Abstract:

Abstrak – Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik peran ganda terhadap kinerja dengan dimoderasi stress kerja pada perawat RSUP Sanglah Denpasar. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni non-probability sampling dengan Purposive Sampling. Untuk menguji pengaruh moderasi dari stress kerja data dianalisis dengan menggunakan MRA (ModeratedRegression Analysis). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa stress kerja memoderasi hubungan antara peran ganda pada variabel Work-Family Conflictsebesar (-)0,026 dan Family-Work Conlict sebesar (-)0,025 terhadap kinerja perawat. Akhirnya RSUP Sanglah Denpasar diharapkan dapat membuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan perawat wanita seperti waktu kerja yang fleksibel untuk jenis pekerjaan tertentu, terdapat jadwal kerja alternatif dan kebijakan ijin keluarga.

Abstract:

The article examines the processes of forming stage identity models in the artistic space of cinema that possesses a modeling function, the ability to create new identity types, to influence the formation of a personality and change social relations. A screen art work both reflects the inner identity changes and offers the culture subjects some plausible behavior models for self-identifying in everyday life. By analyzing a number of ilms the author singles out four stages of identity development and deines their main characteristics. The structure and process of identity formation are treated as the result of interaction with culture. The configuration of identity depends on the prevalent cultural system. The notions "Culture 1" and "Culture 2" are revised and such concepts as "product culture" and "conlict culture" are introduced.

Abstract:

Abstract Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict terhadap kinerja karyawan wanita di the sanchaya bintan. Jenis penelitian ini digolongkan kepada penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan wanita yang berkerja di the sanchaya bintan sebanyak 54 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dengan skala likert yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Selanjutnya data dianalisis melalui analisis deskripsi dan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan Program Komputer SPSS versi 20.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Work Family Conlict di The Sanchaya berada pada kategori Cukup dengan persentase 46,30%, 2) Kinerja karyawan wanita di The Sanchaya Bintan berada pada kategori cukup dengan persentase 66.67% . Selanjutnya diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,206 dengan taraf sig. 0,001 < 0,05, maka variabel Work Family Conflict dapat menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Karyawan Wanita sebesar 20.6% dan 79.4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Work Family Conflict, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract:

This paper raises the issue of the opinion of Garut Islamic scholars (ulama) about cash waqf and limited time (mu‘aqqat) of waqf, two issues of waqf are considered as the new problems of waqf for the Indonesian muslims as opposed to their view before. The findings of this study are as follows: 1) Garut Islamic scholars agree that the law of cash waqf is permitted becouse that cash waqf does not conlict with essence of waqf; 2) There are differences of opinion among Garut scholars relating the law of limited time of waqf. Some of them said that this waqf allowed becouse it does not conflict with the meaning and the esssence of waqf, even charitable opportunites for the community will be greater in the presence of limited waqf. Some other scholars consider that limited time of waqf have violated the essence of waqf to be timeless, forever. However, they still consider that there is virtue of this type of waqf, and still allowed conducted with a note its name is not waqf.

The result of this research indicated that: (1) the couses of Dayak, Melayu and Madura ethnics in Sebangki Villages, Landak District, West Kalimantan avoided from conlict are because of the competition of jobsorder are very little. The limitation of physical infrastructures building like: streets, electricity, and telephone or celularphone that can be used for social movement, relatively long distance between village to village and the most of existing government and education institution, as well as institutions of religious, politics, and the family function still are efectif to maintain threir daily social life; (2) social interactional models between Dayak,Melayu and Madura can be conducted through married system, economic activities, institutions: of adat Dayak Kanayatn, social/ education, religious, and politics; (3) the construction ofsocial capital between those etnics is very strong ; (4) the social engineering which conducted by government institution and the existing institutions of: adat, social/ education, religious, politics, and the family function in Sebangki villages are very high. The methods of social control within multicultural ethnics in Sebangki use persuasive and coersief techniques. This techniques may be appropriate because they can give positive responses for the whole people as well as motivate people to have more interactions and consequently tighten the social capital and social integration among ethnics in Sebangki.

Informants selected with purposive sampling. Data collected throught partisipative observation, indeepth interview and study document. The result is illegal parking in Purus started since 2008 and growing in 2013. Conlict is between illegal parking attendants and the owner of the vehicle, where the vehicle owner loses something when parking, conflict is between illegal parking attendant and UPT parking in the process of demolition. Conflict resolution between between illegal parking attendant and the owner of the vehicle is throught conciliation and conflict resolution between UPT parking with illegal parking attendants thrught pursuing cooperation strategy Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konflik pengelolaan parkir liar di Purus Padang. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif analisis. Pemilihan informan mengggunakan teknik purpossive sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi berperan serta terbatas, wawancara mendalam (Indepth Interview) dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa munculnya parkir liar di Pantai Purus berawal semenjak jembatan penghubung dibangun pada tahun 2008 dan berkembang pada tahun 2013. Bentuk konflik yang terjadi dalam pengelolaan parkir liar adalah konflik antara petugas parkir liar dengan pemilik kendaraan, dimana pemilik kendaraan kehilangan barangnya disaat parkir, lalu konflik petugas parkir liar dengan UPT perparkiran dalam proses penertiban. Abstract:

Abstrack Women who are married and decide to keep working will add another role in their lives. Work-family conflict occurs when the roles and responsibilities between work and family are not balanced so that it will cause pressure and conflict that can disrupt the balance between work and one's person. This study aims to examine the effect of job demands (work overload, cognitive demand, and emotional demand), social support husband (emotional support, informational support, instrumental support, and support friendship) and factor demographic on work-family conflict of married bank employees. This study was conducted to 160 bank employees who are married and have children. The sampling technique used is non-probabililty sampling technique that is purposive sampling. The author uses Work-Family Conflict Scale (WFCS) measuring instruments developed by Carlson, Kacmar & Williams (2000), Questionnaire On The Experience And Assessment Of Work from Bakker, Brummelhuis, Prins & Heijden (2011) and husband's social support developed from Sarafino's (2011) social support theory. The validity of measuring equipment using confirmatory factor analysis technique (CFA) with the help of software Lisrel 8.70 and the data analysis using multiple regression analysis techniques with the help of software SPSS 22.0 The results of research using multiple regression analysis showed that all the free variables used significant effect against the work-family conflict with the proportion of variants of 55.4%, while the remaining 44.6% are influenced by variables other than research. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of each variable separately variable indicates that work overload, cognitive demand and emotional demand significantly to work-family conflict in married employees. While the variables of emotional support, informational support, instrumental support, support friendship, working hours, number of children, and age of the last child not significant effect on work-family conflict of married bank employees. Abstract:

Currently, in Ukraine and abroad for the construction of high-rise buildings and structures using pipe-like structures. Wide application of pipe concrete columns is due to their high carrying capacity at relatively smaller overall dimensions due to the blocking of cracking in concrete by a steel clasp. The advantages of concrete columns should include more simplified conditions of technology of manufacturing and installation on their basis of bearing structures of floor covering. Piping constructions consist of steel shells and concrete core. Since the steel pipe mainly provides the bearing capacity of the concrete column, its failure or reduction of stiffness, which is characteristic of the fire under the influence of its thermal factors, leads to destruction. Investigation of fire resistance of concrete structures, which are not protected by flame retardant coatings, showed that a steel clasp during a fire after 15 minutes is heated to a critical temperature of 500 ° C.The use of flame retardant coatings is an effective method of fire protection of concrete constructions, which prevents the rapid heating of steel welds and provides a normalized fire resistance limit for such structures. In this work, studies were carried out on the effectiveness of fire protection of concrete columns with different types of fire-retardant materials - mineral wool slabs, special flame retardants and flame-retardant coatings. For fire protection mineral wool materials were used ROCKWOOL plates of the series "Conlit SL150". Mineral wool plates "Conlit SL 150" consist of fibers of rocks of a basalt group, they can withstand, without melting, temperature more than 1000 ° С. The silica-based adhesive "Conlit Glue" can withstand temperatures above 900 ° C, has good adhesion when bonding Conlit SL 150 mineral wool slabs with protective structures. From the second type of fire-retardant materials, the fire-proof composition "Naktresk" was chosen on the basis of gypsum. The coating is formed in the process due to hardening of the mixture on protected surfaces. The third type of flame retardant materials is the flame-retardant intumessent coating "Pyro-Safe Flammoplast SP-A2".It has been established that with the use of fire protection systems on the basis of mineral wool plates "Conlit SL150" and fire retardant "Nutresc", the fire resistance class of reinforced concrete columns increases from R 15 to R 180. The fire protection system on the basis of the painted paint "Pyro-Safe Flammoplast SP-A2" »Increases fire resistance from R 15 to R 75

Abstract:

El limitado direccionamiento estratégico de la empresa Consorcio de Lácteos de Tungurahua – Conlac-T ha impedido el adecuado crecimiento de su modelo de negocio, por lo cual se plantea indagar la percepción de los socios sobre el rol de la planeación estratégica como instrumento de mejora. Utilizando el enfoque descriptivo, se aplicó una encuesta a los 55 socios del Consorcio. Los datos arrojados indican que es importante orientarse a realizar una mejor gestión y planificación estratégica dentro de la organización. En particular, existe respaldo para la implementación de un plan estratégico en Conlac-T, que, a su vez, permita mejorar el direccionamiento estratégicoy su gestión administrativa.

<em>Violation on human rights in ASEAN untill today still happens in ASEAN. ASEAN as a international organization should be able to settle international conflicts and or national conflicts which affect international society. However, it appears ASEAN seems didn’t take conlicts in its members seriously and didn’t solve the problems. Instead helping member countries, ASEAN silently let ASEAN member countries to finish the cobflicts by itself. ASEAN as an international organisation and economoc regional integration has wider meaning than just an economic integration, its also hold social and integration between its members. Consequences are, ecah members have to realize to solve problems together to reach the AEC and ASEAN goals itself. This research use normative method with conceptual approach and teortical approach to find out why the principle and goals in ASEAN didn’t run corectly. Abstract:

The separation of a binary gas mixture for high feed flow rates such that the E¼ vertical shear layer is nonlinear is considered. Numerical solutions for the velocity field and the temperature within the centrifuge are computed using the method originally described by Bennetts & Hocking (1973). These solutions are inputs to the separation problem which is characterized by a concentration boundary layer also of width of O(E¼). Results are presented for a wide range of parameters and the effect of thermal drive strength is examined in detail. Surprisingly the numerical results indicate that the analytical solution for the separation factor given by Conlisk, Foster & Walker (1983) may be used far outside its strict asymptotic region of validity.

Abstract:

Interference problems of construction processes are especially disturbing due to their big scope of variability, uncertainty and complexity what significantly hinders planning and accomplishing the production processes on the building site. Monitoring of environment (which generates interference) and processes in progress enable to undertake activities aiming at introducing flexibility in managing of processes which may significantly increase the efficiency of systems ensuring quality in building. The described CONLI (CONcrete on‐LIne) system is an effective device of monitoring which enables the transfer of information in real time to different decision‐makers (e.g. site manager, supervision inspector, investor and the like) owing to wireless transmission and hybrid structure taking into account diverse scope of access depending on requirements of maintaining necessary data confidentiality. Santrauka Statybos procesų trikdžiai yra ypač pastebimi dėl savo didelio kintamumo, neapibrėžtumo ir kompleksiškumo. Jie daro dilelę įtaką planavimo ir vykdymo procesams. Aplinkos, sukeliančios trikdžių, ir vykstančių procesų stebėsena sudaro galimybę lanksčiau valdyti procesus, o tai labai pagerina statybos kokybę užtikrinančių sistemų veikimo efektyvumą. Aprašyta CONLI sistema, kuri yra efektyvi priemonė, leidžianti realiuoju laiku keistis informacija tarp įvairių sprendimų priėmėjų (pavyzdžiui, statybos vadovų, techninės priežiūros inspektorių, investuotojų ir pan.), turinčių bevielę duomenų perdavimo sistemą ir hibridinę struktūrą. Sistema užtikrina prieigą prie įvairios apimties informacijos ir garantuoja reikiamą jos konfidencialumą.

Abstract:

El objetivo de este artículo es analizar una práctica de la enseñanza de la historia a nivel bchillerato entorno a la violencia, las guerras esmeralderas y el narcotráico en la Provincia del Rionegro, Colombia. Se trabajó en el aula desde el método etnográico con la propuesta de la doble relexividad, la enseñanza de historia con memoria y las técnicas de observación-inserción. Se retomaron los corridos prohibidos como recurso didáctico para generar conciencia histórica con la rememoración de conlictos situados. Los resultados se organizaron en tres categorías: a) la función del corrido como memoria viva y su valor didáctico; b) memoria comunicativa y entornos cotidianos de la música; c) otros lugares de memoria. Concluimos que: los corridos prohibidos ofrecen memorias sociales alternativas para la enseñanza de la historia en Colombia, que ayudan en la construcción de sentido histórico, favorecen la comprensión del postconlicto y la generación de paz territorial.

La esencia de la extensión universitaria estriba en su carácter de proceso de gestión social que posibilita la intervención de la Universidad en el desarrollo regional y nacional, con miras a llegar a intervenciones al interior del conllicto social y a la búsqueda de soluciones concretas que expresen la idea de desarrollo entendida como cambio social desde la perspectiva de los sectores populares.Naturalmente que esta intervención no debe ser vista como algo puramente coyuntural, sino como un proceso permanente ajustado a la búsqueda de modelos alternativos de desarrollo. Esta concepción de la extensión implica que debe estar estrechamente correlacionada con las funciones de investigación y docencia que cumple la institución universitaria. En el primer caso, a través de investigaciones sobre la realdiad regional y nacional que orienten sobre qué problemas debe actuar la acción de la extensión universiada, y, en el segundo caso, a través de la contextuali-zación de los contenidos de las asignaturas para que el conocimiento pueda aplicarse con intención transformadora.

In this paper, the microstructures with extreme properties are designed through the generalized shape optimization, which is implemented with the help of the smooth curves representation of the level set description and the numerical analyses of the eXtended Finite Element Method (X-FEM) with the fixed mesh work. The parameters of basic level set features are defined as the design variables. To calculate the given effective computation of microstructures, the energy method and homogenization method are physically identical. But the energy method is advantageous in computing efficiency and numerical implementation. Combining with the CONLIN algorithm, the periodic microstructures with the maximum elastic properties are obtained with the flexibility of handling the topological changes and solid-void boundaries. Numerical examples show the great interests in the microstructure design with the level set method and X-FEM.

Abstract:

Silver Russell Syndrome (SRS, MIM #180860) is a rare growth retardation disorder in which clinical diagnosis is based on six features: pre- and postnatal growth failure, relative macrocephaly, prominent forehead, body asymmetry, and feeding difficulties (Netchine–Harbison clinical scoring system (NH-CSS)). The molecular mechanisms consist in (epi)genetic deregulations at multiple loci: the loss of methylation (LOM) at the paternal H19/IGF2:IG-DMR (chr11p15.5) (50%) and the maternal uniparental disomy of chromosome 7 (UPD(7)mat) (10%) are the most frequent causes. Thus far, about 40% of SRS remains undiagnosed, pointing to the need to define the rare mechanisms in such a consistent fraction of unsolved patients. Within a cohort of 176 SRS with an NH-CSS ≥ 3, a molecular diagnosis was disclosed in about 45%. Among the remaining patients, we identified in 3 probands (1.7%) with UPD(20)mat (Mulchandani–Bhoj–Conlin syndrome, OMIM #617352), a molecular mechanism deregulating the GNAS locus and described in 21 cases, characterized by severe feeding difficulties associated with failure to thrive, preterm birth, and intrauterine/postnatal growth retardation. Our patients share prominent forehead, feeding difficulties, postnatal growth delay, and advanced maternal age. Their clinical assessment and molecular diagnostic flowchart contribute to better define the characteristics of this rare imprinting disorder and to rank UPD(20)mat as the fourth most common pathogenic molecular defect causative of SRS.

<p><strong>Effect of water stress on the production and quality of Sonchus arvensis L.</strong></p><p>Study on water stress in Sonchus arvensis L was conducted to improve the quality and production of leaves. Pot experiment was conducted at geen house Bogor Research Institute for Spice and Medicinal Crops from July to November 1996, with 7 kg latosol dry soil of Cimanggu Bogor per pot. Randomized block design with four replications were used. Eight treatments of water stess and casting were applied i.e. (I) 100% field capacity (FC) no casting, (2) 100% FC + casting, (3) 80% FC + casting with water stress started at 30 days alter planting (dap), (4) 60% FC + casting with water stess started at 30 dap, (5) 40% FC + casting with water stress started at 30 dap, (6) 80% FC + casting with water stress started at 50 DAP, (7) 60% FC + casting with water stress started at 50 dap, (8) 40% FC + casting with water stress started at 50 dap. Results showed that chlorophyl content leaf aea, fresh and dry weight of leaves deceased at a water stress of 60% FC strated al 30 dap the higher the water stress the lower the measurement of those parameters, but the higher the content of K and Na. The highest yield of fesh and dry leaves, respectively 53.22 and 4.58 g/plant was produced by the plants treated in 100% PC + casting. The plant treated in 40% FC started at 30 dap resulted in the highest quality of simplisia indicated by the highest content of K (8.2%) and Na (0.227%). With the treatment, K and Na conlent increased by 13.6 and 95.7% espectively and the dry weight of simplisia decreased by 62.9%.</p>

<p>ABSTRACT<br />Fisheries sector is undergoing a crisis in global dimensions for the last few years caused of unsustainable consumption, overfishing, as well as the increasing of pollution and climate change distribution. One of the overfishing area is South coast Java Seas) where this has the potential resources of tuna included Puger waters. Tunas are catched by troll lines around fish aggregating devices (FADs). Increasing population of FADs can effect tuna resources such as: the size and qualities decreased. The results showed that the length of catched tunas were between 40-49 cm, the weights were from 0 to 3.5 kg, and the organoleptics were dominated on 6 scale. These indicated that tunas had the unexpected sizes and exportless. The rising of FADs utilization also contributed to the increasing insidence of conflicts among fishery stakeholders. There were three kinds of conlicts in Puger, such as: latent conflict (shipping crew and TPI), felt conflict (internal shipping crew), and manifest conflict (shipping crew-institution). Development strategy formula was conducted by SWOT analysis. Hal ini disebabkan karena pola konsumsi yang tidak berkesinambungan, overfishing, dan polusi serta perubahan iklim. Salah satu wilayah yang mengalami overfishing adalah Samudera Hindia Selatan Jawa dimana wilayah ini memiliki sumberdaya tuna yang potensial. Wilayah tersebut mencakup Perairan Puger, Jawa Timur. Tuna ditangkap menggunakan alat tangkap pancing dan alat bantu rumpon. Peningkatan rumpon dapat mengakibatkan sumberdaya tuna menurun yang dilihat berdasarkan komposisi ukuran dan menimbulkan konflik diantara stakeholder. Sebagai tambahan, penangkapan tuna oleh armada pancing menunjukkan kualitas tuna yang rendah akibat penanganan yang buruk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi ukuran tuna berada pada selang 40-49 cm dengan berat ikan pada selang 0-3,5 kg. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa tuna memiliki ukuran tidak layak tangkap dan ekspor. Terdapat tiga jenis konflik di Puger, seperti: Latent conflict (Nelayan rumpon dan TPI), felt conflict (antara nelayan rumpon), manifest conflict (nelayan rumpon dan instansi pemerintah). Perumusan strategi pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Abstract:

A computer design package is presented that provides optimum midship scantlings(plating, longitudinal members and frames). Basic characteristics such as L,B,T,Cb, the global structure layout, and applied loads are the requested data. It is not necessary to provide a feasible initial scantling. Within about one hour of computation time with a usual PC or laptop the LBR-5software automatically provides a rational optimum design. This software is an optimization tool dedicated to preliminary design. Its main advantages, in the early stage of design, are ease of structural modeling, rapid 3-D rational analysis of a ship's hold, and scantling optimization. Preliminary design is the most relevant and the least expensive time to modify design scantling and to compare different alternatives. Unfortunately, it is often too early for efficient use of many commercial software systems, such as FEM. This paper explains how it is now possible to perform optimization at the early design stage, including a 3-D numerical structural analysis. LBR-5 is based on the Module Oriented Approach. Design variables are the dimensions of the longitudinal and transversal members, plate thickness and spacing between members. The software contains three major modules. First, the Cost Module to assess the construction cost which is the objective function (least construction cost). So, unit material costs (Euro/kg or $/kg), welding, cutting, fairing, productivity (man-hours/m) and basic labor costs(Euro/man-hour) have to be specified by the user to define an explicit objective function. Then, there is the Constraint Module to perform a rational analysis of the global structure. This structure is modeled using stiffened plate and stiffened cylindrical shell elements. Finally, the Opti Module which contains a mathematical programming code (CONLIN) to solve constrained nonlinear optimization problems with a reduced number of re-analyses. Usually less than 15 analyses are required even with hundreds of design variables and hundreds of constraints. Optimum analysis of a FSO unit (Floating Storage Offloading) is presented as an example of the performance of the LBR-5 tool.
