Abstract:
Esta producción colectiva registra la experiencia del área de Educación a Distancia y Tecnologías Educativas (EaDyTE) durante el primer cuatrimestre del 2020, en la Universidad del Chubut, Argentina. Se basa en la experiencia empírica y sin pretensiones prescriptivas, con lo que se busca dar cuenta del compromiso de las personas implicadas, los procesos y las acciones en un momento en el que las opciones pedagógicas (presencial y a distancia) y la finalidad de la educación de nivel superior se encuentran interpeladas. En función de las necesidades percibidas como reales y la visión compartida respecto al ADN de esta institución, la colaboración y el diálogo abierto facilitaron el diseño de diferentes estrategias de acompañamiento ante el desafío de enseñar y aprender en tiempos de crisis

Documentar las violencias contra mujeres en Veracruz en el marco de la contingencia sanitaria, permite conocer el comportamiento de este fenómeno en un periodo histórico en donde se exacerban las problemáticas sociales, particularmente aquellas que conciernen a la población femenina. El propósito de este documento es presentar algunos datos generados por el Observatorio Universitario de Violencias contra las Mujeres en 2020, retomados de medios de comunicación locales y redes sociales, sobre agresiones, desapariciones femeninas, feminicidio y homicidio de mujeres. Nos guían dos ejes de indagación: ¿Cuál fue el comportamiento de las violencias contra mujeres en Veracruz en 2020? ¿Qué diferencia presenta esta información en contraste con los años anteriores?

Abstract:
El artículo se centra en la pregunta: ¿qué determina en forma última lo identitario? Para buscar su respuesta, se realiza primeramente un análisis sobre lo que nos es dado a conocer sobre la realidad en relación a la idea del sujeto moderno y su percepción histórica. Luego se critican dos concepciones fundamentales relativas a la condición identitaria: en primer lugar, aquella que hace del sujeto (persona o colectivo) un hecho de características esenciales; las cuales a veces negadas, otras veces reconocidas y aceptadas, poseen una impronta intrínseca a su “ser” (obviando las posibles mutaciones que pudieran sufrir). En contrapartida, se cuestiona aquella otra concepción, la cual indica que sin poseer características innatas el sujeto es una construcción puramente arbitraria, históricamente determinada por los discursos que la conforman y por ende mutable según el éxito en la imposición general de dichos discursos. El artículo concluye afirmando que toda identidad escapa en última instancia a todo deseo proyectual.

La pandemia del Covid-19 y la medida sanitaria adoptada mediante el confinamiento de la población a nivel global con diferentes grados e intensidades para tratar de controlar los contagios han afectado prácticamente a todos los sectores de la población y a las formas y maneras de desarrollar el trabajo. A escala global, las medidas de confinamiento han supuesto, al mismo tiempo, el cierre de los centros educativos en todos sus niveles. Dicha medida ha impulsado, en su mayoría, que la educación pasara de la modalidad presencial a la modalidad online. Los organismos internacionales recomendarían el desarrollo de protocolos de contingencia y adaptación de la docencia a las Instituciones de Educación Superior. En este sentido, las universidades públicas españolas, ante el inminente inicio de curso, han desarrollado sus planes de enseñanza y de contingencia para el curso 2020-21 siguiendo las recomendaciones del Ministerio de Universidades. El objetivo del estudio fue identificar qué modalidades de enseñanza presencial, mixta u online han propuesto las 50 universidades públicas españolas. Para ello se empleó la metodología del análisis de contenido cualitativo sobre más de 50 documentos ubicados en las páginas web de las universidades que permitirían la elaboración de una serie de categorías para clasificar las metodologías en los diferentes escenarios presentados por las universidades. Las principiales metodologías empleadas por las universidades públicas en la actual “nueva normalidad” han sido la modalidad mixta y la modalidad presencial segura adaptada previendo transitar a la modalidad online si la situación sanitaria lo exige.

Estos fueron desde el entrar en contacto con el servicio de videoconferencia Google meet, y hacer uso de la plataforma Google drive, así como el de enfrentar el problema de estar en una sesión en la que no se puede observar a los alumnos y no poder hacer uso del pizarrón.</span></p>

Abstract:
La relación persona-objeto resulta una fórmula constante y, tal vez por ello, invisible en nuestras actividades cotidianas. Me propuse aproximarme reflexivamente a esa relación, enfocándome en la tríada percepción-mano-objeto. Esta investigación se origina a partir de una metodología de escala doméstica que he explorado en mi trabajo y que consta de tres etapas, no necesariamente consecutivas o lineales: experiencia-experimento-conocimiento. Como resultado surgieron collages fotográficos que exploran la percepción táctil en el espacio cotidiano. La idea central fue generar estudios/especulaciones con la cultura material originada/adaptada en la contingencia doméstica, sopesarla como una ingesta que fluctúe en sus propósitos originales, atendiendo mayormente a sus periferias funcionales o cognitivas, quedando al servicio del instante lúdico experimental o a una especie de didáctica opaca. Aquí solo doy cuenta de algunas de estas posibilidades, entendidas como posibilidades de organizar mi experiencia con el mundo material.

Abstract:
En este artículo se exponen cinco tópicos de una investigación realizada con alumnos de la Licenciatura en Música del Instituto de Artes (IA) UAEH. Se aplicó un cuestionario durante el primer periodo de la contingencia sanitaria en México (abril 2020), llamado “Experiencias educativas durante la emergencia sanitaria por Covid-19”. En esta ocasión se presentan las respuestas de 93 alumnos del IA a cinco cuestiones relacionadas con: 1) la movilidad geográfica que tuvieron los alumnos, 2) la edad de la población estudiantil encuestada, 3) los instrumentos musicales que estudian con relación al impacto de esa movilidad, 4) situaciones que dificultaron sus actividades escolares y 5) de que tipo fueron estos problemas para realizar el trabajo académico a distancia. Las respuestas reflejan algunas situaciones reales que los alumnos enfrentaron durante dicho periodo y que probablemente todavía pueden estar viviendo con la prolongación de la contingencia durante el segundo semestre del año 2020. A través de un análisis sistemático, el estudio pretende dar herramientas para mejorar estrategias institucionales y académicas que ayuden a solventar la falta de preparación para enfrentar la crisis sanitaria en el ámbito de la Educación Superior en el área de música.

Abstract:
Las Tecnologías de la información y la comunicación en el sector educativo tienen una relevancia importante en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de los estudiantes y en el conocimiento de las competencias para la vida. El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar el uso de las TIC como herramientas de aprendizaje ante la contingencia COVID-19 en los alumnos de la Facultad de Contaduría y Administración de la Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua en México. La naturaleza de esta investigación fue cuantitativa y el tipo de investigación fue de forma aplicada, el alcance fue descriptivo y la investigación de campo, el diseño fue no experimental transeccional descriptivo, la técnica de recolección de información fue mediante un cuestionario. Los resultados revelaron una correlación positiva hacia las tecnologías de información y comunicación, que se evidencia en diferentes aspectos examinados: estilo de aprendizaje, dominio en el uso de las TIC, redes sociales, programa educativo, nivel de satisfacción de contar con los recursos tecnológicos apropiados, entre otras; en todas ellas se manifiesta una predisposición favorable. Las ventajas que los estudiantes consideran con el uso de las TIC son la disponibilidad de información y aprendizaje colaborativo. De las desventajas que se identificaron fueron las fallas en la conexión de Internet, tienen acceso a muchas distracciones durante la clase y consideran que tienen un menor aprendizaje. Uno de los hallazgos más importantes de esta investigación fue que los estudiantes tienen muy buen dominio de las TIC para manejar las herramientas tecnológicas utilizadas durante la contingencia sanitaria del COVID-19.

Abstract:
La declaración mundial del resguardo social debido a la pandemia por COVID-19, rompió con el confort social presumiblemente gestado después de la segunda guerra mundial, estimulando la conciencia global hacia aspectos fundamentales de la subsistencia humana, como el incremento demográfico, la polución global del aire y el agua, la explotación de recursos agroalimentarios, los problemas globales de salud, las estrategias limitadas hacia la sustentabilidad así como la escases de políticas públicas para el bien social tanto en salud como en medio ambiente. La presente investigación tiene por objetivo evaluar las acciones llevadas a cabo por la población para el cuidado del agua y manejo de residuos orgánicos durante la Contingencia 2020. El método científico empleado es de tipo “Mixto” (cualitativo y cuantitativo) Observacional-Prospectivo basada en la teoría de causa-efecto con la finalidad de establecer patrones de comportamiento entre la población y la interacción sociocultural con el elemento muestra. La recolección de los datos para análisis se llevó a través de la encuesta virtual nombrada “Contingencia 2020: acciones para el medio ambiente y un desarrollo sustentable más humano” ejecutada a través de Google® Forms difundida a través de las principales redes sociales actuales. Se logró un total de 3,125 respuestas mayormente por mujeres, entre los 21 y 30 años, en zonas urbanas, en la región centro de la república mexicana. Se aplicó un análisis estadístico por Componentes Principales (CP) del cual se obtuvo una varianza total de 57.29% con 13 CP que lo explican, para posteriormente aplicar un Análisis Clúster (AC) identificando sus principales diferencias a través de 5 grupos mediante el método de Ward´s. La implementación internacional de “La Contingencia 2020” cambio el enfoque perceptivo y de conciencia en la participación de la sociedad sobre los cuidados del medio ambiente y el desarrollo sustentable a través de la protección específica del agua y la reutilización de residuos orgánicos. Afirmando que a mayor protección del medio ambiente mayor apego a los cuidados de la salud individual y viceversa. La conciencia ambiental que atrajo esta investigación contribuye directamente a la participación activa de la sociedad, para conseguir un Desarrollo Sustentable más Humano, el cual indudablemente atraerá beneficios a la salud individual y colectiva.

Abstract:
Sidman's (2000) theory of stimulus equivalence states that all positive elements in a reinforcement contingency enter an equivalence class. The theory also states that if an element from an equivalence class conflicts with a programmed reinforcement contingency, the conflicting element will drop out of the equivalence class. Minster et al. (2006) found evidence suggesting that a conflicting element does not drop out of an equivalence class. In an effort to explain maintained accuracy on programmed reinforcement contingencies, the authors seem to suggest that participants will behave in accordance with a particular partitioning of the equivalence class which continues to include the conflicting element. This hypothesis seems to explain their data well, but their particular procedures are not a good test of the notion of "dropping out" due to the pre-establishment of equivalence classes before the conflicting member entered the class. The current experiment first developed unpartitioned equivalence classes and only later exposed participants to reinforcement contingencies that conflicted with pre-established equivalence classes. The results are consistent with the notion that a partition developed such that the conflicting element had dropped out of certain subclasses of the original equivalence class. The notion of a partitioning of an equivalence class seems to provide a fuller description of the phenomenon Sidman (1994, 2000) described as "dropping out" of an equivalence class.

Se aceitarmos um sistema filosófico sem contingência, estaremos defendendo um sistema necessitario. Como tal, nele não há espaço para o exercício da liberdade. Sem liberdade não há espaço para a ética, para o direito ou para a história. Não obstante a acusação de que Hegel defenda uma concepção de mundo necessitarista, seu sistema filosófico corretamente interpretado deixa espaço para a contingência e assim para a liberdade do homem. Hegel coloca na verdade, no segundo livro da Ciência da Lógica, contingência e necessidade como duas faces de uma mesma moeda.<br>Man’s freedom of choice, presupposed by ethics, requires contingency. If we accept a philosophic system without contingency, we will be defending a necessitarian system. And in it there is no place for the exercise of freedom. Without freedom there is no place for ethics, for rights, for history. Despite Hegel’s statement defending a necessitarian conception of the world, his philosophical system correctly interpreted leaves place for contingency and therefore for Man’s freedom. In fact, Hegel states in his second book Science of Logic that contingency and need are two sides of the same coin.

Cette thèse contribue à une sociologie historique du surgissement révolutionnaire en Égypte, à travers une approche localisée et à l'échelle individuelle. Le surgissement révolutionnaire renvoie à une séquence d'interactions dont l'issue, contingente, peut donner lieu à un basculement général de l'ordre politique. Afin de rendre compte des mécanismes concrets dont sont faits ces séquences, cette recherche se fonde sur l'étude des engagements de révolutionnaires et de novices dans la deuxième ville d'Égypte, Alexandrie, lors de la « révolution du 25 janvier 2011 ». Ces engagements sont analysés à l'aune des transformations politiques, économiques et culturelles que l'Égypte a connues depuis les années 1980 et, plus précisément, le renouveau protestataire qui marque la décennie 2000. Faisant usage d'une multitude de sources et de données (entretiens, observations, traces numériques, revues de presse, corpus de photographies et de vidéos), cette thèse permet de renouveler notre compréhension des phénomènes révolutionnaires et de la manière dont ils émergent. Plus précisément, on y voit comment, à rebours des analyses globalisantes et réifiantes des processus révolutionnaires, on ne peut comprendre la dynamique d'émergence d'une crise sans en revenir aux paramètres situationnels et, surtout, aux dynamiques locales de chaque cas. Par ailleurs, en focalisant l'attention sur la ville d'Alexandrie, cette thèse contribue à ouvrir un chantier de recherche sur cette grande métropole méditerranéenne qui reste sous-étudiée<br>This thesis contributes to a historical sociology of revolutionary emergence in Egypt, through a localized and micrological approach. The revolutionary emergence refers to a sequence of interactions, always contingent, which can give rise to a sudden breakdown of a political regime. ln order to give an account of the concrete mechanisms constituting these sequences. This research is based on the study of the careers of revolutionaries and novices in Egypt's second city, Alexandria, during the "revolution of 25 January 2011". These political commitments are analyzed in the light of the political, economic and cultural transformations that Egypt has undergone since the 1980s and, more specifically, the renewal of protest activities that marked the decade 2000. Using a multitude of sources and data (interviews, observations, digital traces, press reviews, photographs and videos), this thesis allows us to renew our understanding of revolutionary phenomena and how they emerge. More precisely, we see how, against the background of globalizing and reifying analyses of revolutionary processes, we cannot understand the dynamics of the emergence of a crisis without returning to the situational parameters and, above all, to the local dynamics of each case. Moreover, by focusing attention on the city of Alexandria, this thesis contributes to opening a research avenue on this important Mediterranean metropolis which remains under-studied

It is proposed to analyze the speculative ancestry between these two periods in order to show the possibility of being-for-itself to be guided by a profile more optimistic, one can find the ontological project articulated the theory of engagement. The starting point is the contingency, we launched-in-world, everything is contingent, this notion opposes the inflection of necessity in which the world can only be originated by consciousness. The phenomenal world is there before our eyes to be discovered, to be intended by consciousness. In Sartre, it does not put the primacy of being teleological knowing, in the sense that there is no essence fanning existence, consciousness occurs through a process of emptying the "decompression" of being; solved if the ground under the bias is essentialist " kicked out "of consciousness, then, at least, Sartre would be proposing a kind of fundamental crisis and this criticism culminated with what he calls ontological anguish or despair. There is no reason to live, life would refer to total failure, to nothing, its absurdity. With the reality of the world, the circumstances, the facticity and contingency, after all, always precede the existence of the essence. Philosophically arises existence in terms of subjectivity and great thinkers have proposed to articulate precisely the way in which we can know not only the world, but the man in his ontological context and, in the case of Sartre's thought, this occurs in his ontology for the rule of existential phenomenological actualism, which will always answer the fundamental design of the evidence to choose life in the form of free project while not the world be made of other consciousnesses, each subject does not act in your project solitarily, and questioning the intersubjectivity, of being-for-another, in his presence, leads to the action conflicted because the being-for-another aims the restriction of freedom that does not belong. Note also sharp distinction as the author think the conception of subjectivity in the ancestry of his works (Being and Nothingness and Critique of Dialectical Reason). Although talk of radical change, the route undertaken by Sartre is nothing more than the necessary maturity and convergent adaptation his existentialism, pouring for some optimism, which can only be understood in terms of engagement. This innovative concept goes beyond a design centered on sympathy or antipathy to targeting policy, but the final understanding of Sartre is the resumption of authenticity and its confluence ethics, intending to blame the individual in recognition of their project. Optimism is not lyrical, much less prosaic, is immanent and present, the being-for-itself is coated this "power" to transgress the cases put, resigned to any attempt to dogmatize or substantiate the reality of human hampering their freedom first to make yourself as being-possible.<br>O intento desta dissertação consiste em analisar a passagem da filosofia do nada à filosofia da práxis em Jean-Paul Sartre. Propõe-se analisar a ascendência especulativa entre os dois períodos, procurando evidenciar a possibilidade de o ser-Para-si orientar-se por um perfil mais otimista, um encontro possível do projeto ontológico articulado pela teoria do engajamento. O ponto de partida é a contingência, estamos lançados-no-mundo, tudo é contingencial, esta noção contrapõe-se à inflexão da necessidade na qual o mundo só pode ser originado pela consciência. O mundo fenomênico está aí diante de nossos olhos para ser descoberto, para ser intencionado pela consciência. Em Sartre ela não se reveste pela primazia teleológica de ser cognoscente, no sentido de não haver nenhuma essência ventilando a existência, a consciência ocorre por um processo de esvaziamento, de descompressão do ser; se o fundamento equacionado sob o viés essencialista é expulso da consciência, então, no mínimo, Sartre estaria propondo uma espécie de crise fundamental e tal crítica culminaria com aquilo que ele chama de angústia ontológica ou desespero não havendo razão para viver, a vida remeteria ao fracasso total, a nada, a sua absurdidade. Com a realidade do mundo, das circunstâncias, da facticidade e da contingência, a existência sempre precederá a essência. Filosoficamente se coloca e existência em termos de subjetividade e os grandes pensadores se propuseram a articular rigorosamente a maneira pela qual poderemos conhecer, não somente o mundo, mas o homem em seu contexto ontológico e, no caso do pensamento sartriano, isto ocorre de sua ontologia para o primado do atualismo fenomenológico existencial, que sempre atenderá ao projeto fundamental na evidência de a vida escolher-se em forma de projeto livre. Não obstando o mundo ser constituído por outras consciências; cada sujeito não age no seu projeto solitariamente, e a problematização da intersubjetividade, do ser-Para-outro, na sua presença, desemboca na ação conflituosa porque o ser-Para-outro tem por finalidade o cerceamento da liberdade que não lhe pertence. Nota-se ainda distinção acentuada na forma de o autor pensar a concepção da subjetividade na ascendência de suas obras (O ser e o nada e a Crítica da razão dialética). Embora se fale em mudança radical, o percurso empreendido por Sartre nada mais é que o amadurecimento necessário e convergente da adaptação de seu existencialismo, vertendo para certo otimismo, o qual só pode ser compreendido em termos de engajamento. Este conceito inovador vai além de uma concepção centrada na simpatia ou antipatia à segmentação política, mas o entendimento final de Sartre é a retomada da autenticidade e de sua confluência ética, tencionando responsabilizar cada indivíduo no reconhecimento de seu projeto. O otimismo não é lírico, muito menos prosaico, é imanente e atual, o ser-Para-si está revestido deste poder de transgredir as situações postas, resignadas a toda tentativa de dogmatizar ou fundamentar a realidade humana obstando de sua liberdade primeira, de fazer-se enquanto ser-possível.

Disertacijos tikslas – pasiūlyti ryšių struktūros tarp kategorinių požymių įvertinimo metodą tuo atveju, kai turime didelės dimensijos duomenų rinkinius ir išsklaidytas dažnių lenteles, t. y. kai daugumoje dažnių lentelės ląstelių yra mažas stebinių skaičius arba jos yra tuščios. Ši situacija iliustruojama DNR genetinių sekų statistine analize. Disertaciją sudaro įvadas, trys pagrindiniai skyriai, išvados, naudotos literatūros ir autoriaus publikacijų sąrašai. Įvadiniame skyriuje pristatoma tiriamoji problema ir jos aktualumas, aprašomas tyrimų objektas, formuluojamas darbo tikslas ir uždaviniai, aptariamas darbo mokslinis naujumas bei ginamieji teiginiai. Įvado pabaigoje pateikiami autoriaus pranešimai konferencijose disertacijos tema. Abstract:
Iran’s constitutional revolution of 1906 is arguably the most significant turn toward the secular in its modern history.1 I start this investigation by making a conceptual distinction between secularism and secularity.2 Here, secularism is defined as the ideologically-driven separation of religion and state according to an agenda, a blueprint, a model, that could be indigenously, or externally informed and is achieved with the assistance of the modern state and explicit political motivations. Secularity, on the other hand, is expressed in terms of a non-ideological separation that comes about unintentionally. In some accounts, this separation may take on evolutionary connotations in terms of the natural separation of functions as a result of the growing complexity of a natural organism or social system. What I have in mind here is a separation of functions that is agent-driven but the secularity that emerges is both unintentional and unideological.

The purpose of the chapter is to illustrate instructional models that were implemented by Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy to comply with COVID-19 social distancing restrictions. While the second half of Spring 2020 was completely online (statewide shutdown), the university remained open in a hybrid manner for the 2020-21 academic year. There are three sections in the chapter: didactic, interprofessional, and advanced pharmacy practice experiences. The didactic section discusses course delivery methods and active learning, office hours, remote testing, student feedback, and contingency planning. The interprofessional section illustrates some of the school's synchronous and asynchronous interprofessional learning activities before and during the COVID-pandemic, as well as interprofessional education assessment methods. The last section of the chapter discusses how advanced pharmacy practice experience “direct patient care” was redefined, examples of the experiences, and contingency plans that were put into place to ensure on-time graduation for the classes of 2020 and 2021 pharmacy students.

Televisual alternate history texts concern themselves with not with history per se but rather the individual, agency, and self-contingency. In televisual texts including An Englishman’s Castle (miniseries, 1978), Sliders (1995–2000), Charlie Jade (2005), Fringe (2008–13), and Continuum (2012–15), individual characters are presented as being able to affect events by contingency—that is, an event that may occur but that is not certain to occur—and agency, or the capacity to act or exert power. History is used in only the most general sense to permit displacement; alternate worlds are a mode of this displacement. Contingency is used as a narrative and temporal construction to frame agency. Televisual alternate histories control the narrative so as to permit characters’ agency to permit causal, contingent events, resulting in a sort of feedback loop of contingency and agency.

Objetivos: Caracterizar la conducta suicida en drogodependientes ecuatorianos según edad, sexo, vínculo laboral, tipo de droga consumida, tiempo de consumo, edad de inicio de consumo y correlacionarla con la dualidad. Materiales y métodos: Estudio transversal con 922 pacientes drogodependientes que han sido ingresados en la Unidad de Conductas Adictivas (UCA) del Instituto de Neurociencias de Guayaquil (INC) en el periodo 2010-2016. Resultados y conclusiones: las variables sexo, edad, ideas suicidas, nivel escolar y experiencias homosexuales, tuvieron una relación significativa o muy significativa al 5% con la variable intentos de suicidio. Aplicando las tablas de contingencia y el estadístico Chi-cuadrado no se observaron relaciones significativas entre Intentos de Suicidio (Sí o No) con Trastornos psiquiátricos (Sí o No) y Sexo (M, V). La probabilidad de que SI haya tenido Intento de Suicidio SI tuvo algún tipo de Trastorno psiquiátrico fue de 0.381 y la probabilidad de que NO haya tenido Intento de Suicidio SI tuvo algún tipo de Trastorno psiquiátrico fue de 0.378. Al agregarse la variable SEXO al análisis la probabilidad de que SI tuvo Intento de Suicidio siendo MUJER que SI tuvo algún tipo de Trastorno psiquiátrico fue de 0.470, la probabilidad de que SI tuvo Intento de Suicidio siendo VARÓN que SI tuvo algún tipo de Trastorno psiquiátrico fue de 0.362, la probabilidad de que SI tuvo Intento de Suicidio siendo MUJER que NO tuvo algún tipo de Trastorno psiquiátrico fue de 0.444 y la probabilidad de que SI tuvo Intento de Suicidio siendo VARÓN que NO tuvo algún tipo de Trastorno psiquiátrico fue de 0.365. En el caso de los varones, las probabilidades fueron prácticamente invariantes. En el caso de las mujeres, la probabilidad de que tengan intentos de suicidio dado que tienen algún tipo de trastorno, se incrementa en cerca de 3 puntos.

La estrategia se desarrolla mediante el diseño e implementación de comunidades académicas virtuales de aprendizaje y de práctica, en la plataforma Yammer de Office 365. Dentro de ellas, la Comunidad Consúltele a un Colega, con participación promedio de 1700 profesores (bajo el modelo de Competencias). Sin embargo, la emergencia sanitaria provocada por el Covid-19,y luego de la resolución rectoral 2390 que establece la clase renta, virtual, como respuesta inmediata al confinamiento en respuesta a la propagación de virus, determinó un ajuste de esta Comunidad de tal manera que con base en el conocimiento que los profesores tenían de la misma(están navegando en ella para apropiación del modelo educativo desde el 2016), la interacción virtual multicampus que allí se ha desarrollado entre profesores(1700 bajo el modelo educativo, lo que con la directriz implicaba vincular 1300 faltantes), sirviese de eje articulador para diseñar, discutir, apropiar e implementar dos directrices académicas dadas desde la vicerrectoría académica como soporte al desarrollo de la clase remota: las Guías de Trabajo Independiente del Estudiante y Propuesta De Evaluación, para el periodo comprendido entre marzo y junio del 2020. The purpose of this paper is to present the innovative reliability modeling of Petrobras 2010 integrated gas supply chain. The model represents a challenge in terms of complexity and software robustness. It was jointly developed by PETROBRAS Gas &amp; Power Department and Det Norske Veritas. It was carried out with the objective of evaluating security of supply of 2010 gas network design that was conceived to connect Brazilian Northeast and Southeast regions. To provide best in class analysis, state of the art software was used to quantify the availability and the efficiency of the overall network and its individual components (such as gas processing units, city-gates, compressor stations, pipelines). The study requests, as input, a lot of information, that should be provided from different sectors of Petrobras, since it is supposed to depict reliability performance of all gas supply chain players. Information such as 2010 design configurations, gas offer and demand profiles, shedding priority, pressure delivery conditions, supply contract and associated penalties, commodity prices, etc., should be raised and addressed. More than twelve processing plants were modeled, in a detailed manner, and have their performance indicators compared. Different gas sources were considered in the study, such as offshore platforms, onshore fields, Bolivia pipeline and LNG ships. Detailed failure probability and repair data were addressed. Contingency plans, for each identified scenario, were made, in order to evaluate probable losses that constitute an input for the reliability modeling. Therefore, two additional software’s were used for their validation: - Pipeline studio – TGNET (from Energy Solutions), to check pressure conditions; and an in-house Petrobras software (PLANAGE), used for best gas allocation purposes. Experienced operational team opinion was incorporated on that contingency plans elaboration. This work constitutes a powerful tool for Petrobras planning and optimization of gas supply chain future configurations. Abstract:
La población de la República Dominicana envejece de manera sostenida desde las primeras décadas de este siglo y las proyecciones indican que esta tendencia se acentuará en las próximas décadas. Se estima que en el año 2050 las personas de 65 años y más representarán el 16% del total de la población dominicana, en tanto, las personas de edad extrema (80 años y más) constituirán el 4,2% (ONE, Estimaciones y proyecciones de población 1950-2050). La transición demográfica trae consigo un aumento en la cantidad de personas con dependencia funcional; esto es, que necesitan ayuda para realizar las actividades de la vida diaria. Datos de 2013 permiten estimar que al menos el 10% de las personas mayores de 60 años presentan dificultades para realizar al menos una actividad básica de la vida diaria, como comer, bañarse, o vestirse, porcentaje que aumenta a 27% entre los mayores de 80. A pesar de esto, la vejez continúa siendo un asunto privado, cuyas contingencias se resuelven en las redes familiares de alimento y cuidado. El Estado se hace cargo de la atención de la dependencia en los casos de personas mayores en situación de pobreza extrema y sin familia capaz de ofrecer sostén. La capacidad de comprar servicios privados de calidad es también limitada, debido a los altos niveles de pobreza entre la población adulta mayor del país, consecuencia entre otras cosas de un sistema de seguridad social con bajos niveles de cobertura y suficiencia. La presente nota técnica analiza las necesidades de servicios de atención a la dependencia por parte de la población adulta mayor en República Dominicana y las maneras en que estas necesidades son cubiertas, incluyendo el rol del sector público y privado en la provisión de servicios. La nota es parte de una serie de estudios sobre envejecimiento y servicios de cuidados para personas con dependencia llevada a cabo por el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo y el Programa de la Unión Europea EUROsociAL.
