Abstract:
College student who are late teens aged 18-19 years, have sexual development and phases that make them inclined to enter into a heterosexual relationship or relationship such as dating. During this period of dating they have a tendency to engage in sexual behavior, this is a negative thing in Hinduism which prohibits interpersonal communication. Interpersonal communication has the potential to carry out an instrumental function as a tool to influence or persuade others. Parent-adolescent interpersonal communication is a form of parenting process that has an important influence on the formation of adolescents' attitudes regarding sexual relations before marriage. So in this study it is hypothesized that stronger and closer parent-child interpersonal communication can reduce sexual behavior before marriage among Hindu teenagers. This research aims to find the influence of interpersonal communication on sexual behavior before marriage in Hindu teenagers. Quantitative methods were used in this research, collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 53 Hindu teenagers at Bumigora University. The results of this study state that interpersonal communication has a significant negative effect on the attitudes of Hindu teenagers in having sexual relations before marriage. This means that the better the interpersonal communication between Hindu teenagers and their parents, the lower their sexual behavior before marriage.

Abstract:
Background. Intercultural marriages are micro-level models of intercultural relations and can help to understand the changing society of the globalization era. The objective. Revealing attitudes towards entry into intercultural marriage and factors influencing the choice of a foreign cultural marriage partner among Russians and Buryats in the Republic of Buryatia. Design. The study was conducted in 2020 in the Republic of Buryatia using a socio-psychological survey on online platform. The convenience sample was used (the “snowball” method). The sample included representatives of 2 groups: Russians (N = 111) and Buryats (N = 102). Results. The analysis showed that the attitude towards entry into intercultural marriage in these groups is above average, while no significant differences were found between the groups. The negative attitude towards intercultural marriages among Buryats to a greater extent than among Russians was determined by factors reflecting the acceptance of intercultural marriages by relatives, loved ones and society in general, which was more significant for the Buryats. Among the Russians, more than among the Buryats, negative attitudes were interconnected with factors reflecting personal characteristics of the future spouse (values, norms of behavior) and interpersonal communication. For both the Russians and the Buryats, negative attitude towards entering into intercultural marriages is associated with the importance of proximity of cooking traditions, naming, raising children and their identity, as well as religious beliefs. Conclusion. The general favorable “Zeitgeist” in Buryatia towards intercultural marriages contributes to the tolerant attitude towards the creation of such married couples among both the Russians and the Buryats.

Against the background of the growing number of divorces, the need to analyze and understand the factors associated with marriage satisfaction among nowday’s youth is increasing in order to develop programs for overcoming difficulties in communication and maintaining relationships. Study design. The work examined the relationship between interpersonal relationships and marital satisfaction. The presence and nature of the relationship was checked through correlation, regression, factor analysis and automatic modeling (SPSS). The survey was conducted individually or in a group before the start of the pandemic. Participants. 108 young spouses, of which 30 couples, 48 respondents took part without their partners (44.44% of boys, 55.56% of girls) from 20 to 35 years old (M=28.6; SD=2.83). Measurements. Marriage Satisfaction Test Questionnaire (MAR); test questionnaire “Analysis of family anxiety” (ACT); Russian-language versions of the questionnaire “Scale of love and sympathy” and methods of researching partnerships Partnership Questionnaire (PFB); PEA questionnaire to identify the level of understanding, emotional attractiveness and authority (respect) of partners in marriage. Satisfaction with marriage increases in case of manifestation of love and sympathy in interpersonal relationships, experiences of emotional attraction between partners, respect and rare use of conflict behavior. Predictors of marital satisfaction have been identified, and a standard model of interpersonal relationships has been described, which allows predicting marital satisfaction at a young age. Main conclusion. There is a complex systemic relationship between the assessment of the quality of interpersonal relationships and the perception of satisfaction with marriage in young spouses and partners in a civil marriage, the knowledge of which allows you to create a model of the relationship system in order to predict the satisfaction with marriage of young people and prevent conflicts in relationships leading to their destruction.

Abstract:
The subject of the study is the ratio of indicators of success in career and interpersonal relationships of spouses in patriarchal and egalitarian families. The purpose of the study was to determine the direction and nature of changes in marital relations in situations of career growth of one of the spouses. To conduct the study, we used: the questionnaire "Communication in the family" (Yu.E. Alyoshina, L.Ya. Gozman, E.M. Dubovskaya), the methodology "Role expectations and claims in marriage" (A.N. Volkova), the methodology "Distribution of roles in the family" (Yu.E. Alyoshina, L.Ya. Gozman, E.M. Dubovskaya), a test questionnaire of satisfaction with marriage (V.V. Stolin, G.P. Butenko, T.L. Romanova, Faculty of Psychology, Moscow State University), the method "Life Line" Golovakha E.I., Kronik A.A., adapted for the purposes of the study - measuring attitudes to career growth, methods of qualitative and quantitative data processing were also used. The sample of the study is represented by a group of men and women aged 35 to 40 years, in the number of 12 people who have been married for 10-15 years. Based on the conducted research, it can be concluded that traditional patriarchal families are not characterized by high social activity, focus on career development of both spouses, a high level of trusting communication and mutual understanding. As a result of the correlation analysis, it was found that there are a large number of correlations between various spheres of family relations, satisfaction with marriage and career success. Thus, the data obtained will increase the level of consistency of family values and the role adequacy of spouses, which will reduce the number of conflicts arising in the family and will contribute to the harmonization of family relations and thereby increase the level of satisfaction with marriage by spouses.

Abstract:
Mobile phone communication has established itself as an essential element of people's personal and working lives medium of connection in daily interactions and relationships. It has thus become significant for the most intimate form of interpersonal relations, including marital relationships. This small-scale research seeks to find the importance of mobile phone communication in marriage and its influence on family happiness. The study unearths the patterns of mobile phone communication among married partners, by outlining the most common reasons for communicating with the spouse on a mobile phone. In this research, a survey was conducted using a questionnaire to collect data from 30 respondents who were married partners, staff, or students in one of the state-owned universities in South Kalimantan. Each of the respondents possessed a mobile phone. The Mann-Whitney test indicates that the males profoundly believed that mobile phone communication was more important to their marriage than females to strengthen their relationship. Also, the males reported a higher frequency of sending messages and calling their spouses. By and large, the study results describe the most common reasons for communicating with the spouse. The outstanding reason is maintaining a strong intimate relationship by keeping in touch, sharing updates, emotions, feelings, knowing about children, and ensuring the safety of each other through checking on one another using a mobile phone. The findings have significance in showing the need for continued communication in a marital relationship, especially by using the fastest and most comfortable means of mobile phone. Given the synchronous nature of mobile phone communication, the results indicate that married spouses cannot do without it, especially in this Information Society, where we need updates from our spouses, children, friends, and the situation at large.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of the influence of the characteristics of the orientation of the personality as its backbone component on the family life of a person. It describes the results of a study of satisfaction with marriage, personality orientation, life-oriented orientations of women; correlations and connections between them, as well as the distinctive features of the orientation of women with varying degrees of satisfaction with marriage. It is shown that satisfaction with marriage is significantly lower in women with a predominance of personality orientation to the task than with a focus on themselves and others. Women who were characterized by independence, determination, strong will, restraint, unsociableness, calmness, self-confidence, high intelligence and were aimed at the best performance of work, achievement of the goal and the greatest productivity of activity, more often perceived their marriage as dysfunctional, not justifying their expectations and does not correspond to ideal ideas. Their striving for an ideal result, their readiness to sacrifice their own interests and those of their spouse for the sake of it worsened the emotional climate of the family, gave rise to intrapersonal and interpersonal conflicts, and reduced marital satisfaction. It is concluded that in order to increase the stability and harmony of marital relations, as well as to satisfy them, purposeful work is needed to harmonize the value-semantic sphere of women's personality by reducing their "obsession with tasks" in the process of performing professional activities, moving up the career ladder, as a result fulfilling them at any cost while developing a general focus on communication, interaction and communicative qualities of the individual, as well as faith in one's ability to control and change one's own life.

Abstract:
The article discusses current changes in the strategies of behaviour of young citizens, manifested in social atomization. Together with the development of scientific and technological progress, the digitalization of almost all spheres of life, the specifics of modern life style are described. The actualization of the public request for personal emotional satisfaction, self-realization is fixed. In the field of labour relations, attention is focused on the introduction of distance forms of work organization. A hypothesis is being put forward that a guideline on personal development influences the choice of strategies for building marriage and family relations. In aggregate, it is assumed that changing patterns of behaviour at the interpersonal level make it possible to take a different look at the mechanisms for the formation of civil dialogue and social solidarity. The question is raised about the need to build in modern realities an adequate strategy for communication with citizens, including as part of ideological work.

Abstract:
The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between dyadic empathy and marital quality in formal and informal marital relationships in Serbia. The sample consisted of 738 respondents of different socioeconomic background, aged between 19 and 80, living together between 1 and 52 years (M = 8.29, SD = 9.71). The Interpersonal Reactivity Index for Couples (IRIC; Pé loquin & Lafontaine, 2010) was used to assess the cognitive and affective dimensions of dyadic empathy, and the Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS; Spanier, 1976, 1989) was used to measure marital quality. The latter assesses four dimensions of marital quality: Consensus, Dyadic Satisfaction, Affectional Expression and Cohesion. The results of structural modelling indicate a positive contribution of affective empathy to the assessment of spousal agreement regarding issues that are important for everyday functioning, the assessment of general satisfaction with marriage, as well as to the assessment of the degree of closeness and quality of communication between partners. Cognitive empathy positively contributes to the assessment of spousal agreement regarding issues that are important for everyday functioning, the assessment of the agreement of spouses concerning displays of affection, sexual relations, lack of love and denials of sex, as well as the assessment of the degree of closeness and quality of communication between partners.

Abstract:
Illiteracy in interpersonal sex relations, as well as in matters of sex communications, contributes to the development of tolerance of Russian society to sexual violence, a decrease in the age of persons committing sex crimes, a steady increase of violent crime rates (crimes against sexual freedom as well as statutory crimes), and other illegal acts of sexual nature. The mass media offers veiled propaganda of same-sex marriage, impunity, and promiscuity. Violence is increasingly used as a form of conflict resolution. The lack of skills and abilities to identify fake information on the Internet and the media by the rising generation leads to brainwashing, destructive types of interpersonal relationships between minors, the perception of violence as a normal way of life in society, and deformation of sexual relations among young people. The state of health of adolescents is also of concern, as the number of crimes committed by minors under the influence of alcohol or drugs has increased. Among other unsettling trends, in recent years, the number of minors and young adults infected by sexually transmitted diseases has increased as well. Despite the fact that the number of abortions among adolescents has decreased, only in 2020, about 630 thousand abortions were performed on women of reproductive age – that number on average corresponds to the population of Ulyanovsk. The primary cause of the current state of affairs is the lack of appropriate sexual education among minors and young adults, as well as a lack of spiritual and moral guidance.

Abstract:
Background: Infertility affects about 10% of couples and is often characterized by delay in initializing seeking of treatment, which culminates in delay in appropriate decision-making on definitive management. This creates a need for understanding the determinants of delay in order to strategize on corrective intervention. Objective: To determine the association between interpersonal relational factors among couples with tubal infertility and delayed decision-making on definitive treatment. Method: This was an unmatched case-control study at Kenyatta National Hospital Infertility Clinic amongst women with tubal infertility in who decisions on definitive treatment had been made. Cases were patients with delayed decision-making (≥4 years), whereas controls were patients without delayed decision-making (<4 years). Results: Age >35 years (OR 15.93, OR 95% CI 5.36-47.38, p <0.001), low education level (OR 8.56, OR 95% CI 2.98- 24.58, p <0.001) and rural residence (OR 8.74, OR 95% CI 2.89-26.48, p<0.001) were associated with delay. Formal marriage was negatively associated with delay (OR 0.17, OR 95% CI 0.05 – 0.50, p <0.001). Prolonged duration to effective communication on difficulty in conception (≥ 25 months), (OR 20.3, OR 95% CI 2.52 – 162.83, p <0.001) and being blamed by the male spouse (OR 12.73, OR 95% CI 4.54 – 35.62, p <0.001) were significantly associated with delay. Support by the male spouse, including performance of semen analysis (OR 0.17, 95% CI 0.06 – 0.49, p <0.001) was negatively associated with delayed decision-making on definitive management. In relation to marital conflict, the strongest associations with delay were noted with threats of divorce (OR 47.31, OR 95% CI 9.93 – 225.45, p <0.001), sexual constraints (OR 42.46, OR 95% CI 8.96 – 201.29, p <0.001) and physical violence (OR 27.46, OR 95%CI 3.44 – 218.78, p < 0.001). Conclusion: Adverse inter-relational factors among couples with infertility are significantly associated with delay in decision-making on appropriate treatment of tubal infertility. It is recommended that adequate education on preparedness for infertility as a possible outcome be encouraged, in order to minimize delay in seeking treatment.

Abstract:
This study aims to find out how the processes, communication barriers, and adaptations carried out by different cultural couples between Arab Alawiyyin and Non-Arab Alawiyyin in their married life. Communication is the main key in a marriage. Especially in a marriage between two people with different cultural backgrounds, interpersonal communication is important to achieve harmony in a family. This research is a phenomenological study that aims to determine the subjective experience of interpersonal communication between Alawiyyin and non-Alawiyyin Arab marriage couples. The results showed that interpersonal communication between Alawiyyin and non-Alawiyyin Arab couples took place harmoniously because of adjustments made before and during the marriage period. Commitments and agreements are made and negotiated with effective communication between the two. Communication barriers in general can be overcome well, even though at the beginning of marriage it was the toughest moment for couples to adjust. Differences in culture, customs, norms and values between partners are other factors that hinder communication. Openness, empathy, mindfulness, cultural sensitivity, and other effective interpersonal communication skills are keys to success in intercultural marriage relationships. In addition, the extended family and its values are the main factors that must be compromised, especially in the early moments of marriage.

Due to its institutional features, unregistered marriage has a number of advantages, in which the absence of legal foundations of marriage and mutual obligations between partners play a crucial role in choosing the forms and models of the future family. It was found that the most common form of unregistered marriage relations in the modern youth environment is a "trial marriage", which allows to identify the partners` mutual interest degree in the process of living together in the conditions of interpersonal interaction, revealing the specifics of such marriage unions, which do not always justify the ideas of young people about the essence of family-marriage relations. The analysis of empirical data on the problem under study indicates the presence of contradictory trends in the attitude of young people to the phenomenon of unregistered marriage, characterized by a pronounced individualization of the values of the younger generation, reflecting the desire of young people to abandon traditional forms of family and popularize alternative forms of marriage.

Parents take it for granted when their children choose to marry at an early age, some feel sad and moved because they are still young to be married and make a disgrace in the family, namely pregnant first (pregnant outside of marriage). In early marriage, it is the parents who must be the mediator in their children's households, because we know what children who marry at a young age are like, if in terms of their emotions cannot be controlled, and their thinking is still very unstable, they are more prone to quarreling, and misunderstanding, therefore their job as parents is to advise their children, give understanding, always give direction to their children.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to explore the dynamics of love language and the nature of interpersonal communication in encouraging healthy communication in marriage. The research employed a mixed-methods approach to investigate the love languages of newlywed and long-married couples. The sample used is nonprobability sampling, where the population consists of married individuals. Thus, a purposive sampling strategy was employed. For this reason, 64 married individuals from the Bone area were included in the research, divided into 32 newlyweds and 32 long-married couples, each in the Tanete Riattang Barat sub-district, where three of each marital length willingly participated in an in-depth interview. Descriptive and thematic analysis were the types of analysis employed. The findings revealed several key points. Firstly, there is a wide spectrum of love language expressions. Second, "physical touch" was found to be the primary love language among newlyweds. In contrast, long-married couples expressed love primarily through "acts of service. Third, the research further revealed a significant correlation between the duration of marriage (whether newlyweds or long-married couples) and their primary love language, revealing that the duration of marriage may change the way couples express their feelings. Finally, it is worth noting that the findings were limited by a lack of awareness of the sociolinguistic nature of the research population.

Abstract:
Structuralism is not related to empirical reality, but with models built according to empirical reality. That the prohibition of incest in the system of marriage and kinship is universal, applies to all societies, including Muslim societies. Islam forbids marrying fellow relatives who still have blood relations, even more than that, or called mahrom. With the Incest prohibition there will be inter-group exchanges, communication between groups will occur, which will then form a society. If there is no prohibition on incest, there will be no group exchange, which in turn will not result in communication between groups, and a society will not be formed. The kinship system, marriage rules and lineages form a togetherness whose function is to ensure the permanence of social groups, namely by bringing together mutual relationships, namely relationships based on marriage as a network. The process of forming new social groups through marriage between groups that do not have blood relations enabling the occurrence of a richer educational process with values, knowledge and skills, then forming a new, progressive, multiketed civilized society that has strong ties. In Islamic education the form of society that is created is a civilized society that is progressive, universal but has a unity of aqeedah, namely faith and devotion only to Allah SWT.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of testing the hypothesis about changes in the nature of interpersonal communication between spouses in conditions of self-isolation, determined by the dynamics of destructive communicative attitudes and behavior style in conflict situations. 30 married couples with 15 years of family life experience were examined. Data obtained at the very beginning of restrictions and after a three-month period of self-isolation were compared. It is noted that the interpersonal communication of the spouses over the past three months has become more intense, tense, aggressive and conflicted. The spouses managed to intensify and maintain the usual system of implementing destructive attitudes in interpersonal communication, as well as the stylistic features of behavior in conflict situations, but they did not manage to prefer cooperation to compromise: compromise was and remains the dominant strategy of behavior of each of the spouses in the conflict. It is shown that during the three-month period of self-isolation, wives became somewhat detached from reality, while their husbands became significantly more realistic, but also significantly more openly violent. Attention is drawn to the need for further scientific research of this problem, as well as improving the practice of psychological support for families in situations of this type.

Abstract:
This study analyzes U.S. newspaper coverage of the merger of the automobile manufacturers Daimler-Benz and Chrysler. It argues that a discourse of national distinctions was created through a major public relations effort that was accepted by elite U.S. newspapers. To substantiate a “merger of equals,” the public relations department of DaimlerChrysler tied its campaign to the mythic frames of “marriage” and “birth.” The ensuing appropriation of “marriage” as mythic category by journalists resulted in a story line along an “objective” idealized equilibrium that was structured by national difference and reduced the coverage to a few players. This meant a failure to help readers understand the global relevance of this merger, the oligopolistic tendencies of the car industry, and the global dependencies of the world economy. Ultimately, the coverage supported an ethnocentric vision of capitalism, which suggests an underlying resistance to economic globalization and the dissolution of the nation-state.

Abstract:
The interpersonal communication skills of the head of the family in building a sakinah family are very important to note because remembering that the pattern of communication that exists within a family will determine the success of building a peaceful household. Good communication will make it easier to achieve household goals that have been planned beforehand.
This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive method. The analysis technique uses content analysis. Data collection tools are observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research is interpersonal communication theory. The author uses this theory because the theory of interpersonal communication will provide mutual openness between the head of the family to family members so that effective communication will be easily achieved.
The results of this study show that the ability of the head of the family to establish interpersonal communication with other family members in creating a sakinah family as a whole has achieved effective and open communication. Furthermore, the head of the family is able to build a sakinah family, this can be seen from the relatively long age of marriage and the lack of internal conflict that occurs.

Abstract:
The Banjar tribe has a series of marriage traditions, starting from basusuluh, badatang, bapayuan, to baatar jujuran. During the baatar jujuran process, interpersonal communication takes place between the men and women, accompanied by several symbolic Banjar customary rituals. This research aims to explore the challenges and barriers to communication in the baatar jujuran tradition in Banjar tribe marriages in Banjarmasin City. This qualitative study is analyzed using symbolic interaction theory. Informants are selected from community groups, cultural experts, and religious leaders through purposive sampling. The baatar jujuran tradition is no longer highly regarded in its execution in Banjarmasin City and is not considered a marketable value due to the weakening of Banjar culture and customs in the city. No communication barriers were encountered in the baatar jujuran process, whether due to differences in language, ethnicity, individual characteristics, or the COVID-19 pandemic. In terms of interpersonal communication, the most crucial aspect is that both parties can understand the purpose of the conversation. The communication process in baatar jujuran during the pandemic with health protocols did not hinder the baatar jujuran process. Positive perceptions from all those present and equality in the baatar jujuran process support more effective communication during the pandemic
