Full textIn a school the creation of a shift team (« une équipe-relais ») has good effects. Its establishment is born of an official text printed in 1985. Several shapes are found , but this team brings together different workers of the sane school. Its runnig shah be in agreement with the intuitional plan, under the director authority's. Niels BOHR, has rediscovered the concept « complementarily » to explain the disagreement between physics and quantum mechanics. But this concept made good use in economy, in pedagogy, in intuitional analysis. This team bringing together workers of the same school changes atmosphere in giving again pleasure to work and help the students. Forty six skilled workers have been interviewed. Fourteen «équipe-relais »was escorted more five years. In this research are found the results of this questionnaire survey. The results are in harmony with the Edgar Morin's document. The accompanying of « une équipe-relais » may be a resourcefulness during the difficults we find in the schools
Briec, Louise. "La place de l'environnement dans l'économie : une analyse régulationniste du cas du Brésil." Thesis, Lille 1, 2015. http://www.theses.fr/2015LIL12010.
Full textThis thesis aims to examine the place of the environment in a national socio-economic system, the Brazilian one. The first part of the thesis is theoretical. We show that, contrary to the orthodox environmental economics and to the ecological economics, an extended regulationnist approach may offer an original perspective for questioning environmental issues that takes the historical and social context of nature into account, by adding to the standard regulationnist framework a sixth institutional form dedicated to the environment: the Social Relationship with Nature (SRN). The second part of the thesis is empirical. Through this extended regulationnist analytical framework, we first develop an historical analysis of the successive accumulation regimes in Brazil from 1930 to 2013 through the joint study of the six institutional forms. We also develop an analysis of the contemporary institutionalization process of the SRN in the state of Pará (North Amazon) by realizing a case study of the forest management practices. Our results are threefold. First, they show the utility of an extended regulationnist analytical framework for studying environmental issues. Second, they highlight the place of the environment in Brazil through the institutional complementarity that is established between the six institutional forms within the accumulation regimes. Third, they indicate that some factors impede the actualization of environmental rules in the state of Pará

Full textThe success of the US innovation model to help start-ups emerge as global leaders has greatly influenced many regulatory changes on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and the external finance of firms in Europe. This study aims to analyze the role and importance of these changes in the organization and performance of software firms. We show that multiple regulatory mutations of IPR have paved the way for some kind of “restricted” patentability of software in Europe. In parallel, via changes in financial markets, they play an increasing role in the growth and development of young innovative companies. In addition, it seems that the strategic use of patents is complementary with software firms’ access to capital markets. We study this complementarity by analyzing the value of patents as signals for IPO markets and their impact in the likelihood of survival of newly-listed companies. We argue that this complementarity may explain the increased importance of patents in a sector where patents are highly controversial. It refers to a particular market selection process and the appearance of winning and losing actors

On tente

Full textThe aim of this dissertation is to deepen the analysis of child labor determinants in Ivory Coast (1985-2002), from various theoretical and methodological points of view. The dissertation is structured in four parts. The first part shows the difficulty of defining child labor. Using statistical data, I describe the labor conditions to which children are exposed in plantations. The second part explores familial determinants of child labor. I examine interactions between child labor and adult labor and I find a very strong complementarity between economic activity of the child and his mother’s work in rural areas. The third part further investigates the nature of the connections between women and children's destiny, through the contribution of anthropological data. The last part examines how institutions impact on the children well-being. This dissertation leads to the conclusion that neither the households’ economic poverty nor the systematic exploitation of the children workforce suffice to explain child labor in Ivory Coast. While the responsibility of poverty is indisputable, multiple dimensions have to be considered (economic, social, access to fundamental rights. . . ). Institutional arrangements are also crucial (coordination failure due to legal pluralism, adult labor markets segmentation…), and can, sometimes indirectly, affect the children well-being

Full textEuropean integration induces multiple dilemmas for trade unions whose repertories of action are normally limited to the scope of the nation state. Free movement of workers and the establishment of a common market for services are among said dilemmas that surface specifically in the context of European multilevel governance of industrial relations. This doctoral thesis examines trade union strategies in Denmark and Sweden in three sectors that address these two dilemmas. Neo-institutionalism, specifically “varieties of capitalism” literature, suggests that responses should be relatively uniform, centred around strong institutional complementarities on the national level, because of the strongly coordinated nature of the Nordic economies and industrial relations model. Our thesis confirms that national institutions play an important role in order to mitigate pressures of economic integration, in the long run. However, based on over sixty semi-structured interviews in Europe, our cases also ascertain an important role for endogenous factors, such as institutional entrepreneurship and strategic capabilities.
