Abstract:
This research aimed to describe Customer-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (CO-OCB) on the employees of the railway transportation service provider in Jakarta, Indonesia. A survey research was conducted by distributing the questionnaires to the employees and conducting a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The sampling was taken by using a convenience sampling technique. The participants were 161 employees from different job levels. Consisting of managers, supervisors, and staff. Data analysis, the researchers used descriptive statistics analysis and inferential analysis with the Kruskal Wallis test by using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software for Windows 21.0 and theme analysis. The results show that generally, the respondents have high COOCB. Then, the result of the inferential analysis shows that there are significant differences among CO-OCB. The dominant dimension shown by the employees is organizational compliance, followed by other dimensions such as sportsmanship, helping behavior, self-development, civic virtue, individual initiative, and organizational loyalty. The results also suggest that CO-OCB on the employees is influenced by individual characteristic factors like working attitude, and contextual factors.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT CS1 pili are important virulence factors of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli strains associated with human diarrheal disease. They are the prototype for a family of pili that share extensive sequence similarity among their structural and assembly proteins. Only four linked genes, cooB, cooA, cooC, and cooD, are required to produce CS1 pili in E. coli K-12. To identify amino acids important for the function of the major pilin CooA, we used alanine substitution mutagenesis targeting conserved residues in the N and C termini of the protein. To test function, we examined cooA mutants for the ability to agglutinate bovine erythrocytes. Each hemagglutination-negative (HA−) cooA mutant was examined to identify its assembly pathway defect. CooA has been shown to be degraded in the absence of CooB (K. Voegele, H. Sakellaris, and J. R. Scott, Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 94:13257-13261, 1997). We found several HA− cooA mutants that produced no detectable CooA, suggesting that recognition by CooB is mediated by residues in both the N and C termini of CooA. In addition, we found that alanine substitution for some of the conserved residues in the C-terminal motif “AGxYxG(x6)T,” which is found in all subunits of this pilus family, had no effect on pilus formation. However, alanine substitution for some of the alternating hydrophobic residues within this motif prevented CooA from interacting with CooD, which serves as both the tip adhesin and nucleation protein for pilus formation. Thus, it appears that some, but not all, of the residues in both the N and C termini of CooA play a critical role in the intermolecular interactions of the major pilin with the other structural and assembly proteins. We anticipate that the results obtained here for CS1 pili in enterotoxigenic E. coli will help develop an understanding of the pilus assembly pathway used by CS1 family members in several important human pathogens.

Abstract:
1. This study examines the effect on auditory desensitization of electrically stimulating the crossed olivocochlear bundle (COCB) at the floor of the fourth ventricle. Auditory desensitization was induced by a loud high-frequency pure tone exposure and measured as temporary threshold shifts (TTS) in the sensitivity of the compound action potential recorded from the cochlea. COCB stimulation simultaneous with the loud sound exposure reduced the TTS. This reduction was contingent on the COCB stimulus being presented as a continuous burst for the entire duration (1 min) of the exposure. 2. The reduction in TTS could be abolished by prior administration of strychnine. The action of strychnine on these TTS effects of continuous COCB stimulation paralleled its action on the classical COCB effects elicited by pulsed short COCB trains. If the action of strychnine on the classical COCB effects was allowed to reverse, then continuous COCB stimulation reduced TTS as effectively as before. 3. The most effective COCB stimulus was found to be one that was presented at a high rate of stimulation simultaneous with the exposure. The COCB effect on TTS was also found to be a tonic one; smaller but significant reductions in TTS could still be obtained with the exposure presented 5 min after COCB stimulation though not when the delay was 10 min. The tonic reductions in TTS appeared to occur without any persisting changes at the cochlea. Normal cochlear responses remeasured in the delay between the stimulus and exposure were not altered. 4. It was hypothesized that the persisting effect responsible for TTS reductions did not occur at the cochlea but at some central site facilitated by antidromic action potentials along the COCB fibers. Subsequent exposure to loud sounds would activate the central site primed by the prior COCB stimulus. This hypothesis was tested by stimulating the COCB alone as before, but then lesioning the fibers before presenting the exposure. Persistent cochlear effects of the COCB stimulus should have still resulted in a reduction in TTS. However, if the persistent effect was at a more central location, lesioning the fibers would allow afferent input to act at the facilitated central location but would not allow subsequent expression of COCB effects at the cochlea. In this case, no reductions in TTS could be expected--precisely the results that were obtained in these experiments. Thus the COCB system appeared to have a "memory" component facilitated by prior stimulation and activated by a subsequent exposure.

Abstract:
1. This report presents a more detailed examination of crossed olivocochlear bundle (COCB) effects on temporary threshold shifts (TTS). The principal aim was to establish the details of the relationship between the effects of continuous COCB stimulation and the TTS caused by various exposures. Initially, in various groups, different intensities of a 1-min exposure were presented with or without COCB stimulation. Stimulation at any particular rate caused greatest reductions in TTS to occur for the higher intensity exposures than for the lower intensity ones. Thus COCB stimulation at 140 pulses/s reduced maximum threshold losses by the following amounts: 13.33 [106 dB sound pressure level (SPL) exposure], 13.29 (103 dB SPL exposure), 8.9 (101 dB SPL exposure), and 0.77 dB (97 dB SPL exposure). 2. The effect of COCB stimulation was also examined on a shorter duration (30 s) exposure causing TTS intermediate between that due to 1-min exposure at 97 dB SPL and that at 101 dB SPL. Reductions in TTS to the shorter duration exposure were not obtained with COCB stimulation at 140 pulses/s but only when the rate was increased to 260/s. 3. Thus COCB stimulation at any particular rate caused greatest reductions in TTS when the exposure would have caused a large amount of TTS, regardless of the intensity or duration of exposure. These two parameters of the exposure could be traded to provide a level of TTS that would be affected by a standard COCB stimulus. Low-level exposures that caused only small amounts of TTS were not affected by the standard COCB stimulus. As the level of the exposure, and therefore, the ensuing TTS, increased (with increased duration or intensity of exposure), the standard stimulus had greater effects. Increasing the rate of pulses in the COCB stimulus resulted in the low-level exposures now being affected. Even at the higher rate, greatest reductions in TTS were obtained when the exposure would have resulted in high levels of TTS. 4. In an attempt to determine the site of action of the continuous COCB stimulus the endocochlear potential (EP) and the summating potential (SP) were recorded from scala media of the basal turn while applying COCB stimuli similar to those used in the TTS experiments. Although the continuous COCB stimulus caused the traditional changes in the EP and SP associated with COCB stimulation with pulsed short electrical trains, these changes adapted quite rapidly and did not persist for the amount of time shown to be necessary for full reductions in TTS to be obtained.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 400 WORDS)

Abstract:
The discharge rates of single auditory-nerve fibers responding to best-frequency (BF) tones of varying level presented simultaneously with fixed level broadband noise were recorded with and without electrical stimulation of the crossed olivocochlear bundle (COCB). In the absence of COCB stimulation, monotonic increases in noise level produce monotonic increases in the low-level noise-driven response rate of auditory nerve fibers. As a result of adaptation, these increases in noise-driven response rate produce monotonic decreases in saturation discharge rate. At high noise levels, these compressive effects may eliminate the differential rate response of auditory nerve fibers to BF tones. COCB stimulation can restore this differential rate response by producing large decreases in noise-driven response rate and large increases in saturation discharge rate. In backgrounds of quiet, COCB stimulation is known to shift the dynamic range of single auditory nerve fiber BF tone responses to higher stimulus levels. In the presence of background noise, COCB stimulation produces upward shift of dynamic range, which decreases with increasing noise level. At high noise levels, COCB-induced decompression of rate-level functions may occur with little or no dynamic range shift. This enables auditory nerve fibers to signal changes in tone level with changes in discharge rate at lower signal-to-noise ratios than would be possible otherwise. Broadband noise also produces upward shift of the dynamic range of single auditory nerve fiber BF tone response. Noise-induced dynamic range shift of BF tone response was measured as a function of noise level with and without COCB stimulation. COCB stimulation elevates the threshold of noise-induced dynamic range shift. This shift is thought to result from two-tone rate suppression. Increases in the threshold of noise-induced shift due to COCB stimulation therefore suggests an interaction between the mechanism of two-tone rate suppression and the mechanism by which COCB stimulation produces dynamic range shift. These interactions were further investigated by recording auditory nerve fiber rate responses to fixed-level BF excitor tones presented simultaneously with fixed-frequency variable level suppressor tones. Rate responses were recorded with and without COCB stimulation. Experimental results were quantified using a phenomenological model of two-tone rate suppression presented by Sachs and Abbas.

AbstractVolcanic rocks of Neoproterozoic age form several fault-related inliers in Wales and the Welsh Borderland. Those in North Wales and the Borderland have been investigated recently, while those in southwest Wales remain little studied. In southwest Wales, basic to intermediate lavas and related volcaniclastic rocks and silicic tuffs in the St David’s area comprise the Pebidian Supergroup, which is intruded by minor basic intrusions, while the Coomb Volcanic Formation, exposed farther east around Llangynog, is composed of basic and silicic lavas and silicic tuffs, intruded by a single dacite sill and numerous dolerite sills. New geochemical data show that both the Pebidian and Coomb basalts have subduction-related characteristics. The Coomb basalts are geochemically similar to those of the Uriconian Group of the Welsh Borderland, while the Pebidian basalts bear a similarity to volcanic rocks recovered from the Bryn-teg Borehole, in the Harlech Dome. Uriconian-type volcanic rocks may underlie much of the Midlands Microcraton, with the Welsh area underlain by volcanic rocks of Pebidian type.

Abstract:
The Bengal Renaissance in the first half of the 19th century led to the beginning of the Brahmo reform movement, started by Raja Rammohan Roy based on the concepts of monotheism and ethical precepts. Debendranath Tagore and Keshab Chandra Sen carried out reform activities but differences grew among them which led to the schism of the Brahmo Samaj- Adi Brahmo Samaj and Brahmo Samaj of India. Furthermore, the marriage controversy between the daughter of Keshab Chandra Sen, Sunity Devi, and Maharaja of Cooch Behar, Nripendra Narayan led to the second schism of Brahmoism. Those who objected to the marriage formed the Sadharan Brahmo Samaj and Keshab Chandra and his followers formed Nababidhan Brahmo Samaj. Nripendra Narayan declared himself a Brahmo and contributed a lot to modernizing Cooch Behar. Sunity Devi played a vital role in spreading the Nababidhan faith and the all-around development of this native State. Gajendra Narayan and Sabitri Devi also took the leading role in propagating Brahmoism. This reform movement in Cooch Behar resulted in the significant aesthetic, social and religious development of the State. But due to the gradual revival of Hindu culture and practices in the royal family after the death of Nripendra Narayan, Brahmoism lost its influence. Only the people of the upper strata of the society were influenced by the ideology of the Brahmoism, ordinary masses remained outside the orbit of the movement. But it is also true that modern Cooch Behar owes much of its modernization due to the Brahmo reform movement.

L’any 2002 es constata que el pacte constitucional de 1978 s’ha esgotat: si Catalunya anhela més autogovern, l’única via és la reforma estatutària. Així comença la reforma de l’Estatut d’autonomia de Catalunya, vigent des del 9 d’agost de 2006. Aquesta tesi ha estudiat quantitativament i qualitativament (amb Lexico3, Coocs i R) el procés d’aprovació de l’EAC 2006 a partir dels textos dels grups parlamentaris i de les versions consensuades en seu parlamentària. La primera part de l’anàlisi caracteritza lexicomètricament totes les parts del corpus. La segona, inclou un estudi qualitatiu de les formes específiques més significatives. Hi hem observat principalment quatre tipus de canvis, que s’expliquen per l’adequació de l’EAC 2006 als factors següents: • als criteris lingüístics i estilístics dels Serveis d’Assessorament Lingüístic del Parlament; • als criteris tècnics dels Serveis Jurídics del Parlament; • a la negociació política; • als criteris lingüístics, estilístics i jurídics de les Corts Generals.
In 2002, it became clear that the 1978 Spanish constitutional agreement was obsolete. Statutory reform represented the only path to greater Catalan self-government. Hence, the process to reform the Catalan Statute of Autonomy (EAC: Estatut d’autonomia de Catalunya) began; the EAC came into force on August 9, 2006. This thesis presents a quantitative and qualitative study (using Lexico3, Coocs and R) of the EAC drafting and approval process based on the texts produced by parliamentary groups and consensus texts agreed upon in parliament. The first part of the analysis offers a lexicometric characterization of the entire corpus. The second part includes a qualitative study of the most significant forms. Four major types of changes were observed. Amendments aimed to rewrite the 2006 EAC based on: • the linguistic and stylistic criteria of the Catalan Parliament’s language services unit; • the technical criteria of the Catalan Parliament’s legal services units; • political negotiation; and, • the linguistic, stylistic and legal criteria of the Spanish Parliament.

Abstract:
Given the challenges to ethical practices in a business to business marketing context, this study examines the influence of supervisors’ ethical leadership on key account managers. A mixed-method approach was used to answer research questions about the role of ethical leadership to shape account managers’ ethicality, ethical conduct and customer relationship quality. The study included a qualitative phase to confirm the constructs followed by a quantitative study to test theory-driven hypotheses. The initial exploratory phase interviewed a sample 18 participants, which comprised supervisors, account manager, and customers of an Indonesian information and communication technology firm. Analyses surfaced common themes which informed the concept of ethical key account management. An online survey with two stages of data collection followed, which used both quantitative measures and open-ended qualitative responses. In stage 1, partial least-squares structural equation modelling of responses from 258 account managers revealed that supervisors’ ethical leadership was positively related to account managers’ ethical awareness, intention, and judgment contingent on the ethical dilemma involved. Further analyses of the 73 completed responses of the survey in stage 2 indicated that ethical leadership was positively related to ethical equity judgment and customer-oriented organisational citizenship behaviour, and had an indirect positive effect on customer relationship quality. Theoretically, the study contributes new understanding by extending the model of ethical leadership outcomes to customers as the main organisational stakeholders. In practice, the study has the potential to inform strategies for improving the moral engagement of key account managers. This engagement is essential for guiding standards of customer relationship management. In sum, supervisors who engage in moral behaviour and provoke their subordinates to do so by role-modelling, communication and providing rewards and consequences, are likely to influence followers’ citizenship behaviour and discourage the deviant behaviour.

This study aims to explore the rationale of design and the process of developing Taipei CooC- Cloud E-books, the evaluation and the result of designing Taipei CooCCloud E-books, and the learning process and viewpoint of undergraduates' developing Taipei CooC- Cloud E-books. This is a qualitative study and the targets were the undergraduates and the teacher. In the process of conducting the research participation in observing, discussion, and data collection, comprehensive collection and organization, analysis, and induction of the data, the result were showed as followed: 1. During the class, the teacher, as facilitators, applied ADDIE model, used various resources and took student-centered approaches to teach. 2.The evaluation and the result of designing Taipei CooC-Cloud E-books contain two parts：The formative assessments were based on the feedbacks of sixth-graders who used the system and the experts' advices. The summative assessment was through collecting questionnaires about undergraduates' satisfaction of using the system. 3. In the process of designing Taipei CooC-Cloud E-books, the undergraduates could express their opinions, and communicate with the teachers and the experts in interpersonal interaction. After the undergraduates have done with the Taipei CooCCloud E-books, they gained confidence and a sense of accomplishment because of the positive feedback from the primary school students, the appreciation from the teachers in the seminar, and publishing their Taipei CooC-Cloud E-books as popular E-books. Finally, according to the concrete suggestions from the research can serve as references used in the future implement of designing Taipei CooC-Cloud E-books for Taipei CooC-Cloud, students and futuristic researchers.

This research aims to investigate the effects of adopting CooC-Cloud’s videos in teaching vocational high school mathematics on students’ motivation and mathematics learning achievement. This quasi-experimental research involved a total of 68 eleventh grade students studying home economics in one of the vocational high schools in Taipei city. The experimental group, 34 students, received CooC-Cloud’s video instruction in mathematics class, while the controlled group, another 34 students, received traditional math instruction. The research was conducted three times a week, and a total of six weeks. After the experiment of eighteen classes, the two groups of students took a mathematic achievement test and were asked to fill out a learning motivation scale. The results were as follows： 1. There was no significant difference in learning motivation between students who received CooC-Cloud instruction and those who received traditional instruction in mathematics class. The experimental group students’ learning motivation was not higher than those in the controlled group. The result indicated that the implementation of CooC-Cloud’s video instruction had not improve students’ learning motivation on mathematics. 2. In recent years, there have been growing interests in the issues about cognition for English as second language teachers making online materials. In order to gain thorough understanding, this present study adopts Borg’s framework (2006) on teacher cognition to explore the relationship between high school English teachers cognition and practice regarding Open Educational Resources (OER). This framework can be used to explain the intricate relationship of teacher cognition between schooling, professional coursework and contextual factors. Case study methodology is used to capture the materials design of two English high school teachers participating in Taipei CooC Cloud and how their cognitions interplay. Data collection includes interviews, modules developed for the CooC Cloud, and research logs to better probe into possible factors influencing the practice on OER in English teaching. The findings revealed that both teachers’ cognitions were influenced by their experiences of schooling, professional coursework and the contextual factors in the CooC Cloud, with some minor differences shown in learning and teaching experiences. In addition, the contextual factors including potential students’ characteristics, school’s context, institutional factors, and availability of resources were also determinant factors in the teacher’s practices, causing the inconsistency between the teacher’s cognitions and their practices in the CooC Cloud. The result also found out that both teachers praised the value of the CooC Cloud. However, the struggles they had dealt with during the process affected the two teachers’ perceptions of their overall experiences. Two pedagogical implications derived from the study were provided. First, teaching training courses related to the development or the teaching of OER’s could be provided to help English teachers have better understandings. Second, it is advised that program developers provide some technical or teaching support or resources for teachers to relieve their anxiety.

Mathematics is the most difficult subject for the 6th graders. As for the teachers in teaching mathematics, they face many dilemmas including individual difference with different cognitive abilities, backgrounds and learning styles. How can the teachers achieve the teaching goals while facing different individuals? Within limited time for each class, it’s fairly challenging for the teachers to take care of the students with different learning abilities. Flipped classroom model, adopting different teaching methods as well as implementing differentiated instruction and remedial teaching, has great potential for reducing aforementioned dilemmas in elementary math class. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to integrate flipped classroom model into math class and to investigate its effect. Before the class, the students are asked to attend the Taipei CooC Cloud learning School to read mathematics courses outline and learning steps. Afterwards, the students are asked to set their learning goals of the unit, and to watch the online video-based materials for self-discipline learning and completing online test. In class, the cooperation learning strategy is employed through class discussion, inquiries, and group cooperation learning. Then, according to the individual test results and the analysis of the error types, remedial teaching is offered through Taipei CooC Cloud learning system to promote the students’ mathematical learning effectiveness. This study adopts the quasi experimental design for conducting a learning experiment. The subjects are the 46 sixth graders from two classes in Taipei City, divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group accepts the flipped classroom model, while the control group accepts traditional teaching model with digital devices and resources. Three math units are adopted in this research, including "fractional division", "decimal division", and "ratio and specific value". The learning experiment lasts for six weeks. The research developed many tools for investigating the effect of flipped classroom model, including "math learning achievements test", "math learning attitude inventory", "math learning self-efficacy inventory ", "students’ perception toward flipped classroom model questionnaire", " questionnaire of students’ flow in CooC learning " and "parents’ perception toward flipped classroom model questionnaire". The collected data is analyzed through SPSS 20 statistics software by adopting descriptive statistics, paired samples t test, independent sample t test, and one-way ANCOVA method. The results reveal as follows: (1) The flipped classroom model can enhance math learning achievements significantly. (2) The flipped classroom model can enhance part of math learning attitude significantly. (3) The flipped classroom model can promote the learners’ self-efficacy in learning mathematics significantly. (4) The students and their parents show positive perception and appraisal toward CooC learning. This chapter describes the military coup of Ayub Khan in Pakistan and the fractured and chaotic leadership environment that preceded it. It discusses the multifront stalemate in India-Pakistan negotiations in the mid-1950s over Kashmir, border delimitations elsewhere along the India-Pakistan boundary, and over the distribution of water rights for irrigation involving the Indus River system. It introduces the Cooch-Behar enclaves and the agreement between Jawaharlal Nehru and Feroz Khan Noon that sought to resolve the irksome territorial problem. It discusses Ayub Khan’s success working with Nehru in resolving several border disputes as well as finalizing the text for an Indus Waters Treaty. It concludes by discussing how an Indian judicial ruling and political clamor over the Cooch-Behar enclaves settlement weakened Nehru’s hand on territorial issues and ended this short burst of dispute resolution in the rivalry.

Outeiro dos Castelos de Beijós (COCB) is a well-known archaeological site for its Late Bronze Age occupation (Senna-Martinez, 1993, 1994, 1995/1996a, 2000a and 2000b; Senna-Martinez e Nunes, 1993; Senna-Martinez e Ventura, 2008a; Senna-Martinez and Pedro, Eds. 2000). However, another anthropic use of this space, in the Early Neolithic, was still, without adequate dissemination. This happens despite the fact that part of the collections are on display at the Municipal Museum of Carregal do Sal and are part of the respective catalogue (Pinto, 2006; Senna-Martinez, 2006). In the 2004/2005 academic year, two students from FLUL’s Degree in Archeology – and collaborators in this article – proceeded to draw and carry out the typological analysis, within the scope of their final seminar, respectively of the pottery and the lithic industry associated with the Ancient Neolithic occupation. Here we recuperate these academic efforts and integrate their contribution following what has been one of Uniarq’s best traditions. We will also try to integrate the new COCB data in the broader scope of the Neolithisation of the Mondego inland basin and of the Portuguese Centre/North.

On 6 June 2015 the governments of India and Bangladesh entered into an agreement (Land Border Agreement Treaty 2015) to resolve long-standing disputes pertaining to demarcation of boundary and the exchange of enclaves and land in adverse possession of the two countries along the border states of West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura. This chapter is based on fieldwork conducted in five sites in Cooch Behar district in West Bengal—three transit camps for Indian ‘returnees’ in Dinhata, Mekhliganj, and Haldibari and two chhits with ‘new citizens’, Balipukhuri and Dhabalsati Mirgipur. This exchange did not entail an amendment in the Citizenship Act of India but offered the possibility of citizenship to Bangladeshi enclave dwellers to become Indian citizens under section 7 of the Citizenship Act of 1955. This meant that ‘aliens’, who otherwise ran the risk of being labelled illegal migrants and infiltrators, could be absorbed as Indian citizens along with territory. While the extension of citizenship in this context was largely seen as an effective resolution of a long-standing border problem, actual experiences of exchange—for those who continued to reside in India and became Indian citizens and those Indian citizens who were ‘displaced’ from what now became Bangladeshi territory—were replete with ambivalence of belonging and fragmentation of their lifeworld as citizens. This chapter seeks insights from the field to argue that the exchange of enclaves generated split-citizenship among both the returnees and the new citizens, which was expressed through idioms of loss and betrayal.

Introdução: A Anemia Hemolítica Autoimune (AHAI) remete a uma falha na homeostasia, no organismo humano, durante o processo supressor, o qual leva a destruição de hemácias antecedentemente ao tempo previsto, devido a ligação das imunoglobulinas na membrana dos próprios eritrócitos. Assim, a doença pode acometer quaisquer indivíduos, de ambos os sexos, em qualquer faixa etária. Outrossim, apesar de não ter uma etiologia bem definida, acredita-se que a AHAI possa surgir após uso de alguns medicamentos, ou por doenças infecciosas o qual gerem processos autoimunes adjacentes. Objetivo: Atentar o olhar clínico médico em relação ao diagnóstico diferencial através de exames a fim de realizar um tratamento prévio no paciente acometido com AHAI. Material e Métodos: Foram realizados levantamentos de estudos científicos bibliográficos, utilizando as palavras-chaves: Anemia hemolítica autoimune; diagnóstico e tratamento. Além disso, realizou-se pesquisas nos idiomas: Português, Inglês e Espanhol, correlacionados à artigos científicos, periódicos e monografias consultadas nas bases de dados SCIELO e PUBMED. Resultados: Visto que na literatura os exames laboratoriais são de grande importância a fim de auxiliar o médico a identificar inúmeras patologias hemolíticas no paciente, e que o hemograma é fundamental para direcionamento do diagnóstico clínico, com o objetivo de realizar o descarte ou confirmação do acometimento por Anemia Hemolítica Autoimune, é necessário solicitar o teste de Coomb direto, ou Teste da Antiglobulina Direto (TAD), e o exame de detecção direta de autoanticorpos na superfície da membrana da hemácia. Dessa forma, um exame clínico detalhado, um histórico completo do paciente, a identificação de sintomas distintos, incluindo níveis de hemoglobina e a porcentagem do volume total de sangue preenchido por glóbulos vermelhos servirão de auxílio ao médico em um diagnóstico preciso. Conclusão: O olhar médico sobre a análise dos sinais e sintomas junto a solicitação prévia do diagnóstico diferencial, através de exames laboratoriais logo após quadros de afecções sistêmicas, assegurará, em tempo hábil, uma possível identificação de AHAI, e em caso de confirmação, proporcionará previamente o tratamento adequado para a recuperação do paciente.
