The results show that Kuwait has a serious problem because of insufficient electrical energy installed and load peaking, which is considered unacceptable. This chapter examines various ways to construct symplectic manifolds and submanifolds. It begins by studying blowing up and down in both the complex and the symplectic contexts. The next section is devoted to a discussion of fibre connected sums and describes Gompf’s construction of symplectic four-manifolds with arbitrary fundamental group. The chapter also contains an exposition of Gromov’s telescope construction, which shows that for open manifolds the h-principle rules and the inclusion of the space of symplectic forms into the space of nondegenerate 2-forms is a homotopy equivalence. This article discusses generality in Gottfried Leibniz’s mathematics. In principle, Leibnizian mathematics has a philosophical-theological basis. From the beginning everything that exists is to be found in an orderly relation. The general and inviolable laws of the world are an ontological a priori. The universal harmony of the world consists in the largest possible variety being given the largest possible order so that the largest possible perfection is involved. After considering the relationship between the value of generality and the harmonies that are at the center of Leibniz’s concern, t

Chapter 11 concerns the contrast effects on knowledge ascriptions. It begins by articulating the epistemic focal bias account according to which the contrast effects amount to false positives. On this basis, it is argued that the epistemic focal bias account fulfills an important desideratum of providing a unified account of the contrast effect and salient alternatives effects. The empirical case for the focal bias account is augmented with a number of experimental results. Moreover, it is related to further psychological considerations and the philosophical anti-contrastivist arguments from C

This paper proposes a linear active disturbance rejection control (LADRC) for gird-connected inverter with LCL filter to deal with parameters variation, internal coupling and external disturbance. Relative degree of plant is used to design LADRC and on the basis of relationship between LADRCs parameters and bandwidth, the parameters tuning are sum up in several guidable points. It is demonstrated that LADRC presents a good dynamic performances, high disturbance rejection and extremely robust to parameters variation in Matlab/Simulink.
