The article outlines the trends of creating a conflict-Free educational environment. The aim of the work is to provide a theoretical basis for constructive resolution of pedagogical conflicts, which allows teachers to increase the level of conflict tolerance in the education of schoolchildren. Constant changes in the General education system have a direct impact on the teacher’s teaching activities. Constant stress, the effect of psychological burnout, increased emotional load, lead to contradictions and conflicts among teachers. Today, the problem of conflict resolution is more urgent than ev

Armed conflicts have direct and indirect impacts on the natural environment, and climate risks now magnify this harm for dependent communities. Too often, the natural environment is directly attacked or suffers incidental damage as a result of the use of certain methods or means of warfare. It is also at risk from damage and destruction to the built environment, across urban and rural areas. To reduce this harm, parties to armed conflict can integrate legal protections for the environment into their armed forces’ doctrine to reduce damage as they fight. This study highlights the issues in the process of peer assessment in an online environment. As an interactive learning platform, peer assessment will likely lead to conflicts among students, which will hinder the sustainability of peer assessment learning environments. It is still unclear about the particular factors that influence and cause the behavioral conflicts which arise within learning groups and learning environments. To overcome this issue, the current study explores why peer assessment could trigger conflict over a student’s task. The results of a negative binomial regression model

Conflict resolution in context-aware computing is getting more significant attention from researchers as pervasive/ubiquitous computing environments take into account multiple users and multiple applications. In multi-user ubiquitous computing environments, conflicts among user’s contexts need to be detected and resolved. In this paper, the authors propose a series of algorithms to resolve conflict which can be embedded in different context aware applications like context aware devices (say TV, Mobile

Abstract:
This Helpdesk Report is part mapping of the mediation and peacebuilding actors in Tunisia and part review of the available literature. Abstract:
Many wildlife management situations require the disposal of animal carcasses. These can include the lethal removal of wildlife to resolve damage or conflicts, as well as clean-up after mortalities caused by vehicle collisions, disease, oil spills or other natural disasters.
