Abstract:
In recent years, peer-to-peer (P2P) systems have become a promising paradigm to provide efficient storage service in distributed environments. Although its effectiveness has been proven in many areas, the data consistency problem in P2P systems are still an opening issue. This article proposes a novel data consistence model, virtual peers-based data consistency (VPDC), which introduces a set of virtual peers to provide guaranteed data consistency in decentralized and unstructured P2P systems. The VPDC model can be easily implemented in any P2P system without introducing any interference to data retrieval. Theoretical analysis on VPDC is presented to analyze its effectiveness and efficiency, and massive experiments are conducted to evaluate the performance of a VPDC model in a real-world P2P system. The results indicate that it can significantly improve the data consistence of P2P systems and outperform many similar approaches in various experimental settings.

Abstract:
There is presented a review of scientific literature characterizing the main directions of modern research of the process of grinding of fibrous semi-finished products of high consistence. Theoretical approaches are described in the study of qualitative parameters of pulp during its processing in knife grinding machines.
Researchers note an increase in the paper-forming properties of the pulp and the physical and mechanical characteristics of the finished product. This paper provides an overview of experimental studies of the high consistence pulp milling process. The effect of high consistence mass grinding intensity on the quality of the finished product is considered, the nature of fiber development when grinding high and low consistence mass is compared. Experimental studies show that an increase in the intensity of exposure when grinding a high consistence mass leads to a decrease in the tensile energy absorption index, and a decrease in the deformation of the paper sheet is also observed with an increase in the grinding intensity. With an increase in the pulp c consistence, a change in the degree of delamination, internal and external fibrillation of the fiber wall is observed. The high-consistence pulp milling process is accompanied by higher specific energy consumption compared to low- consistence pulp milling, but observations at the fiber wall level show a more developed external specific surface area.
This review of the scientific literature will serve as a basis for further research on the grinding of high consistence fibrous materials.

Abstract:
The consistence of performance such as excess loss, coupling ratio and drawing length of fused fiber couplers is poor, even if they are fabricated at the same technical parameters; And the fused temperature provided by gas fluctuates by 5-30°C, while the drawing speed is rather stable. To find out the reason of poor performance consistence, the rheological numerical analysis is carried out under the non-isothermal condition. The effect of technology parameters such as drawing speed and fused temperature on the fabrication process is studied. A conclusion can be reached that it is the fluctuation of fused temperature that induces poor consistence. An electrical resistance microheater is designed and fabricated, and its fluctuation of temperature is by 1.5°C. The performance consistence of fibre coupler is improved greatly with the novel heater.

For the traditional distributed computing system, the related message logging conditions had specified to keep the state consistence among the distributed process. Since many new characteristics are introduced in the mobile computing system, the new sufficient logging requirement for mobile computing has to be specified, to avoid the possible state inconsistence among the mobile nodes and the static nodes during the rollback recovery. Firstly, the related definitions of the inconsistence among the process state and the nondeterministic event were extended in the paper, independent of the specific log-based fault tolerant scheme. Finally, a novel particular logging consistency condition was derived based on the extended definitions and Piece-Wise Deterministic model for the mobile computing system. Abstract:
User modeling is critical for developing personalized services in industry. A common way for user modeling is to learn user representations that can be distinguished by their interests or preferences. In this work, we focus on developing universal user representation model. The obtained universal representations are expected to contain rich information, and be applicable to various downstream applications without further modifications (e.g., user preference prediction and user profiling). Accordingly, we can be free from the heavy work of training task-specific models for every downstream task as in previous works. In specific, we propose Self-supervised User Modeling Network (SUMN) to encode behavior data into the universal representation. It includes two key components. The first one is a new learning objective, which guides the model to fully identify and preserve valuable user information under a self-supervised learning framework. The other one is a multi-hop aggregation layer, which benefits the model capacity in aggregating diverse behaviors. Extensive experiments on benchmark datasets show that our approach can outperform state-of-the-art unsupervised representation methods, and even compete with supervised ones.

Abstract:
Gypsum is an indispensable component of ordinary Portland cement. The main function of gypsum is to regulate the setting time of cement. Gypsum has a great influence on water consumption of standard consistence and strength simultaneously. In this article three cementitious systems are prepared by three main mixed materials: limestone, fly ash and slag. The effect of gypsum content and the relation between gypsum quantity and the fluidity of cement with Marsh cone method are studied. Experimental results show that when the gypsum was added in the three kinds of cementitious system, water consumption of standard consistence decreased obviously, and with the quantity of gypsum increased, water demand for normal consistency reduced first, up to a certain extent tended smoothly. With the increase of gypsum quantity, initial and final setting time had different degrees of extension. While a saturation quantity is achieved, setting time will keep steady. The flexural strength and the compressive strength increased gradually and tended to be stable with the increase of gypsum quantity. When gypsum content exceeded a certain range, compressive and flexural strength decreased gradually. But gypsum content and the mobility of systems had little relativity with Marsh cone method.

Electromagnetic railgun can perform precision strike in long range. It is obtained that the scatter of velocity must be exist because there are many effectors influencing launching process, for example, the manufacturing error, the initial value of launching parameters and uncertainty during launching process and so on. Among these factors, the parameters of armature are easy to adjust to ensure the consistence of velocity. So we attempt to apply Grey Analyzing Model to carry on the study, and then by means of the measurement of strain on the barrel to verify the model. The result shows that the reasonable matching of armature mass and diameter can be helpful to improve the consistence of armature muzzle with the other parameters the same. This method is a new attempt to study the stability and consistence of velocity of solid armature.

Abstract:
The main role of milk and milk products in the technology of confectionery products (chocolates, caramele-candy products, dairy products, spreads, etc.) is to increase the nutritional value of the final product and to influence some sensory characteristics of quality (appearance, consistence/texture, flavor). In this study, mixtures of milk and cocoa spreads of a new composition with increased content of milk components were produced, and then assessed for sensory quality traits, peroxide value, free fatty acid content and the content of heavy metals (lead, cadmium and copper) during storage from 0-30 to 180 days at room temperature (18 - 20?C). The samples were evaluated using the analytical-descriptive sensory analysis (point system) with description of the dominant properties (appearance-color, surface gloss, consistence-spreadability, dynamic property of melting, the consistence in the oral cavity-oiliness and flavor-odor and taste). The results of sensory analysis were statistically analyzed using two-way analysis of variance MANOVA, LSD and Levene's test. Based on the obtained results it can be concluded that the composition of mixtures of milk and cocoa spreads significantly affects all characteristics, whereas the storage time significantly affects the appearance, consistence, i.e. spreadability and taste of the product.

Abstract In the conditions of high competition on the market of food products producers have to carry out a search for new kinds of raw materials in order to diversify the assortment of produced products. Adding raw materials and ingredients of different origin of the composition of dairy products irrevocably leads to the change of quality parameters. One of such parameters is consistence. To control the consistence, it is necessary to check it orgonaleptically and study the structural-mechanical properties of the product under development. In the work, consistence of the samples of a newly developed fundamental fermented dairy product with wheat brans was studied by an organoleptic method and a method of rotational viscometry. The necessity of the conducted studies is conditioned by the fact that using only organoleptic method for the evaluation of the consistence is not always objective as it depends on the skills and qualifications of a specialist who carries out a study. The appliance of the method of rotational viscometry allows describing a model of body flow mathematically, defining effective viscosity and other characteristics. Rheological characteristic were identified with the help of the rotation viscometer Rheotest. The samples of a fermented dairy product with wheat brans were the objects of the study. Their amount in the product was from 0 to 10 %. As the result of the conducted organoleptic and rheological studies of consistence of the samples of the functional fermented dairy product with wheat brans, it was concluded that the new product, depending from mass fraction of wheat brans in the composition, could be referred to a drinkable or eaten by a spoon types. It was found out that according to the flow character the functional fermented dairy product could be referred to pseudoplastic bodies.

Abstract:
The calculation of weigh value and consistency of the judgment matrix of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were studied in this paper. And the study was applied for coal mine safety assessment. Due to the particularity and complexity of the coal mine environment, to make sure the comprehensive assessment for coal mine system safety, analytic hierarchy process was usually used. It is an important problem to solve the weight value and consistency of the judgment matrix when applying analytic hierarchy process. To obtain the weight value and ensure the consistence of the judgment matrix is the main research direction of AHP. The genetic algorithm was applied to calculate the weight value and the consistency of the judgment matrix. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to evaluate the safety condition of the coal mine system with the method of weight value solution in this paper. Case study shows that the calcuation resuts of applying genetic algorithm to calculate idnex weight value is better than additional methods.

Abstract:
In this paper, an error concealment algorithm for lost macroblock (MB), named motion consistence and textural coherence based error concealment algorithm (MCTC), is proposed to meet the requirement of video transmission over error-prone channels. A directional predicted motion vector (MV) set is setup by using the motion consistence between MV co-located in reference frame and the neighboring MVs of the lost MB. To find out an optimal MV from this candidate MV set, a textural coherence based boundary matching (TCBM) criterion is proposed. The experiment results show that the MCTC outperforms the state-of-the-art video error concealment methods in both objective and subjective visual quality.

Abstract:
Abstract The article implores accuracy of statistical estimations of water bodies’ hydro/chemical characteristics used in currently valid regulating documents concerning regulation of non-natural impacts upon water bodies. The authors have considered consistency of equidistributed estimates of values, medians and dispersions both theoretical and practically used distribution functions of hydro/chemical characteristics (ingredients content) of water bodies. Analysis of estimations consistence has been based on Mathcad 13 licensed software use. The calculations performed have demonstrated that the character of the receiving watercourse hydrological regime variability is determinative for consistence of the equidistributed values. With Cv >1 this estimates become inconsistent and errors of their estimates do not decrease with the amount of sampling increase. The authors have as well analyzed (with Mathcad 13) dependence of the root-sum-square uncertainty of the equidistributed values, medians, and dispersions with different functions of the waste water receiving watercourse rate and disposed waste water distributions. It has been shown that median estimations are characterized by incomparably higher statistical stability in comparison with estimations built up on equidistributed characteristics. We have demonstrated unreasonableness of the currently active regulation system with an example of the suspended matters normalization. It is necessary to decrease principally, at least by one order, errors of determination of the suspended alluvium concentration or to increase the value of maximal permissible excess of the alluvium content in the control range in comparison with the background content.

Abstract:
A self-consistence equation describing a superconductor whose normal state is a Luttinger liquid is computed in a rigorous way by renormalization group techniques. The gap and the critical temperatures are quite different with respect to the ones of normal superconductors (i.e. superconductors whose normal state is a Fermi liquid) and in particular, the critical temperature can be quite high for suitable values of the parameters. Such self-consistence equation can be obtained in a BCS mean field theory for a model of two Mattis models exchanging Cooper pairs. The connection of this model with recent theories of high T c superconductivity is briefly discussed.

Abstract:
Safety management system assessment (SMSA) was a hot point in the field of safety management practice and research. But, the weights of safety management system assessment indicators are different in former achievements. In this study, the scores of indicators in ISRS, NOSA, API and Basic Norms for Work Safety Standardization (BNWSS) were referenced to obtain the initial weights of the primary indicators for SMSA. The decision-makers preference for the four methods was settled by means of analytic hierarchy process (AHP). After Kendalls test for consistency of the four methods, the combination weighting was made considering the preference and consistence on the basis of AHP. The rationality of weighting result was evaluated with close degree. The close degree reached 91.0% which was satisfactory.

This study allows the local people as well as planners for the appropriate plans of land use planning in sustainable petroleum station of Wolayita Sodo town, Ethiopia, East Africa. The problem of haphazard location of petrol stations is one of the major difficulties at Wolayita Sodo towns. Due to less scientifically accepted sites and lack of attention to planning standards that has experienced the planning methods are expressed in poor sitting. The main objective of this study is to identify appropriate for locating petroleum stations and assessing existing stations by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) & Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) techniques. This study demonstrates the use of an integrated Idris 17.1 and Arc GIS 10.3.1 are used for to designate petroleum station site in the study area. MCDA consists of a series of techniques that permit a range of criteria relating to a particular issue to be scored, weighted and then ranked by their degree of suitability or importance for locating a particular facility or service to locate the suitable petroleum station site. The thematic maps of these criteria were prepared and standardized using pair wise comparison matrix. A weight for each criterion was given by comparing them with each other according to their importance, the consistence of comparing matrix were checked by calculating the consistence ratio (CR). The consistency ratio of this study indicated that 0.04 which is less than 0.1. Thus, consistent matrix was formed which was acceptable in order to combine all the mapping layers.

This article distinguishes and measures connections between compliance with usability guidelines and the popularity of a Web Site. A few samples of E-Learning Web Sites was studied and its usability score was recorded using an evaluation system which was developed during the study. This score was then tried against five diverse positioning frameworks utilizing Spearman’s Rank connection. The consequences of these tests demonstrate a solid relationship between consistence with ease of use rules and Web webpage ubiquity. The five positioning frameworks too indicated positive relationships to each-other and to the ease of use of the locales. As conclusion, consistence with ease of guidelines could be an approach to accomplish higher Web website prevalence and guest numbers.

Abstract. The project KLIDADIGI of the German Meteorological Service (DWD) systematically rescues historical daily climate data of Germany by keying and imaging. Up to now, daily nearly gap-free precipitation time series at 118 locations for the period 1901–2000 are collected and extended by digitalization of hand-written protocols. To screen the spatio-temporal consistence of these raw data, we apply principal component analysis (PCA) in S (spatial) mode for daily precipitation records as well as for indices such as the number of rainy days above a certain threshold, intensity and absolute daily maximum in monthly, seasonal or annual resolution. Results of this screening test indicate that the PCA is a useful tool for detection of questionable stations and data preprocessing for further quality control and homogenization.

Abstract:
The grease film thickness was measured in fully flooded elastohydrodynamic lubrication, and the influence of rolling speed, load, consistency, base oil type and thickener type on grease film thickness was analyzed. A new calculation model for grease film thickness was established. The results show that the grease film thickness increases with the increasing rolling speed, and then levels off with the amount of thickener in the contact region reaching an equilibrium. The degree of grease film enhancement comparing to its base oil will depend on thickener type and consistency. The larger the atmospheric viscosity and pressure-viscosity coefficient of the base oil, the higher the film thickness of the greases with the same thickener. The grease film thicknesses with the same base oil and different thickeners are determined by the size of thickener particles at the same consistency or concentration. The larger the consistence of the grease, the larger the effective viscosity of the grease at the contact and the thicker the grease film thickness whose base oil has the same type and viscosity along with the same type of thickener. The calculated values by the new model are in good agreement with the measured values.

Abstract:
Abstract. In this study, the influence of disaggregated rainfall products with different degrees of spatial consistence on rainfall–runoff modeling results is analyzed for three mesoscale catchments in Lower Saxony, Germany. For the disaggregation of daily rainfall time series into hourly values, a multiplicative random cascade model is applied. The disaggregation is applied on a station by station basis without consideration of surrounding stations; hence subsequent steps are then required to implement spatial consistence. Spatial consistence is represented here by three bivariate spatial rainfall characteristics that complement each other. A resampling algorithm and a parallelization approach are evaluated against the disaggregated time series without any subsequent steps. With respect to rainfall, clear differences between these three approaches can be identified regarding bivariate spatial rainfall characteristics, areal rainfall intensities and extreme values. The resampled time series lead to the best agreement with the observed ones. Using these different rainfall products as input to hydrological modeling, we hypothesize that derived runoff statistics – with emphasis on seasonal extreme values – are subject to similar differences as well. However, an impact on the extreme values' statistics of the hydrological simulations forced by different rainfall approaches cannot be detected. Several modifications of the study design using rainfall–runoff models with and without parameter calibration or using different rain gauge densities lead to similar results in runoff statistics. Only if the spatially highly resolved rainfall–runoff WaSiM model is applied instead of the semi-distributed HBV-IWW model can slight differences regarding the seasonal peak flows be identified. Hence, the hypothesis formulated before is rejected in this case study. These findings suggest that (i) simple model structures might compensate for deficiencies in spatial representativeness through parameterization and (ii) highly resolved hydrological models benefit from improved spatial modeling of rainfall.
