Abstract:
In this paper, based on several meanings and statements discussed in the literature, we intend constuction a affine plane about a of whatsoever corps (K,+,*). His points conceive as ordered pairs (α,β), where α and β are elements of corps (K,+,*). Whereas straight-line in corps, the conceptualize by equations of the type x*a+y*b=c, where a≠0K or b≠0K thevariables and coefficients are elements of that corps. To achieve this construction we prove some theorems which show that the incidence structure A=(P, L, I) connected to the corps K satisfies axioms A1, A2, A3 definition of affine plane. In all proofs rely on the sense of thecorps as his ring and properties derived from that definition.

RésuméCet article rend compte des travaux en sciences sociales qui se sont intéressés aux sciences et à leur rôle dans la construction des identités sexuées. Il poursuit trois objectifs : introduire à une réflexion sur ce qu’a été dans le passé le savoir sur la différence des sexes et sur ce qui constitue dans différents corpus de connaissances scientifiques le féminin et le masculin, les femmes et les hommes ; repousser au plus loin les frontières communément admises de la naturalité du corps féminin, interroger le « fait » ou le « donné » du sexe – d’autres diraient la matérialité et la discursivité du sexe ; insister sur les façons dont les sciences contemporaines se mêlent et s’emmêlent dans la construction des identités sexuées, en focalisant l’attention sur les travaux qui montrent comment les sciences et les techniques transforment littéralement les corps. Il n’est alors plus seulement question de fabrication des sexes et du genre, mais de redéfinition des frontières et des limites des corps. Au-delà de la contribution historienne à ces réflexions, l’article met en évidence l’affirmation d’un champ de recherche à l’intersection des études de genre et des études sociales des sciences et des techniques qui emprunte à des traditions disciplinaires et méthodologiques et définit de nouveaux objets et de nouvelles manières de faire les sciences sociales.

Résumé Cet article propose d’observer, dans six recueils de Louise Dupré, comment la parole poétique, partagée entre le devoir de mémoire et le désir de l’oubli, aménage la solitude du sujet de telle sorte qu’elle se donne comme espace de construction et d’habitation du paysage, à la fois seuil et lieu de recueillement et d’affranchissement : du temps passé, de l’enfance, du corps vieillissant. Constellée de figures liminales et privilégiant l’usage de la répétition, cette poésie s’installe dans le temps, qui y apparaît d’abord comme seul lieu habitable. Mais en se muant en utopie du présent où s’inscrit le corps, le temps ouvre finalement sur l’espace et fait du corps un lieu de recueillement, permettant au sujet d’intégrer le cycle des morts et des naissances sans succomber à l’angoisse de sa propre mort.

Le savoir sur le corps se construit, pendant l’Antiquité et le Moyen Age, sur la parole et ne donne lieu à des images qu’autour de la moitié du XIVe siècle, quand la dissection commence à s’imposer comme un moyen nécessaire pour la connaissance anatomique du corps. Ce travail veut reconstruire le processus historique par lequel le corps s’approprie une visibilité scientifique et esthétique. La formation du corps en tant que concept linguico-philosophique et la diffusion du savoir anatomique, qui seront traités en utilisant le modèle du métalangage, montrent comment le savoir ancien se transforme et prépare un changement substantiel dans la théorie et dans la pratique. Les premiers traités illustrés, basés sur la dissection, construisent une « méthodologie en images » et forment les prémisses de la « visibilité » que Vésale et ses successeurs donneront au corps humain, montrant ainsi ses significations scientifiques autant que métaphoriques. La relation entre artistes et anatomistes sera aussi envisagée : la leçon d’anatomie en tant que scène de genre clôt ce parcours vers la visibilité anatomique du corps, la représentation du corps ouvert devient dès lors un sujet artistique
During Ancient Times and the Middle Ages, knowledge of the human body was premised not only on its linguistic representation but also, by the middle of the XIVth Century, on the production of images: this was the period when practices of dissection came to the fore as the unavoidable means for anatomical research. My thesis deals with the historical evolution which allowed the body to be seen in a scientific light and gave it aesthetic visibility. Relying on the model of meta-language, I study the transmission of anatomical knowledge and how the human body became both a linguistic and a philosophical concept. Indeed, traditional structures of knowledge changed and thereby prepared an important turning point for the development of theory and practice. The first illustrated anatomical treatises, based on dissection, gave birth to a veritable "imagistic methodology" and prepared the "visibility" that Andrea Vesalius and his followers gave to the human body. This visibility underscores not only the body’s scientific meaning but also its metaphorical potential. I then focus on the relationship between artists and anatomists: the thesis closes with the anatomy lesson as a full-fledged artistic genre which not only gives scientific visibility to the human body but also allows it to be "opened up" as an artistic object

FUNDAÇÃO DE APOIO À PESQUISA DO ESTADO DO RIO DE JANEIRO
Cette recherche a pour but une réflexion sur l intersection entre corps et processus de création dans les parcours de Marcel Duchamp (1887-1968) et Pablo Picasso (1881-1973). Bien qu ils aient vécu le même moment historique, leurs travaux révèlent des conceptions distinctes de l art et indiquent différentes prises de positions sur les plans historique et culturel. Comme les processus de création opératoires qui structurent le travail artistique sont constitués par un ensemble de créations et de transferts de sens qui se constituent et se métamorphosent dans l action de chacun des artistes, cette étude est liée aux impasses et aux possibilités mises en place par les processus de civilisation et de modernisation. La métaphore du corps chez chacun de ces artistes indique des attitudes et des réflexions quant aux notions d adhésion ou de distance très particulières et fécondes pour comprendre l art et de la culture aujourd´hui. Ainsi, comme la formation du symbolique se réfère aussi à la façon dont les hommes s organisent matériellement et économiquement, ainsi qu à l analyse de leurs poétiques et de leurs stratégies diversifiées, nous examinerons surtout sur les conditions modernes du travail, c est à dire, la logique de l émancipation de la notion actuelle de travail et la séparation entre idéation et exécution, liées à l avènement et au déploiement de la modernité. Dans l ´uvre de Pablo Picasso, nous constatons la constitution d´un concept du corps comme métaphore et élaboration de l´espace comme réversibilité. La notion de métamorphose, l assimilation de certains principes constructifs de l art primitif et la relecture de l´histoire de l art élaborent un concept plus élastique de la représentation du corps. À ce mouvement dramatique de reconnecter le corps et l individu fracturés par la modernité à une notion impossible de totalité, Marcel Duchamp interpose un corps devenu marchandise et fragment. À la conception de l art chez Picasso, liée à la position de l homme emmêlé au langage corporel, Duchamp oppose la manifestation du décollement entre le langage et les choses como si telle était la condition elle-même de la création: un texte fracturé.
Esta pesquisa tem como tema uma reflexão sobre cruzamento entre corpo e processo criativo nos percursos de Marcel Duchamp (1887- 1968) e Pablo Picasso (1881-1973). Embora partilhem o mesmo período histórico, suas trajetórias de trabalho revelam distintas concepções de arte, bem como modos diversos de inserção nos domínios históricos e culturais. Como os procedimentos operatórios que estruturam os trabalhos artísticos se ligam a um conjunto de criações e de transferências de sentido que se constituem e se metamorfoseiam na ação de cada artista, este estudo encontra-se vinculado aos impasses e às possibilidades referentes aos processos civilizadores e de modernização. A metáfora do corpo em cada um dos artistas indica atitudes e reflexões quanto às noções de adesão ou distanciamento muito particulares e fecundas para a compreensão da situação da arte e da cultura hoje. Assim como a formação do simbólico também se refere ao modo como os homens se organizam material e economicamente, à análise das poéticas e estratégias diversificadas dos artistas em questão, uniremos o exame das condições do trabalho elaboradas quando do surgimento e desenvolvimento da modernidade, isto é, a lógica da emancipação da noção de trabalho e a separação entre ideação e execução.Tomamos por base o fato da obra de Pablo Picasso e sua noção de corpo fazer metáfora e constituir um espaço de reversibilidade. A partir da noção de metamorfose, da assimilação de princípios construtivos da arte primitiva e da releitura da história da arte, constatamos a elaboração de um conceito mais elástico de representação de corpo. A essa busca dramática de religar corpo e indivíduo fraturados a uma noção impossível de modernidade, Marcel Duchamp interpõe um corpo transformado em mercadoria e fragmento. À concepção de arte em Picasso, do indivíduo enredado à linguagem corporal, Duchamp contrapõe a manifestação do descolamento entre homem e linguagem como se esta fosse a própria condição da criação: a de um texto fraturado.

Constatant la difficulté du droit à saisir et suivre les évolutions de la techno science et de ses applications (bio)médicales, notre étude a pour ambition de présenter une approche nouvelle du « droit de la bioéthique ». Nous proposons donc des éléments de construction d'un droit bioéthique, désignant l'ensemble des règles juridiques relatives aux actions dans le domaine de l'intervention biologique, technologique et médicale de l'homme sur sa propre nature et sur sa propre vie ; l'épithète « bioéthique », viendrait de ce que les règles fondamentales de ce droit seraient issues d'une activité réflexive, plus ou moins institutionnalisée que serait la « bioéthique ». Notre recherche, se situant dans le cadre de la philosophie du droit elle proposera une réflexion sur la notion de personne conditionnant les limites de l'application des sciences. Nous essayerons, de répondre aux questions suivantes : qui est la personne ? Et qu'est-ce que la personne ? Dans un premier temps, nous observerons que la polysémie du mot « personne » permet une approche disciplinaire du sujet étudié, et ainsi, un amoindrissement de la valeur qu'on lui accorde. Aussi proposerons-nous de considérer la personne globale comme le nouveau sujet du droit bioéthique. Une telle approche obligera naturellement à reconsidérer son commencement et sa fin, et naturellement; sa matérialité. Il sera alors temps de répondre à la seconde question « qu'est-ce que la personne ? », et de montrer que le corps ne peut être considéré comme une chose, puisqu'il est l'incarnation de la personne. Comme tel, il est inviolable, même si les nécessités sociales en autorisent l'utilisation à des fins de solidarité et de « fraternité ». Nous conclurons que la bioéthique ne doit pas uniquement être comprise dans le cadre du colloque singulier entre le patient et son médecin, mais qu'au contraire, elle intéresse aussi la société nationale, voire internationale.

L'apparence corporelle est ici envisagee comme resultat d'une construction ou se realise la combinaison concrete des logiques structurelles (contraintes du controle des apparences, des codes, de la mode, de l'economique) et des logiques d'acteurs socialement positionnes (strategies, choix). Cette construction s'elabore a travers le proces de mise en forme de l'apparence du corps dont les divers niveaux sont analyses : pratiques, normes et valeurs. Sont ainsi mis au jour les divers modes de gestion de l'apparence corporelle et les differentes morales qui les soustendent. La dynamique de ce proces est examinee a travers certaines situations sociales quotidiennes (routinieres ou evenementielles) et des definitions qu'en donnent les acteurs sociaux. Est enfin presentee une tentative de theorie de l'apparence corporelle et de ses enjeux. La methodologie generale de ce travail articule plusieurs techniques : de l'analyse documentaire, aux questionnaires, aux entretiens semi-directifs et a l'observation (participante ou non)
Physical appearance is seen here as the result of a construction in which the logic of social structures (the constraints of appearance control, codes, fashion, and economy) is combined with the logic of social individuals (strategies, choices). This construction operates by the "process of fabrication" of the physical appearance, the various levels of which are analyzed : practices, norms and values. As the result, the various ways of "managing" physical appearance and the different morals which lie behind them are brougt to light. The dynamics of this process are examined through a selection of every day social situations (routine or exceptional) and the definitions given to these by the social individuals. Finally the theory of physical appearance and its investment is put forward. The general methodology used in this study was : document analysis, questionnaires, semi-directive interviews observations (participant or not)

Dans les Andes du sud du Pérou, l’être humain-personne n’est pas donné à la naissance ipso facto et une fois pour toutes, il est le « produit » d’une « construction » sociale qui s’étale tout au long du cycle de vie des individus. Né dans un état « d’animalité », de « sauvagerie », le nouveau-né est réputé être saqra. Ce terme fait référence à la sphère du non social, du sauvage et du nocturne et s’oppose à celle de l’humain, du domestiqué et du diurne. Il est donc nécessaire que le nouveau-né sorte de cet état premier pour devenir runa « être humain-personne », homme (qhari) ou femme (warmi). L’objectif principal de cette thèse est de décrire les représentations et les pratiques dont le corps-personne est l’objet au cours du processus de sa construction sociale et culturelle par le biais des rites de passage qui modifient la nature même de l’individu
In the Andes of southern Peru (Cuzco), the human being-person is not given at birth ipso facto, once and for all. It is the « product » of a social « Construction » throughout the life cycle of individuals. Born in a state of « animality » and « wildness », the newborn child is supposed to be Saqra.This term refers to the sphere of non-social, and wild nightlife and it is opposed to the human, domesticated and diurnal sphere. It is therefore necessary for the newborn to be transformed in a social human being-person, man (qhari) or woman (warmi). This process of humanization is obtained throughout the life cycle rituals

Ce texte présente une ethnographie du système chamanique urarina (Amazonie péruvienne). A ces fins, nous décrirons les éléments qui le caractérisent et leru mode de répartition au sein d'un savoir technique et rituel qui se développe à partir de la fonction centrale que ce peuple attribue à la manipulation de particulères substances matérielles - fluides corporels, aliments, teintures végétales, etc. - et immatérielles - pensées, souvenirs, chants, etc. Par ailleurs, nous analyserons les modalités d'accès à la fonction chamanique, caractérisée par une certaine horizontalité et l'absence de restrictions vis-à-vis du genre ou de l'âge, ainsi que par une liberté de partage et de diffusion des connaissances thérapeutiques. Si l'on considère l'étude détaillée de la physiologie urarina et des dynamiques liées à ses fluides, il apparaît évident que ces connaissances du corps et de son fonctionnement permettent de comprendre les actions de transferts et de contamination de substances, tout comme les implications des activités de pensée et de mémoire ainsi que l'ensemble des processus voués à la construction de la personne humaine. En particulier, nous approfondirons l'idée de perméabilité potentielle du corps humain; en effet , celle-ci influence l'exercice de la pratique chamanique lors des premières phases du cycle de vie ou dans le cadre de l'action thérapeutique, tout comme l'acquisition de nouvelles connaissances et leur correcte utilisation par l'individu. Enfin, nous examinerons combien l'intervention chamanique sur ou par le biais des corps impliqués - qu'ils soient humains ou non - est le résultat d'une action complexe de contamination, par laquelle il est possible non seulement d'agir directement sur les composantes matérielles de la personne, mais également d'induire un transfert de sa subjectivité
This text presents an ethnography of the Urarina shamanic system (Peruvian Amazonia). To this end, it describes the elements characterising this system and their mode of distribution at the core of a body of technological and ritual knowledge which is developed from the central function that this people attributes to the manipulation of particular substances; both material - bodily fluids, foods, vegetable dyes - and immaterial - thoughts, memories, chants, etc. In addition, the text will analyse the modalities of access to the shamanic function, characterized by a certain horizontality and the absence of restrictions vis-àvis gender or age, as well as by the freedom to share and spread therapeutical knowledge. If one considers the detailed study of Urarina physiology and the dynamics linked to its fluids, it becomes evident that this knowledge of the body and its functioning permits us to understand the actions of transfer and contamination of substances, as well as the implications of the activities of thought and memory together with the conjunction of processes dedicated to the construction of a human being. In particular, the idea of the potential permeability of the human body will be treated in depth, as this influences the acquisition and correct utilisation of new kowledge by the individual, as well as the exercise of shamanic practice, both during the first phases of the lifecycle and in the framework of therapeutic action. Finally, there will be an examination of the extent to which shamanic intervention on, or through, involved bodies - whether human or otherwise - is the result of a complex action of contamination, by which it is possible not only to act directly upon the component materials of the person, but to induce a transfer of his or her subjectivity

Chez Renault, pour réaliser les études amont, les équipes en charge de la prestation du choc automobile disposent de modèles très simples leur permettant de pré-dimensionner le véhicule. Aujourd'hui, ils sont construits à partir du comportement d'un ou quelques véhicules de référence. Ils sont fonctionnels et permettent le dimensionnement. Mais à présent, l'entreprise souhaite construire ses modèles amont en s'appuyant sur l'ensemble de ses véhicules. En d'autres termes, elle souhaite disposer d'une méthode d'analyse automatique de simulations de crashtests afin de capitaliser leurs résultats dans une base de données de modèles simplifiés.Pour répondre à cet objectif, nous développons une méthode permettant d'extraire des simulations de crashtests les données nécessaires à la construction d'un modèle multi-corps de substitution : CrashScan. Le processus d'analyse implémenté dans CrashScan se résume en trois étapes majeures.La première consiste à identifier l'ensemble des zones peu déformées sur une simulation de crashtest. Cela nous permet de dresser le graphe topologique du futur modèle de substitution. La seconde étape est une analyse des cinématiques relatives entre les portions peu déformées : les directions principales et les modes de déformation (e.g. compression, flexion) sont identifiés en analysant le mouvement relatif. La dernière étape consiste à analyser les efforts et les moments situés entre les zones peu déformées dans les repères associés aux directions principales des déformations en fonction des déformations. Cela nous permet d'identifier des modèles hystérétiques de Bouc-Wen équivalents. Ces modèles disposent de trois paramètres utiles dans notre cas : une raideur, un effort seuil avant plastification et une pente d'écrouissage. At Renault, to fulfill upstream studies, teams in charge of crashworthiness use very simple models to pre-size the vehicle. Today, these models are built from the physical behavior of only one or some reference vehicles. They work and allow to size the project. But today, the company wishes to build its upstream models using all its vehicles. In other words, it wishes to get an automatic method to analyze crashtests simulations to capitalize their results in a database of simplified models.To meet this goal, we decide to use the multi-body model theory. We develop a method to analyze crashtests simulations in order to extract the data required to build a surrogate multi-body model : CrashScan. The analysis process implemented in CrashScan can be split into three major steps.The first one allows to identify the low deformed zones on a crashtest simulation. Then, we can build the topological graph of the future surrogate model. The second step is to analyze the relative kinematics between the low deformed zones : major directions and deformation modes (e.g. crushing or bending) are identified analysing relative movements. The last step is to analyze strengths and moments located between the low deformed zones, viewed in the frames associated to the major directions of deformations in function of the deformations. This allows us to identify equivalent Bouc-Wen hysteretic models. These models have three parameters that we can use : a stiffness, a threshold strength before plastification and a strain of hardening. These parameters can directly be used by upstream studies experts.Finally, we build multi-body models for three different use case. We compare them to their reference over the results they produce for the upstream criteria : models generated with CrashScan seems to grant the precision and the fidelity required to be used during automotive development's upstream phases.To continue this research work and get an industrial solution, there are still some locks to lift, the main ones are : synthesis of any movement into six elementary ones and multi-body synthesis on elements other than beams

Abstract:
Un regard sur la France d'hier et d'aujourd'hui nous montre qu'elle est historiquement une terre d'immigration. Contrairement à l'Allemagne par exemple, la France a connu une immigration continue depuis les temps les plus anciens. L'immigration récente s'est effectuée en deux grandes vagues diamétralement opposées : la première (mi-XIXe siècle à 1939) fut une immigration (Nord-Nord, européenne) majoritairement chrétienne, donc très vite intégrée ; la seconde (Sud-Nord, Afrique, Asie du Sud-Est) par contre, a rapporté avec elle différentes religions (islam, bouddhisme, etc.) et plusieurs cultures, et demeure difficilement assimilable à la culture française. Les premiers immigrés se sont fondus dans le moule français après la seconde ou troisième génération et aujourd'hui sont Français. Ceux de la seconde vague, contrairement à la première, n'arrivent presque pas à se fondre dans le moule français et restent cantonnés dans les habitudes de leurs pays d'origines, accentuées souvent par leurs religions. Or la France est un creuset où se côtoient de multiples nationalités et elle entend être créatrice d'une unique identité, en dépit de la multiplicité toujours possible des variantes : l'identité française dont sont légitimement fiers ceux qui acceptent de s'intégrer dans une société qui les respectent entièrement, s'ils sont capables d'en faire de même en retour.Il est visible que la vague d'immigrés venue du Sud a du mal à trouver sa place dans le pays d'accueil. Cela crée des clivages dus au non respect des lois et la difficile acceptation par certains de la culture française... Si les immigrés parviennent à dépasser les barrières culturelles et religieuses en respectant la laïcité, ils se fondront dans une société capable de respecter leurs croyances et vivront en harmonie avec une France dont la devise républicaine : liberté, égalité, fraternité est une garantie de sécurité et d'avenir. Notre propos est d'étudier le lent processus d'intégration qui s'est instauré et qui joue son rôle au rythme des problèmes qui, peu à peu, se posent et trouveront leur solution, même si le corps social doit prendre plus de temps qu'à l'ordinaire, compte tenu de l'importance des problèmes à traiter. La France est donc confrontée à un défi humaniste de taille. Notre propos est donc d'envisager comment elle parviendra à l'affronter et à le résoudre.

Abstract:
We present a new open-access electronic resource named the Russian Constructicon that offers a searchable database of Russian constructions accompanied by descriptions of their properties and illustrated with corpus examples. The project was carried out over the period 2016–2020 and at present contains an inventory of over 2200 multi-word constructions of Contemporary Standard Russian. We prioritize “partially schematic” constructions that lie between the two extremes of fully compositional syntactic sequences on the one hand and fully idiomatic (phraseological) expressions on the other hand. Constructions of this type are difficult to account for in terms of either lexicon or grammar alone, and are often underrepresented in reference works of Russian. A typical construction in our database contains a fixed part (anchor words) and an open slot that can be filled with a restricted set of lexemes. In this paper we first focus on key characteristics of this resource that make it different from existing constructicons of other languages. Second, we describe how the new interface will be designed and how it will serve the needs of both linguists and L2 learners of Russian. In particular, we discuss various search possibilities relevant for different users and those parameters that are available for specifying the retrieval output. An example of an entry is given to show how the information about each construction is structured and presented. Third, we provide an overview of our multi-level semantic classification of constructions. We argue that our system of semantic and syntactic tags subdivides our items into meaningful classes and smaller groups and eventually facilitates the identification of constructional families and clusters. This methodology works well in turning the initial list of constructions as unrelated units into a structured network and makes it possible to refine and expand the collected inventory of constructions in a systematic way.
