Cet ouvrage démontre le potentiel qu'ont les ligands ambiphiles pour des applications dans des systèmes d'intérêt en activation du lien C-H d'alcanes. La synthèse du complexe Cp*RhMe2(PMe2CH2AlMe2) (Cp* = r*5-C5Me5) est présentée et l'étude de sa réactivité démontre que l'incorporation d'un fragment acide de Lewis dans la sphère de coordination secondaire de l'atome de rhodium influence significativement la réactivité au niveau de ce métal de transition. A series of cationic Rh(I) diphosphine and phosphine-alkene complexes have been isolated and fully characterised. The synthesis of eight fluxional, diamagnetic group 4 complexes MR'(C₄H₆)[N(SiMe₂CH₂PR₂)₂] (M = Hf, Zr; R' = Ph, CH₂CMe₃; R = Me) and (M = Hf, Zr, R' = Cl; R = Me, CHMe₂ has been achieved. Abstract:

La reaction de phospha-wittig permet un acces aise aux complexes de phospha-alcene metal carbonyle. Nous avons montre qu'on pouvait hydrogener la double liaison phosphore-carbone de tels complexes par l'hydrogene moleculaire en presence d'une quantite catalytique de complexe de rhodium. L'usage de deuterium au lien d'hydrogene prouve qu'on a une cis-addition sur la double liaison. Dans certains cas, nous avons constate que l'isomerisation catalytique du substrat en complexe de vinyl-phosphine etait en competition avec l'hydrogenation. Ceux-ci se forment par couples de diastereoisomeres en proportions variables. L'effet sterique de ces phosphines sur le mecanisme de reaction est etudie. D'autre part, lorsque le complexe cyclopentadienyl carbonyle du fer comporte une liaison fer-silicium, fer-germanium ou fer-etain il se produit des interactions conduisant a des inductions diastereotopiques importantes
