The accuracy of reproduction of important features of the patient case by the standardized patient was evaluated in Studies 1 and 2. In 839 encounters reviewed, only 13/89 patients provided an accurate reproduction of the case. Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to determine which pupil and program characteristics discriminate with the success of learning disabled and mildly mentally retarded students on the retest of the Maryland Functional Mathematics Test (MFMT). A secondary purpose was to provide Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) with added knowledge to utilize in planning for handicapped students' Individualized Educational Program (IEP) . In a research series carried out between 1984 and 1988 in the county of Västerbotten in northern Sweden, various aspects of the professional role and work of physiotherapists were studied. A variety of research methods were used: questionnaires (n = 163), a time budget study (n = 149), and a qualitative interview (n = 24). Physiotherapy was considered varied and creative, but not well defined or very specific in its objectives.
