COVID-19 infection diagnosed during pregnancy may have an adverse effect on the fetus. The article describes the results of the study of perinatal pathology after coronavirus infection in pregnant women. COVID-19 in early pregnancy is mainly complicated by non-progressive pregnancy, miscarriage, antenatal fetal death, and fetal malformations.
