Abstract:
Introduction. In today's rapidly changing external environment, a stable profitability and a high level of competitiveness of national enterprises' products is only possible if an effective logistics cost management mechanism is formed, which ensures the optimal value of these costs in production conditions. Researched scientific and practical issues of competitiveness, as well as logistics, A.A. Mazaraki, І.М. Semenenko, Р.А. Fatkhutdinov, I.N. Gerchickova, B.А. Anikin, J. Schumpeter, D.J. Bauersox, D.J. Christopher, M.R. Linders, D. Waters, J.B. Haywood, et.al. The purpose of the paper is to reveal the importance of logistics in improving the competitiveness of the enterprise, analysis of its logistics potential, development of recommendations for the use of logistics tools in the practice of the enterprise. Results. This concept forms the basis of an enterprise's economic strategy: the logistics process is used as a tool in the competition. In today's environment, one of the main problems of domestic enterprises is the lack of logistics strategies designed for integrated supply chain management in order to optimise their resources. Unfortunately, there remains a lack of capacity to implement logistics approaches in their operations and to develop a logistics strategy in line with their own logistics potential. The importance of strategic planning in logistics is due to the possibility of developing strategic development programmes for companies, aimed at the optimal organisation of flow processes and increasing their competitiveness. Introduction of logistic approaches into the practice of PJSC “Odeskabel” and development of logistic strategy according to the own logistic potential can significantly reduce expenses of the enterprise and increase its competitiveness. Abstract:
The article studies a well-known integral methodology of estimating company competitiveness. It shows the possibility to use it in practice, in particular for advertising agencies. In order to estimate competitiveness such methods as formalization, comparison, modeling and sociometry were used. The author came to the conclusion about possible application of this methodology for advertising service assessment. Models used earlier for estimation of competitiveness were oriented to the product as a physical object with a number of characteristic s (from compliance with standards to subjective appraisal by customers). Assessment of service competitiveness includes both the attitude to the product (in case service rendering is connected with a physical product) and the attitude to the company that provides the service, which can be positive, if the process of sale/purchase was pleasant or adverse, if not. The author put forward an extended appraisal of features of the whole process of client servicing. In view of its practical application this algorithm can be used both by advertising agencies (market participants) and state bodies controlling competition of the market (such as the Federal Antitrust Service).

Abstract:
Improving the competitiveness of Russian industrial enterprises (including the construction industry) is a priority task at the current stage of development of the country’s economy. The purpose of this study is to develop methodological tools that would allow building strategic plans for the development of a construction company using a dynamic method for assessing its competitiveness. The hypothesis is that the target parameters of the development of a construction company, which take into account the influence of competitive factors, inevitably increase its level. This article provides an analytical review of existing methods for assessing the competitiveness of enterprises, identifies their advantages and disadvantages. The authors have chosen the dynamic approach to assessing the competitiveness of an enterprise; they propose certain aspects of its modernization, taking into account the specifics of construction production; the main indicators and algorithms used in this approach are presented. The competitiveness of the PIK group, Russia’s largest construction company, was evaluated in comparison with the Swedish development company Skanska Group, which is successful on the world market. The most problematic performance indicators of the Russian company that have a negative impact on its competitiveness are identified. Modeling of the dependence of the company’s competitiveness level on these indicators is performed. The results show that the key tool for eliminating these shortcomings can be the introduction of integrated information modeling based on big data for the entire development cycle: building information modeling — BIM (Building Information Modeling), augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) technologies, and customer relationship management systems (CRM), among some others. The authors show how the key performance indicators of the company change after the introduction of integrated information modeling of the entire development cycle and what the forecast level of the company’s competitiveness can be expected at the end of 2020.

The analysis of the positive and negative aspects of strategies for the formation of a competitive advantage - leadership strategy through low costs; strategies for differentiating products, works and services; focusing strategies. The types of decisions that an enterprise makes for resource allocation are considered. The general (corporate) development strategy is highlighted, which includes business strategies and functional strategies, since the inflow of resources occurs at the functional level (the level of departments, services, divisions). On the basis of the considered data, it was concluded that in order to choose the right strategy, the company’s management must correctly assess the conditions of the external environment and correlate them with the available opportunities and resources; the success of the competition depends on three main characteristics of the company’s activities - the ability to adapt to the external environment, the desire to transform it in accordance with their needs, the volume of the potential sales market; each of the considered strategies is prescribed as the most relevant for a company in a situation where one of these characteristics prevails or a combination of two of them.

Abstract:
Innovative development of domestic enterprises and growth of their competitiveness is the most important task at the present stage of development of the country's economy. The purpose of this study is to develop methodological tools that assess the impact of strategic plans for innovative development of an enterprise on the level of its competitiveness. The hypothesis of the study is that the plans for innovative development of the enterprise have a positive impact on the level of competitiveness of the enterprise. The article shows that in modern conditions one of the main directions of increasing the competitiveness of any company is inextricably linked with the formation and use of innovative development systems at enterprises. An analytical review of the existing methods for evaluating the competitiveness of the enterprise is carried out; their advantages and disadvantages are determined. It is shown that there is currently no single universal approach to such evaluation. As a result, a reasonable choice was made in favor of a methodological approach that evaluates competitiveness in dynamics; the main indicators and algorithms used in this approach are presented. The method of assessing the stability of the competitive position of industrial enterprises based on their innovative activity using a number of innovative indicators and taking into account their possible growth in the financing and implementation of innovative projects is proposed. The competitiveness of the largest Russian Pipe Metallurgical Company in comparison with its leading domestic competitors in the period 2017-2019 was evaluated; the main problems and weaknesses in the company's activities that have a negative impact on its competitiveness are identified. An assessment of the innovative activity of the Pipe Metallurgical Company is performed, which shows that the company currently adheres to a strategy based on the introduction of improving innovations. Modeling of the dependence of the level of the competitiveness of the company on the indicators of its innovation activity is performed; the indicators that have the strongest impact are identified, namely: the coefficient of intellectual property security, the coefficient of innovative growth, and the coefficient of development of new products. An example of the implementation of an event aimed at increasing the company's innovation activity indicators and related to the commissioning of unique research equipment for the development of new threaded connections for pipes is given. Based on the projected outcomes of the event, the forecast level of competitiveness of the Pipe Metallurgical Company for the period up to the end of 2020 was determined.

Abstract:
Sustainability as a Tool for Increasing Competitiveness One of the main aims of companies is to reach quality of products and services. In particular, good quality of services is a highly rated factor so the price often stands behind. Nevertheless, many companies focus on the quality as the customer is willing to pay for it. The company is more competitive; however, they must strive to achieve continual improvements. Accepting the principles of sustainable development is one of the instruments or strategies to reach competitive growth. Currently this notion is being profaned and often considered only as a simple phrase, but many companies from different spheres, such as tourism, electrical engineering, retail, civil engineering, etc., show its real benefits. Companies create strategies of sustainable development following company competitiveness.

Abstract:
When a company exhibits favorable management performance, investors may have higher intention to purchase its stock at a premium price; the company may also make more desirable decisions in international expansion, attain higher international competitiveness, win the preference of investors, and thus exhibit a higher stock price, which results in higher seasoned equity offering (SEO) underpricing. Therefore, international competitiveness possibly plays a crucial moderating role between corporate governance and SEO underpricing. The empirical results of this study show that compared with government-controlled companies, international competitiveness strengthens the relationship of SEO underpricing with one-family-controlled companies, two-or-more family-controlled companies, and manager-controlled companies. Accordingly, companies should improve their international competitiveness and conduct favorable corporate management to elicit the investment intention of market participants worldwide.

This paper analyses these employment pacts and discusses their implications for labour relations. It concludes that these pacts should not just be seen as examples of concession bargaining, but rather as emerging forms of cooperative labour relations, focusing on adjusting the governance of the employment relationship to the imperatives of joint competitive success.

Abstract:
One of the most important areas of study of the features of an enterprise's economic activity, especially in conditions when the market is constantly evolving and changing, is the analysis of the enterprise's competitiveness. The importance of research on this topic is that a high level of competitiveness of the company is a guarantee of high profits. In today's conditions, competition is a determining factor in price ordering, an incentive for innovative processes (the introduction of new inventions and technologies into production). It contributes to the crowding out of production of inefficient enterprises, the rational use of resources. Therefore, a constant competitiveness study is necessary both for the enterprise (in order to improve and maintain its position) and for the state (to control the relevant industry). The purpose of this article is a practical study of the competitiveness of Kyivstar JSC in the mobile communications market, namely, the identification of the competitive advantages of the company and the formation of the general condition of this market on the basis of a study of the activities of leaders providing mobile communications services in Ukraine. To cover the situation on the market of mobile operators, in addition to Kyivstar, we briefly analyze the activities of the main competitors of MTS (Vodafone) and Lifecell. The article explores the competitiveness of Kyivstar JSC, considers the main methods for researching competitiveness, defines indicators of market share, relative market share, Herfindahl-Hirschman Index, and builds a competitiveness polygon. An analytical study of Kyivstar’s competitiveness in the mobile services market in Ukraine revealed the existence of a number of problems. The Kyivstar company itself is actively engaged in economic activities and every year increases the number of its customers by positioning itself as a leading mobile operator with the best coverage throughout Ukraine. The appearance and diffusion of new forms of innovation called open, lead us to question the relevance of this new paradigm, access to a reformulation of the traditional vision, dedicated to internal control of the R&D process, towards a broadening of practices, including external opportunities in terms of ideas, technologies and skills required. It is clear that the efforts of companies in the field of innovation must enable them to reach a significant level of control, which will allow them to obtain a strategic positioning in terms of competitiveness. However, the major transformations of the last 30 years, in the technological, social and economic fields, have had significant effects and a very strong impact on the level of competitiveness of companies. It is undeniable that innovation is not only the sign of the vitality of a company, according to (Schumpeter), but also, a base on which will be the sustainable economic development of a society. Several experiences in the world, show the development of innovative strategies in the field of innovation, in its different forms, which consist in implementing a policy of strengthening individual and collective initiatives, by implementing new models of support to innovation, as the model of open innovation. Indeed, this form of innovation management tends to strengthen inter-company relationships and to increase the exchange of information and cooperation between the company and its partners. The objective of this work is to highlight the challenges of open innovation, by structuring networked companies around open innovation (BCG and CMI report 2008), and the opportunities offered by the latter to companies. This new vision which, according to (Chesbrouch 2003), no longer consists in being satisfied with the internal resources of the company, but rather in relying on the capacity for innovation of multiple external stakeholders. Abstract In my article were researched market economy mechanisms for increasing the competitiveness of companies in the labour market. The paper target was to prove the need to use economic and administrative mechanisms to improve a level of competitiveness of the company in the labour market. Such researches become more important today, because after my empirical analyse of literature I can only conclude that not a lot of researchers studied in this field of science and the most theories suggest that only employees must be competitive on the labour market. But as a result of my research I can deny this one-sided view and can confirm that nowadays not just employees, but also employers compete with each other in the labour market. So, successful organizations must pay big attention to the processes of HR-management, which must be improved. But not enough attention is paid to the system of management and its impact on workers. It is important to form close links between existing system management with inherent for company effective economic management mechanisms in the companies with the level of competitiveness of the company in the labour market. So the results of my research showed that companies must develop economic and administrative mechanisms to improve their competitiveness in the labour market. These mechanisms are a set of applied styles and methods of management that have a direct impact on the loyalty of workers and consequently, enhance its competitiveness both inside the company and in external labour markets. So I can conclude that the paper target was achieved.
