Abstract:
Rotator cuff tears are a common injury, affecting 30–40% of the population over age 60 and representing a tremendous source of pain and disability. Rotator cuff tears are often repaired surgically, but a significant percentage (perhaps 50% or more) of large cuff tears fail after surgery and result in long-term shoulder disability. The outcome of rotator cuff repair surgery is typically assessed by measuring muscle strength, joint range of motion, pain, and other subjective indicators of function. Although these types of measurements are used extensively, they provide only an indirect assessmen

Abstract: Lateral epicondylitis, a tendinopathy affecting forearm extensor muscles, results from overuse and commonly manifests as pain over the lateral humeral epicondyle. The ex-tensor carpi radialis brevis (ECRB) is implicated, particularly during forceful gripping. The condition is prevalent in the 35-45 age group and it affects 1-3% of the population, with symptoms lasting two years and reoccurring after asymptomatic periods. Consid-ering the economic impact of lateral epicondylalgia-related sick leave, therapeutic fo-cus must emphasize long-term as well as short-term efficacy. Treatment

Abstract:
Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common primary brain tumor in adults, classified as grade 4 by World Health Organization, with a mean overall survival of 15–18 months. The histopathological subtype described as giant cell GBM corresponds to < 1% of this tumor, more frequent in young patients, affecting the temporal and parietal lobes in a more circumscribed and subcortical way. We present a case report of a woman diagnosed with GBM giant cell (GC). Data was collected through electronic medical record. Abstract:
Introduction: Invasive ductal carcinoma (IDC) is the most common histological type of breast cancer, accounting for between 80% and 90% of cases. Treatment typically involves surgical removal of the tumor. Depending on the staging of the disease, hormonal therapy, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy (RT) may be necessary. Although RT has proven to be an excellent therapy for IDC, significantly reducing local recurrence and increasing survival rates, only about 10% of cases are without complications. Post-radiation morphea (PRM), also known as localized scleroderma, is a rare complication associated

Introduction: This case report describes a 54-year-old patient who developed invasive breast carcinoma in her left breast without further specifications, of the luminal B molecular subtype, concurrently with a primary breast lymphoma (diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with the germinal center B-cell subtype), which was definitively diagnosed only after surgical intervention. Synchronous occurrence of breast cancer and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is an uncommon situation, with only 38 cases reported in the literature. It is extremely rare for both tumors to present as a collision tumor within the sa
