support provided by the EU. The aim of the current article is to analyse how consistent the EU has been in defending and promoting European values and norms in the international arena and with Russia during the Ukrainian-Russian conflict.

Abstract:
The worldliness that characterizes the literary fiction of the self-identified Jewish writer Olga Grjasnowa can be understood as an expression of “Jewish purpose” (Adam Sutcliffe), entailing solidarity with other persecuted minorities rooted in the Jewish experience, and especially Jewish suffering. This article focuses on Grjasnowa’s Der verlorene Sohn, in which a Muslim child is taken from his family and brought to St. Petersburg. The article explores the depiction of Islamophobia in Imperial Russia and how seemingly extraneous allusions to anti-Semitism in fact underpin a broader critique of the Enlightenment’s unfulfilled promise. Subsequently, it is argued that the narrator can be construed as a “non-Jewish Jew” (Isaac Deutscher), with a Jewish identity that is expressed through social and ethical commitment rather than belief. Finally, the article explores tensions inherent in Jewish purpose—including the perennial worry that Jews may be required to elide their particularity for the sake of universal values.

Abstract:
The mainstreaming of religious moderation in Indonesia is not always warmly welcomed, because there are still those who consider it a liberalization or secularization of religion. This study seeks to identify the value of multicultural Islamic education in the indicators of religious moderation formulated by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. This literature research uses a normative-philosophical approach. The analytical theory used is the values of multicultural Islamic education formulated by Azyumardi Azra. The results of the study conclude that there are dimensions of the value of multicultural Islamic education in the four indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia. First, the value of tasamuh education on indicators of tolerance in the formation of Islamic religious social understanding and attitudes that respect the reality of the plurality of life among religious communities. Second, the value of peace education on indicators of national commitment in the formation of Islamic religious understanding and social attitudes that emphasize peace and unity in state life. Third, the value of humanism education on anti-radicalism indicators in the formation of Islamic religious social understanding and attitudes that uphold human values. Fourth, the value of wasatiyah education on accommodative indicators of local culture in the formation of moderate Islamic religious understanding and social attitudes to address the plurality of local traditions as long as they do not conflict with Islamic teachings. The theoretical implication of this research is that there is relevance of universal values in indicators of religious moderation in Indonesia with various values of multicultural Islamic education.

Garlík, Bohumír. "Application of Artificial Intelligence in the Unit Commitment System in the Application of Energy Sustainability." Energies 15, no. 9 (2022): 2981. http://dx.doi.org/10.3390/en15092981.

Abstract:
This article approaches the optimal solution of energy sustainability based on the use of artificial intelligence (AI). The application of renewable energy sources (RES) and unit commitment (UC) is the basic idea of this concept. Therefore, a new approach to solving the UC problem is introduced. The proposed method has a simple procedure to obtain the popular solutions in an acceptable time interval, by creating a basic model of the schedule of the state of energy units RES. It is obvious that individual consumer units, of an operational nature, take hourly performance values by performing economic evaluations on them in the sense of cost optimization. This is conducted through an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm by optimizing the dedicated cost function, simulated by annealing. Despite the acceptable solution obtained from these two steps, another shift is proposed, called the TDD process in a given consumer area. This process in the application of AI in the system of selection of universal load TDD from hundreds of possible ones is based on the use of artificial neural networks and cluster analysis, which is represented by the application of the Kohonen map. This logical process to achieve a modified solution is a self-organizing map (SOM). It is a software tool for visualizing high-dimensional data. Converts complex, nonlinear statistical relationships (functions) between high-dimensional data to simple geometric relationships, low-dimensional representation. The output of SOM is an optimized load TDD on the basis of which the process of automatic control of UC in the local urban area is built. The results of the AI application in the case of sustainable energy solutions confirm that this UC method provides a robust solution to an almost optimal solution.

Abstract:
The aim of this research is to determine how the strategy planning and the implementation in drinking water management by PT Aetra to deal with the universal access and based on Permen PU no. 18/PRT/M/2007. Analysis used descriptive qualitative with comparative approach between strategic planning and theory of strategic planning and management. As a commitment in the drinking water service excellence, strategic planning and management set out in the annual work meeting and resulted in business strategies implemented next year. Strategy planning which is formulated in the policies and regulations form in order to achieve the vision, mission and values. Strategic planning has not been considered environmental factors such as seasonal changes which are very influential in the water management of drinking water. The total of the precipitation influence in water management by Aetra especially in the quality of raw water instead of the quantity of raw water. In managing water, the concept of sustainable development has been applied and continues to be improving needed for a balance between profit, environmental and social.

Guglielmi, Maddalena. "Resistance, Identity, and Memory: Jurek Becker Social Critique in the Context of GDR Totalitarism." Journal of Scientific Reports 7, no. 1 (2024): 286–300. http://dx.doi.org/10.58970/jsr.1057.

Full text
Abstract:
This article explores the life and work of Jurek Becker, a prominent writer from the German Democratic Republic (GDR), whose literary contributions critically examined socialism, censorship, and the moral complexities of life under a totalitarian regime. In the GDR, literature was closely controlled by the state, serving as a tool to promote socialist values and discourage dissent. Becker’s work, however, took a different path. Known for his sharp wit and irony, he tackled sensitive issues of opportunism, resistance, and human vulnerability, creating narratives that resonated both within and beyond GDR borders. Through an analysis of Becker’s essays, novels, and public statements, the article reveals how his disillusionment with the political constraints of the GDR led to his eventual move to West Berlin. Yet, even in the West, Becker remained committed to social critique, highlighting the compromises that writers often faced within both capitalist and socialist systems. The article ultimately argues that Becker’s legacy lies in his commitment to an authentic, critical literature, one that navigated political boundaries to address universal human concerns.

Abstract:
Achieving economic justice remains a persistent value goal for humanity. Economic justice manifests itself in the disparities between individuals and has become a universal social concern. This implies that, from the perspective of the relationship between individuals and communities, we can examine and analyze the fundamental causes of economic justice and find contemporary approaches to addressing economic justice issues through the correct handling of the historical development path of the relationship between communities and individuals. The commitment to building a community with a shared future for humanity in the international community is a great innovation of the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It aims to realize the common values of humanity in the new international governance structure. From the principles of consultation, joint construction, and shared benefits, the core issue of justice should be economic justice. Managing the relationship between the community with a shared future for humanity and various countries and regions is conducive to promoting the resolution of economic justice issues on the international stage.
